The Effects on the Factors of Scholar Resilience for Self-efficiency and Scholar Attainment of High School Student : An Analysis on the Control Effects of Stress Scale (고등학생의 학습탄력성 요인이 자기효능감과 학업성취감에 미치는 영향 : 스트레스 정도의 조절효과 분석을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed whether the factors of studying resilience of high school students had a control effect on self-efficacy and academic achievements depending on the degree of stress. For this purpose, this study set the cause and effect model and the research hypothesis through literature and then conducted a survey of 292 people of high school students in G metropolitan city. The analysis of this study showed that recognition ability and communication skill, which are the factors of studying resilience, had different effects on self-efficacy and academic achievements depending on the degree of stress. It has great significance that if the stress level of the high school students is lower, self-efficacy and academic achievements are higher. Therefore, this study suggested how to inspire the academic achievements based on the results of this analysis.

  • The purpose of this study was to prepare empirical baselinedata supporting for adolescents by researching the control effects by type of schools related between academic achievement and social competence mediating the oiettolie propensity by stress and impulsiveness of adolescents. For this study, 400 high school students in Gwangju metropolitan city were interviewed using self-reporting questionnaire. As the result of study, stress and impulsiveness of adolescents have significant influences on their oiettolie propensity partially, and oiettolie propensity affect academic achievement and social competence meaningfully. and, stress and impulsiveness of adolescents play roles on their oiettolie propensity partially as control factors by type of schools. and. oiettolie propensity affects academic achievement and social competence by type of schools. This study suggests some policy programs for reduction of oiettolie propensity and improvement of academic achievement and social competence based on the analysis results.

Musically Talented Adolescents' Passion for Music: On the Relations of Music Valuation, Satisfaction in Music, and Music Accomplishment (음악재능 청소년의 음악열정: 음악가치, 음악만족감 및 음악성취감 간의 관계를 중심으로)

  • This study was to examine the passion profiles and direct, indirect, and total effects of music valuation(MV), passion for music (i.e., harmonious passion, obsessive passion), and satisfaction in music(SM) on music accomplishment(MA) of musically talented high school students in Korea. Of the 599 musically talented high school students surveyed from Gyonggi, Chungnam, and Busan in South Korea, 524 completed and returned the questionnaires yielding a total response rate of 87.48%. Students with high harmonious passion(HP) and high obsessive passion(OP) were classified as high passion students(Nhigh passion=228), where as those with low HP and low OP were classified as low passion students(Nlow passion=5). Students with high passion had higher MV and higher SM than those with high HP or low passion. Moreover, those with high passion had higher music accomplishment than those with high HP, high OP, or low passion. Students with high HP had higher MA and SM than those with low passion. MV affected MA through both HP and OP, and also SA. HP and OP also affected MA and SA. SM directly affected MA. Total effects of HP on MA were higher than those of OP, SM, and MV. The indirect effect of HP on MA were higher than those of OP. Findings indicated that the more students have a HP, the more they showed higher SM and MA when they engaged in music activity with higher MV. Future research is need to replicate these findings with professional musicians at higher levels of expertise.

The Effect of Emotional Labor on Psychological Burnout (감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차보험 회사의 고객센터 상담사를 대상으로 감정노동과 심리적 소진의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 고객센터 상담사들은 감정노동의 표면화 행위보다는 내면화 행위에 대한 스트레스가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 소진은 개인의 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 정서적 고갈은 여성 상담사일수록, 개인적 성취감 결여는 고졸일수록, 1일 전화응대시간이 8시간 초과할수록, 월평균가계소득이 낮을수록 더욱 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 상담사의 개인특성과 감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 결과, 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 증가시켰고, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 감소시켰다. 개인적 성취감 결여는 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록, 1일 전화 응대시간이 많을수록, 높아지는 경향을 보였으며, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록, 감정노동의 내면화 행위가 많을수록 개인적 성취감 결여는 감소되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Relationship of Goal Orientation, Flow Experience and Self-Accomplishment among College Students Receiving Lifeguard Education (수상인명구조 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향, 몰입경험 및 자아성취감에 관계된 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of goal orientation, flow experience and self-accomplishment among students who received lifeguard education. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, had an impact on cognitive flow and behavioral flow, and ego-involvement affected cognitive flow. Second, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, exercised an influence on their self-realization, display of ability and development of ability, which were the task-involvement of self-accomplishment. Besides, ego-involvement impacted on self-realization. Third, the cognitive flow and behavioral flow of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which were the sub-variables of flow experience, exerted an influence on self-realization, display of ability and development of display, which were the sub-variables of self-accomplishment. Fourth, the goal orientation of the college students receiving lifeguard education had a firsthand relationship to flow experience and self-accomplishment, and that had a secondhand causal relationship to self-accomplishment through flow experience as well.

Potential Effects of Nature-friendly Hill Climb Sportsmen's Participatory Motivation and Commitment Experience upon Their Sense of Self-achievement and Living Satisfaction (자연친화적 힐클라임 스포츠 참가자의 참가동기가 몰입경험, 자아성취감, 생활만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine potential effects of nature- friendly hill climb sportsmen's participatory motivation and commitment experience on their sense of self-achievement and living satisfaction. To meet the goal, this study surveyed total 206 participants (male and female) in hill climb tournaments held at Daegwallyeong and Misiryeong, Gangwon province. For data processing, this study used SPSS 14.0 and amos 7.0 to conduct frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistic analysis and structural equation model analysis respectively. As a result, this study could come to the following conclusions: First, according to descriptive statistic analysis, it was found that our respondents who participated in nature-friendly hill climb sports scored relatively high points in their participatory motivation, commitment experience, sense of self-achievement and living satisfaction. Secondly, this study adopted Pearson's moment correlation analysis in order to determine potential associations among our respondents' participatory motivation, commitment experience, sense of self-achievement and living satisfaction. As a result, it was found that their participatory motivation was positively correlated with their living satisfaction, while their commitment experience was positively correlated with their sense of self-achievement. Thirdly, it was found that there were certain causalities among our respondents' participatory motivation, living satisfaction, commitment experience and sense of self-achievement.

The effects of Leisure activity, Self esteem, Achievement on Mental Wellbeing among the Aged (노인의 여가활동, 자아존중감, 성취감이 정신적 웰빙에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of leisure activity, self-esteem, and the achievement on mental wellbeing among the elderly. The participants in this cross-sectional, descriptive study were 149 elderly who completed a self-report structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS statistics 20 program. The mental well-being averaged 51.5 (${\pm}15.1$); leisure activity averaged 26.2 (${\pm}6.5$); self-esteem averaged 30.2 (${\pm}5.2$), and self-esteem averaged 44.4 (${\pm}8.3$). The mental well being of the elderly was positively correlated with all three variables. The leisure activity, self-esteem, and achievement were strong predictors of the mental well-being among the elderly. These variables explained 42.7% of the variance in mental wellbeing. The results suggest that the elderly are satisfied with their own situations and abilities, have a positive mind by accepting their present state of being, continue social interactions through active leisure activities, and set specific goals. The mental well-being of the elderly can be improved.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 정보시스템 및 심리학에서 사용한 재미의 개념을 분석하여, 정보시스템 사용자들이 느끼는 재미모형의 유형에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존문헌연구를 통하여 재미를 구성하는 29개의 항목을 개발하고 이를 검증하여 이 중 15개 항목을 선정하였다. 이후 다시 실증분석 후 재미를 구성하는 하위요인을 사회성, 만족감, 성취감, 열광적 4개의 1차 하위차원으로 정의하였다.
