After getting through the financial crisis, Korean government has promoted Local Industry Promotion Project across the country by realizing the needs to overcome structural recession and promote self-growth. Therefore researching current manpower status and manpower demand in shipbuilding industry, which is the strategic industry of Jeonnam province, is very critical to enhance the competitiveness and efficiently manage training professional manpower. In this respect, this study mentioned some issues and provided the improvements for the research on demand for Professional manpower training project in Shipbuilding industry of Jeonnam province. It was shown that the aging trend of professional workforce, short in skilled/professional manpower and lack of education & training institutions are critical problems of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam province. To improve these problems, various support policies such as strengthening networks among related agencies and companies or universities are strongly recommended.

Business organizations intend to survival in the global market with a dramatically changing environment, an efficiency management process is obviously needed. The traditional management ways can not follow the steps of the new world. In another word, leaders now have to focus on building a new employee-employer relationship. Globally, as the economic recession continues and consumption shrinks, companies face a lot of difficulties. Companies will, eventually, fall behind in the market unless they respond to this constantly changing business environment and market, systematically. Accordingly, the importance of leadership can be said to be highest ever. This study inquired into the preceding research on servant leadership and carried out an empirical analysis with the workers in the service industry. As a result of the analysis, it was found that servant leadership had positive impacts on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and that the boss's trust affected the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment.

In much the same way as the US Lehman crisis of 2008-2009 severely impacted the European economy through financial market dislocation, a European banking crisis would materially impact the US economy through a generalized increase in global risk aversion. A deepening of the European crisis could very well derail the US economic recovery and have a harmful impact on the Asian economies. This kind of vicious circle could be a bad news to the shipping companies. The purpose of the study is to predict the Baltic Dry Index representing the shipping business during the period of 2012 using the ARIMA-type models. This include the ARIMA and Intervention-ARIMA models. This article introduces the four ARIMA models and six Intervention-ARIMA models. The monthly data cover the period January 2000 through October 2011. The out-of-sample forecasting performance is also calculated. Forecasting performance is measured by three summary statistics: root mean squared percent error, mean absolute percent error and mean percent error. The root mean squared percent errors, however, are somewhat higher than normally expected. This reveals that it is very difficult to predict the BDI The ARIMA-type models show that the shipping market will be bearish in 2012. These pessimistic ex-ante forecasts are supported by the Hodrick-Prescott filtering technique.

Recently, the word 'outsourcing' is used frequently in the corporation circumstance. Continuous recession with IMF caused restructuring measures which made unnecessary organization be downsized, and offered opportunity to breakup structure of $^{\circ}A$EHigh cost and Low efficiency, which is inefficient and uneconomic production method' in our corporation. Due to the effect of such circumstance change, the construction industry have already introduced and implemented outsourcing in many parts. For successful outsourcing in the construction industry, close relation and mutual cooperation should be preceded and JIT system is needed to improve the relation. In this study, the importance and proportion in which outsourcing is occupied in the construction industry are recognized, and the method for improving the productivity is suggested through evaluating the factors and usefulness of JIT system which can be applied to the construction industry.

Re-engineering is gaining attention due to severe environmental pollution and economic crisis. Although re-engineering in shipbuilding has been carried out steadily, technological advancements, domestic ship repair and maintenance industries are not as prevalent as shipbuilding industries. In order to solve this problems, laser cladding can significantly aid with technical development. Laser cladding produces an outstanding clad layer with minimal dilution and little porosity. In this study, prior to applying laser cladding to an exhaust valve face, the effects of various parameters that affect the characteristics of the 1 pass clad layer were investigated. When laser power was increased, the clad layer width became broader and the height was decreased. In addition, it was identified that the hardness of the clad layer was inversely proportional to the power, and the entire clad layer was diluted through an EDS chemical composition analysis.

