  • 전기수력학적 분무를 이용한 액적 미립화 기술은 나노사이즈의 액적 형성, 쿨롱 반발력에 의한 균일한 액적 형성, 그리고 향상된 액적 타겟팅을 가능하게 한다. 따라서 이를 이용하여 매우 균일한 박막 코팅이 가능하다. 이러한 점에 힘입어 현재 진공 공정으로 제작되고 있는 CIGS태양전지의 광흡수층을 비진공 공정중 하나인 전기수력학적 미립화를 이용하여 실험하였다. Ethanol-based 의 CIGS나노 입자를 포함하는 콜로이드 상태의 전구체를 이용하여 적절히 가열된 몰리브덴 배면 전극위에 적용하였다. 미립화한 액적은 접지된 몰리브덴 층에 부착되는 즉시 증발하여 CIGS입자를 남긴다. 여기서 가장 중요하게 다루어야 할 조건은 기판의 온도, 인가 전압, 전구체의 유량이다. 분사 모드는 Cone-jet을 적용하였으며 5~15kV의 인가 전압에서 1ml/hr내외의 유량을 공급하여 3분 이내에 적절한 광흡수층 두께인 1마이크론 내외에 도달할 수 있다. 이와같은 조건으로 형성된 박막층에 관한 SEM image를 통해 다른 비진공 코팅 방식과 비교하였다.

  • The initiation and propagation of detonation waves in the air/fuel spray mixture has been numerically analyzed. An improved pressure-based method has been applied to predict the transient heterogeneous reacting flows at all speeds. Numerical results indicate that variations in the temperature gradient, the droplet size, and the fuel vapor concentration have the significant effects on the development of detonation wave in the multi-phase reactive media. The interaction mechanism between the flame-generated pressure wave and the combustion wave is discussed in detail.

  • 본 연구에서는 새도우마스크 제조공정에서 발생되는 Fe-Ni 계 폐산 용액에 Ni 성분을 용해시킨 복합 산용액을 원료용액으로 사용하여 분무열분해법에 의해 입도분포 및 조성이 균일하며, 입자형태가 구상이면서 평균입도가 100nm 이하인 Ni-ferrite 나노 분말을 제조하며 원료용액의 유입속도, nozzle tip 크기 및 공기압력의 반응조건 변화에 따른 생성분말의 특성 변화를 파악하였다.

  • An experimental study was performed to understand spray characteristics of the V type rotating fuel nozzle with orifice diameters by using high speed rotational system. The experimental apparatus consist of a high speed rotational system, fuel injection system and acrylic case. The droplet size and velocity were measured by PDPA(Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer) and spray was visualized by using Nd-Yag laser-based flash photography. From the test results, droplet size is reduced with increasing orifice diameter up to the critical value. When increasing orifice diameter over than this critical value, droplet size is not decreased with increasing the orifice diameter. This is due to the irregular distribution of the liquid sheet around the inner surface of injection orifice.

  • The study was performed to understand combustion characteristics of the slinger combustor. Liquid fuel is discharged radially outwards through injection holes drilled in the high speed rotating shaft. We observed atomizing characteristics with variation of fuel nozzle rotating speed by using PDPA system. The mean drop diameter highly depends on fuel nozzle rotating speed. In KARI combustion test facility, Ignition and combustion tests were performed by using real scale combustor. In the test results, ignition and combustion efficiency were increased according to increasing fuel nozzle rotating speed. The measured radial temperature distribution at the combustor exit shows stable and fairly good distribution.

Performance Analysis of a Vehicle Disinfector Nozzles Used at Livestock Farm (축산 차량소독기의 노즐 성능 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of vehicle disinfector nozzles using at the livestock farm. The nozzle of vehicle disinfectors was measured spraying rate and equality distribution ratio by pressures. The spraying rate of TK-I's nozzle was 1,605 ml/min at 3 MPa, TK-II's nozzle was 2,020 ml/min, JA's nozzle was 1,150 ml/min and IS's nozzle was 795 ml/min. The number of nozzles of TK-I's, TK-II's, JA's and IS's for reasonable spraying rate($25{\ell}/min$. at 3 MPa) was respectively 16, 13, 22 and 32 units. The equality distribution ratio of TK-I's nozzle by pressures was equalized and the nozzles of TK-II's, JA's and IS's was sprayed to the center or side more then other sides in the measured boxes.

  • Inorganic and inorganic/organic microcapsules were prepared by spray drying. $K_{4}SO$ and clay were used as the core and colloidal silica as the shell for the inoroganic microcapsules. Forthe inorganic/organic microcapsules were used the inorganic microcapsule which were mentioned above (core) and ethyl cellulose (shell). To characterize the prepared microcapsule for the practical use, the homogenity of surface and pore volume are the dominent factors. At the volume ratio of 0.3/0.7 of core/shell, the spherical and homogeneous surfaces of inorganic microcapsule could be synthesized. In the case of inorganic/organic microcapsules, the weitht ratio was 0.76/0.24. The pore volume of inorganic/organic microcapsules decreases more than that of inorganic microcapsule. The more the amount of shell (ethyl cellulose) in inorganic/organic microcapsules increases, the more the coating became homogeneous and the pore volume decreased.

  • 국내에 보급된 방제기는 인력분무기, 동력 분무기, 동력 살분무기, 스피드 스프레이어, 붐방제기 등이 있다. 그 중 동력경운기에 탑재하거나 트랙터에 견인되는 동력분무기를 주축으로 기계화되어 있다. 작은 입경의 분무입자로서 가급적 적정량을 균일하게 뿌릴 때 방제효율을 높일 수 있는데도 불구하고, 동력분무기에 의한 액제 살포는 원거리 살포에 따라 분무입자의 입경 분포가 다양하며 대부분 분무입자가 매우 크므로 고른 살포를 기대하기 어렵기 때문에 약액을 1000대 1로 희석하여 흠뻑 적실 정도로 다량 살포를 하여 살포효율을 높이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방제 방법은 효율성, 작업능률과 환경의 오염 측면에서 상당한 문제로 지적되고 있다.
