An Analysis on Difference of Convergence e-Business Valuation Factors (융복합 e-비즈니스 평가요인의 차이에 관한 분석)

  • This paper was conducted to verify the relationship of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency of convergence e-business valuation. For this paper, it surveyed 179 students and the data were collected Nov. 2~30, 2015. This research analyzed all the samples through ANOVA, t-test utilized by SPSS 22.0 The results as follow. First, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency had statistically significant difference according to gender. Second, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency showed statistically significant difference according to grade. The results of this study reveal the fact that the general characteristics like gender and grade made difference to the understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency. Furthermore, this paper may need to include various variables of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency and suggest research about several university.

  • In this study, we investigated the influence of smart factory's implementing energy management system on innovation resistance and work performance. We surveyed and analyzed 211 employees of system construction companies in the metropolitan area. In order to increase the introduction performance through diffusion of the energy management system, it is found that it is important to support the organizational-level management strategy to reduce the user's resistance to innovation. In conclusion, this study has implications for positively leading to the efficiency and management performance of the manufacturing process of the manufacturing enterprises, and it is necessary to follow - up studies considering the characteristics of the energy management system and the expansion of the research scope in the future.

A Study on the Measures for Applying Standard Development Cost for the Revision of Development Charge System (개발부담금 개편을 위한 표준개발비용 적용방안 연구)

  • Development Charge System was introduced in 1989 to recapture development gains, however, it has been revised more than 20 times since then. The reason for such frequent revisions was that estimating development cost was too composite and indefinite. Therefore it is required that estimating method of development cost should be simplified in order to minimize conflicts among diverse parties. To support the recent revision of 'Restitution and Development Gains Act', this study verified several alternatives of applying standardized costs per area under specific size of development and suggested policy implications. For analysis data, 9,362 Development Charge and cost data of si gun gu for recent 3 years were used. The results showed that dividing Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) and non-SMA made a significant difference and definite divisions among regional groups. The result of this study could minimize social conflicts as well as contribute in realizing the public concept of land policy by revising Development Charge System.

Public Transportation Alighting Estimation Method Using Smart Card Data (교통카드데이터를 활용한 하차정류장 추정 방법론 연구)

  • Recently, there has been a growing interest in using smart card data. However, there are restrictions on the utilization of data in many areas outside the Seoul metropolitan area because the data does not contain alighting information. This paper presents a methodology for estimating alighting stops of smart card data. Estimation results were verified by smart card data from Seoul and Gwangju. The estimation rates were 78.2% and 81.6% in Seoul and Gwangju, respectively. The matching accuracy was 54.2% and 33.4%, respectively. However, if up to two stops of error are allowed, the accuracy values were 93.6% and 94.0%, respectively. We also discussed changes in estimation results due to adjusting the allowable walking distance, which is a key parameter of trip chaining methods. As the allowable walking distance increases, the estimation rate increases, while the accuracy decreases, and it is found that the estimation results change by around 500m.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social support on the awareness of child neglect and the difference of the child neglect awareness according to the experience or not of child abuse prevention education surveying parents. The subject of investigation consisted of 388 parents living in metropolitan area A. The analysing methods are correlation and multi-group analysis using structural equation modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, the variable of social support has the positive statistic association with the awareness of child neglect. Second, as a result of the multi-group analysis, there is the statistical difference of the child neglect awareness between the parent group having child abuse prevention education and the parent group having no education.

Real-Estate Price Prediction in South Korea via Machine Learning Modeling (머신러닝 기법을 통한 대한민국 부동산 가격 변동 예측)

  • Recently, the real estate is of high interest. This is because real estate, which was considered only a residential environment in the past, is recognized as a stable investment target due to the ever-growing demand on it. In particular, in the case of the domestic market, despite the decrease in the number of people, the number of single-person households and the influx of people to large cities are accelerating, and real estate prices are rising sharply around the metropolitan area. Therefore, accurately predicting the prospects of the future real estate market becomes a very important issue not only for individual asset management but also for government policy establishment. In this paper, we developed a program to predict future real estate market prices by learning past real estate sales data using machine learning techniques. The data on the market price of real estate provided by the Korea Appraisal Board and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport were used, and the average sales price forecast for 2022 by region is presented. The developed program is publicly available so that it could be used in various forms.

Occupational risk factors influencing subjective oral symptoms in hospital facility Temp·Contract Workers (병원 시설 파견·용역 근로자들의 주관적 구강 증상에 영향을 미치는 직무 위험 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the occupational risk factors that affect oral symptoms in hospital facility workers. This study surveyed 627 hospital facility temp·contract workers in the metropolitan area from November 17, 2020 to May 20, 2021. The results of the study indicate that oral symptoms were higher among workers with high risk of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. Also, symptoms of oral mucosa, temporomandibular joint disorder, and dry mouth were high in the areas of job insecurity and organizational injustice. As the occupational risk factors and occupational stress of workers increased, the risk of oral symptoms increased. In the future, this study can be used as basic data for improving oral health policies to better the oral health of hospital facility workers.