The Korean Ship Supply market scale estimated at 5.7 trillion won in 2014. Much activated and related 400 of companies located in Busan, Ulsan near Busan area. But there have many companies had lower average revenue like a 2 billion won, Also the economic slump of world maritime port industry and low priced ship supply manufacture like as China and Other developing countries, those things made a gloomy situation in domestic industry. Therefore, in this study focused on Ship Supply Common Logistics for activation plan of Ship Supply Industry. And also determine which factor is most important to Ship Supply Common Logistics and analyzed AHP and IP analysis on 16 factors based on literature review. The result, most important factor was cost for Ship Supply Common Logistics.

Maritime industry is affected by outside factors significantly due to its derivative demand characteristics. However, the supply side can not react to these changes immediately and due to this uniqueness, maritime industry repeats the boom-bust cycle. Therefore the government itself needs to operate early warning system in order to monitor the market and notice the upcoming risks by setting up a system to prepare for the situations. In this research, signal approach is used to establish early warning system. Overall leading index is composed of crisis index that is based on BDI(Baltic Dry Index) and various leading indexes such as finance, economy, shipping and the others. As a result of computing overall leading index which is early warning system in maritime through signal approach, the index showed a high correlation coefficient with actual maritime risk index by difference of 4 months. Also, the result was highly accurate with overall leading index's QPS(Quadratic Probability Score) at 0.37.

In these day, the recession of economics and cutting-off jobs makes increases of start-up business. The unprepared start-up business which lacks sufficient information and knowledge should fall. For successful start-up business, the effective education program should be necessary. This study reviews factors such as learning motivation, entrepreneurial intention, education satisfaction, self-efficacy affecting the performance of short-term education program. This study establishes hypothesis and verifies them. To verify the hypothesis, this study explores factors affecting the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program through utilizing factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. We suggest that the results of the study could be utilized as followings; First the results of study could be used to establish policy which improves the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program. Second, the identified factors help educator to established the curriculum of the short-term entrepreneurial education program. Third, the identified factors could be established as criteria to recruit the applicants who wants to received short-term entrepreneurial education program.

This study is aming at analysing the current trend of container shipping industry before and after COVID-19 Pandemic circumstances. Also, this study offers the political implications for 'the Korean Shipping Nation Rebuilding'. As a result of this study, the several global shipping lines have decreased their ship capacity in response to International Maritime Organization(IMO)'s environmental regulation. This finding is differ from the media reports, that is many shipping companies increased idling vessel to match the lower demand induced COVID-19 pandemic. This study also provides the two implications of the direction about Korean shipping policy. The first one is that the casual relationship of over-vessels' supply and Korea shipping policy is needed to be thoroughly analyzed. The importance of Koreans shipping industry is generally devaluated by most citizens so as to the Korean government should develop the mass media contents to enlighten the less wellknown people regarding shipping industry.

우리나라 조선업은 건조분야에서 세계최고의 위상을 자랑하면서 급속도로 발전을 해왔다. 그러나 세계적으로 수주 불황과 조선 산업의 침체로 인해서 조선 산업은 직접적인 타격으로 국내의 중견 조선소 및 기자재 공급업체들이 도산되어0 최근부터 해양플랜트 사업이 우리나라 새로운 산업으로 부상하면서 해양 ICT 융합기술을 활용한 기자재 업체들이 많이 생겨났다. 하지만 실제 해양플랜트 선박 및 기자재의 국산화율은 현저히 낮다. 해양플랜트 외에 다른 용도로 사용이 가능한 Service and Access Basket의 국산화를 위해서 각 모듈별로 임베디드를 연계하여 설계하였다. 기존의 Service and Access Basket의 미비했던 안전 사양(기울기, 하중, 경보 등)을 추가로 설계하고 신뢰성이 높은 센서(자이로, 하중센서, 초음파 거리센서)들을 활용하여 통합 설계하였다. 이러한 통합 시스템이 완성이 되면 고소차, 해양/육상용 고공 작업을 할 수 있는 장비 등에 활용할 수 있을 예정이다.
