동판접지전극과 동선접지전극 사용에 대한 기술적 및 경제적 비교 (완)

  • 본고에서는 1개의 전극으로 소기의 접지저항치를 얻지 못할 경우 두개 이상의 전극을 연접접지한다. 이와 같이 하였을 경우 합성저항치가 동판전극을 합성하였을 때의 접지저항치를 비교하여 본다. 즉 같은 조건하에서 동판전극과 선전극의 집합계수나 비교하여 본다.

  • This Study is Empirically Analyzed the Relationship among Personality, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Marketing Counselor of Mutual aid Fund for Small Enterprises and Small Enterprisers. The Collected 205 Counselors Data were Verified the Cause-and-effect Relationship and Mediated Effects among Variables by Exploratory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. Personality Traits have a Significant Effect on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction was Proved to have a Mediating Effect Between Personality Factors and Turnover Intention. In order to Encourage the Counselor to work and to Improve the Effectiveness of System, this Study Suggested the Necessity of Job Satisfaction Improvement Strategy According to Personality Characteristics of Counselor.

Ultrastructure of the Laval Hemocytes in Sericinus montela Grey (Lepidoptera: Papilionidae) (꼬리명주나비(Sericinus montela Grey) 유충혈구의 미세구조)

  • Ultrastructure of the larval hemocytes in Sericinus montela Grey was observed with the transmission and scanning electron microscope. The 5 cell types, according to Breh lin and Zachary(1986), identified in the hemocytes of the last instar S. montela larva were; prohemocyte, plasmatocyte, granular cell, spherule cell and oenocytoid. Prohemocytes could be easily charaterized by a relatively large nucleus nd poorly developed cytoplasmic organelles. Plasmatocytes were relatively large spindle-shaped or oval cells with fibrous bundles. The spindle-shaped plasmatocytes, especially, were characterized by a well developed, elongated nucleus. Granular cells had various granules, either morphologically or in electron density, and highly developed cytoplasmic organelles in the cytoplasm. They had numerous cytoplasmic processes. Spherule cells were characterized by cytoplasmic spherules containing fine materials, which are released into the hemolymph upon maturity of the cell. Oenocytoids consisted of electron dense materials and the organelles in cytoplasm were poorly developed.

  • A Fuel-rich preburner using kerosene fuel is operated in a non-equilibrium condition and a prediction of burnt-gas properties is not easy from a chemical equilibrium analysis. A premixed counter-flow flame analysis was conducted for the prediction of burnt-gas properties. JP10 was selected for a representative kerosene fuel and a non-equilibrium combustion analysis was accomplished in supercritical condition using UC San Diego reaction mechanism. The premixed counter-flow flame was assumed for stationary and stable flame, and the temperature result in present study was overestimated rather than the experimental results from Huzel. From the difference of the temperature result, other properties, heat capacity, specific heat ratio and molecular weight had some differences against the experimental results. Moreover, the present results was more similar to the experimental results than those of the equilibrium analysis.

  • Novel palladium(II) complexes of the type Pd(IBA-NH)(IBA-NH') and Pd(IBA-NR)2, where IBA-NH and IBA-NR (R: methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, n-butyl, benzyl) represent isonitrosobenzoylacetone imine and its N-alkyl derivatives respectively, have been prepared. The ir, nmr, and electronic spectra of the palladium(Ⅱ) complexes have been studied. It has been determined that the isonitroso group of IBA-NH coordinates to palladium through the oxygen to form 6-membered chelate ring and that of IBA-NH' coordinates to palladium through the nitrogen to form 5-membered ring in square-planar Pd(IBA-NH)(IBA-NH') and it also has been determined that the isonitroso groups of two IBA-NR coordinates to palladium through the nitrogen to form 5-membered rings in square-planar Pd$(IBA-NR)_2$. The coordination manner of the ligands is similar to that of isonitrosoacetylacetone imines obtained by Bose, et $al.^5$.

  • Intracellular organelles in eukaryotic cells play important roles in many cellular functions. Intracellular trafficking of many proteins to specific intracellular organelles is tightly regulated by various mechanisms in cells. Therefore, elucidating the targeting mechanism of novel markers for intracellular organelles is important for cellular physiology and pathology. In this study, we tried to identify the peptides which could bind to specific glycolipid in cellular membrane using GFP-fused glycolipid-binding peptides, and analyzed their cellular localization. As a result, we could identify mitochondria-, Golgi- or plasma membrane-targeting peptides. Furthermore, we found that the plasma membrane-targeting peptide was localized to the plasma membrane via electrostatic interactions. Thus, our results suggest that various glycolipid-binding peptides could be used as intracellular organelles markers.

  • The power-pack combustion test of technology demonstration model(TDM0) for 9 tonf-class staged combustion cycle engine development was conducted in the Upper-stage Engine Test Facility(UETF) of Naro Space Center. The power-pack model of TDM0 was composed of a pre-burner, a turbo-pump and propellant supply systems without a main combustor. In the power-pack combustion test, we confirmed the linked working condition and verified the main functional variation of the power-pack for the engine system test.
