This research aimed to investigate the benefits of incorporating Problem-Based Learning(PBL) approach in Business English classes in a Korean university. This study focused on student experiences of learning in a PBL environment. The study examined the feasibility of cultivating students' key job competencies, that of their learning achievement and their satisfaction with the PBL approach. Data on student experiences were gathered from questionnaires. The analysis of the data showed, first, that the PBL could cultivate students' key job competencies. Second, the PBL could have a positive effect on students' acquisition of business content knowledge and their English language development. Third, the PBL approach achieved above moderate level of student satisfaction.

In this research, we analyzed the research and development process of small and medium enterprises, and diagnosed the problem of the research and development process of domestic small and medium enterprises, and evaluated the influence of innovative ability on the speed of research and development and corporate performance. In evaluating these effects, it is possible to grasp the direction of power generation according to the type of analysis, taking into account the meltdown factor of factors related to innovative capabilities. IT와 산업간 융합이 가속화되고 있다. 그 범위도 확대되어 일부 산업에서 모든 산업으로, 국민생활 깊숙이 스며들며 IT가 일상화되고 있다. 이에 따라 IT와 비IT의 경계가 사라지면서 완제품 경쟁력의 핵심으로 IT부품과 소프트웨어(SW)가 부각되고 있다. 또한 IT기기와 완제품의 구분이 모호해지고 하드웨어(HW) 소프트웨어(SW)를 최적화하는 제조기술 역량도 중요한 경쟁력으로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 시대 흐름은 글로벌 IT시장 구조에 영향을 미쳐, 과거 개별 기업간 경쟁이 생태계간 경쟁으로 변화하고 있다. 그간 우리나라 IT산업은 뛰어난 하드웨어의 경쟁력을 기반으로 글로벌 IT생태계에 적극 참여하였으나 취약한 소프트웨어 역량, 인력부족 등 복합적 한계로 인해 주도적 역할 수행은 미흡하였다. 따라서 우리나라 IT산업이 글로벌 경쟁우위를 강화하고, 미래 환경변화에 적극 대응하기 위해서는 우리의 장점을 강화해 나가면서 부족한 부분의 경쟁력을 끌어 올려야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 창의와 혁신을 기반으로 하는 다양한 창조기업이 세계적인 기업으로 커 나갈 수 있도록 IT를 새로운 성장동력으로 만들어 일자리를 창출하고 창조경제의 꽃을 피울 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 균형발전과 이를 통한 융합역량 강화, 해외의존도가 높은 부문의 원천기술 개발을 추진하면서, 클라우드 빅데이터 산업을 주도해 나감으로써 세계 최고의 IT강국으로 도약해 나갈 것이다.

최근 재난은 대형화, 복합적, 다양화되는 양상을 보이는 가운데, 효율적인 재난관리를 위해 정부 중심 거버넌스 재난관리에 대한 변화가 불가피하다. 현장 중심의 재난관리 체계 구축을 위해서는 국민생활과 밀접한 지방공공기관의 재난관리에 대한 역량을 배양하는 제도적 개선이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 지방공공기관의 재난관리에 대한 역할의 재정립, 재난·안전관리에 대한 평가지표의 개선, 기능연속성계획 수립을 위한 정부의 지원책 마련 등 현행 제도를 보완해야 한다. 특히 사회통합적 재난관리로 전환하여 재난 현장의 최일선에서 효과적인 대응이 이루어질 수 있는 기반이 필요하다. 하여 본 연구는 지방공기업의 재난관리 역량 강화를 위한 개선 방안으로 실제적 법제도 개선의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

사이버위협의 증가로 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있는 사이버훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 사이버훈련이란 개인의 사이버보안 역량 강화 및 사이버공격에 대한 조직적 대응을 단련하는 일련의 행위를 가리킨다. 최근 IT 영역에서 실생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 OT 영역으로 사이버공격 범위가 늘어나 그 피해는 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 이들 사이버공격에 대비한 사이버훈련이 필요하며, IT 위주에서 OT를 포함한 사이버훈련으로 확장할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 IT와 함께 OT 영역까지 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있는 사이버훈련장 구축 연구를 소개한다. 본고에서는 OT 영역을 11개의 국가기반시설로 분류하였고, OT 사이버환경을 SW 기반으로 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 사이버훈련장을 통해 IT와 OT 대상 사이버공격에 대한 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있으며 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있다.

This paper presents the core competencies diagnosis system which targeted our collegiate students in an attempt to induce the core competencies for reinforcing the learning and employment capabilities. Because these days data give rise to a high level of redundancy and dimensionality with time complexity, they are more likely to have spurious relationships, and even the weakest relationships will be highly significant by any statistical test. So as to address the measurement of uncertainties from the classification of categorical data and the implementation of its analytic system, an uncertainty measure of rough entropy and information entropy is defined so that similar behaviors analysis is carried out and the clustering ability is demonstrated in the comparison with the statistical approach. Because the acquired and necessary competencies of the collegiate is deduced by way of the results of the diagnosis, i.e. common core competencies and major core competencies, they facilitate not only the collegiate life and the employment capability reinforcement but also the revitalization of employment and the adjustment to college life.

This study examines whether personal traits and globalization capability would affect the entrepreneurial intention. Survey using questionnaires was conducted toward 257 male and female adults aged 21 above across the nation. The analysis of the data shows that the desire for self-fulfillment, risk-taking propensity and sense of self-efficiency as personal traits have positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. And the globalization capability as mediating variable has meaningful influence on entrepreneurial intention, that is, globalization capability under the control of respective personal trait makes positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Current study would support the potential entrepreneur and the educator to create effective entrepreneurial education program.

This study provides job competency, self-leadership, and organizational culture as the determinants of job performance and examines interaction effects between and among determinants. Based on the empirical results, job competency and self-leadership affect job performance respectively in positive ways. but organizational culture does not. The interaction of self-leadership and organizational culture affects job performance in a positive way, whereas the interaction of job competency and self-leadership and the interaction of job competency and organizational culture do not. Also, the three-way interaction among job competency, self-leadership and organizational culture affects job performance in a positive way. It is our contribution that we introduce the factors suggested from different research streams explaining job performance and attempt to combine them in a single integrative model.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social connectedness and social responsibility in the relationship with self-leadership and cultural competency on nursing students. Method: The participants in the study were 207 nursing students in two college located in C province. Data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 24 program. Result: There were significant correlations among self-leadership, social connectedness, social responsibility, cultural competency. Social connectedness and responsibility showed partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-leadership and cultural competency. Conclusion: To enhance nursing students' cultural competency, it is necessary to develop effective strategies and education program to enhance self-leadership, social connectedness, social reponsibility.

While the scale of the consulting market growth in quantity quality, the consultant capacity is becoming important in the digital industry. The preceding elements of trust formation to the consultant capacity divided into ability, integrity, and benevolence of consultant. Also, the consultant capacity is to find out what effect the overall trust and customer satisfaction and re-contract. The results of the analysis, consultant capacity have positive(+) effects for the formation of the trust in the practice of consulting project, and consulting service trust has positive(+) effect in the relationship between customer satisfaction and re-contract. In addition, consulting service trust in consultant capacity appeared to has positive(+) mediating effects in the relationship between customer satisfaction and re-contract intend.
