Humans process aesthetic functions of objects such as form, size, color, and texture through vision, while at the same time observe them with a symbolic function by a new psychological interpretation based on their past experience. Therefore, it is more important to study and understand the thoughts and psychological influences of how humans perceive with their eyes than what humans simply look with them. With this research purpose in the background, this study will demonstrate in detail the cognitive characteristics of analog and digital images as a symbolic function with a "formative" point of view. Five hypotheses were established, which were proven through the following tests: smartphone, most frequently used in our daily lives, is simplified to a two-dimensional line drawing form, which is set to instances where the R(radius) is applied to the horizontal line of the two-dimensional form of smartphone, where Run-in-R(radius) is applied, and R(radius) rounding is applied to the edges of those shapes. The shapes were combined to form 12 pairs, which was used in a test to the test subjects. As a result, some human characteristics were observed; in specific, some helped prove objectively how humans perceived analog and digital images as psychologically stronger as a symbolic function. If people's thoughts and feelings gained through such study could be stored in database as one value and be provided to product designers, I believe it could be developed into design form as a basic emotional design that consumers desire.

Waste tires are increased by increasing number of automobiles, which are the symbol of the mordern society. The waste tires create the environmental, visual hazard and landfill space problems. Recycling waste tires is the best way to solve the problems. The landfill space and the natural resources could by reserved by utilizing waste tires. The waste tires were utilized as whole tires, processed tires (crumb rubber) and energy. The plants for manufacturing crumb rubber also were investigated for their equipments and scales.

Hyochang Park was the royal tomb of the Joseon Dynasty, where were the tombs of Prince Munhyo and his birth mother Ui-bin Seong, king Soonjo's concubine Sook-Ui Park and Youngon princess by a concubine. It was upgraded from Hyochang tomb to Hyochangwon at King Gojong. The Japanese imperialism destroyed Hyochangwon and made it into a park, also moved to Seosamneung in 1944. After returning from Chongqing after liberation, Kimgu made the independence movement tomb in the empty space of Hyochang Park. There were 3 martyr's tomb, provisional government figure tomb. Kimgu himself was buried in Hyochang Park after his death in 1949. During the regime of Rhee Seung-man and Park Jeong-hee, there was a constant attempt to change the identity of Hyochang Park, where independence activists were buried. Hyochang Stadium, Wonhyo buddhist priest's Statue and North Korean Anti-Communist Tower were established. After democratization in 1987, the independence activist tomb of Hyochang Park began to gain meaning again. The 6th Republic succeeded the provisional government in the Constitution, also the national cemetery and independent park of Hyochang Park were attempted but the social consensus could not be achieved. This study focuses on the historical middle layer and symbolism of Hyochang Park and aims to contribute to social consensus on the identity of Hyochang Park by making a storytelling on the theme of 'Independence Road'.

The purpose of this study is to contribute in building credibility of the methodology of the appearance of the traditional colors and the interpretation of the meaning of those appearances by analyzing the spatial construction and configuration and the traditional colors that appear in spatial elements about the scenery component that appear in Seyeonjeong. We conducted a literature research about the traditional colors, the background of the creation of Seyeonjeong, and etc. For the contents for the empirical analysis, we took the scenery and space elements in the poems, such as Eobusasisa and O-u-ga, and the contents of poems related to ojeongsaek (five Korean traditional colors) based on the Yin-Yang and the Five Elements ideology Particularly, after dividing the spatial elements appearing in Seyoenjeong into visual, synesthetic, symbolic/cognitive spatial element, we further distinguished the visual space into positions and directions of the of the spaces and the scenery of the season; the synesthetic space into seasons, time and five senses; and the symbolic/cognitive space into chiljeong (or the seven passions) and sadan (or the four clues). Then we carried out the study by analyzing the correlation between the intention of the garden creation and the meaning of the spaces, through the analysis of ojeongsaek system for each spatial element. Firstly, spatial structure and format that appear in Seyeonjeong can be divided into two directional axes of southeast and northwest according to the flat form of the Seyeongjeong's rectangular palace, with Seyeongjoeng as the center. Secondly, in spatial component element, the frequencies of appearance of the traditional colors of Seyoenjeong are 33.2% for white, 20.8% for blue, 20.8% for black, 18.7% for red and 6.3% for yellow. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the traditional colors the most frequent appearance of 'white' left a room for interpretation like the creation of Seyeonjeong was to enjoy secular living without lingering political feelings so that the high mountains remain clear and clean. Also, the predominant frequency of appearance of blue, similar frequency of appearance of black and red, and the least frequent appearance of yellow is in agreement with or can be at least interpreted related to Yun Seon-do's intention for creating Seyeonjeong not for political rank or power but as a place to enjoy nature, through which he can build on his knowledge, and to lead rest of his life as a noble being through plays, like dancing and writing poems. Fourthly, these interpretations of the analysis of the frequency of appearance of the traditional colors of Seyeongjong shows the reliability, validity, and consistency of the methodology of the analysis of the frequency of appearance of the traditional colors and the interpretation of the meanings in the context that the color white appears most frequently in Soswewon as well and that the background life of the Soswewon's creator Yangsanbo can be interpreted in a similarly way. Above all, this study is significant from the fact that we proposed a theory about the method of analysis and interpretation of the traditional colors in a traditional landscape space. Moreover, there is a great significance of discovering that traditional colors appear in traditional spaces and this can be used as a methodological framework to interpret things like, intention for creation of (buildings/architectures).

