The Family Life Job and leisure Satisfaction of Employed Married Women (기혼취업 여성의 가정, 직업, 여가생활만족과 영향요인)

  • 본 연구에서는 취업여성의 가정과 직업 여가생활만족의 경향을 조사하고 이와 관련 있고 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 취업여성의 생활만족을 증진시키는 방안을 모색하 고자 하였다. 1) 기혼 취업여성의 생활만족은 중간수준이고 가정생활만족도가 직업생활만족 도 보다 약간 더 높은 수준이며 여가 생활만족도는 가장 낮다. 세부적으로 물적 객관적 조 건보다는 인적측면에 보다 만족하고 있다 2) 전체생활만족과 가정과 직업, 여가 생활만족은 가정환경변수에서는 남편의 가사조력, 부인 취업에 대한 남편의지지, 취업동기 등에 의하여 영향을 받고 시간관련 변수에서는 시간갈등, 근무시간의 융통성 수면시간에 의하여 영향을 받고 있다 살제할애하는 시간양의 많고 적음보다는 지각하는 시간갈등과 근무시간의 융통성 이 상대적으로 중요한 변수로 작용하였다 3) 영역별 만족과 세부문항에 대한 만족간에는 모 두 긍정적인 관련이 있다 전체 생활만족은 직업생활보다는 가정생활만족도 약간 더 높은 강 한관련을 가지고 여가생활 만조과는 중간정도의 관련을 가진다.

Policing the police service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction relationship (경찰의 치안서비스품질과 서비스만족 및 생활만족의 관계)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship among the quality of service, the satisfaction of service and the satisfaction of life in public security of Police. This research made by Final Judgment based on Seoul Citizens living in Seoul as a focus group, total number of citizens for final analysis is 491. The research consists of 60 questionnaires shows frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0 and reaches the following. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.607. results; First, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service. Second, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of life. Third, the satisfaction of service in public security in fluences the satisfaction of life. Fourth, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service in public security and the satisfaction of life directly and indirectly.

The Effects of Stress and Ego Resilience on School Adjustment and Life Satisfaction (아동의 스트레스와 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of stress and ego resilience on children's school adjustment and life satisfaction. The subjects were 339 4th-6th grade children in Chungnam and Daejoen. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. And structural equation model were used to verify the model of this study and to examine the mediating effects of ego resilience. Results were as follows: First, school adjustment and life satisfaction were correlated with stress and ego resilience significantly. Second, the model of this study fit well. Third, Ego resilience mediated the relationship between stress and school adjustment, and between stress and life satisfaction. And it moderated the effects of stress on school adjustment and life satisfaction. And the suggestions for education and counseling of children were discussed.

Employee Benefits and Organizational Commitment: The Mediating Effects of Life Satisfaction (기업복지 서비스 유형이 조직몰입에 끼치는 영향: 생활만족의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the employee benefits be related to the employees' organizational commitments through life satisfaction. There are four types of employee benefits: holidays, family-friendly benefits, financial supports for future, and insurance supports for medical care. The results show that 3 types of benefits(holidays, family-friendly benefits, financial supports for future) are significantly associated with life satisfaction. Holidays and family-friendly benefits are positively related to employees' organizational commitments, too. The findings further reveal that life satisfaction is full mediating factor between financial supports for future and organizational commitment. In case of holidays, family-friendly benefits, life satisfaction is partially mediated to organizational commitment. Findings are discussed in terms of the importance of life satisfaction through employee benefits.

Analysis of Relation between Safety Needs and Life Satisfaction of Security Safety System Users (경비안전시스템 이용자들의 안전욕구와 생활만족에 대한 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety needs and life satisfaction of users of security system. The contents of the questionnaire consisted of "safety need, use satisfaction, life satisfaction". As a result of the analysis, Chronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated as 0.897 for safety needs, 0.888 for use satisfaction, and 0.887 for life satisfaction. The items were found to have internal consistency. In the validation of discriminant validity, both AVE and CR values were found to be 0.6 or more than the reference value of 0.8. The intuitiveness of the variables used in this study was found to be largely secured. As the hypothesis test result, the standardization factor was calculated as 0.993 for 'safety needs ⇨ use satisfaction' and 0.453 for 'use satisfaction ⇨ life satisfaction', and both hypotheses were positive. As a result of the verification, it was analyzed that the higher the user's safety needs, the higher the use satisfaction, and the higher the use satisfaction, the higher the life satisfaction.

  • This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20$^{th}$, 2008 to July 15$^{th}$, 2008, segmented. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

A Study on the Effect of Public Library Managers' Communication Styles on Employees' Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, and Life Satisfaction (공공도서관 관리자 커뮤니케이션 유형이 직원의 임파워먼트, 직무만족, 생활만족에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, a research model was designed and verified in order to determine whether the communication styles of public library managers affect employees' empowerment, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. A survey was conducted among employees of four public libraries in the Gyeonggi region and 24 libraries in Seoul, and 229 valid responses were analyzed. The analysis revealed that authoritative communication style influenced employees' job satisfaction, while social communication style influenced their empowerment. Additionally, employees' empowerment impacted their job satisfaction, which in turn affected their life satisfaction. This implies that job satisfaction and life satisfaction of the employees can be achieved after communication and empowerment were well established within the organization. This study is meaningful in suggesting an effective management direction for strengthening the essence and foundation of public libraries by examining the theoretical significance and implications of the research result. This study also suggested that in the future, another research should be conducted based on a variety of characteristics by integrating the different communication styles of researchers.

한국인의 여가활동 제약과 생활만족의 관계

  • 이 연구는 한국인의 여가활동 제약과 생활만족의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이 연구는 성균대학교 동아시아학술원 서베이리서치센터에서 실시한 2007년 한국종합사회조사 데이터를 활용하였다. 한국종합사회조사에서는 다단계지역확률표본추출법을 이용하여 1,431명의 표본을 추출하였다. 이 연구에서는 SPSSWIN 17.0과 AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 적용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가활동 제약이 클수록 여가활동 동기는 약화된다. 둘째, 여가활동 제약은 여가활동 참가에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 여가활동 제약은 생활만족에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 여가활동 동기가 강화될수록 여가활동 참가는 증가한다. 다섯째, 여가활동 동기가 강화될수록 생활만족 또한 높아진다. 여섯째, 여가활동 참가가 증가할수록 생활만족 또한 높아진다.

An Analysis of Daily Life of the Early Retirees : Content Analysis of Sources of Life Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction (조기퇴직자의 생활적응 지원체계 구축을 위한 일상생활 조사연구 : 일상생활 만족/불만족 근거에 대한 내용분석을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how early retirees spent their days and how daily life was experienced. In order to cover as many aspects as possible of the subject, this study examined sources of life satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Data were drawn from in-depth interviews in which 101 early retirees residing in Seoul. The Majority of early retirees in this study were at least somewhat dissatisfied with their daily life. Content analysis of reasons for life satisfaction/dissatisfaction revealed that the sources were categorized into 6 categories and 66 specific sources. Analysis of sources of life satisfaction revealed that early retirees mentioned most frequently as their sources of life satisfaction in this order: subjective emotions, family relations, stability of economy, positive attitude on retirement. Analysis of sources of life dissatisfaction revealed that life dissatisfaction was intimately connected with the loss of work role, family, unstability of economy, and ill preparation for retirement. Implications for macro and micro alternatives to support early retirees were provided.
