This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the technological performance of national R&D programs, and to compare these factors with those that affect R&D in the machinery and chemical industry. This study also seeks to explore policy implications for the national R&D programs to meet the characteristics of each industrial technology. The results of this study are as follows: First, big enterprises create more Korean patents than small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in the machinery R&D. Moreover, government-funded research institutes produce more SCI articles than enterprises in the chemical technology R&D. Second, there is no significant difference in the number of institutions that participate in the machinery technology R&D. Third, the production of Korean patents and Science Citation Index (SCI) articles on all samples in the machinery industry are influenced by government grants. For instance, in the samples, which consist of enterprises, the creation of overseas patents is influenced by the amount of government grants. Fourth, there is no significant difference in the magnitude of private investment, regardless of the sample and industry. In conclusion, different factors influence the technological performances of the national R&D programs in the chemical and machinery technology R&D. This shows that it is necessary to consider the characteristics of industry-specific technology when making science and technology policies for the national R&D programs.

This study was conducted to compare the evaluation scores among different evaluation agents-tutor, peer and self evaluation. It also aimed to identify the correlations among the evaluation agents and each agent's influencing factors that can have impact on PBL evaluation. 105 nursing students who had PBL methods in their learning had 3 different tutor, peer and self evaluation consecutively with the PBL Effectiveness Evaluation Tool. Self evaluation score was higher than both tutor and peer evaluation for 3 different evaluation. There was a significant correlation between tutor evaluation and peer evaluation. 'Problem solving ability' for tutor evaluation and 'Cooperative learning ability' for peer evaluation and self evaluation were the influencing factors.

The curtain wall engineering of local high-rise buildings consists of many phases such as design, curtain wail design, manufacture, procurement, construction and facility management, each of which also involves many' actors such as architect, curtain wall consultants, manufacturers, contractors, and facility managers. Moreover, the method for controlling the C/W process of each participant is needed. Eliminating wastes and problems existed in the C/W process can be more effective. What is more, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the current process and to strengthen the competence through application of SCM to the C/W life-cycle. In addition, it is important that a ]ot of information transfer smoothly and share through information system. Therefore, this study aimed to propose the scope of application and the improvement directions in applying Supply Chain Management concept.

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the restructuring of the family policy from a gender-integrating perspective. Several meaningful conclusions were reached. First, examining family policy from the laborer's perspective, the issue of work and family becomes not a gender-related issue but rather an issue for universal people. Second, in order to include the difference in interest among men and women in the labor market, and to view the issue from a gender-integrating perspective, the framework for family policy should consider the place of labor. Third, if family policy is divided into family and labor arena based on the above mentioned framework, the core content of the policy should gear toward loosening and/or eliminating barriers to fulfill the right to work for pay and the right to care for family. Lastly, family policy should aim at men and women sharing the responsibility of supporting and caring for the family. By doing so, we may be closer to maintaining work and family together, the ultimate goal of family policy.

This study aims to analyze remediation of games and fictions in Korean virtual reality game fictions and to derive the storytelling of virtual reality game fictions through them. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities that Korean game fiction based on the web can be expanded as popular literature. The main character of the fiction is a male in his twenties. In the neoliberal society, he is set as a member of the neglected class and lacking privilege. He enters the virtual world because of the deficiency experienced in the real world. It minimizes the mediation process between the real world and the interface. On the other hand, the repetitive actions performed by the protagonist belong to the category of self - destructive labor. As a result, he shows signs of narcissism. In the Korean virtual reality game fiction, the magic circle appears blurred, and the real world and the virtual world are linked. In this process, the virtual world functions as a substitute space to solve the problem of reality. The establishment of such a space, and the resolution of conflicts are merely narrative characteristics of Korean game fictions that are different from North America and Europe.

The aim of this study was to develop a evaluation indicator to collaborative energy saving projects with NGO. We set the indicator based on expert advice, and refer to the preceding case study. The indicator has been set for the purpose of analyzing in planning, execution, performance phase to projects. In planning phase these consist of indicator such as project selection and rating, projects goals and concrete plans, etc; and systematic way of projects promotion, projects management and follow-up, and participation on selected contents, etc in execution phase; and achieve their goals, participant satisfaction, etc in performance phase.

Recently, the urban regeneration project has been performed actively at home and abroad. The stake-holders in urban regeneration project are various and complicated, and has large scale during a long life period. Also they show the characteristics of a mega-project and most mixed-use form. Therefore, the urban regeneration has a lot of potential risk factors from project beginning to completion. It means they need efficient and continuous risk management in terms of performance measurement. But the current domestic construction project does not reflect risk management in view of performance measurement. This study proposes the risk management methodology by mapping risk factors with major performance indexes of the urban regeneration project.

건설산업 참여주체 사이의 고질적 문제들을 해소하고 건설산업의 재도약을 지원하기 위해 지난 1년 동안 운영해 왔던 건설산업 공생발전위원회(이하 공생발전위원회)가 하도급대금 지급보증제도 개선 등 많은 성과를 남기고 지난 10월 19일 제7차 위원회를 끝으로 활동을 마무리했다. 정해돈 대한설비건설협회 회장은 공생발전위원회 위원으로 참여하며 설비건설업계의 애로사항을 역설하고 ${\bigtriangleup}$공공공사 저가하도급심사제도 개선 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급공사대금의 지급실적 점검 및 부당특약유형 확대 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급대금지급보증서 보증약관 개선 및 발급감독 강화 ${\bigtriangleup}$주계약자 공동도급 대상범위 확대 ${\bigtriangleup}$산업재해 은폐에 대한 제도개선 등을 건의한 결과 저가하도급심사제도, 하도급대금 지급보증제도 등의 제도가 개선되었다. 특히 저가하도급 심사제도와 하도급대금 지급보증제도 개선 성과는 그동안 건설협회가 강력히 반대했으나 정해돈 회장을 비롯한 제8대 집행부가 똘똘 뭉쳐 일궈낸 성과라 더욱 의의가 크다. 본지는 공생발전위원회의 지난 1년간 활동을 점검해 본다.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 재난에서의 위험인식이 BCMS위험평가를 매개로 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해 처벌법이 건설현장에서 기업의 사업주에게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 사업주에게 영향을 미치는 것은 기업연속성에 직접적인 인과관계를 형성함으로써 기업에 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대시민의 재해에 대하여 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 현재 행안부에서 적극추진중인 BCMS의 위험평가를 적극적으로 활용하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대시민재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.

This study analyses interorganizational innovation networks empirically in the Korean biotechnology industry, based on systems of innovation approach. Empirical findings of this study are as follows. Innovation networks have not been well developed in the Korean biotechnology industry. Main agents who participate in innovation networks are workers at venture firms, university professors, researchers at government-sponsored research institutions. They all recognize the positive effects of innovation networks. The enhancement of participation willingness and competency of agents, the enrichment of trust and control among agents, and the effective acquisition of the useful technology and resources in innovation networks will largely contribute to development of innovation networks in the Korean biotechnology industry.