A Study on the Status of Indoor Smoking Rooms and Compliance with Indoor Smoke-free Policy in Some Public Facilities in the Seoul Metropolitan area and the Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province Area (수도권과 대구·경북지역의 일부 다중이용시설에서 흡연실 설치와 금연구역 정책 준수 수준 파악)

  • Objectives: The purposes of this study were to investigate the installation rates and status of indoor smoking rooms in public facilities and to determine the level of compliance level with smoke-free policies in accordance with the National Health Promotion Act. Methods: A visiting survey was conducted on 1,206 public facilities in the Seoul Metropolitan Area and the Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province area. Researchers selected public facilities such as bars, coffee houses, and internet cafes using convenient sampling. They visited without prior notice, checked the existence of indoor smoking rooms, and recorded their status. Results: Internet cafes (110/116) had the highest installation rate of indoor smoking rooms, followed by bowling clubs (17/19) and billiard rooms (87/100). Depending on the type of business, 50-88% of smoking rooms were not completely enclosed. Coin karaoke rooms showed the least inadequacy in this regard. In addition, out of 512 smoking rooms, in 33% (n = 169) smoking indoors was observed in non-smoking areas. Only 9% of public facilities were in full compliance with the indoor smoke-free regulation. Conclusions: It was found that most of the public facilities with indoor smoking rooms did not comply with the smoke-free policy, and smoking was still observed inside some facilities. Therefore, there is a need for a policy that prohibits indoor smoking rooms completely.

  • 최근 기후변화로 인하여 과거 대비 강수패턴의 변화로 연중 총 강수량은 증가하였으나, 강우일수의 감소, 강우강도의 증가, 연속 무강우일수의 증가 등(기상청, 2018) 유역 내 수문환경 변동이 나타났고, 이로 인한 유역 내 연중 일정한 수자원 확보 및 안정적인 관리 측면에서 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 2012~2017년 동안은 강수량 감소로 인한 전국적인 가뭄이 기록되었고, 최근 2020년에는 우리나라 뿐만 아니라 일본, 중국 등을 포함한 동아시아 지역에는 장기간의 폭우 발생으로 인한 기록적인 홍수 피해가 발생하였다. 기후변화를 피할 수 없는 현 상황에서(IPCC, 2013) 장래에 홍수·가뭄과 같은 수재해의 빈도가 증가하고, 강도가 심화될 것으로 예측되는 가운데 수재해에 대응·대비가 가능하고, 지속적이고 안정적인 수자원 확보가 가능할 수 있도록 수량과 수질을 모두 고려한 유역 단위의 수자원 관리 방안 마련에 대한 사회적 요구가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인구가 밀집되어 있는 수도권의 하천 유역 중 산지, 농지, 도농복합지 등 다양한 유역의 공간적인 특성이 혼합된 경안천 중유역을 대상으로 소유역 별 지하수자원 관리 취약성 평가 연구를 수행하였다. 기존의 연구에서는 지하수자원 관리 취약성 평가 시 강수에 따른 지하수위의 증감 여부, 사회적 인자로 인구, 수자원 이용량 중 지하수 이용량 등의 인자를 선정하여 지하수자원 관리의 취약성을 평가하였다. 최근 삶의 질 향상에 따라 안정적인 수량 확보와 유역 생태 보전을 위한 수질 안정성을 함께 확보 할 수 있는 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 기존 연구의 발전 및 기존 연구와의 차별성을 위하여 본 연구는 강수-하천수-지하수와 같은 수문순환 요소와 하천 수질 관측 요소 간의 상관관계 규명을 통한 유역 내 수문-수질 요소 간 상호영향을 고려하고, 안정적이고 지속가능한 수자원 관리를 위하여 지하수자원 관리 취약성 평가를 수행함으로써 수문순환과 수질을 모두 고려한 새로운 방법의 지하수자원 관리 취약성 평가 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 유역 내 수문순환 요소와 함께 유역 내 수질관측 인자 간의 상호영향을 고려한 차세대 수자원 관리 방안 마련의 과학적·정책적 근거가 될 것으로 기대하고 있으며, 이를 통한 대국민 물 복지 실현에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Change Prediction of Future Forestland Area by Transition of Land Use Types in South Korea (로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용한 우리나라 산지면적의 공간변화 예측에 관한 연구)

  • This study was performed to predict spatial change of future forestland area in South Korea at regional level for supporting forest-related plans established by local governments. In the study, land use was classified to three types which are forestland, agricultural land, and urban and other lands. A logistic regression model was developed using transitional interaction between each land use type and topographical factors, land use restriction factors, socioeconomic indices, and development infrastructures. In this model, change probability from a target land use type to other land use types was estimated using raster dataset(30m×30m) for each variable. With priority order map based on the probability of land use change, the total annual amount of land use change was allocated to the cells in the order of the highest transition potential for the spatial analysis. In results, it was found that slope degree and slope standard value by the local government were the main factors affecting the probability of change from forestland to urban and other land. Also, forestland was more likely to change to urban and other land in the conditions of a more gentle slope, lower slope criterion allowed to developed, and higher land price and population density. Consequently, it was predicted that forestland area would decrease by 2027 due to the change from forestland to urban and others, especially in metropolitan and major cities, and that forestland area would increase between 2028 and 2050 in the most local provincial cities except Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Jeju Island due to locality extinction with decline in population. Thus, local government is required to set an adequate forestland use criterion for balanced development, reasonable use and conservation, and to establish the regional forest strategies and policies considering the future land use change trends.
