Relationship between Health Promotion Behavior and Health Service Satisfaction at Regular Medical Checkup (정기건강검진 상담만족도와 건강증진행위와의 관계 - 지방공무원교육원생을 대상으로 -)

  • 본 연구는 정기적인 건강검진을 받는 수검자들이 검진결과에 대한 상담을 받는 것이 건강증진행위에 좋은 영향을 줄 수 있는가에 대한 목적을 가지고 있으며 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 검증결과 인구의 일반적 특성에 따른 건강검진 후 교육 및 상담에 대한 만족도 정도는 성별에서는 여성보다 남성의 만족도가 높았고, 직렬의 경우 기능직공무원이 만족도가 높았으며, 재직기간이 오래 될수록 만족도가 높았다. 2. 건강검진 시 상담서비스 만족도와 건강증진행위의 관계 분석결과 만족도 내용에서 '검진결과 설명시 교정해야할 건강 위험에 대한 지적, '검진결과에 따른 건강 상담', '검진 후 결과에 대해 제공하는 상담 및 보건 교육', '검진 후 결과에 관련된 자료나 진료 혹은 상담안내'에서 건강증진행위와 영향관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. '검진결과 설명 시 교정해야 할 건강 위험에 대한 지적'은 식사조절과 건강관리행위, '검진결과에 따른 건강 상담'은 건강관리행위, '검진 후 결과에 대해 제공하는 상담 및 보건 교육'은 신체활동과 심리적 안정, '검진 후 결과에 관련된 자료나 진료 혹은 상담안내'는 건강관리행위와 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과에서 나타난 건강검진서비스 만족도가 낮은 항목의 불만족요인을 분석하여 건강교육 프로그램 계획 시 교육내용에 포함한다면 건강검진서비스 만족도가 상승할 것이며, 건강증진행위를 높일 수 있다고 생각한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가정폭력 문제를 사회적 문제로 인식하고 근본적인 원인을 찾아 합리적인 해결책을 마련 하기위해 한국가정폭력 실태의 심각함과 행위자에 대한 치료프로그램의 필요성을 강조하면서 동시에 한국 가정폭력 가해자 교정상담 프로그램에 대한 만족도에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 가해자 교정상담 프로그램에 대한 불만족 요인을 발견하고 교정상담 프로그램에 적합한 내용을 구성하도록 유도함으로, 교정상담 프로그램을 활용하는 자들의 사용만족도 제고에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on the Realities of and Needs of School Counseling Services for Science Gifted High School (과학영재학생들이 지각하는 학교상담 실태분석)

  • The realistic counseling services of the science gifted high schools have been investigated in order to figure out the degree of student's satisfaction. For this purposes, questionnaires regarding the current status of school counseling were administered to 311 science gifted high school students. Data were analysed according to sex and grade level. The research results are as follows. First, gifted students received counseling 1~3times per year and for 30~60 minutes each time. Second, there were significant differences in the motivation of counseling among different grade level students; 1st grade students were counseled more voluntarily than the 2nd and 3rd grade students. Third, there were significant differences in the counseling issues among different grade level students. First grade students were mainly counseled with the issues of school achievement, but 2nd and 3rd grade students were counseled regarding career planning issues. Fourth, in terms of the effects of school counseling, most students perceived "average". Fifth, Students had high counseling needs for career planning. Finally, there were significant differences in the satisfaction of career counseling programs between boys and girls. as well as among different grade levels. Based on the results, students' voluntary involvement and confidence are needed to facilitate school counseling activity. Also, various career counseling programs, especially for the gifted girls, are needed.

