  • The purpose of this study is to identify key factors of Co-opetition through examining the environmental and structural changes in the ports industry and suggest a few Co-opetition strategies for enhancing our ports capabilities in the long-term. In recent years, the trend toward market liberalization and globalization in ports industry has made rapid progress and it made the competition fiercer. To survive in this rapid changes, the ports have traditionally pursed a competitive strategy. However, an alternative strategy replacing the traditional strategy was introduced: namely, 'Co-opetition' a buzzword combining competition and co operation. Policy proposals this study suggests are the construction of a database regarding costs and benefits of ports for more effective analysis and improving the competitive power of a shipping company operating national flag carriers for achieving the purpose of Co-opetition and adoption of selection and concentration strategy for increasing the possibility of Co-opetition success.

온라인 협동조합의 공생마케팅 전략-웹기반 사진앨범협동조합 (주)와이드스쿨 사례-

  • 본 연구는 기본적으로 온라인과 오프라인의 통합마케팅을 절명하고 이에 관한 경험적 사례를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 앨범서비스 영역의 공생적 기반 위에 전개되는 온 -오프라인의 경험적 사례를 개발하고 바람직한 마케팅방향 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 병행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 사례는 인터넷 기반의 앨범서비스를 제공하기 위한 (주)와이드스쿨이다. 온-오프라인의 협력적 통합마케팅의 전략을 전개하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 온 -오프라인의 뚜렷한 목표를 절정하고 성장방향에 대한 비전을 공유하고 나아가 온 -오프라인의 사명을 감당하는 것이다. 즉, 실천적으로는 \circled1 항상 고객 (customer)기반의 의사결정을 이루며 \circled2 철저한 협력적 돕는 경쟁(competition) 의식과 \circled3 구성원 자신의 일에 대한 자신감(confidence)을 지니고 \circled4 실천을 위한 용기(courage)를 가지고 \circled4 혁신하여 변화(change)를 선도하는 것이다. 온라인(on line)으로 표현되는 인터넷환경은 모든 영역에 변화를 요구하고 있다. 온라인에 관한 연구는 크게 온라인시장의 경쟁(competition)에 관한 연구와, 온라인 소비자(consumer)에 관한 연구 그리고 온라인 시장 참가기업(company)에 관한 연구로 구분된다(이석규 ; 2001). 이중 기업에 관한 연구의 중심에는 e-biz의 수익모텔에 관한 연구가 주류를 이루고 았다(David et al, 1999) 특히 오프라인기업의 경우 어떠한 형태방법으로 온라인 환경에 부응하며 기존의 마케팅활동과 연계할 것인가는 매우 중요한 문제다. 즉 기존의 오프라인기업이 온라인도구변화에 적응하고 이를 전략적으로 활용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 오프라인과 온라인의 통합에 관한 형태와 전략 등을 명확히 이해하고 적용하는 것이 중요하다. 개수가 감소하는 것과는 상당히 다른 분포이다. 따라서 우리의 관측 결과는 2001년 사자자리 유성우의 극대 시간 전후 2시간에 적어도 0등급 이하의 밝은 유성이 상대적으로 많이 발생하였을 것으로 해석된다. 이런 밝은 유성의 빈도는 유성우 특성 연구에 중요한 의미를 가진다. 그러나 표준성만을 이용해 결정된 유성 등급은 유성의 지속 시간에 대한 불확실성과 전천 카메라 감응도의 비선형성에 의한 불확실성을 내포하고 있음을 지적해 둔다.umn chromatography)를 사용하였고 일련의 정제 과정을 통하여 배양액 중의 L-lactic acid 정제 수율은 약 85% 정도로 나타났으며 HPLC로 분석한 결과 99.7%의 순도를 확인할 수 있었다.경향을 나타내며 유입휫수와 $Dst_{min}$ 사이에는 높은 상관관계(0.83)가 있었다. 둘째, 주상기간 중 자기폭풍의 크기가 클수록 플럭스 비 ($f_{max}/f_{ave}$는 대체로 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 그리고 75~113keV 에너지 채널에서의 $Dst_{min}$ 값과 플럭스 비의 상관계수는 0.74로서 가장 높았으며 나머지 에너지 채널 역시 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 주상기간 중 총 에너지 유입률 지수와 $Dst_{min}$ 사이에 높은 상관관계가 확인되었다. 특히 환전류를 구성하는 주요 입자의 에너지 영역(75~l13keV)에서 가장 높은(0.80) 상관계수를 기록했다. 넷째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다.se that were all low in two aspects, named "the Nonsignificant group".

