  • 인체측정 자료는 인간이 생활하는데 요구되는 모든 산업제품의 설계 및 생산에 기초자료가 되며 여러 산업분야에서 표준화 작업을 위한 정보로 활용된다. 특히 의류, 전자 각종 소비재 산업에서의 사용자의 신체 특성과 동작 특성에 맞는 제품 제작뿐만 아니라 오감을 충족시켜줄 수 있는 감성을 가미한 제품 설계의 중요성이 확대되고 있고, 의류, 신발, 애니메이션, 그래픽 산업 분야에서 3 차원 인체형상자료에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 기존의 인체치수의 활용에 있어서는 대부분 길이, 둘레, 부피 등과 같은 수치적 데이터만을 활용하였으나 미래 소비자들의 욕구 충족을 위해서는 감성평가를 통한 제품 설계가 필수적으로 요구되며 이를 위한 감성의 측정 및 평가 기술의 표준화가 시급한 실정이다. 따라서, 인체치수 데이터 센터에서는 인체치수 측정 및 평가방법의 표준화를 통하여 세계 최고 수준의 한국인 인체표준정보 데이터베이스를 구축하며, 국내 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 감성측정 기술확보를 통한 의류, 생활용품, 산업제품, 사회적 약자를 위한 복지기반 구축사업 지원 등 산업계 지원사업을 확대해 나갈 예정이다.

Consumer's Wel-being: The Conceptualization and the Development of Consumption Life Level Scale (소비자의 복지 - 소비생활수준의 개념 및 척도개발을 중심으로 -)

  • This study is intended to create a tool which can identify the concept of consumption life level and to develop a standardized scale to measure consumption life level. Based on it, the concept and perspective of consumption life level was formed and then the scale for measuring it was developed. To develop the scale, the scale was firstly formed by extracting questions through a literature survey, and verifying validity through experts' opinions. Then the final scale was developed by conducting a questionnaire survey for consumers. A preliminary 27-item scale was developed through a literature review. 1000 consumers responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. This research was made with the intention of not only supplying academic data on the consumer's consumption life level but also understanding the consumer's basic behavior patterns. Then a series of tests: test-retest, item-to-total correlation, and Cronbach's reliability coefficient and factor analysis were conducted using the survey data and the final 20-item scale was constructed in the end. The consumer's consumption life level scale consisted of 4 factors.

기획: 수의사처방제 실시를 위한 소 진료체계 준비 및 방역 인프라 구축 방안

  • 축산물의 항생제 잔류와 내성균의 출현 등으로 동물약품 안전사용에 대한 국민적 관심이 증가하여 축산 식품의 안전성 향상과 항생제 내성 문제의 해결을 위하여 농림수산식품부 및 보건복지부를 비롯한 관련 정부 부처와 소비자단체의 노력의 결실로 2007년 12월 6개 관련부처는 "국가항생제내성관리종합대책"을 수립하여 수의사처방제의 시행을 권고한 바 있으며, 농림수산식품부에서는 2008년 7월에 "식품안전종합대책"을 통하여 2011년부터 "수의사처방제"를 도입하겠다고 정책을 발표하였다. 지난 7월 12일에는 수의사처방제의 도입을 위한 입법과정의 일환으로 심재철의원의 주관 하에 각계 대표가 참가한 상태에서 국회에서 토론회가 개최되어 각계의 의견수렴의 과정을 거쳤다. 농림수산식품부와 대한수의사회는 수의사처방제의 2011년 도입을 목표로 입법화과정과 사전 준비를 추진하고 있다. 본 연제에서는 항생제를 비롯한 동물용 의약품에 오염되지 않은 안전한 축산물을 공급하여 국민보건 향상에 기여하기 위한 수의사처방제의 도입에 따른 준비를 위하여, 2009년도 농림수산식품부의 용역연구의 결과 중 (1) 우리나라 소 진료 분야 종사 수의사 실태 및 수의사 처방제 도입 시 필요한 소 진료전문수의사 적정 인원 수 예측, (2) 소 진료전문수의사 양성 방안 및 수의사의 질 향상 유지를 위한 재교육 방안, (3) 우리나라의 소 진료 임상체계 개편 및 국가 동물질병 방역정책과 유기적 연계 방안을 요약 정리하였다. 그리고 본 연제는 소 진료전문수의사들이 수의사처방제 추진과정을 이해함으로서 향후 추진될 수의사처방제에 대하여 능동적으로 대처하고 수의사처방제의 추진 과정에서 생길 수 있는 부작용을 최소화하기 위하여 수의사들에게 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Analysis of the Interrelations among Perceptions of Satisfaction with Service in the Users of Sports Facilities (체육시설 이용객의 서비스 만족도 인식간 상호관계 분석)

  • This study aims to provide the basic data for the revitalization, efficient operation and management of sports facilities by investigating the perceptions of the service satisfaction in the users of public sports facilities. As the subjects of this study, 225 residents in the Chungbuk region were selected regardless of their sexes, and correspondence analysis method was applied to examine the interrelations among perceptions in the users of public sports facilities. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to construct and improve public sports facilities for the efficiency of their operation and the reflection of the users' demand for service satisfaction. Second, it is necessary to approach from the welfare aspect in the plan for the utilization of public sports facilities and to develop and provide various activity programs for the consumers' classes.

  • This study is to analyse the impacts of screen quota in the screen industry and suggests policy implications. To achieve the purpose of this study, we reviewed the theoretical base and history of screen quota, and analyze the share ratio of domestic films and the impacts of screen quota on the actors concerned it. The screen quota was introduced for the purpose of cultural diversity and the protection of screen industry. But it constrained consumer's choice and owner's property. This study suggested policy implications bases the analytical results.