The purpose of the study is to explore and understand the product development through the theory of evolution. For the purpose of the study, an evolution mechanism was set up in which the products were applied with. The results showed three distinguishable types of product evolution 'the evolution of functions','the evolution of forms'and 'the evolution of symbols what the products represent'. In order to answer the research questions, , , , the research was carried out in three ways: firstly, some ideas of product evolution were looked closely through existing researches; secondly, the study explored the idea of evolution mechanism being a natural process like an organic system; finally by applying various products with the evolution mechanism, different patterns of product evolution were classified. The results of the study can be summarised as follows: ${\bullet}$ The evolution mechanism in this study can be defined as an 'organic system'that consists of the causes of evolution'(based on the needs and the willingness to have pleasure), 'the point of evolving'(based on a degree of imperfection) and 'the motive of evolution'(based on the readiness to make profit). ${\bullet}$ The evolution mechanism seems to suggest three different patterns in product evolution,'the evolution of functions', 'the evolution of forms' and 'the evolution of symbols'

The movie offers a chance to observe the social signifier and the sensitivity of audiences who feel sympathy with the tragic history of crown prince Sado. While watching the movie, the audience halts between ideas whether to go back to "primary ego", or to play the unconscious hypocrisy or the ingrained social behavior which is to resolve the internal conflicts while they face two contrary opinions; one is the obedient subject to obey fatherness, as a symbol of historic value and convention in a society, and the other is the resistant body to break the bond of convention. The audience may feel some ambivalent feelings of the moral values between the paternal authority and the existential philosophical value of 'self'. This study will observe the audience's response of Sado toward the moral norms of the society when they face the signifier of father in the movie with experience the conflict between their resistant ego and madness. Also the study will discuss that the social landscape such as norms, order, and legal system is ever-changing and open to be subverted by the future even though audience hope that the present moral value with which we are content ever-last.

This study analyzed how the situation of the elderly problems around the issue appeared on theory and field. First was to identify elderly issues with a theoretical argument about the elderly problem, from the perspective of structural functionalism, conflict theory, symbolic interaction theory. The issues of older issues was selected to increase, divorce increases and remarried decline in the elderly, exclusion from the labor market, and dilemmas, such as political participation and volunteering in the elderly households study the current situation and their problems for them. the results in terms of social issues the first solution to the problem, the elderly, it is necessary to switch recognition for the elderly. Second, we need to remove negative perceptions about older people. Third, we must establish a complementary relationship between the state and the private sector.In conclusion, it should be full in order to solve the elderly problem in terms of social issues, not limited to the elderly problem in the elderly subject matter of an individual or family corresponds to publicize it as a social problem social preemptively.

The movie "Beautiful Mind" directed by Ron Howard is about a genius global mathematician, John Nash's life. In the movie, the main actor, John Nash is a schizophrenic patient who suffers from hallucination and delusion, and his illusion appears as three distinct characters. Each researcher has had a different opinion on the interpretation of these three characters, but many parts of their opinions are losing consistency. Especially the girl is assumed to be a character from the main actor's hallucination because she is ageless or there is no interpretation of the girl. Although the director Ron Howard did not adopt Aldous Huxley's theory "the more you know the more you see" for the movie, he analyzed the characters in the way of his own with thinking that he can analyze them in accordance with the knowledge level of audience. The imaginary characters come out from John Nash's head and who he wants to be. They are the basic human needs, earthly desire, sexual desire and the desire for honor. John Nash minutely reflects these three kinds of desires in an imaginary world through the three characters. This thesis is to newly suggest the symbolic meaning of the imaginary characters in the movie by clearly analyzing the meaning of the controversial three characters.

There are three main ways to interpret Zhouyi(周易). The first is to interpret it as a number, the second is to interpret it as an image symbolized by the Gwae(卦), and the third is to interpret it as the moral reason contained in it. Although YulRyeo(律呂) is not as widely known as Zhouyi, its use in ancient times was the same as that of the main character. First, the mathematical analysis method using the three-pronged method for tuning musical instruments, second, the symbolic interpretation using the musical meaning symbolized by YulRyeo, and third, the applied interpretation method that expands to the moral reason contained in YulRyeo. The purpose of this thesis is to organize the dictionary meaning of YulRyeo and various meanings of ancient YulRyeo. In addition, by studying ancient literature on the meaning of YulRyeo's magic spell mechanics(術數易學) and Naepeum and Five Elements(納音五行), which is the origin of Gobeop Myongriology, I classify and interpret them in detail. and to find ways to apply it to Myongriology. It is hoped that this study will give a more in-depth understanding of YulRyeo and will be of little help to related studies such as the mechanics of magic and Myongriology studies in the future.

The development process of cyber literature theory in the 1990s clearly shows the duality of the pursuit of symbolic power and desire through the formation and conflict of literary fields, collective intelligence. All desires are bound to be power-oriented, and cyber literature is meaningful in that network-space critics developed while advocating the humanities of coexistence. The failure of cyber literature theory is due to the conflicting desire of critical power between real and virtual spaces. Cyber literature theory in the 1990s was the first literary response to the birth of artificial nature, although the contradiction of desires revealed in symbolic power and the limitations of barking are clear. Literature discourse has always explored the relationship between the social conditions of the time (including technological progress) and art texts. Producing a new critical discourse encompassing the whole within the literary field of artificial nature is an important task in literature in the era of technology compilation, and humanities and technology must coexist. Through this paper, we examined the impact of the birth of artificial nature on humanities. This study is an important achievement of humanities engineering that understands, interprets, and leads technology.