  • This dissertation analyzed the satisfaction of corrective counseling programs for Korean domestic violence offenders. I conducted a survey of Korean domestic violence offenders scattered throughout the country. The survey period was between Mar Feb. 20, 2006 and Apr. 29, 2006. The specific objects of the survey are the 250 domestic violence offenders who got counseling in the Goyang branch office of the Justice Ministry-affiliated Uijeongbu Probation & Parole Center, Ansan Citizen Welfare Society's domestic violence counseling center, Korea Domestic Violence Counseling Center Association, Korea Women's Hot Line, Korea Family Law Counseling Center and its branch offices throughout the country, and the counseling centers commissioned by the court for domestic violence offenders. The study was based on a poll on 182 of the 250 offenders. The research result includes: First, the satisfaction of corrective counseling programs for offenders varies depending upon the age, educational background, location, job, income, and childhood abuse of offenders. In particular, the less experience of childhood abuse leads to greater effect of education. Second, of the types of corrective counseling programs for offenders, the satisfaction for those in couple counseling is the greatest. This is because couple counseling is more influential than individual in the professional education that helps to share and understand couple problems.

Patient Satisfaction and Perception on Nutritional Counseling Services Quality (영양 상담서비스 품질에 대한 환자의 만족도와 인식조사)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction and perception of nutritional counseling services quality. A patient satisfaction and perception survey was conducted for 1,095 patients from 43 tertiary hospitals and 20 general hospitals. The number of returned questionnaires was 656 (response rate: 60.0%). Data from 633 questionnaires were analyzed after the questionnaires with unanswered items were excluded. Five domains were identified from the result of the factor analysis using the maximum likelihood and oblique rotation. The five domains were named empathy, responsiveness, tangibles, reliability, and skill and specialty. Patient perception mean score of nutritional counseling was 4.54/5.00. Patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher in empathy (P<0.001), responsiveness, and skill and specialty (P<0.01) with a college or graduate school education than in patients with a middle school education. There was no statistically significant difference between satisfaction scores in tertiary hospitals and those in general hospitals, but patients in capital hospitals reported significantly higher scores than their local counterparts in empathy, responsiveness, reliability, skill and specialty (P<0.001), and tangibles (P<0.05). In responsiveness, significantly higher (P<0.01) scores were observed in patients who received nutritional counseling only once compared to patients who received counseling two times. Patients perception of nutritional counseling services was significantly correlated with their satisfaction of five domains, reliability (r=0.721), responsiveness (r=0.697), empathy (r=0.690), skill and specialty (r=0.678), and tangibles (r=0.622).

The Effect of Counselor's Supervision Experience on Counselor Development: Moderating Effect of Supervision Satisfaction (상담자의 수퍼비전 경험이 상담자 발달에 미치는 영향: 수퍼비전 만족도의 조절효과)

  • This study examines the effect of a counselor's supervision experience on counselor development, and verifies the moderating effect of supervision satisfaction on the relationship between the counselor's supervision experience and counselor development. Data were collected via survey administered to 299 counselors who were actively engaged in counseling practice for institutions and public organizations in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Jeolla regions, such as schools, universities, and professional counseling services. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 21.0. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the amount of participation in individual supervision and group supervision had a significant effect on counselor development. Second, age and years of counseling experience had major effects on counselor development. Third, when the moderating effect of supervision satisfaction on the relationship between the amount of participation in individual or group supervision and counselor development was verified, it was found that supervision satisfaction had a moderating effect on the relationship between the amount of participation in group supervision and counselor development (regarding the level of understanding with cases). The result can be interpreted as meaning that a counselor's positive supervision experience has a direct influence on the outcome and quality of counseling services. Based on these results, proposed implications are presented regarding counseling supervision.

