A Study on the Factors Affecting the Usage of Internet Banking considering mediating role of customer's attitude and service types (인터넷 뱅킹의 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 : 소비자 태도의 매개적 역할과 서비스 이용 유형을 중심으로)

  • Technology development has reshaped not only the business environment but also financial service. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting customer's attitude and usage of Internet banking. Based on prior studies, this study identifies usefulness, ease of use, innovativeness, social influence, quality, cost as affecting factors of customer's attitude and usage of Internet banking. This study intends to do a comparison analysis the relationship between customer's attitude and usage of Internet banking by classifying Internet banking service into inquiry, transfer, and other service. Result shows that usefulness, quality, and cost are significantly related to the customer's attitude toward Internet banking service, but ease of use, innovativeness, and social influence are not. Even though customer's attitude was found to be significantly related to the use of Internet banking, the degree of it was different by service types inquiry, transfer, and other service in a row. It implicates that usage of Internet banking still centered on inquiry service.

  • Defining of signage market types is an issue of great interest for both service providers and consumers. Through an interview with an expert with a deep understanding about digital signage in early-media stage, and based on analysis results, this study induced three types of signage market types. Each signage market type can be explained by their similar thoughts, opinions, concepts, and behaviors, but are dependent on the differences in a user experiences and knowledge. The study named the interactive signage market as Type 1, the network signage market as Type 2, and the signage-coupled-with-other-media market as Type 3.

  • 감성 연구의 생리, 심리, 동작 분석 등의 과정에서 발생하는 문서, 데이터, 화상, 그림, 그래픽 등의 자료 공유에 인터넷을 적용하는 것은 매우 유망하다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 인터넷 (또는 인트라넷) 환경을 고려하여 Ultra 2 DB 서버, Sun Solaris (UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web 서버로 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 웹기반 감성데이터 베이스 시제품을 구축하여 각종 감성자료를 보급하는 체계를 1차 완료하였으며, 도메인(www.gamsung.or.kr)을 등록하여 서비스를 실시하고 있다. 이 시스템에는 1단계 감성공학기술개발 사업의 35개 연구보고서, 1단계 연구결과로서 생산한 262개 감성지표, 2단계 연구사업의 130개 감성지표, 일본의 인간감각계측 및 응용기술개발 중심으로 생산한 125개 감성지표, 음성데이터, 음향데이터, 인체측정데이터, 얼굴표정데이터와 설문데이터 등의 감성데이터와 감성공학 연구자 인력, 국내제조업체 정보, 참고문헌, 감성 정보물 등을 DB화하여 인터넷을 통하여 조회, 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 현재 진행되고 있는 감성 공학기술개발에 대한 각종 정보를 제공하고 있으며 감성공학의 기술 동향에 대해서도 소개하고 있다. 이는 한국인의 감성 연구에 적합한 감성공학 데이터 베이스 시스템 구축의 발판을 마련하였으며, 향후 소비자의 감성을 예측하고, 이를 시스템 설계에 반영할 수 있으므로 인간중심의 제품개발에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

An Investigation of Affecting Factors on Consumers' Perceived Value and Attitude towards Advertising in Smart Signage (스마트 사이니지 광고에 대한 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • Currently, smart signage as a new kind of advertisement media has been widely used and has had a significant effect on consumers. In this study, we examine the impact on the attitude towards smart signage advertisement based on the Ducoffe's Web advertisement model. In particular, we investigate how the advertising factors (interaction, informativeness, irritation, and entertainment) as well as the contextual factors (localization, immediacy, and personalization) have effects on the value and attitude towards smart signage advertisement. Furthermore, we examine the moderating effect of individual defensive propensity on the relationship between affecting factors and the advertising value. By analyzing 192 samples from undergraduates, we found that four out of seven factors have significant effects on the value towards smart signage. More specifically, for advertising factors, informativeness and irritation have positive effects on the advertising value. For contextual factors, on the other hand, localization and entertainment have positive effects on the value towards smart signage. Besides, we discovered that the defensive propensity moderate the relationship between localization and the advertising value.

A Comparative Study m the Consumer's Attitude and Effect of the UCC as a Commercial Media among Countries (상업적 매체로서의 UCC에 대한 소비자의 태도와 효과에 대한 국가간 비교 연구)

  • UCC paradigm based on Web 2.0 has made new business models and came to the forefront as a commercial media. The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer attitudes toward UCC and it effects as a commercial media. Based on prior studies of Internet and Web advertising, informativeness, entertainment, irritation, trust, usefulness, ease of use, incentives, innovativeness, and flow were identified as affecting factors of the attitude of UCC advertising. Results show that all factors except ease of use and incentives significantly related to the attitude of UCC advertising in Korea. In China, all factors except informativeness, entertainment, and usefulness were found to be significantly related to the attitude of UCC advertising. Customer attitude toward UCC advertising was also found to be significantly related to the such effects as brand attitude, word of mouth and intention to buy in both countries. This study contributes to improve the understanding of UCC as a commercial media and provide the base of activation strategies for it according to the cultural differences.

Relationships among the Country Image, Product Image and Purchase Intention (국가이미지, 제품이미지 및 구매의도의 관계)

  • This study is about to reveal the connections and the importance of China's country image, product image, and purchase intention. Following are the results of the empirical analysis summary. First, in country's national image, except political image, economic image and cultural image have a positive (+) impact on the product image is true. Secondly, a country's product image have a positive (+) impact on purchase intention. Therefore, consumer tend to improve purchase intention when China's product image increase. In summary, consumers' purchase intention can obtain the best positive result, when a country's national image is set as the core factor, which combines and improves concurrently with one's product image.

