정보이용능력은 정보화 사회를 살아가는데 있어서 필수적으로 갖추어야할 높은 수준의 일반지식이 되고 있으며, 대학과 대학도서관에서 학생 개개인이 정보이용능력을 가질 수 있도록 교육하는 것이 중요해 지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 대학에서 교양과목으로 실시되고 있는 정보이용능력교육의 실태를 조사하고, 그 교육 내용의 타당성을 표준 지침과의 비교를 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 연구를 위해 8개 대학의 정보이용능력교육 현황(강의 주체, 과목명, 강의 방식, 강의 장소, 평가)을 조사하고, 강의계획서를 중심으로 교육 내용을 ACRL 표준과 비교하여 보았다.

The objective of the study was the effects of balance training using sandals on the balancing and proprioception of patients with chronic ankle instability(CAI). A total of 36 patients with CAI were assigned to sandal exercise(SE), balance training(BT), and control groups(CG). The groups were assessed for static balancing and proprioception before and after the intervention. The SE performed using balance sandals, while BT performed balance training. Intervention comprised a 30minute session. 3 times a week for 8 weeks. The SE showed significant effect in static balance, as compared to the other two groups (p<.001), whereas proprioception showed a significant effect on eversion (p<.001). Therefore, balance training using sandals can be a positive intervention method for prevention of falls in elderly as well as chronic ankle instability patients.

Reproductive activity of golden hamsters(Mesocricetus auratus) is regulated by the photoperiod. They are sexually active in summer and inactive in winter. Melatonin, a pineal hormone, has been known to mediate sexual activities in seasonal breeding animals. Melatonin receptor was recently identified in several animal species including hmm. But little has been known about it in relation to the reproductive activities of golden hamsters. By using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) methods, a portion of the melatonin receptor gene(309 nucleotides) was identified in golden hamsters. The nucleotide sequence of the melatonin receptor and the amino acid sequence deduced were compared to those reported in other animals. Melatonin receptors were obviously detected in hypothalamus, pituitary containing pars tuberalis, blood, and spleen. Although the testicular weights and the levels of reproductive hormones were dramatically affected by photoperiods, the expression of melatonin receptor was not markedly changed by them. These results suggest that the action of melatonin in regulating reproduction might be mainly due to the affinity of melatonin receptor rather than the density fi melatonin receptor.

To develop the manufacturing technique for the powder builder of amorphous solid types, the water glass mixed with caustic soda dispersed into the methanol. Thus soluble sodium silicate was made a form of amorphous solid powder. In order to examine characteristics of water soluble sodium silicate $SiO_2/Na_2O$ mol ratio, we investigated solubility, thermogram, SEM, and BET analysis. pH buffering capacity, calcium-ion binding capacity as temperature change, and surfactant loading capacity were examined for characteristics as laundry detergent builder. $SiO_2/Na_2O$ molar ratio of soluble sodium silicate was 1.0, 2.4, 2.8, and zeolite was used in order to investigate basic characteristics of laundry detergent builder. Silicate used with laundry detergent was good for pH buffering capacity and solubility. But calcium-ion binding capacity and surfactant adsorption ability were lower. $SiO_2/Na_2O$ mol ratio became higher, pH buffering capacity and ion exchange ability were lower and surfactant adsorption ability was a little higher.

IT outsourcing has become a critical component of organizations, but improper expectations, ambiguous contracts and unclear goals frequently cause the failure of IT outsourcing. Especially we have to be concerned about the uncareful management of customer-supplier relationships based on a psychological contract perspective. This study focuses on the obligations of contractual parties for IT outsourcing which influence the outsourcing relationship(OR) and the successful performance of IT outsourcing(OP). The supplier obligations consist of the achievable infrastructure(S1) and capability(S2), and the customer obligations is composed of the acceptable environment(C1) and acceptability(C2) for IT outsourcing. This paper shows that the S1, S2, and C2 have an effect on the OR, the OR on the OP, and the S2 also on the OP directly. The four components of customer-supplier obligations are mutually related to each other. What is more, we must notice that the S2 has strong connections with the C2.

The study examined the influences of age, empathy and perspective taking ability on altruistic lying in 5 and 6 year old children. Eighty three children answered a question as to whether a protagonist would lie after listening to three vignettes involving altruistic lies. Korean versions of the Affective Situation Test(AST) and cognitive perspective taking task were used to measure children's empathy and perspective taking respectively. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in altruistic lying by age. Altruistic lie by children was positively related with their age, empathy and perspective taking ability. In particular, age and perspective taking ability are important factors influencing children's altruistic lie in young children in Korea.

