This research is based on social flow that is in need of sports welfare that diagnoses the delivery system of sports program pass that is typical business of national sports welfare services and operation structure, and analyze the supplier, operator, beneficiary and all that is related to business from multilateral aspects, therefore seek for operation systems for provision systems of sports welfare services. To clearly grasp the operating mechanisms of service provision system that is happening in real field, there were in-depth interview done by the 18 people of suppliers, operators, and beneficiaries that are the main participants of business, and through which drew an ideal agreed point for sports welfare services to get in the right direction. The result of this study is as following: First, based on the limited government budget for the compilation of budget for the business of sports welfare services it is found that there is need of constructing a pragmatic service provision system that can bring maximum of efficiency. Second, voucher that was introduced for market logic application and greater transparency of the business of sports welfare services has a complex structure that it is in need of simplification of structure which that is well fit with its characteristics. Third, for convenience enlargement in administration and management, make management policy of provision system be reflected and therefore enlarge the independence of management and secure the power of negotiation regarding fee savings through centralized budget management.

The basic medical subjects are essential for the understanding of the major in the department of health science and are very important. Anatomy is one of the fundamental areas of medical education. On the other hand, the application of new teaching method is being attempted in various fields. Station rotation model, one of the blended learning, is also one of the popular teaching method. Station rotation model allows students to rotate through stations on a fixed schedule, where at least one of the stations is an online learning station. This study investigate the satisfaction of students when applying station rotation model to anatomy class. Each station in the station rotation model consisted of VR application learning, online problem solving, model observation and oral test. After applying station rotation model (2 weeks) to the 'Functional anatomy and Practice' course taken by 37 students of the'Department of Occupational Therapy'at H University, this study conducted a satisfaction survey compare with lecture class for students taking the course. At the result, station rotation model was significantly higher than lecture class in both understanding, interest, concentration and diversity degree. Based on these results, I suggest applying the station rotation model to the anatomy class because it also showed high satisfaction in that.

This purpose of study was to influence of fitness club leader's emotional labor on job involvement and occupation performance. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on fitness club leader's emotional labor. The survey was done through 250 copies and excluding 23 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 227(90.8%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity, discriminant validity, Cronbach's α, correlation analysis, path analysis through Structural Equation Model(SEM). The result of this study were as follows. First, fitness club leader's emotional labor showed (-) effects on job involvement. Second, fitness club leader's emotional labor showed (-) effect on occupation performance. Third, job involvement showed (+) effects on occupation performance. Fitness instructors have severe emotional labor. Therefore fitness instructors manage their emotional labor. This can increase job commitment and job performance. For teeth manager need to increase support options from fitness instructors.

The purpose of this study is to analyze musical styles emerging in modern musical history from the perspective of integration and deconstruction, and to academically investigate the characteristics contained in each style. The style of musicals can be divided into periods of non-integrity, integration, deconstruction, and convergence. The rise of musical styles and the associated meanings can be studied from the perspective of modernism and postmodernism. In modernism, the energies of 'integration' and 'concentration' form the major trend while in early postmodernism, the powers of 'deconstruction' and 'dispersion' play the main role. Late postmodernism is a dialectic result of both trends in which the philosophy of 'convergence' and 'harmony' operates as the main theme. The principle of integration and deconstruction, which forms the base of musical creation, emerged after the development of the unstable style of non-integrity in the early days of musical. Later, with the advent of Rogers and Hammerstein II, the principle of integration was established for book musicals, emphasizing the linearity of drama, and the principle of deconstruction was born for concept musicals to contain new contents. The 'convergence' found in later musical works turn the theme from non-integrity to integration, and from deconstruction to integration again, which indicates that integration is embracing the concept of deconstruction again in a more advanced sense. Such convergent compromise that constantly influences each other and develops in a better direction can contribute to the development of musical styles.
This study is a phenomenological study on the dream insight process of intern counselors. The purpose of this study is to promote growth as a professional counselor based on the process of giving meaning to and recognizing their experiences through insight into the unconscious. Therefore, we used dream-integrated art therapy to have a process of recognizing unconscious dreams that clearly express expectations for oneself, others, and the world, and to explore this process more flexibly. The research participants selected three students enrolled in the master's and doctor's courses from among the applicants who applied through public relations and adopted the phenomenological Giorgi research method for data collection and analysis through in-depth interviews with the research participants. The main research results are as First, the intern counselors had a motive for wanting their own unconscious insight through dream-integrated art therapy and were able to gain insight into the problems revealed in their unconscious through dreams, music, and art media. Second, it was found that the intern counselors felt a deepening of concentration and comfort through recent dreams, music, and art media in common. Third, as a defense mechanism that was revealed without the combination of dream integrated art therapy, the avoidance tendency of not wanting to reveal oneself was common, but this showed a gradual decrease. Fourth, it was reported that intern counselors gained flexibility for themselves about the future growth direction had an opportunity to accept themselves, and had a plan for the future direction to become professional counselors. Therefore, it is suggested that follow-up studies using various media, studies to verify the effectiveness of the dream integration program, and various case studies are necessary.

