A Study on the Verification of Significance of Assessment Items for Selecting Start-ups: Focusing on Project Fostering Start-ups through Leading Universities (창업기업 선정평가지표 유의성 검증에 관한 연구: 창업선도대학육성사업을 중심으로)

  • In this study, we examined the accuracy of the assessment items for selecting start-ups used in the project to support start-ups and verified their validity in determining whether they are appropriate assessment items based on selection criteria. The results of 973 start-ups that applied for the project fostering startup leading universities were collected and logistic regression was performed using SPSS 18.0. The study results are summarized as follows. First, the differences in characteristics of start-ups were identified in terms of selection. Second, the impact of selection by assessment items was gender in 2015, capability of the founder, business establishment in 2016, performance and potential in the global market, and business startup in 2017. Third, the overall selection accuracy analysis for the last three years confirmed that the accuracy of the selection is lower each year and that the accuracy of the selection is lower than the accuracy of the non-selection. This means that the current assessment items for selecting start-ups are inaccurate for selection, and that changes in the items due to changes in the start-up environment each year have led to lower accuracy of selection. It is meaningful that this study raised the importance of assessment items and the need for improvement of assessment items for the screening functions of good start-ups to enhance efficiency of the policies for startup support.

  • 일반적으로 확률수문량을 산정하기 위해서는 수문자료에 대해 빈도해석을 실시한 후 확률수문량을 산정하게 된다. 재현기간이 커질수록 확률분포형에 따라 확률수문량의 값은 많은 차이를 나타내므로 적정 확률분포형의 선정은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 적정 확률분포형의 선정은 객관적인 기준에 의해 이루어져야 하나, 적정 확률분포형의 선정에 있어 명확한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않아 실무에서 확률수문량을 산정할 때 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 적정 확률분포형의 선정기준으로 제시되어 있는 검정통계량을 이용한 방법의 적용성을 비교 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라에서 널리 사용되고 있는 Gumbel, GEV 분포형과 Weibull, Generalized logistic 분포형을 선택하고 각각의 분포형에 대해 자료의 크기별 모의를 통해 자료를 발생시킨 후 빈도해석을 수행하고, 적합도 검정 단계에서 산출되는 검정통계량을 비교하여 적정 확률분포형을 선정하여 적용성을 검토하고자 한다. 결과적으로 자료 발생에 이용된 분포형과는 관계없이 자료수가 작을수록 2변수 gamma, 자료수가 많을수록 5변수 Wakeby가 제일 많이 선정되는 것으로 나타났으며, Gumbel, GEV, generalized logistic 분포형의 경우는 대체로 자료의 수가 많아질수록 선정되는 빈도가 많은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 수소를 기반으로 하는 신재생에너지의 생산, 관리 및 이용 시스템을 연계하여 운전하는 Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 국내 도서 선정은 지자체별 이해관계와 지역발전계획에 따라 첨예한 논란을 수반할 소지가 있다. 입지 선정 절차상에서 예비후보지 선정과정이 형식적이거나 입지선정기준이 없어 입지선정을 위한 평가항목, 평가기준, 항목별 배점 등이 분석자의 의도에 따라 조정될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 각 지역에 대한 입지선정을 위한 기준이 있다 하더라도 추상적이거나 객관적이지 않은 기준이 많아 입지선정에 직접 적용하기 어렵고, 자연환경, 사회경제, 법제, 입지조건, 부하특성, 지자체 호응 등 인자들의 평가의 형평성이 결여될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 의사결정도구로 이용되는 계층분석법(AHP)을 입지선정절차에 적용하였다. 객관적인 정보가 제공 가능한 평가항목을 설정하고, 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 주관적인 중요도 결과를 취합하였다. 이 결과를 계층분석법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가치를 측정하여 가중치를 부여하였고, Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 후보도서의 순위를 제시하였다.

  • This is a study on the selection of the optimum route using geographic information system. In general, the selection of route was classifed in order of candidate route zone, optimum route zone and optimum route, this study comes under optimum route that is the last part in the route planning. The optimum route is get attined on the weighted matrix table that based on landuse status, land value, slope degree of each grid cell of the test area, and also we suggest application possibility of geographic information system in the route planning with the comparision and analysis of the three selection route in this study.

  • The selection of comparative standard parcels should be objective and reasonable, which is an important task in the individual land price appraisal procedure. However, the current procedure is mainly done manually by government officials. Therefore, the efficiency and objectiveness of this selection procedure is not guaranteed and questionable. In this study, we first defined the problem by analyzing the current comparative standard land parcel selection method. In addition, we devised a decision tree-based method using a machine learning algorithm that is considered to be efficient and objective compared to the current selection procedure. Finally the proposed method is then applied to the study area for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy.

