최근들어 B2C, B2B로 불리는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 성공적인 구축이 기업의 비즈니스 성공의 열쇠로 간주될 만큼 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상거래 행위에 개입하는 다자간의 비즈니스 플로우를 효과적으로 모델링하여 분석할 수 있는 DEVS(Discrete Event Modeling System)이론에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 모델링/해석 방법론을 제안한다 제안하는 방법은 비즈니스 플로우를 기술할 수 있는 언어를 정의하고, 정의된 언어를 이용하여 기술되는 전자상거래에 개입하는 개체간 거래 행위를 DEVS 모델로 자동 변환하는 방법을 제시한다. 변환된 모델은 이산사건 시뮬레이션 환경인 rDEVSim++ 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 이용하여 실행된 후에 그래픽 인터페이스 환경에서 비쥬얼화되어 시스템의 동작 및 성능을 분석 가능하도록 지원한다. 위의 전과정을 포함하도록 개발된 소프트웨어는 기업의 비즈니스 모델 구축용으로 활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 전자상거래 관련 인력 양성을 위한 교육용 소프트웨어로도 활용이 가능하다.

While new service development has become one of the most popular topics among practitioners and academics, methodologies development for new service development is only in its infancy. Especially, despite the growing interests in open innovations that effectively utilize external resources for R&D, existing research on new service development methodology designed to use external resources is scant. This article proposes a new methodology to generate new service business models that utilize massive external resources in combination with internal resources using ICT. The "Open Collaboration Innovation Methodology (OCIM)" is built based upon the theory of open innovation model and social psychology theories on behavioral motivation for cooperation. The model begins with the procedures to identify external resources that meet service objectives and requirements, and suggests motivation, control and monitoring mechanisms to implement a new service model. A business case is followed to demonstrate the use of the model. We expect that this model can be practically used by companies that are planning for developing new business models, and will provide a better understanding on open collaboration models, collective intelligence and crowd sourcing models.

In this paper we present an integrated design methodology for relational database based on object-oriented analysis and design. The integrated design methodology is based on business profile and has six phases. In the first phase, business use cases are identified and described by macroactivity diagrams and then the macroactivity diagrams are transformed to detailed business activity diagrams by using objects, object flows and business worker's responsibilities. In the third phase, the detailed business activity diagrams are transformed to business class diagrams that describe the static structure of the entire business system based on detailed business activity diagrams. In the four phase, the business class diagrams are transformed to class diagrams that represent the initial conceptual model of the target relational database. In the five phase, we add additional transformations on the class diagrams with generalization and specialization of associations, roles, activities, additional classes and redundant associations. Eventually, the final class diagrams are transformed to relational database schema. The methodology presented in this paper by applying that proposal for organic connection between object-oriented analysis and design methodology and relational database design methodology. And it will be able to deal with integration management. By the integrated design methodology, we can make more easily software systems based on relational database. In the case study, proposal integrated design methodology applied for a visa issuing system.

최근 기업의 경영환경은 매우 급격히 변화하고 있으며 지속적인 고객가치 향상에 대한 압력을 받고 있다. IT투자의 가장 중요한 목표는 더 이상 단순히 생산비용을 낮추는 것이 아니고 최적화된 대량 생산을 위해 디지털로 연결된 세상에서 고객들과 파트너들에게 기업의 유용성을 높이는 데 있다. 따라서 기업들은 BPM을 통해 확장된 기업의 프로세스를 자동화 하고, 통합하고 최적화하기 위해 모든 역량을 집중하고 있다. 또한 RFID 응용시스템을 통해 기술적 측면에 접근하여 비즈니스 확장을 위한 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있다. 그러나 기술적 측면, 비즈니스 프로세스적인 측면 조직적인 측면을 함께 고려하여야 성공적인 기업 역량을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 BPM 에 RFID 시스템을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 접근 모델을 제안하였다. 이 방법론을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 분석에서부터 시스템 분석 및 설계에 따른 시간 비용, 품질, 및 고객의 만족 수준에 혁신적인 개선을 이끌어내는 접근 방법론을 기대할 수 있다.

Linking between a virtual space and a physical space, ubiquitous computing is expected to create new business value. So far, however, there is no broadly accepted methodology to develop the services based on ubiquitous computing technology. Hence, this study aims to seek a systematic methodology for developing new services based on the concept of business model and to apply this in the areas of waste management practices. In addition, based on the evaluation of u-business services in waste management domain, killer services were selected, and then linked with the latest ubiquitous computing technologies. The results of this study are to be applicable to an environment friendly ubiquitous service model of u-City.

