This study analyzed overseas market performance factors, focusing on the use of smart logistics platforms by companies entering overseas markets. Research design, data, methodology : Nine hypotheses were established among four potential variables, including the use of a smart logistics platform. An empirical analysis was carried out targeting 175 companies entering the overseas market, and hypothesis testing was performed using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the mediating effect of the use of the smart logistics platform, and the effect of the supply chain orientation and the logistics service network was confirmed. In this study, it was confirmed that the use of a smart logistics platform mediates the effect of supply chain orientation on the logistics service network. In this regard, it was pointed out that it is necessary to increase the ability to utilize the smart logistics platform.

Real-time(RT) object-oriented(OO) distributed computing is a form of RT distributed computing realized with a distributed computer system structured in the form of an object network. Several approached proposed in recent years for extending the conventional object structuring scheme to suit RT applications, are briefly reviewed. Then the approach named the Real Time Simulation Programing(RTSP) structuring scheme was formulated with the goal of instigating a quantum productivity jump in the design of distributed time triggered simulation. The RTSP scheme is intended to facilitate the pursuit of a new paradigm in designing distributed time triggered simulation which is to realize real-time computing with a common and general design style that does not alienate the main-stream computing industry and yet to allow system engineers to confidently produce certifiable distributed time triggered simulation for safety-critical applications. The RTSP structuring scheme is a syntactically simple but semantically Powerful extension of the conventional object structuring approached and as such, its support tools can be based on various well-established OO programming languages such as C+ + and on ubiquitous commercial RT operating system kernels. The Scheme enables a great reduction of the designers efforts in guaranteeing timely service capabilities of application systems.

Hypermedia documents include structural information for their documents There have been researches on storing and searching hypermedia documents using the structural information of the documents. For the purpose of presenting hypermedia documents, however, only a few models have been proposed. In this paper, we propose a new object-oriented model based on the structural information of HyTime documents for storing and also presenting efficiently the documents. For this modeling, we consider an application of HyTime, a system for a news-on-demand service that provides news customized by user requests. Our modeling can be applied to several Hypermedia application areas, like as customized web-based instructions and digital libraries as well as news-on-demand services.

본 논문에서는 최근 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있는 Computer-supported Cooperative work(CSCW)를 위한 새로운 구조적 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 구조적 모델은 현재까지 만들어져온 CSCW 시스템 모델들의 특징과 구조를 분석하고서, 분산 환경을 기반 환경으로 해서 보다 객체 지향적으로 설계한 것으로서 완벽한 peer to peer의 구조를 취한다. DOVE(Distributed Objected-oriented Virtual Environment)라는 분산 환경 하에서 설계된 본 시스템은 DOVE가 제공하는 서비스의 하나인 객체 그룹 원격 호출(Object group method invocation)을 이용해서 객체들에 대해서 멀티캐스팅하는 방식을 사용했으며 이를 통해 cooperative work를 위한 최고의 성능을 제공할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

The Service Oriented Architecture has been adopted to be able to handle various types of user requirement flexibly. This concept supports to identify service units, organize that units and integrate them to make a software system. In this paper, we introduce SOA to improve legacy system for reducing duplicated functions and relax the difficulties of maintenance. We try to analyze function flow of warehouse management system and reorganize it to reduce duplicated implementation. Also the system architecture is tried to improve considering connection with other ERP systems.

This paper analyzes vulnerability of each service protocol used in ICT convergence industry, smart factory, smart grid, smart home, smart traffic, smart health care, and suggests technologies that can overcome security vulnerabilities. In addition, we design a service-oriented protocol security framework that allows us to quickly and easily develop security functions in an open environment by defining a security element common to protocols and designing a security module for each protocol layer including the corresponding elements. Service protocol independent security module and specialized security module, it will be possible to develop flexible and fast security system in ICT convergence industry where various protocols are used. The overall security level of the ICT service network can be improved by installing the necessary security modules in the operating system, and the productivity can be improved in the industrial security field by reusing each security module.

As to the recent advances in computer technologies and high-speed networks, telecommunication services and provision of multimedia services will be provided on the basic of a new software architecture adapting networking infrastructure on open information networking architecture. In this paper, the video conference services has been selected as a target service example because it is expected to become one of the most important services on the full service network. In fact, it can be viewed as the basis for providing telecommunication services such as video telephony and video conferencing. This paper presents the prototyping of TINA (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture) based desktop video conference system using the concepts of session management. The prototyping of desktop video conference system aims at assessing TINA concepts and refinement of the mapping between session graph and connection graph, and provides object modeling methodologies towards distribution and objected-orientation.

서비스 지향 구조 (Service-Oriented Architecture)는 독립적으로 구성된 렙 서비스(Web Services)들을 프로세스 중심적으로 연결시키기에 적합한 소프트웨어 시스템 구성 방식이다. 하지만 SOA의 규모가 커질수록 제공되는 서비스들의 숫자 또한 증가하게 될 것이며 그런 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 직접 찾아 이용하는 것은 불가능하다. UDDI는 사용자에게 기술적인 정보만을 제공하기 때문에 이러한 문제를 적절하게 해결할 수 없다. 그에 비해 서비스 통합(Service Integration)은 서비스들이상호 동작하여 사용자에게 통합된 서비스를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 UDDI의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 하지만 서비스 통합의 장점과 영향들은 아직 분명하게 규명하지 못하였다. 이 논문에서는 서비스 통합의 한 형태인 서비스 중개자(Service Broker)클 구현하고 평가하였다. 구현된 중개자의 비지니스 모델은 콜 택시 서비스이며, 콜택시 서비스 중개자는 접근성, 확장성, 재사용성, 유연성, 안정성 등에서 향상된 기능들을 제공하였다.

분산 멀티미디어 기술이 궁극적으로 지향하는 것은 사용자들에게 선명한 화질과 뚜렷한 음성을 인터넷으로 전달하는 것이다. 이를 위해서, 대부분 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술을 사용한다. 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술은 최소한의 지연(delay)과 지터(jitter)를 갖는 네트워크 상에서 time-based media인 오디오와 비디오를 연속적으로 전달 및 처리하는 기술을 의미한다. 하지만, 지금까지의 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술은 "Guarantee" 서비스가 아닌, "Best of quality" 서비스에 가깝다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 "Guarantee" 서비스 지원 및 처리가 가능한 실시간 멀티미디어 스트리밍 구조를 설계하였다. 특히, MMStream TMO는 멀티미디어 데이터의 입출력 및 변환을 실시간으로 처리하는 TMO 객체로써, 복잡한 분산 멀티미디어 응용프로그램 개발이 용이하고, 신뢰성 있는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 보장하도록 설계되었다.

This study examines the impact of job stress on customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior with the mediating effects of organizational commitment. The survey data was collected from 147 employees working at a hospital and analyzed statistically by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The result of this study are as follows. Hypothesis 1, Job stress has a negative influence on organizational commitment. Hypothesis 2, Organizational commitment has a positive influence on customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior. Hypothesis 3, Job stress has a negatively significant impact on customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior. Accordingly, Organizational commitment has the role of partially mediating the effect between job stress and customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior. This means that employees working at the point of meeting customers must reduce their job stress in order to improve the service quality of a hospital and creating solutions to reduce job stress of hospital employees can increase customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior.