  • While a game market has been growing consistently world widely, a market of arcade or video game has been detained. In this stagnation, the latest one in 2015, "Super Mario Maker" of Mario series that's been running in good for 30 years, the notable sale and growth of which are extraordinary. As for a study in customizing, a literature of game customizing and studies that are foregone were mostly handling contents about a game character. In the survey that's done in this thesis about knowledge and needs in customizinge game users have, it was shown they want to customize sides of a rule and a character. I analyzed what the main factors are in this game which uses a main concept of customizing and the reason for high profits and popularity. As a result of the analysis, four features, possibility to customize a game rule, share data among users, collaboration in marketing with NFC figure characters, offering updates with sustained and new customizing features were found out. I am certain a game customizing will be helping to meet users and be used for various industries without limit of existing character.

A Preliminary Study on Public Private Partnership in International Forestry Sector to Climate Change Based on Awareness Analysis of Private Enterprises (민간 기업의 인식조사를 바탕으로 한 기후변화 대응 국제산림분야 민관파트너십 사업 활성화 방안 기초 연구)

  • Forests act as carbon sinks and also improve water resources and biodiversity to climate change. Secure funding, administrative support, and sustainable management systems are essential to conserve forests and to implement international forestry related projects to climate change. Public private partnership (PPP) could be an effective way for forestry sector in developing countries. Awareness analysis should be preceded in order to encourage participation of enterprises for the diversification of funding and the enhancing quality of projects. We conducted a survey targeting more than 129 private enterprises for awareness analysis. As a result, lack of information, complexity of processes and low profit resulted in low interest on forest projects from private enterprises. Improving awareness of recipient countries on forest resources, financial and institutional supports from the public sector, information sharing, performance management and equal partnership between sectors were suggested to encourage PPP in international forestry related projects to climate change.

  • 영산강은 황룡강과 지석천이 합류하는 지점이기 때문에 많은 비가 내리면 홍수에 취약한 반면, 인근 지역인 나주시 노안면과 광주광역시 승촌동 지역의 지하수를 풍부하게 해주는 역할을 하고 있다. 특히, 승촌보 인근 지역은 겨울철 수온이 따뜻한 지하수를 활용하여 겨울철 미나리를 대규모로 재배하고 있다. 현재 승촌보 운영 수위를 관리 수위인 E.L.7.5m보다 1.5~2m 낮은 E.L.5.5~6.0m로 운영함에 따라 지하수 수위가 보 관리 수위보다 낮게 형성되고 있다. 이에 K-water 영산강보관리단은 여름철 홍수방어를 위해 설치된 배수문을 겨울철에 닫아 인공소류지를 형성함으로써 겨울철 미나리 재배지역에 지하수가 함양되는지 시험운영을 계획하였다. 배수문 시설을 관리하는 한국농어촌공사 광주지사와 광주광역시 남구청과 협의하였다. 이후 영산강유역환경청 민관협의체 위원장과 주민대표 통장님들께 방문 설명 등 지역주민들의 공감대 형성을 거쳐, '22년 9월 30일 승촌보 인근 승촌배수문 등 5개 배수문을 폐쇄하여 11월 30일까지 소류지에 물을 담수하였다. 또한, 소류지의 수위를 파악하기 위해 GPS 측량으로 해발 표고 산정한 간이 목자판 수위계를 설치하여 소류지내 수위를 모니터링하였다. 승촌배수문(#1)에서 발생한 누수는 스펀지를 바닥에 깔아 보강함으로써 누수를 줄여 소류지 수위를 E.L.6.7m 이상을 유지하였다. 그 결과 영산강에 인접한 SCM-008 지하수 관측소 데이터는 승촌보 운영 수위에 영향을 받고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 미나리 재배 기간인 3월에는 수막 재배로 인한 지하수 사용으로 수위가 가장 낮았으며, 여름철에 지하수 수위가 회복되는 패턴을 반복하였다. 10월~11월 시험운영기간 동안 SCM-005, -008, -101 지하수 관측정은 소류지와 중앙배수로에 가까울수록 인공 함양시 수위 상승효과가 크게 나타났으며, 평년(2020년~2021년) 대비 지하수위 상승을 확인하였다. SC-0 지역은 2022년 가뭄으로 다우년 대비 지하수 수위가 낮았으나, 시험운영 기간 중 지하수 수위 하강 속도가 늦춰지거나, 수위가 상승하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 인근 마을주민들에게 시험 운영 결과를 공유하였고, 소류지가 예년처럼 건천화되었을 때보다 지하수 수위상승과 중앙배수로나 소류지에서 양수하는 등 용수 이용에 도움이 되었다는 긍정적인 답변을 받았다. 따라서 2023년도에도 겨울철 미나리 재배 시기 동안 배수문을 닫아 소류지를 형성하여 지하수 함양에 도움이 되록하여, 미나리 지역의 농가 수익 증대에 보탬이 되도록 할 예정이다.

