  • A myriad of information production channels and medium including internet, social media, and multi media channels emerged, often with conflicting interests, disseminate unwanted and inaccurate information which could result in sudden severe public relations damage to the global companies with world class products if not dealt with in the professional way. Properly crafted and managed public relations thus should become the integral part of all organizations. In particular online public relations leadership becomes even more important to public organizations responsible for national branding and interests and to private sectors expanding into the global markets. The research aims to increase global competitiveness of the pubic and exporters by presenting the online leadership strategy 101. For this purpose, locally produced web sites are analysed both from technical and global marketing perspectives. From the research all web sites were classified into three types of ghost, wreck, and moron. The 2012 research showed that 99% was moron, followed by 67% wreck and 1% ghost. The research presents must strategies for global public relations and marketing. They include strategic planning, public relation training, white hat search engine optimization, web standards, web accessibility, mobile web site and the inbound marketing strategies.

  • Underwater glider is the long-term operating underwater robot that was developed with a purpose of continuous oceanographic observations and explorations. Torpedo-type underwater glider is not efficient from an aspect of maneuverability, because it uses a single buoyancy engine and motion controller for obtaining propulsive forces and moments. This paper introduces a ray-type underwater glider(RUG) with dual buoyancy engine, which improves the control performance of buoyancy and motion compared with torpedo-type underwater glider. Carrying out Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis as static pitch drift test, the performance of fluid resistance for gliding motion was identified. Based on the calculated hydrodynamic coefficients, the dynamic simulation compared and analyzed the motion performance of torpedo-type and ray-type while controlling same volume of buoyancy engine. Small-sized model of RUG was developed to perform fundamental performance tests.

In this thesis, the discovery scheme of active nodes is adapted for active nodes in IP networks to compose and manage the topology information. The scheme for the efficient, reliable and secure transmission of active packets is also proposed. The sequence number is assigned to every active packet. If a receiver detects the loss of active packet checking the sequence number, the receiver requests the retransmission of the lost packet to the previous active node. kiter receiving an active packet and adapting security and reliability schemes, intermediate active nodes not only copy and send the Packet Instantly but also apply some suity mechanisms to it. And the active packet transmission engine is proposed to provide these transmission schemes The simulation of the adapted active node discovery scheme and the proposed active packet transmission engine is performed. The simulation results show that the adapted active node discovery scheme is efficient and the proposed active engine has the low latency and the high performance.

