This study is a descriptive survey research for relationship between basic psychological needs, positive psychological capital and psychological burnout according to type of nursing organizational culture. The participants were 151 clinical nurses at 5 general hospital located in M city from May 2020 to June 2020 by questionnaire survey. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 23.0 program was utilized including one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients. This study showed a positive correlation for basic psychological needs, positive psychological capital in relationship-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture. In addition, it showed a negative correlation for psychological burnout. This study confirmed positive correlationt between relationship-oriented culture, Innovation-oriented culture and positive psychology in nursing organization. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system within a nursing organization and develop related programs that can promote relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture.

This paper verified the relationship between the emotional labor and the job satisfaction of workers in senior employment agencies. And this paper verified the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the both variables. We conducted a survey of 261 employees of the 21 agencies in Daejeon and Chungcheong area. According to the analysis : 1) employees' emotional labor influenced job satisfaction negatively. 2) the self-efficacy mediated between emotional labor and job satisfaction. As a result, we need to establish a management system for emotional labor, to carry out a crisis intervention of prompt therapy, and to provide education to cope with emotional labor for decreasing the emotional labor. It is important to lower the proportion of irregular workers, to improve the level of treatment, and cultivate self-leadership for promoting self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research to investigate the difference between career preparation behavior and major satisfaction level according to whether or not nursing students have taken career courses for nursing students to mke rational career choices. The participants were 221 nursing students. Data collection was conducted from December 1 to 15, 2019. The data was analysis with frequency and percentage, 𝛘²-test, mean and standard deviation and ANCOVA by using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The results were of this study showed that carrier preparation behavior(F=438.08, p<.001), Major Satisfaction(F=461.45, p<.001) have been confirmed significant difference depend on attending to college career course therefore, it is suggested to use career courses as a strategy to help nursing students make successful career decisions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of muscle imbalance on motion of back squat. The isokinetic muscle strength of the 8 subjects was recorded for the knee flexion/extension by the cybex 770 dynamometer. Each subject performed 3 back squats with the long barbell with an intensity of 25% body weight(BW), 50%BW, 100%BW, 125%BW. During the back squat through the recorded kinematic data the subjects' maximum flexion and extension knee angle, center of mass displacement and V-COP were calculated for evaluation of the stability of the movement. For the statistical analysis independent t-test was used. Knee flexion angle and COM displacement are dominated by the reciprocal muscle ratio. V-COP factor was dominated by bilateral extension deficit. Based on the results we can know that as the intensity of the squat increased to a level control was difficult because the muscles' imbalance influenced the movement.

The purpose of this study was to look at the grotesque characteristics of the preface to "Cromwell, 1827" by Victor Hugo and to identify the differences in the ancient Gris Tragedy. Also, Victor Hugo and Nietzsche were interested in the Middle Ages, and wanted to see if there were any differences. The main findings of the study are the grotesque phenomenon of Victor Hugo in the "Satirus" at Dionyson Theater in Nietzsche's Gris tragedy. When you classify them, first, the appearance of humans and animals mixed in. Second, Satyrus uses the mask as a grotesque material in a humorous and funny atmosphere. Although there were many ways to define grotesque aesthetics and philosophy, there was still a lack of research on grotesque. Future studies should be conducted in detail in social phenomena over time.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the extracts of 80% EtOH and EtOAc, BuOH, and D.W in Korean native Hypsizygus marmoreus. Antioxidation and antioxidant analysis to provide the possibility of a multifunctional cosmetic raw material. As a result of analyzing the cytotoxicity of the sample using the animal cell line HaCaT cell, it was confirmed that the toxicity of the sample hardly affected the cells. The inhibition rate of elastase was 30.41% at 10% of sample concentration and inhibition activity of collagenase was 11.65% at 1% of sample concentration. Hypsizygus marmoreus showed better antioxidant activity than similar mushroom. The total phenol contents of the fractions were 778.4 mg and 2.59 mg per 1 g of white mushroom, confirming its potential as a natural antioxidant. As a result, the extract of Hypsizygus marmoreus is considered to be highly valuable as a natural cosmetic material having antioxidant and antioxidant functions.

This study was conducted to identify the relationships between body type perception and emotional intelligence and sexual assertiveness of female college students. The study participants were 288 nursing students of two universities in Chungnam province. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire from March 1 to May 20, 2017. Collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 20.0 program. The higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the sexual assertiveness(r=.25, p<.001), but sexual assertiveness according to body type perception were not significant. Factors influencing sexual assertiveness were religion, time of first relationship, body mass index, and emotional intelligence, which accounted 18.7%. Therefore, interventions for improving sexual assertiveness of female college students should include interventions for improving emotional intelligence. Studies on the relationship between body type perception and sexual assertiveness of female college students should be conducted.

The purpose of this study was to explore the moderating effect of learning strategy levels on the relationship between academic grit and career development competence perceived by high school students. The sample for this study comprised 573 high school students, and data analysis was conducted mainly using reliability analysis, correlation analysis, K-mean cluster analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the learning strategy levels moderated the relationship between academic grit and career development competence. This study suggest it is necessary to provide grit enhancement programs coupled with learning strategy levels in order to facilitate career development competence. The future studies need to explore the literature review for logical relationship between academic grit and career development competence, the qualitative approach for drawing on the theoretical models among the related variables, and the relational research to explore mediating or moderating effect of the individual backgrounds and related variables on the relationship between academic grit and career development competence.

In this study, VR contents were produced by using the rose which is the material of the tomb of the surrealistic work wrestler of Rene Magritte, an artistic genre, as a motive. In conclusion, the distortion (spatial modulation) of the image scale is connected to the dynamic-curve and texture-soft areas, and the superposition (combination of contradictory images) is called the big-size, irregular-depth area, Are connected to the positions of big-size and irregular-space regions. The theme of the work was Dream, and the plants and roses patterns were produced in each timeline, and overlap, scale, distortion, overlap, distortion, and scale were used.

This study investigates factors to disturb the e-Learning persistence of adult learners based on a case study of Cyber University students located in Seoul Korea. Main findings of our research show that economic burden, shortage of studying hours, digital literacy problem, perceived isolation, inefficient interaction between lecturer and student, and support of family are primary factors to influence the persistence of online education in a Cyber university. From our case study, we recommend to improve the scholarship system, and supplement the offline special lectures at weekends in order to alleviate perceived isolation. A novelty of this paper is that economic burden is highlighted to influence the persistence of adult learners.