This study aims to investigate factors that affect nursing students' communication skills. For the study, 232 nursing students in a certain region were surveyed from September to October 2020. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. As a result, empathy, self-acceptance, and interpersonal competence were found to have a significant effect on the students' communication skills with an explanatory power of 50.7%. As for the relationship between general characteristics and communication skills, variations were seen due to gender (F=-3.86, p=.000) and satisfaction with college life (F=3.02, p=.019). Also, self-acceptance (r=.346, p<.001), empathy (r=.531, p<.001), and interpersonal competence (r=.680, p<.001) had a statistically significant positive correlation with communication skills. In conclusion, to improve the communication skills of nursing students, it is necessary to have specialized communication programs that reflect the curriculum and also programs that help increase empathy and interpersonal competence based on the gender of the student.

전통적(傳統的)인 좁은 경제학(經濟學)의 시각(視角)을 벗어나 여기서는 "러스킨"의 정치경제학(政治經濟學)과 "센"의 복지경제학(福祉經濟學)을 접목시킨 문화경제학(文化經濟學)의 정립(定立)을 시도하였다. 문화경제학(文化經濟學)은 인본주의(人本主義)에 입각하여 국민(國民)의 행복하고 건강한 삶을 뒷받침하는 것을 목적(目的)으로 과학(科學) 위에 서고 기술(技術)을 관리하며 일정한 수준의 도의문화(道義文化)를 필수요건으로 한 법(法)과 행위(行爲)의 시스템의 전개(展開)를 연구대상(硏究對象)으로 삼는다. 따라서 이러한 시각(視角)에서는 재화(財貨)의 소유(所有)보다 삶을 더 중요시 한다. 먼저 "러스킨"의 정치경제학(政治經濟學)과 "센"의 복지경제학(福祉經濟學)의 이론적 특징을 살펴본 후 삶의 질(質)을 향상시키는 데 있어서 법질서(法秩序)와 행위(行爲)와 수용능력(受容能力)과 도의문화(道義文化)의 중요성(重要性)을 부각시킨 후, 이러한 이론적(理論的) 시각(視角)을 우리나라의 대중교통생활(大衆交通生活)에 적용하여 구체적으로 대중교통망(大衆交通網)의 과학성(科學性), 교통질서(交通秩序)와 운전행위(運轉行爲), 그 사회적(社會的) 비용(費用)과 그 분담(分擔), 교통(交通)서비스의 수용능력(受容能力) 등 문화경제학적(文化經濟學的) 과제(課題)를 제기(提起)하였다. 이러한 예시적(例示的) 과제(課題)는 우리의 교통생활(交通生活)뿐만 아니라 정치(政治), 경제(經濟), 사회(社會), 언론(言論), 문화(文化) 등 모든 분야(分野)에 있어서 정도의 차이는 있으나 유사한 문제점(問題點)을 안고 있을 것으로 예상(豫想)된다. 여기서 대응방향(對應方向)으로서 제시된 경제사회질서(經濟社會秩序)의 확립(確立), 사회적(社會的) 보상체계(報償體系)의 합리화(合理化), 수용능력(受容能力)의 순화(淳化)와 배양(培養), 도의문화(道義文化)의 함양(涵養) 등은 결코 새로운 것은 아니지만 문화경제학(文化經濟學)의 시각이 도입되어야 이러한 대응(對應)이 경제학(經濟學)의 틀에 수용(收容)될 수 있으며 이러한 시각(視角)의 원용(援用)은 우리 경제(經濟)가 당면한 경제적(經濟的) 난제(難題)들을 근본적(根本的)으로 해결하는 데 새로운 접근(接近)의 모색을 가능케 할 것으로 생각된다.

The criteria of operating anchorage and the unit of anchorage capacity have not been unified and the different terms have been used in same matters in each regulations related to the anchorages provided in major domestic ports. The competent authorities and vessels which are going to use anchorages are confused due to those situations. This paper suggests the schemes to unify criteria of operating anchorage, the unit of anchorage capacity and terms used in same matters through reviewing the anchorage operating regulations provided in major domestic ports. In addition, this paper suggests that the principles of anchorage naming, the unit of anchorage capacity and the number of vessels that can be accommodated should be established at the next revision of regulations through reviewing the status of anchorages in major foreign ports to minimize the confusion on operating anchorages.

The current paper not only investigates the intermediating process of the association between servant leadership and safety behavior, but also tries to find a factor which enhances the positive influence of servant leadership. To do that, this study tried to identify the mediating effect of employee's psychological safety between servant leadership and safety behavior, as well as the moderating influence of perspective taking ability in the servant leadership-psychological safety link. By utilizing 3 wave survey data from 235 employees in Korean companies with conducting structural equation modeling(SEM), this paper found that servant leadership had a positive influence on safety behavior through mediating effect of employee's psychological safety. In addition, the perspective taking ability positively moderated the positive impact of servant leadership on psychological safety.