  • 웹은 단순한 텍스트와 이미지의 저장소에서 서비스의 제공자로 진화하고 있다. 사용자들은 자신이 필요로 하는 서비스를 찾기 위해 웹 검색을 이용한다. 그러나, 현재의 검색 엔진은 주어진 질의어에 대해 모든 사람들에게 보편적으로 타당한 문서에 높은 우선 순위를 부여해 검색 결과의 상위에 위치시키기 때문에, 사용자의 관심과는 무관한 정보가 검색 결과의 상위에 나타나게 되는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 사용자의 방문 내역을 사용자 프로파일에 저장하여, 이후 검색에서 사용자가 방문했던 웹 페이지들에 높은 우선 순위를 부여하여 검색 결과의 상위에 위치시키는 방식이 사용되고 있다. 기존의 사용자 프로파일은 단순 방문 페이지와 사용자가 실제 서비스를 제공받은 페이지에 대한 구별없이, 모든 검색 세션에 대해 동일한 방문 내역을 저장하고 있다. 그러나 이 경우, 잦은 방문 횟수를 가지나 실제 사용자가 서비스를 이용하지 않은 웹 페이지가 적은 방문 횟수를 가지나 실제 사용자가 서비스를 이용한 웹 페이지보다 높은 우선 순위를 갖게 될 수 있는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 필요로 하는 서비스를 웹에서 찾고자 할 때, 사용자가 과거에 이용했던 서비스 제공자들의 목록을 이용하여, 사용자 프로파일 기반 웹 서비스 검색의 정확도를 향상시키는 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위해 사용자가 웹 서핑 중 서비스를 이용했던 웹 페이지 정보를 서비스 제공자 목록에 저장하였다. 검색 엔진이 특정 질의어에 대해 제공하는 검색 결과는, 우선 사용자 프로파일을 이용해 과거에 자주 방문했던 웹 페이지가 높은 우선 순위를 갖도록 조정된 후, 서비스 제공자 목록을 이용해 과거에 사용자가 서비스를 이용했던 웹 페이지가 가장 높은 우선 순위를 갖도록 재조정된다. 사용자에게 제공되는 최종 검색 결과는 사용자의 과거의 방문 경향 및 실제 서비스 이용 경향을 모두 반영하게 된다.고려할 때 가장 효과적인 라우팅 프로토콜이라고 할 수 있다.iRNA 상의 의존관계를 분석할 수 있었다.수안보 등 지역에서 나타난다 이러한 이상대 주변에는 대개 온천이 발달되어 있었거나 새로 개발되어 있는 곳이다. 온천에 이용하고 있는 시추공의 자료는 배제하였으나 온천이응으로 직접적으로 영향을 받지 않은 시추공의 자료는 사용하였다 이러한 온천 주변 지역이라 하더라도 실제는 온천의 pumping 으로 인한 대류현상으로 주변 일대의 온도를 올려놓았기 때문에 비교적 높은 지열류량 값을 보인다. 한편 한반도 남동부 일대는 이번 추가된 자료에 의해 새로운 지열류량 분포 변화가 나타났다 강원 북부 오색온천지역 부근에서 높은 지열류량 분포를 보이며 또한 우리나라 대단층 중의 하나인 양산단층과 같은 방향으로 발달한 밀양단층, 모량단층, 동래단층 등 주변부로 NNE-SSW 방향의 지열류량 이상대가 발달한다. 이것으로 볼 때 지열류량은 지질구조와 무관하지 않음을 파악할 수 있다. 특히 이러한 단층대 주변은 지열수의 순환이 깊은 심도까지 가능하므로 이러한 대류현상으로 지표부근까지 높은 지온 전달이 되어 나타나는 것으로 판단된다.의 안정된 방사성표지효율을 보였다. $^{99m}Tc$-transferrin을 이용한 감염영상을 성공적으로 얻을 수 있었으며, $^{67}Ga$-citrate 영상과 비교하여 더 빠른 시간 안에 우수한 영상을 얻을 수 있었다. 그러므로 $^{99m}Tc$-transierrin이 감염 병소의 영상진단에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.리를 정량화 하였다. 특히 선조체에서의 도파민 유리에 의한 수용체 결합능의 감소는 흡연에 의한 혈중 니코틴의 축적 농도와 양의 상관관계를 보였다(rho=0.9, p=0.04). 결론: $[^{11}C]raclopride$ PET을 이용하여 비

  • For the next two decades the civil aviation industry is expected to grow. Both Airbus and Boeing predict a delivery of almost 20,000 new Large Civil Aircraft (LCA). LCA is defined as a large civil jet aircraft with 100 seats or more. Airbus offers the Superjumbo, A380 (>555 seats), while Boeing presents the Dreamliner, B787 (200 – 300 seats). Their philosophies are very different. In the wake of B787, Airbus intends to offer a new aircraft, A350, as the competitor against B787, with the same engines developed for B787. The U.S. government pushed by Boeing, on the day of October 6, 2004, filed a suit against Airbus for wrongful subsidy to the World Trade Organization (WTO). A brief overview is given on the LCA development status in the world commercial aircraft market. Since there have been little changes in engine and avionics manufacturers in the LCA industry, the airframe area only is the object of this study. An analysis is carried out to find out the differences in development and marketing strategies of two major LCA manufacturers, Airbus and Boeing. The authors predict that Boeing will recapture its No. 1 position soon, while the leading edge in technology may be slipped away from Boeing.

  • As a variety of HMD(Head Mounted Display) has come out, the production of 3D images onto which VR(Virtual Reality) technologies are grafted has been contributed to activating the production of image contents depending on a tangible or immersing type. VR-based image contents have enlarged their applicability across the entertainment industry from animation and game to realistic images. At the same time, the solution development for producing VR image contents has also gained elasticity. However, among those production solutions which have been used until now, fixed stereo camera based photographing has a limit that the binocular disparity of a user is fixed. This does not only restrict a way of expression a producer intends to direct, but also may cause the effect of 3D or space not to be sensed enough as view condition is not considered enough in a user's side. This study is aimed at resolving with skills applying in the latter part of 3D image production the problem that convergence points may be adjusted with restriction, which tends to happen at the time of the production of VR image contents. The later stage of the 3D imaging work analyzes and applies to game engines the significance of adjusting convergence points through the visualization of binocular disparity so that it is available to implement a function that the points could be controlled at random by a user.