A study on the Standardization of Design Guidelines for Geographic Information Databases (지리정보 DB 설계 지침의 표준화 연구)

  • Recently, two international standard organizations, ISO and OGC, have done the work of standardization for GIS. Current standardization work for providing interoperability among GIS DB focuses on the design of open interfaces. But, this work has not considered procedures and methods for designing GIS DB. Eventually, GIS DB has its own model. When we share the data by open interface among heterogeneous GIS DB, differences between models result in the loss of information. Our aim in this paper is to revise the design guidelines for geographic information databases in order to make consistent spatial data models, logical structures, and semantic structure of populated geographical databases. In details, we propose standard guidelines which convert ISO abstract schema into relation model, object-relation model, object-centered model, and geometry-centered model. Furthermore, we provide sample models for applying these guidelines in commercial GIS S/Ws. Building GIS DB based on design guidelines proposed in the paper has the following advantages: the interoperability among databases, the standardization of schema definitions, and the catalogue of GIS databases through.

Accession of Korea to the Nagoya Protocol and its Economic Impact Analysis on Korean Bioindustry Companies (우리나라의 나고야의정서의 가입이 바이오산업에 미치는 경제적 영향 분석)

  • Analysis of the economic impact on Korean bioindustry companies was approached after Korea access to the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity (hereinafter 'the Protocol') enters into force. Cost analysis of the economic impact is based on the size of bioindustry market, dependency ratio on genetic resources abroad, ABS (Access and Benefit Sharing) ratio for royalty ratio. Korean bioindustry companies would have had to pay extra ABS cost around 1.3-6.0 billion won for using genetic resources abroad, if the Protocol had entered into force in 2009. And this cost is estimated to be around 13.6 - 63.9 billion won in 2015. All ABS costs account only about less than 0.01% of total Korean bioindustry volume of target years. These show us that joining the Protocol will not significantly impact the bioindustry market in Korea. If the Protocol enters into force, genetic resources users have to pay PIC (Prior Informed Consent) and MAT (Mutually Agreed Terms) cost before accessing the genetic resources outside of their country, regardless of the accession status of the country. This ABS costs and terms on provided genetic resources will be determined by compliance between genetic resources users and providers. As a genetic resources provider, Korean bioindustry companies will have advantage over technology transfer agreements, royalties, licensing agreements, and taxes on profits from patents including traditional knowledge. Also, Korean bioindustry companies are expected to get various socio-economic benefits such as patent litigation and regulatory proceedings as a genetic resources provider. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the Protocol that Korean bioindustry companies will face together, the socio-economic impact of the Nagoya Protocol on Korean bioindustry companies is negligible regardless of the accession status of Korea to the Nagoya Protocol.

Real Option Analysis to Value Government Risk Share Liability in BTO-a Projects (손익공유형 민간투자사업의 투자위험분담 가치 산정)