The governmental R&D projects have put a great emphasis on returns on R&D investment through development of market- and customer-oriented technologies and their commercialization. A successful commercialization of the technology developed from a R&D project relies on development of the technology intriguing customers, establishment of effective commercialization strategies throughout the stages of R&D planning and development, and interactive communication between the technology developer and a private company that will do a business with the technology. The business modeling helps accomplish the requirements for the successful commercialization. The past literature about technology commercialization does not provide a systematic procedure in developing a business model for the governmental R&D project. In this study, we proposed a systematic procedure developing a business model integrating peculiar characteristics of governmental R&D and viewpoints of technology developers and professionals of technology commercialization. It can be a useful guideline for developing a business model for the governmental R&D project.

산업은 컨버전스라는 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델로 발전하고 있으며, 산업간 융합 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 전통산업의 새로운 경쟁력을 제공하는 원천으로 활용되고 동시에 산업 간의 융합 환경을 지원하기 위한 유용한 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이와 같이 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 일반화되고 그 서비스가 재편됨으로써 기존의 다른 응용 기술과의 융 복합된 서비스 구조 및 형태를 예측하고 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하며 필수적인 일이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 융합형 클라우드 서비스 지원을 위해 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 활용되었던 방법론을 분석하고 이를 통해 고객 서비스 시나리오 기반의 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 사례 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 특정 산업영역내에서 혹은 서로 다른 산업 영역간의 서비스 융합을 통하여 새로운 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 융합형 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 사례연구로써 활용되길 기대한다.

정보통신 인프라가 발전됨에 따라, 기존의 정보시스템은 웹기반 정보시스템으로 이주되고 있다. 따라서, 기존의 오프라인 비즈니스 프로세스는 온라인(웹기반) 형태로 튜닝(리엔지니어링) 되어야 하며, 새로운 웹기반 정보시스템은 성능과 수익성이 보장되어야만 한다. 이를 위한 이론과 기술을 개발함으로써 이주 비용을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 BPR기술 및 프로세스 모델링 기술, 프로세스 평가 기술, 성능모델 기술, UML 기술을 조사 및 활용, 개량하여 비즈니스 프로세스 튜닝 방법론(비즈니스 프로세스의 모델링 방법 및 새로운 프로세스 설계 휴리스틱스 제시, 그리고 비즈니스 프로세스들의 성능 및 비용 평가 방법)을 제시하였다.

Over the past few years, "business models" has surged into the management vocabulary. But, while it has become quite fashionable to discuss business models, there has been still much confusion about what are business models and how they could make. In fact, business models can serve a positive and powerful role in corporate management. While other authors have recently offered definitions of "business model", none of them appears to be generally accepted. This paper presents the absence of the generally definition of the business models, elements of business model and classify business logic. To help start-up entrepreneurs better understand, found and check business models thus, this paper propose a method of business model, understanding, founding and checking. The dissertation will present an effective business model building method which is necessary for the start-up entrepreneurs to start business. This paper consists of three parts. first is showing the previous study of business model. The second is the re-definition business model and elements based on the first and to present a new method of business model plating and checking for start-up IT (information technology) company's entrepreneurs. The last is application of the methode. This study applied the methode to a company which is located in "DAEDEOK INNOPOLIS"; this company has specialized Information technology.

This paper develop self pre-checkup lists for the validity of business model as web business starters can utilize to open business. In particular, self pre-checkup lists invented by Dr. Bruce Merrifield, is reapplied and modified in appropriate to internet shopping mall business. This paper complete many literature reviews to identify appropriate factors of evaluation such as about the characters of internet business, business validity testing theory for internet business model, pros and cons of e-business and startup ventures, factor analysis of technology valuation, and pros and cons for internet shopping mall. This paper define six different factors; scale of sales, the growth rate of market, competitiveness, risk portfolio, industry upside down, and social conditions, as the factors of evaluating the business attractiveness. Meanwhile, it define characters of CEO, content's power, mutual inclusion, commerce, fulfillment, marketing power as the factors of business appropriateness. This paper also conducts several case studies; company I, D, G of applying the former model. This paper sort out internet business model in imaginations by utilizing self pre-checkup lists of business evaluation. Also, the outcomes of evaluation is expected to provide meaningful future business implications.
