본 연구에서는 인터넷 비즈니스를 통해 획득할 수 있는 수익을 규명하고, 사례조사를 통하여 거래유형별로 나타나는 수익구조의 차이를 제시한다. 거래의 유형에 따라 사례연구를 통해 수익구조를 살펴본 결과는 거래유형에 따라 수익구조가 서로 다르게 나타나고 있음을 보이고 있다. 이는 거래유형별로 수익원이 각기 다름을 의미하며 비즈니스 모델별로 적합한 수익구조를 구성할 수 있음을 의미한다. 그리고 수익구조를 구성하고 있는 수익들간의 관계를 분석함으로써 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 선행하여 획득하여야 하는 수익을 연결시켰다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 인터넷 비즈니스를 전개하고 있는 기업에서는 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 필요한 적절한 수익구조를 구성하는데 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

귀농귀촌 문화가 유행하고 농업의 미래 가치에 대한 인식이 변화되면서 농산업으로의 새로운 진출을 계획하는 인구가 늘고 있다. 우리의 농업은 자급자족경제로부터 상업경제로 발전되어 왔고, 글로벌 시장 개방 및 생산 기술의 지속적 발전으로 공급이 수요를 초과하며 가격이 점점하락하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 농업 현장의 여러 어려움에도 불구하고 농산업의 긍정적인 여건들도 형성되고 있다. 올바른 먹거리를 추구하는 식품 소비패턴의 변화, 환 생태 치유 자연에 대한 소비자의 관심고조, 스마트 팜과 같은 생산환경의 자동화, 지역 자원을 근거한 공동경영체 운영 등과 같은 현상이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 시점에 농산업분야에 새로이 진출하고자 하는 개인 또는 소규모 사업주체들은 자신의 사업에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 효율적인 사업운영을 위한 차별화 전략을 확보할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 개별 또는 소규모 조직의 농업인과 예비농업인들이 자신의 사업에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 사업운영을 위한 전략 선택을 돕는 비즈니스모델 템플릿 개발을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 농업 전문가, 창업 전문가, 비즈니스모델 전문가 풀을 구성하여 농산업 특성을 이해하고 최근 농업 농촌에서 이슈가 되고 있는 농업비즈니스 트랜드를 분석하였다. 근거 자료 및 전문가 토론을 통해 농산업 비즈니스를 '시장가치 추구형', '사회적가치 추구형', '연대하는 시장가치 추구형', '연대하는 사회적가치 추구형'의 4가지 유형으로 구분하고, 각 유형별 사례기업을 조사하여 비즈니스모델을 분석하였다. 비즈니스모델은 비즈니스모델 젠 캔버스를 이용하여 표현하였다. 비즈니스모델 젠은 비즈니스 유형에 따라 일반 창업형, 협동조합형, 임팩트비즈니스형 등 차별화된 캔버스 모델을 제공하고 있으며, 고객중심의 비즈니스 관점을 보다 세밀히 제공하는 툴이다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스모델 젠을 통해 4가지 유형의 농산업 비즈니스 모델을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 농산업에 진출하는 사업주체의 사업진행 방향 및 전략선택을 위한 교육 컨설팅 현장에서 널리 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 사례분석을 통하여 온-오프라인 하이브리드(hybrid) 비즈니스 모델의 성과와 상보성 효과(complementary effect)의 상관관계를 탐색하였다. 기존 선행 연구가 상보성 효과를 인식하는 수준인 반면 본 연구에서는 하이브리드 비즈니스 모델 별로 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 차별화 된 상보성 유형들을 파악하였다. 비즈니스 모델 유형은 Mahadevan(2000)의 가치 기준 분류인 시장 형성자, 포탈, 제품/서비스 공급자를 기준으로 하였으며 상보성 효과와의 상관관계 분석 결과 비즈니스 모델 별 상보성 효과의 차별화가 있음이 파악되었다. 본 연구의 특징은 인터넷 비즈니스 모델과 상보성의 특성 분석을 통하여 연구의 초점을 하이브리드 비즈니스 모델로 확대하였다는데 있으며 따라서 제시된 프레임웍은 오프라인 기업이 온라인 진출 시 효과적인 하이브리드 비즈니스 모델을 수립하는데 있어 유용한 시사점을 줄 수 있다.

비즈니스 프로세스란 기업의 모든 고객에게 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 순차적 또는 동시적으로 발생할 수 있는 모든 연관된 업무의 집합을 의미한다. 이러한 비즈니스 프로세스는 프로세스 설계 작업을 통하여 시스템 차원에서 관리함으로써 프로세스의 생산성 및 효율성 등을 확대하게 된다. 하지만 프로세스 설계 작업은 주로 사람에 의해 수행되기 때문에 예상하지 못한 오류들이 발생할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 설계 오류들은 기업이 원하는 과정으로 프로세스가 진행하지 않을 수 있으며, 이는 기업의 막대한 인적 손실 및 비용 손실을 초래하게 된다. 그러므로 비즈니스 프로세스 설계 단계에서 오류가 없도록 설계 하거나 또는 미리 정의된 오류 유형들을 설계 도구를 통하여 검출 할 수 있는 작업이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 설계 단계에서의 오류 검출 작업에 활용될 수 있도록 유형 별로 설계 오류들을 분석 하고 정의하였다.