The Mediating Effect of Authenticity in the Relationship between Emotional Disharmony and Life Satisfaction: Focusing on the Women Customer Counselor (콜 센터 여성 상담사의 감정부조화와 삶의 만족도의 관계: 진정성의 매개효과)

  • This study was performed to emotional labors of the relationship between the emotional dis-harmory and life satisfaction to find if authenticity take a role as a mediator variable. For this study targeting the women counselors us 197 people general public institution based in Seoul, to emotional dissonance scale partially modified by Hyuck-gi Kwon and Bong-gyu Park(2006); authenticity scale by Wood at all (2008), and life satisfaction measurement(Satisfaction With Life Scale; SWLS) developed by Diener at all(1985), was subjected to multiple regression analysis was performed to verify sobel for the statistical significance of the mediating effect. As a result was showed that authenticity is fully mediated of emotional dis-harmory between life satisfaction. The results implies that improving life satisfaction on a women customer counselor with emotional dis-harmony may help reduce accepting external influence, self-alienation and increase authentic living. Finally, implication and limitation of study are discussed.

The Mediating Effect of Workplace Spirituality on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Life Satisfaction of Art Psychology Counselors (예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도, 일터영성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the mediating effect of workplace spirituality on the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. The subjects of the study included 196 art psychological counselors in Sokcho city. As an analysis method, the SPSS program was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for the causal relationships between variables and the verification of the mediating effect. First, for the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their overall life satisfaction, both the surface behavior and inner behavior factors, which are sub-factors of emotional labor, have partial mediating effects on overall life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their subjective life satisfaction, the inner behavioral factor, which is a sub-factor of emotional labor, has a partial mediating effect in relation to workplace spirituality. This means that workplace spirituality plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. This study is considered as basic data for preparing plans for improving the life satisfaction of artistic psychological counselors.

Development of mobile counseling program for the promotion of voluntary problem solving of disabled persons and families (장애인과 가족의 자발적 문제해결증진을 위한 모바일 상담 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to design and develop the Mobile Disabilities Family Counseling (MDFC) application as a tool to voluntarily solve problems that disabilities family faces in every day life and investigate the effects of the application. To do so, counseling contents were designed and the MDFC application was developed based on ADDIE, an educational program model. Contents consisted of the results of need analysis of people with disabilities and their family and extracted literature review. The MDFC developed has following distinctive characteristics: 1) people with disabilities and their family can voluntarily participate in the MDFC and solve real problems and intrinsic ones; 2) chatting counseling of the MDFC allows client to choose his/her time and chatting program; 3) the MDFC and confirms client's objective data in mobile counseling by connecting and recommending online psychological tests of counselor. The effectiveness of the MDFC contained high satisfaction rate in contents, counseling procedure, problem solving, manual, recommendation, information gathering and showed high level of counseling access. These results of the study also suggest useful development ideas for future mobile counseling programs.

Perception and Satisfaction on Nutrition Counseling Service for Patients Consuming a Therapeutic Diet at Hospitals in Busan (부산지역 일부병원 치료식 섭취 환자의 영양상담에 대한 인식 및 만족도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and satisfaction on the nutrition counseling service for patients consuming a therapeutic diet at hospitals in Busan. The subjects were 153 inpatients at five hospitals with over 400 beds each. The research was performed through the interviewing process using questionnaires conducted from January to February, 2008. In a total of 88 patients, 57.5% had experienced nutrition counseling and were through the motives of counseling with doctors 64.2% and themselves 29.3% of the patients. In the method of nutrition counseling, 58% of the patients had an individual counseling. In the patients' perception on the nutrition counseling, 75.0% of the patients understood very well, 83.0% of them perceived the explanation as very important, 79.5% were very satisfied and 78.7% were helped in nutrition-management. On a scale of 5.00 for the nutrition counseling satisfaction, the average scores were 3.80 for 'explanation of knowledge', 3.71 for 'cognitive communication skills', 4.05 for 'effective communication skills' and 3.60 for 'facilitation skills'. The items of low scores in the nutrition counseling satisfaction were 'follow up diet-therapy after discharge', 'providing to personalized nutrition information', 'presentation of specific menu' and 'methods of menu planning'. There were significant (p<0.01) positive correlation between perception and satisfaction on the nutrition counseling. Therefore, it was suggested that dietitians increase the patients' satisfaction on the nutrition counseling with developing the model based on the patient-centered counseling.