  • A secondary injection system in a diesel engine has benefits: it can be controlled independently without interrupting engine control, it can be adapted to various layouts for exhaust systems, and it pose no reductant dilution problems compared to post injection systems in the combustion chamber or other supplemental reductant injections. In a secondary injection system, the efficiency of the catalyst depends on the method of reducing the supply. The reductant needs to be maintained and optimized with constant pressure, the positions and angles of injector is a very important factor. The concentration and amount of reductant can be changed by adjusting secondary injection conditions. However, secondary injection is highly dependent upon the type of injector, injection pressure, atomization, spray technology, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to establish injection conditions the spray characteristics must be well-understood, such as spray penetration, sauter mean diameter, spray angle, injection quantity, etc. Uniform distribution of the reductant corresponding to the maximum NOx reduction in the DeNOx catalyst system must also assured. With this goal in mind, the spray characteristics and impingement plate types of a secondary injector were analyzed using visualization and digital image processing techniques.

Study of the Risk of Ignition due to Internal Combustion Engines in Areas with Potentially Explosive Gas Atmospheres (잠재적 폭발위험장소에서 내연기관에 의한 점화 위험성에 관한 연구)

  • Safety management in hazardous areas with potentially explosive gas atmospheres (here in after referred to as hazardous areas) in large scale facilities dealing with combustible or flammable materials at home and abroad is very important (significant) for the coexistence of the company and local society based on business continuity management (BCM) and reliance. For the safety management in hazardous areas, two systems are mainly used: (1) the control system for the prevention of combustible or flammable substances and (2) the explosion proof system for the elimination of ignition sources when flammable gases are leaked to inhibit the transition to fire or explosion accidents. While technology and regulations on explosion proof facilities or devices for electrical ignition sources are well developed and defined, those for thermal ignition sources need to be more developed and established. In this study, the internal combustion engine in hazardous areas was investigated to determine the risk of ignition. For this purpose, document searches were conducted on the relevant international standards and accidents cases and risk analysis reports. In addition, this study assessed the application cases of the diesel engine's safety equipment, such as spark arresters regarding the site of process safety management (PSM) system in central Korea. To practically apply these results to the hydrocarbon industry, the safety management method for explosion prevention in hazardous areas was provided by risk identification for ignition sources of internal combustion engines, such as diesel engines.

  • This article is concerned with the technology to provide car driver the car's status which are composed of car trouble code in car engine and many sensors. In addition, it installs vehicle diagnostic programs on wireless communication's portable device, for example, Smart phone, PDA, PMP, UMPC. As a result, this is to provide car manager with many information of car sensors when we go to car maintenance. it can monitor relevant information on vehicle by portable device in real time, alert drivers with specific messages and also enable them to address abnormalities immediately. Moreover, the technology could help the drivers who perhaps don't know very well about their vehicles to drive safely and economically as well; the reason is because the whole system is composed of just Vehicle-information collecting device and personal wireless communication's portables and transfers the relating data to server computers through wireless network in order to handle information on vehicles. This technology make us monitor vehicle's running, failure and disorder by using wireless communication's portable device. Finally, this study system is composed of a lot of application to display us the car's status which get car's inner sensor information while driving a car.

Evaluation of EGR applicability for NOx reduction in lean-burn LPG direct injection engine (초희박 LPG 직접분사식 엔진에서 질소산화물 저감을 위한 배기재순환 적용성 평가)

  • In order to keep the competitiveness of LPG fuel for transportation fuel, the difference in fuel consumption with gasoline and cost for an aftertreatment system should be reduced with continuous development of technology for LPG engine. In the present study, spray-guided type direct injection combustion system, whose configuration is composed of direct injector in the vicinity of spark plug, was employed to realize stable lean combustion. A certain level of nitrogen oxides($NO_x$) emits due to a locally rich mixture regions in the stratified mixture. With the application of EGR system for the reduction of $NO_x$, 15% of $NO_x$ reduction was achieved whereas fuel consumption and hydrocarbon emission increased. By the application of EGR, the combustion speed reduced especially appeared at initial flame development period and peak heat release rates and increasing rates for heat release rate decreased as EGR rate increased due to the dilution effect of intake air.