In order to secure sustainable competitiveness of startups, business model innovation is an important task to achieve competitive advantage by transforming the various elements that make up the business model. This study conducted a multi-case analysis study on leading smart farm companies around the world using an analysis framework based on business model theory. Through this, we sought to identify business model types and their constituent elements. For this, 19 companies were selected from the list of top 10 investment startups of the year for the past three years published by Agfunder, a global investment research company specializing in AgTech. Then data collection and analysis of the company cases were conducted according to the case study protocol. As a result of the study, the business model types were analyzed into four types: large-scale centralized production model, medium-to-large local distributed production model, small-scale hyperlocal modular FaaS model, and small-scale hyperlocal turnkey solution supply model. A comparative analysis was conducted on five business model components for each type, and strategic implications were derived through this. This study is expected to contribute to improving the competitiveness of domestic smart farm startups and diversifying their strategies by identifying the business models of overseas leading companies in the smart farm field using an academic analysis framework.

This paper develops a business model analysis framework and suggests a step-wise approach to the exploration of new business models. Three generic business model components, Value Change Model, Value Connection Model, and Value Complement Model, are identified based on their value propositions, and a composite of them, called Value Combination Model, is proposed. In order to integrate various value propositions from these business models, a business model analysis framework is also suggested. In order to test its real-world applicability, a case study is performed on the WLAN services and the effectiveness of the framework as a business model analysis tool is demonstrated.

본 논문에서는 개방형 GIS웹서비스의 레지스트리를 구축하기 위해 참조될 수 있는 OGC의 표준들을 중심으로 하여 다양한 GIS 비즈니스의 유형별로 적용 가능한 기술사양과 적합한 구현모델 등을 분석하여 효율적인 GIS 웹서비스 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는, GIS 비즈니스 모델을 서비스기반모델에 따라 참여주체를 규정하고 각각의 구성형태에 따른 모델을 분류한다. 또한, 각각의 분류된 모델유형에 대해 GIS웹서비스 레지스트리로서 참조되고 고려되어야 하는 특성들을 도출하여 가능한 분석관점도 함께 제시한다.

최근 서비스 지향 아키텍처 (Service Oriented Architecture SOA) 기반의 애플리케이션 개발에 맞게 비즈니스 프로세스의 유연성을 확보하고 재사용을 증진시키기 위하여 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델(Business Process Family Model: BPFM)이 제시되었다. BPFM은 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 방법의 가변성 분석 기법을 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스 군 (family)에서 나타날 수 있는 가변성을 분석하여 이를 명시적으로 표현하고 있는 모델이다. BPFM으로부터 여러 개의 BPM (Business Process Model)을 개발하기 위해서는 가변성 결정 및 가지치기 (Decision and Pruning) 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 이 때 가변성 사이에는 서로 협력적 또는 배타적인 관계를 가질 수 있고 이는 가변성 결정과 가지치기에 영향을 미치게 되는데, 현재 제시된 BPFM에는 이러한 바인딩 정보에 대해서 아직 고려하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 군에서 식별될 수 있는 가변성들 사이의 의존관계의 유형을 분석하고 이 정보를 모델의 형태로 나타낼 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 BPFM에 포함된 가변성 정보를 독립된 의존관계 분석모델로 추출해 내고 각 가변성 결정유형에 따라 표현방법을 제시한다. 추출된 모델에서 의존관계를 표현하고 가변성 결정이 영향을 미치는 범위의 가변성들을 클러스터할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 본 방법을 이용함으로써 가변성 결정회수를 현저히 줄일 수 있음을 사례연구를 통해 보여준다. 또한 잘못된 가변성 결정으로 인한 BPM의 기능 불일치를 해소할 수 있음을 보여준다.

Inclusive business is a social business that is promoted with the aim of supporting the economic independence and quality of life of poor people in developing countries. Inclusive business is emerging as a new development cooperation method that can lead to development effects such as income generation and economic independence by engaging the poor, traditionally recognized as 'the target of aid' in terms of development cooperation, in market-based economic activities. This study considered how this inclusive business overcomes various barriers in the market for the poor in developing countries and generates social values and economic returns. To this end, based on previous studies, an analytical framework was established to analyze inclusive business models and business types. And based on the multiple case study method, 17 cases of inclusive business of social enterprises were selected to analyze the characteristics of their business models and the types of business. Through this study, characteristics of value proposition mechanisms, value creation mechanisms, and value securing mechanisms of inclusive business based on public-private cooperation were derived. Also, how these inclusive businesses create social and economic values for the poor were analyzed. The findings present theoretical and practical implications for an inclusive business model.

EJB의 애플리케이션 개발환경은 객체지향 분산처리를 지원하는 컴포넌트를 개발하고 분산 배치를 위한 컴포넌트 구조이다. EJB를 이용하여 개발한 애플리케이션은 컴포넌트 모델의 개념을 결합하여 비즈니스 프로그램의 개발이 쉽도록 단순화시켰으며, 보안성, 리소스 풀링, 영구성, 동시성, 트랜잭션 무결성을 자동적으로 해결해 준다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 개발환경에서 EJB 컴포넌트가 충분한 유연성을 가질 수 있도록 기능별로 효율적인 빈의 유형을 추출하는 방법을 찾고자 하였으며, EJB 빈의 유형별 특성에 따라서 빈 유형을 쉽게 분류할 수 있는 방법을 표준화하여 시스템 분석 및 설계시 반영할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문의 제안모델은 단계별로 전 단계의 모델을 재사용하고, 객체를 쉽게 빈으로 매핑할 수 있도록 표현계층, 비즈니스 로직계층, 데이터계층으로 계층화하여 객체를 배치함으로써 빈의 유형을 쉽게 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.