  • The BTO-a projects is the types, which has a demand risk among the type of PPP projects in Korea. When demand risk is realized, private investor encounters financial difficulties due to lower revenue than its expectation and the government may also have a problem in stable infrastructure operation. In this regards, the government has applied various risk sharing policies in response to demand risk. However, the amount of government's risk sharing is the government's contingent liabilities as a result of demand uncertainty, and it fails to be quantified by the conventional NPV method of expressing in the text of the concession agreement. The purpose of this study is to estimate the value of investment risk sharing by the government considering the demand risk in the profit sharing system (BTO-a) introduced in 2015 as one of the demand risk sharing policy. The investment risk sharing will take the form of options in finance. Private investors have the right to claim subsidies from the government when their revenue declines, while the government has the obligation to pay subsidies under certain conditions. In this study, we have established a methodology for estimating the value of investment risk sharing by using the Black - Scholes option pricing model and examined the appropriateness of the results through case studies. As a result of the analysis, the value of investment risk sharing is estimated to be 12 billion won, which is about 4% of the investment cost of the private investment. In other words, it can be seen that the government will invest 12 billion won in financial support by sharing the investment risk. The option value when assuming the traffic volume risk as a random variable from the case studies is derived as an average of 12.2 billion won and a standard deviation of 3.67 billion won. As a result of the cumulative distribution, the option value of the 90% probability interval will be determined within the range of 6.9 to 18.8 billion won. The method proposed in this study is expected to help government and private investors understand the better risk analysis and economic value of better for investment risk sharing under the uncertainty of future demand.

Framework of Stock Market Platform for Fine Wine Investment Using Consortium Blockchain (공유경제 체제로서 컨소시엄 블록체인을 활용한 와인투자 주식플랫폼 프레임워크)

  • It is desirable to invest in wine that increases its value, but wine investment itself is unfamiliar in Korea. Also, the process itself is unreasonable, and information is often forged, because pricing in the wine market is done by a small number of people. With the right solution, however, the wine market can be a desirable investment destination in that the longer one invests, the higher one can expect. Also, it is expected that the domestic wine consumption market will expand through the steady increase in domestic wine imports. This study presents the consortium block chain framework for revitalizing the wine market and enhancing transparency as the "right solution" of the nation's wine investment market. Blockchain governance can compensate for the shortcomings of the wine market because it guarantees desirable decision-making rights and accountability. Because the data stored in the block chain can be checked by consumers, it reduces the likelihood of counterfeit wine appearing and complements the process of unreasonably priced. In addition, digitization of assets resolves low cash liquidity and saves money and time throughout the supply chain through smart contracts, lowering entry barriers to wine investment. In particular, if the governance of the block chain is composed of 'chateau-distributor-investor' through consortium blockchains, it can create a desirable wine market. The production process is stored in the block chain to secure production costs, set a reasonable launch price, and efficiently operate the distribution system by storing the distribution process in the block chain, and forecast the amount of orders for futures trading. Finally, investors make rational decisions by viewing all of these data. The study presented a new perspective on alternative investment in that ownership can be treated like a share. We also look forward to the simplification of food import procedures and the formation of trust within the wine industry by presenting a framework for wine-owned sales. In future studies, we would like to expand the framework to study the areas to be applied.

A Study on Analysis of Facility Design in Recreation Forest - With a Special Reference to Chonbuk Province - (자연휴양림(自然休養林)의 시설설계(施設設計)의 분석(分析) - 전북지역(全北地域)을 중심(中心)으로 -)

  • In Korea, 80,616 ha in 139 places have been designated as recreation forests by the end of 1994. Among these places, 64,547 ha in 76 places were designated in the national forest, 9,937 ha in 25 places were designated in the public forest, and 6,132 ha in 38 places were designated in private forest. Designs of 10 places and plans of 6 places in 14 places of recreation forest in Chonbuk province were compared and analyzed. The results are as follows: 1. Sixty four types of convenient facilities, 15 types of athletic facilities, 13 types of sanitation facilities, 22 types of education facilities were designed in 10 places of the recreation forest. 2. The material cost was the highest in construction costs in Waryong recreation forest. However, the labor cost was the highest one in construction costs in 5 places of recreation forest ; Dokyu-san, Hoimoon-san, Saesim, Seongsu, and Sokgeum-san And the total construction cost was much higher in private recreation forest than in both of national and public recreation forest. 3. Hoimoon-san was the only recreation forest which makes profit among 14 recreation forests in Chonbuk province. The uses of this recreation forest are increasing, and seasonal uses significantly fluctuate. 4. There are several problems for the public in enjoying these recreation forest places. The access to these places by public transportations is inconvenient. The time required for construction of many places are too long after they are designated as recreation forest, and the management of the established recreation forest is poor. 5. To improve the method of facility design in recreation forest, easy access to nature should be promoted such as recreation forest places and understanding of public concerning nature are needed. Recreation forest places themselves need to offer good facilities, and convenient access. And to make frequent use of recreation forest places, a system of information and excellent service to the public are strongly recommended.