Idol music, which began to gain huge popularity in the domestic music market in the mid-1990s, has become one of the major global contents thanks to the global popularity of K-POP. As a result, the Korean music market continues to grow, forming the world's sixth-largest music market, and domestic music agencies are focusing more on fostering idol groups and producing idol music. The global success of idol music is surprising, but this has resulted in the domestic music market being biased toward idol music. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that there are several problems with the phenomenon of being biased toward similar types of musicians and music content. First, just as trend-oriented cultural contents face the problem of life expectancy all the time, the "Korean Wave" is also forced to think in terms of identity and sustainability. Second, it was observed that only consumers of a certain age may cause cultural alienation of other age groups, and thirdly, various problems such as shrinking creative paths due to the size of the cost required for idol group production and the lifespan of idol musicians' art activities. This paper derives the reality of the domestic idol bias phenomenon through comparative analysis of the English-American music market and the domestic music market, which have had a profound influence on the global music market in popular music history, and verified the theory and results through an expert survey using the Likert scale. In addition, the problems caused by the idol bias phenomenon were considered based on the theory of cultural diversity, and improvement directions were also suggested to solve this problem.
In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.
Owing to the global development of high-strength alloys and renewable energy industries, the demand for vanadium, a key raw material in these industries, is expected to increase. Until now, vanadium has been recovered as a by-product of the industry, but interest in its direct recovery from minerals has increasing with its significantly increasing demand. In particular, the recovery of vanadium from stone coal ore and vanadium titano-magnetite (VTM) containing vanadium has been actively researched in China, which has the largest reserves and production of vanadium in the world. In Korea, a large amount of VTM also occurs in the northern part of Gyeonggi-do, and fundamental research and technical development is being conducted to recover vanadium. It is necessary to understand the current status of the separation technology used worldwide to satisfy the demand for metals such as vanadium, which currently depends on imports.
This study intends to present a desirable vision so that students can focus on their studies and adapt to the dental hygiene major education perceived by dental hygiene students in un-contact lecturess situations by preparing measures to increase student satisfaction with the dental hygiene department. Data collection was conducted using a self-reported questionnaire from students in the dental hygiene department at universities in Seoul, Chungcheong, and Gangwon from June 20 to August 19, 2021. Variables according to the general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed using t-test and one-way ANOVA, and the post hoc test was verified by Tukey. The correlation between variables was Pearson's correlation, and the factors affecting dental hygiene and students' major satisfaction were multiple regression. The self-directed learning ability of dental hygiene students was 3.57 points, learning immersion was 3.02 points, and major satisfaction was 3.54 points. Dental hygiene students were found to have higher major satisfaction with higher grades, higher college life satisfaction, and higher learning immersion and self-directed learning ability. Therefore, it was found that systematic program development and application is necessary to improve major satisfaction in difficult circumstances due to COVID-19.
In the development of existing games, it is judged that virtual world production was done by arranging game elements one by one. What is noteworthy here is the question of whether quality virtual worlds were efficiently produced in preparation for investment. In this study, we propose a methodology that can build an efficient virtual world based on the concept of modularization in an unreal engine. First, precedents were analyzed and five reference elements for modularization were extracted. In addition, the concept of an instance production pipeline was proposed by dividing it into four stages, and the minimum-unit instance modules for urban virtual world production were compressed into four. Finally, an urban virtual world constructed based on the minimum unit module and reference elements was implemented and presented. In conclusion, research on the production method centered on this efficiency is thought to be able to focus the time that designers or artists had to spend on production only on ideas and creativity. The limitations of the research are that the basic minimum module is limited to the city, and the derived reference elements and production pipelines have not been verified when implementing them with an unreal engine. Therefore, it is expected that various virtual world creation plans will be derived through more advanced modular research.