Changes in Dietary Life and Dietary Life Satisfaction in One-Person Households during the COVID-19 Pandemic (코로나-19 유행 이후 1인 가구의 식생활 변화와 식생활 만족)

  • This study examined changes in dietary life and dietary life satisfaction in one-person households during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a sample of 916 one-person households from the Food Consumption Behavior Survey, we applied ANOVA and a system of equations model for our analysis which produced four main results. Firstly, during the COVID-19 pandemic, eating homemade and delivered meals increased, whereas eating restaurant, group, and HMR meals decreased. Eating breakfast and regular eating habits also increased during the pandemic. Secondly, approximately 30% of the sample reported increased expenditure on fresh food and HMR meals. The proportion of positive changes in dietary life was also greater than negative changes, and dietary life satisfaction was about three times higher than it had been before the pandemic. Thirdly, having breakfast and regular eating fully mediated the relationship between spending on fresh food and dietary life satisfaction, as well as the relationship between HMR purchases and dietary life satisfaction. Changes in expenditure on fresh food and HMR meals positively affected dietary life satisfaction through eating breakfast and regular eating. Fourthly, increased consumption of delivered food had a positive direct effect on dietary life satisfaction. Among sociodemographic variables, gender, education, occupation, and age were also significantly related to changes in dietary life satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumer characteristics in foodservice according to university students' lifestyles. The data were collected by the questionnaire survey of 520 university students from Daegu Gyeongbuk Province. The SPSS/Win 12.0 program was used to analyse the samples. The results are as follows: 1) Lifestyle was divided into 10 factors and 3 clusters, namely "Convenience Intention" (cluster I), "Health Information Intention" (cluster II), and "Gender Equality Intention" (cluster III). 2) The differences in general characteristics between the three clusters were founded on gender, frequency of visits, companion, information type, and the type of restaurant. 3) The characteristics of cluster I (Convenience Intention) are explained by it consisting of the group with low averages in consumer dissatisfaction, complaints, compensation, and repurchase intention, where as cluster II was the high average group and cluster III the middle average group. Based on these results, consumer characteristics in foodservice are discussed.

A Policy Implementation Analysis on the Care Voucher for the Aged -Focusing on Choice and Competition- (노인돌보미바우처 정책집행분석 -선택과 경쟁은 실현되는가?-)

  • As a case study in the field of policy implementation research, this study focuses on how the logic of consumer choice and provider competition operates on the front line of policy processing. To find the implementation process of the program, 39 interview data were analyzed, including voucher users, care workers, social workers in 4 agencies and local public officers in one of the district in Seoul, and relevant officials from the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family affairs and the Center for Social Service Management. The main results are as follows: In the level of policy implementation, user choice and competition, which was the main logic behind the implementation of the voucher program, did not occur as expected by policy makers. Instead of user choosing his/her provider, it was found that the providers were choosing its users. Secondly, the case study found that providers have formed a caucus which allocated the local users equally amongst the providers. In this process, local public officers have supported the meeting by providing them with a list of users. Such results may be interpreted as a habitual execution from the tradition of supply-side subsidy, rather than the way of implementation in the market system. Thirdly, although voucher users could not choose their preferred agency in the first stage of service, some other choices exists so that users may choose their preferred care-giver and time for service. Finally, the change of agency and care-giver in the way of delivering services were observed.

Permanency Plan for Adults with Mental Illness : Focused on Mental Health System of New Zealand (성인정신장애인의 평생계획모형 : 뉴질랜드 정신보건서비스를 중심으로)

  • Primary care takers, especially older parents, who live with and care for an adult child with mental illness struggle with the dilemma of who will provide for their child's social and emotional needs and physical care requirements when they can no longer care so. Therefore, 'Permanency plan(financial, residential, legal plan)' is very important for social integration and normalization of mental illness adults. This study aims to introduce the mental health systems in New Zealand and to investigate the permanency plan strategies(benefit, supplements, and the laws) of the government and community support services of NGOs through the interviews with team leaders of representative NGO, Te Korowai Aroha. Permanency plan strategies of New Zealand Government and NGOs are as follows. 1) Financial plans for adults with mental illness include main benefit(invalid benefit), various allowances(family allowance and disability allowance), and wage subsidies for employment. 2) The Government provide accommodation supplement and re-establishment grant for residential plan. And NGOs have supported accommodation program to provide support and accommodation that are important for social integration. 3) Adult mental illness is provided the support of welfare guardian and property manager under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act. According the results, this study concluded that social services for the mental illness which secure supported accommodation and benefits is strongly needed. At the same time, mental health delivery system is needed to make distinction between social services and clinical services.

The Development and Application of Non-Face-to-Face Wearable Technology Curriculum Activities: Improving Creative Convergence Learning Competency of College Students (대학생의 창의융합 학습역량 향상을 위한 비대면 웨어러블 테크놀로지 교육과정 활동의 개발과 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and apply curriculum activities using non-face-to-face wearable technology in a pandemic situation. It is to improve the creative convergence learning ability of college students. Based on the results of 5 preliminary studies, 8 courses were conducted for 16 university students at A University in Seoul. In conclusion, real-time non-face-to-face interaction with professional professors in each field played a major role in improving the creative convergence learning competency of college students. This point shows the possibility of future-oriented creative convergence talent development along with the expandability of wearable technology in university education.
