There is a growing interest in psychological counseling and pyschotherapy and many experts are working to help clients more efficiently. Given the many advantages of cyber counseling can be a good alternative to traditional face-to-face counseling. This paper examines the trends of cyber counseling and psychotherapy in South Korea. As a result, when comparing traditional counseling with cyber counseling, cyber counseling had advantages such as high accessibility, convenience, cost reduction effect, and inconvenience in face-to-face counseling. In addition, cyber counseling in South Korea began in the late 1980s, and many studies were conducted for teenagers who are familiar with ICT. Lastly, I briefly researched the current status of cyber counseling and psychotherapy in South Korea. Currently, more active cyber counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions are being carried out using images, AI, and VR. However, because the interdisciplinary approach is somewhat lacking, it is necessary to develop various counseling and psychotherapy programs and verify the effectiveness through the interdisciplinary approach.

This paper is to redefine the concept of Cyber Career Counseling Activation(=C-C-C-A) and verify the effects of the factors affecting the C-C-C-A at Korean academic high school level in Kyunggi Province. In this research, we hypothesize that the three independent variables increase the effects of Cyber Career Counseling Activation.. To discuss the hypothesis, we analyzed survey data of 322 students who had taken Cyber Career Counseling in December 2007 based on Structural Equation Model. The results are as follows: First, the three crucial factors(Expanding C-C-C Opportunities, Improving C-C-C Service, Establishing C-C-C Service System) increase the C-C-C-A effectiveness. Second, as a result of Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), the goodness of fit indices(GFI, AGFI, CFI, RMSEA) demonstrate statistical significance and fitness of the C-C-C-A Model. Therefore, the outcomes show that the three factors are the significant ones of Cyber Career Counseling Activation Model.

The researcher designed and applied the cyber consultation system by making use of high-speed information networks and getting away from the established face-to-face consultation patterns in our society. The system is characterized by the means of communications to hold consultation with interviewees which enables us to feel free to converse with students in trouble and to more actively engage in interaction with the help of client-centered system. And it can also be used to help clients to change their attitudes towards consultation by relieving them of distrust, dislike and vague anxiety and to take active part in consultation. The established on-line consultation websites fail to continue consultation due to being able to hold secret consultation through e-mails. In this context, the researcher has produced the cyber consultation system to continuously hold various kinds of consultation including closed consultation between consultants and interviewees with the help of web servers where individual homepages are used.

In this paper, we carry out a cyber group consultation by means of the video-based education system, and verify the effects. For the verification of this study, two assumptions were set up. These assumptions were inspected by selecting 45 students of D elementary school located in a big city, and coming up with a test utilizing one of video-based education systems. Following up, a self-respect test form and a questionnaire were made to verify of the group consultation to the video-based education system, and by analyzing the test form and the questionnaire, the conclusion of this study was finally drawn. The conclusion gained through the process adove is as follows: It turned out that real-time video-based cyber group consultation promoted self-respect and enthusiastic participation of consulters as well as formed emotinal stability and a close affinity between the consultant and the consulter through active interaction. The results of this video-based education system operation will be helpful to broaden the area of elementary school cyber group consultation. Further, it is thought that it will contribute to the basic investigation to verify the educational effects of Multi-point imaging system in the run-up to the operation of full-scale real-time video-based education systems.

사이버 상담실에 대한 다수의 연구를 통해 밝혀진 사이버 상담실 운영의 필요성과 장점으로 인해 사이버 상담실을 운영하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 사이버 상담실은 장점만 있는 것이 아니고 익명성으로 인한 1회적이고 비인간적인 관계 형성 등과 같은 문제점을 갖기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사이버 상담실 운영의 장점은 살리고 단점을 보완할 수 있도록 학급 홈페이지를 활용한 사이버 상담실을 구축하여 운영해 보았다. 그 결과, 학급 홈페이지를 통한 사이버 상담실 운영은 시간 부족으로 어려움을 겪는 아동과 교사, 학부모의 상담 욕구를 충족시켜 주었고 활발한 상호작용을 통한 친밀한 관계 형성 및 상담 아동에 대한 사전 정보, 계속적인 관찰 둥은 상담 효과를 극대화할 수 있었다. 또한 관심을 유도하기 위한 이벤트는 아동과 학부모를 사이버 상담실까지 유도하는데 효과적이었고 오락적 요소가 가미된 채팅보다는 기본적인 비밀게시판이 오히려 더 심도 있는 상담도구로 활용되었다.