  • 최근 경제성장과 더불어 쌀 소비 형태가 양보다 질을 우선하게 됨에 따라 다양한 지역 브랜드 쌀, 고품질 친환경 쌀, 씻지 않는 쌀, 버섯쌀과 강화미와 같은 기능성 쌀 등을 생산하여 차별화를 죄하고 있다. 이처럼 최고의 쌀을 소비자에게 공급하기 위하여 쌀의 다양한 상품화가 필요하다. 따라서 동의보감, 본초강목, 중약대사전 등에서 중풍, 경기, 가슴답답할 때 효과가 있다고 알려진 대나무를 가열할 때 나오는 진액인 죽력을 이용하여 기능성 쌀을 제조하였다. 대나무 추출방법에 따른 추출물 $\ulcorner$죽력$\lrcorner$ 은 가용성 고형분과 총 페놀 함량은 에탄을 추출물이 가장 높았고 증발잔사는 직접가열에 의한 추출물이 가장 많았다. 추출물을 코팅한 쌀의 취반후 관능은 에탄을 추출물을 코팅한 처리가 향과 맛이 가장 우수하였고 조직감은 추출방법 간에 차이가 없었다. 대나무 에탄을 추출물의 코팅 량별 쌀의 색도 L, a, b값은 코팅 농도가 증가될수록 증가되었으나 취반후 밥은 L값만 감소되었다. 취반 후 밥의 관능은 10% 코팅 처리에서 향과 맛이 가장 양호하였다. 죽력을 코팅한 쌀의 무기성분은 무코팅 쌀 보다 모든 성분함량이 높았는데 특히 K 함량이 월등하였다. 죽력 코팅 쌀의 취반 특성은 무코팅 쌀 보다 흡수율은 낮았고 팽창율은 떨어졌으나 토요 식미지수는 높았다. 코팅 쌀의 취반 후 물성은 경도, 검성, 씹힘성은 무코팅 쌀 보다 높았고 응집성, 탄력성, 부착성은 낮은 경향이었다.

The Effects of Materialism Value and Consumption Oriented Attitueds on the Propensity of Conspicuous Consumption of Adolescent Consumers (청소년 소비자의 물질주의 가치와 소비지향적 태도가 과시소비성향에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempts to analyze the propensity for conspicuous consumption of the adolescent consumers and related variables such as socio-economic variables, consumer experience, materialism and consumption-oriented attitudes to provide a basis for the development of consumer education program. The survey of this research was conducted by means of self admistered questionnaire with 788 adolescent consumers attending middle and high school located in Ulsan. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The average level of the propensity for conspicuous consumption was a little high median point. This implies that consumer education is necessary for the adolescent consumer in order to reduce the level of conspicuous consumption. 2) The adolescent consumers' propensity for conspicuous consumption varies significantly according to the socio-economic variables such as sex, grade, the allowance interval, the amount of allowance, the mother's education and the subjective level of household consumption. 3) The propensity for conspicuous consumption is positively correlated with materialism and the consumption-oriented attitudes. The consumer experience is positively correlated with materialism and not significantly correlated with the propensity for conspicuous consumption and the consumption-oriented attitudes. Materialism is positively correlated with the consumption-oriented attitudes. 4) According to the results of the regression analysis examining the influences of variables affecting the propensity for conspicuous consumption, the relative importance of the variables are in the order of; materialism, the consumption-oriented attitudes, sex and the amount of allowance. These independent variables explains 49.3% of the total variance about the propensity for conspicuous consumption.

A Study on Consumer Sharing Economy Service Usage Attitudes and Usage Intentions (소비자의 공유경제 서비스 이용태도 및 이용의도에 대한 연구)

  • The recent global economic crisis has resulted in increased discussion and attention on the sharing economy, a form of economic activity where individuals share currently available products. This study investigates consumer sharing economy usage attitudes and usage intentions by applying rational choice theory. For this study, an investigation that had 400 adult consumers from across Korea answer a structured questionnaire was conducted. A statistical approach using SPSS ver. 22.0 was used to analyze the data. The study found that the consumer's sharing economy value and participation levels were higher than usual. Higher than usual consumption patterns were seen for the construct of rational behavior theory. An analysis of the relative influence of variables regarding sharing economy usage intention also found that usage intention was higher for those who had experienced using a sharing economy services rather than those who did not have experience. In addition, the sharing economy usage intention also increased along with the values for subjective norms, sharing economy usage attitudes, sharing economy participation, sharing economy emotional benefits, and increased values. This study found that fundamental materials for consumer education should be made to eliminate difficulties that consumers have when they use sharing economy services. It is also expected that economic policy will develop to stimulate the sharing economy in a stable manner, that sharing economy-related information will be provided to consumers, and that consumer policies will be prepared to prevent consumer problems before they occur.

Effects of Convergence Firefighter Helmet Attributes on Consumer Response (융합 소방용 안전모 특성이 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effects of convergence firefighter helmet attributes on consumer attitude toward the product and willingness-to-pay. The results of empirical analysis are as follows. First, consumer attitude toward the convergence product is more favorable when conciseness, economical efficiency, and the utility value of the convergence product's attributes are high, while consumer attitude toward the convergence product is less favorable when the perceived risk of the convergence product's attributes is high. Second, consumer willingness-to-pay for the convergence product is higher when conciseness, economical efficiency, and the utility value of the convergence product's attributes are high, while consumer willingness-to-pay for the convergence product is lower when the perceived risk of the convergence product's attributes is high. Based on our results, the implications are discussed for the further development of convergence products.