  • 본 연구에서는 Clark 모형을 기반으로 한 홍수유출 앙상블 멤버 생성기법을 개발하였다. Clark 모형의 매개변수인 집중시간과 저류상수는 불확실성을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 집중시간과 저류상수가 가지고 있는 불확실성을 해결하기 위하여 적절한 확률분포를 선정하였다. 집중시간에 적절한 확률분포는 집중시간이 가지고 있는 특성과 확률분포가 가지고 있는 특성을 비교 및 분석하여 선정하였다. 선정된 확률분포는 감마분포와 대수정규분포이다. 저류상수에 적절한 확률분포는 저류 상수와 집중시간의 관계를 분석하여 선정하였다. 선정된 확률분포는 집중시간에서 선정한 확률분포와 동일하다. 본 연구에서는 이지호 등(2013)의 연구에서 집중시간과 저류상수 사이에 뚜렷한 관계를 확인하고 이에 적합한 이변량 확률분포를 선정하였다. 선정된 이변량 확률분포는 이변량 감마분포와 이변량 대수정규분포이다. 이변량 감마분포는 집중시간과 저류상수에 적용 가능한 Smith, Adelfang and Tubb's(SAT) 이변량 감마분포를 선정하였다. SAT 이변량 감마분포와 이변량 대수정규분포의 적합도 검정방법은 K-S 검정을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 SAT 이변량 감마분포와 이변량 대수정규분포로 Random Number Generation 실시하였다. 생성된 집중시간과 저류상수의 앙상블 멤버는 Clark 모형을 이용하여 홍수유출 앙상블 멤버를 생성한다. 제안된 홍수유출 앙상블 멤버 생성기법은 방림 유역을 대상 검토하였다.

  • The search method that web services offers has its limitations. The search service considers only functional factors based on the client's preferences. In order to improve the web service search - which alone only considers functional factors - our research introduces an execution phase which performs both functional and non-functional factors by utilizing WSDL and matching information. Our research studies the architecture of both the service selecting method and the selecting process to help determine the best service solution for the client. We do so, taking into consideration the client's preferences. Our research also studies selecting methods for the best overall service. This service not only considers the matching of functional factors provided by the web service's selecting process, but it is also accommodating by matching the information as defined by the client. This paper research can offer the best quality service preferred by any end-user. Again, this is done by utilizing web services that considers the user's non-functional factors identified by the web service's selecting process and also by extracting matching information.

  • Project delivery systems determine the relationship, responsibility, authority and the scope of works of those involved in project, hence, optimum project delivery system should be selected to so that construction project would be executed successfully, Until now, the traditional design-bid-build mainly has been used for public projects, but the government is making efforts actively to introduce other methods such as design-build, alternative bidding by its policy. However, delivery systems should be determined through considering physical projects characteristics, owner's goals, external factors, etc, rather than government' policy. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to propose objective delivery system selection criteria and delivery system selection model, which help owners to select the suitable delivery system through quantitative and reasonable manner.

  • The systematic criteria and rational standard for site selection of marine recreational floating architecture are in urgently need in respect of structural safety, use of facilities, economics of construction and management, relationship with surrounding areas or cities and impact on marine environment. Nevertheless, at present, there is not any study nor guideline for site selection of marine recreational floating architecture which is now being planned and elected at many places of a body of water such as river or coastal area all over the country. Therefore this study is to propose a systematic process and a rational criteria and guideline for site selection of marine recreational floating architecture. Especially the results are suggested in forms of diagrams and tables in order to be utilized so easily by related local governments and individual enterprises.

  • The application field of OSS is being expanded farther and the existing studies are well established theoretically but not actually widely used. Because so many criteria and complexity of selection methods result in low efficiency and not proper for use. In this master's thesis, to solve these problems I propose a selecting technique for OSS with less criteria, which is more effective and easy to use than before. Based on the existing studies, we identify assessment criteria which common used and redefine 14 evaluation attributes as well as 31 assessment criteria through elimination and grouping. And evaluate the criteria in four steps such as Initial assessment, Functional assessment, Characteristical assessment and Supplemental assessment. To evaluate the adequacy of suggested technique, 29 database management tools for MySQL are selected as candidates, and applied to the technique I proposed. As the result, time and effort for evaluation is reduced sharply and we can use this technique more easily.