The interest in cyber counseling services has been increased recently by needs and merits of cyber counseling service found through various related studies. A cyber counseling service system has not only merits but also demerits such as anonymous one-off access and difficulties of forming relations. In this study, a cyber counseling service system using class homepage was developed and implemented in order to investigate counseling methods that can enhance merits and supplement demerits of cyber counseling services. As a result, it was found that the implementation of a cyber counseling service system using class homepage can fill counseling needs of students, teachers and parents by providing various counseling methods and inducing active interaction using the site-on function. Interesting menu on class homepage was effective to lead students and parents to visit the cyber counseling room, and they prefered the secret board and counseling cases to e-mail counseling. Prior acquisition of information about students and the environment allowing teachers to continuously observe students improved counseling effects and solved problems of existing counseling services.

While most researches for cyber counseling until now have been about counseling methods and the effects that teenagers utilize cyber counseling, there have been no efforts that store counseling contents, analyze them using features and technologies of web and use them effectively to guide students. Therefore, we propose a cyber counseling system that provides counseling information so that teacher may grasp students various interests and problems and thus helps to guide students. For this, we used XML. Since XML document can systematically create a structured information and represent a structure with meaningful information unit than the existing file-based information, it can be effectively used to manage, search and store documents. Thus, we implement a cyber counseling system using XML, which can effectively manage and represent the various analysis information of counseling.

Purpose: This study is to report the operating result of the Hospice Cyber Counselling Program for improving quality of lift for terminal patients and their families. Methods: This study was performed followed by counsellor training, building strategy of public relations, management, and evaluation of the effect in order. Results: 72 subjects visited our cyber homepage and became members for approximately 9 months from Oct. 2004 to July 2005; 17 subjects in their 20s (23.6%), 12 subjects in their 30s (16.7%), 17 subjects in their 40s (23.6%), and 13 subjects above 50s (18%). Classified by diagnose related group, cancer related disease consist of 90%. As for the relationship between contents of counselling and counselling applicants, families consist of 90% and self-applicants only 10%. Only 30 members used on-line counselling and their counselling frequency was just 35 times. Although counselling frequency and the number of members who used the counselling site were not high, they tend to contact with a counsellor continuously and use the site actively after the first counselling. Conclusion: Cyber counselling program for hospice was practically managed to improve quality of life for terminal patients and their families as a basic activity for hospice business activation. Basic public relations with regard to hospice business by mass media and the press should be performed continuously and the hospice training program is required for medical personnel to be continue.

심리상담의 영역이 확대되어 감에 따라 오프라인 상담뿐만 아니라 온라인 형태의 상담이 급속히 발전하고 있다. 인터넷의 활용도가 증가함에 따라 컴퓨터를 의사소통의 매개로 활용한 사이버상담 형태를 통한 상담도 체계적으로 개발되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 그러나 현재 개설되어 운영되고 있는 사이버상담은 내담자에게 적합한 맞춤상담이 불가능하며 또한 자가치유가 가능한 자가치유시스템이 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능형 에이전트를 이용하여 내담자에게 적합한 맞춤상담이 가능한 방법을 제안함과 동시에 과거 상담사레 데이터베이스를 바탕으로 이전의 상담사레들을 신경망의 BP학습알고리즘을 이용하여 학습을 시킨 후 자가치유가 가능한 자가치유시스템을 설계하는 방법을 제안한다.

Due to development of technology of information technology, PC communication and Internet have become a culture space of teenagers. Because Internet and PC communication are media in which teenagers have interests, they could be effectively used to counsel teenagers in that time they want. Moreover, cyber counseling will be suitable to new trend of current age with extension of counseling area.
