This review article summarizes the trends and issues around the mobility business and government regulations in Korea. Key issues identified involve unclear government regulations, conflict management between key stakeholders, platform labor, and regional conflicts. The study then offers an overview of the current government regulations on the mobility business and conflict management, along with some policy recommendations in the areas of linking conflict resolution efforts with the welfare safety net, and corporates' social responsibility for the sustainable ecosystem. Ultimately, an ecosystem is required for multiple ministries and stakeholders to participate in the process of improving the regulations, as well as a control tower (government agency) who plays the pivotal role as a coordinator.

The use of smartphone improves convenience and efficiency in modern people's lives but threatens the mental health of individuals by manifesting an addiction phenomenon that is difficult for everyday life without a smartphone. In particular, it is suggested that the effects of the smartphone addiction of firefighters who have a high level of job stress due to work environment exposed to disaster and fire have a very negative effect on their personal well-being and job performance. Therefore, the analysis of the relationship between firefighters' smartphone addiction and stress will be helpful in examining the problems of stress management. This study analyzed the relationship and influence between smartphone addiction and stress of firefighters. Total study subjects were 230 and SPSS 20.0 was used. Statistical methods are group analysis (t-test and ANOVA) and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that firefighters' household type and monthly income have a significant effect on stress. Of the sub-factors of smartphone addiction, withdrawal experience has a statistically significant effect on stress. The results of the study will provide empirical data on the smartphone addiction of fire service employees.

This paper identify factors of migration of employees' household who work for relocated public institutions. As a factors of migration, we consider individual and household characteristics, the gravity model of distance and population and so on. Considering discrete dependant variable and structure of data, we employ the logistic multilevel model and random intercept model. The result indicates employees' who are female, 30s and 40s, higher education level(PhD) and whose spouse are unemployed tend to transfer their residential registration to new city near relocated public institution. Regarding regional variable, the distance from employee's previous residential location and number of migration of prior year are statistically significant. Also the model indicate regional economy, educational and residential environment of new city influence employee's decision for transferring residential registration.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the age of artificial intelligence, the development of ICT technology is having various effects on the online and offline educational environment. The universal access of online education changes the educational paradigm and converts it to a learner-centered service. At the time when a new educational environment is required to change, interest in flip learning is increasing. Even adult learner's online learning needs is also shown very high. The purpose of this study was to investigate how repetitive learning activities through flip learning for middle-aged online learners of K-Cyber University has a relationship and structural relationship between the effects of learning immersion and learning interest on learning satisfaction. Through this study, there is significance in research to suggest direction for learning satisfaction based on flip learning. For further studies, if a model of analysis of various factors that can be measured is specified and applied, it can be used as a research background that can maximize learning satisfaction based on flip learning.

This research work reports the development of a Ruthenium/2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-N-oxyl (TEMPO)/nitrate catalyst system for the highly selective transformation of isosorbide (1,4:3,6-dianhydro-D-glucitol) to isosorbide-diketone (2,6-dioxabicyclo (3,3,0)octan-4,8-one). Isosorbide is a critical platform molecule for future manufacturing processes. TEMPO has been utilized to convert alcohols to carbonyl compounds for a long time. The optimal chemical reaction condition was found to be when using isosorbide (0.5 mmol) with supported Ru (10 mol%), TEMPO (5 mol%), and sodium nitrate (0.03 mmol) in the presence of acetic acid (3 ml) as a solvent at 50 ℃ and 1 atm oxygen pressure. This catalyst system demonstrated good selectivity (> 97%) and yield (87%) with respect to the desired product, in addition to a putative catalytic double oxidation mechanism.

The purpose of this study is to examine the commonalities and differences that appear across the types of perceptions toward job changes according to the Industrial 4.0. among job seekers and workers. For an approach to subjective beliefs, viewpoints and preferences, the data investigated using Q methodology, was analyzed using the QUANL program for PC. From the Q-methodology, the types of perception toward job changes due to Industrial 4.0 and their features were drawn. The perception types were classified as four types: negative perception type, neutral perception type, high evaluation about quality of jobs, and employment increase perception type. The results found that views toward job transition due to Industrial 4.0 are were diverse beyond the dichotomy and institutional and educational efforts should be required to mitigate job insecurity and cope with job changes caused by technological advance.

The purpose of this study is to develop sign language interpreting content in the medical setting that facilitates Deaf people's access to medical services in situations where professional and accurate medical sign language interpreting is insufficient. To achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a literature review, individual interviews for Deaf people, on-site requirement surveys of sign language interpreters and sign language experts, and medical and sign language expert consultations. Based on this, we developed sign language interpreting content such as main care contextual scenarios, basic medical terms, and medical term descriptions. Through this study, we developed medical sign language content considering the situation and medical importance of Deaf people to promote expertise in the medial sign language area and developed a responsive website of sign language medical dictionary that effectively and efficiently delivers information to Deaf people and sign language interpreters; we realized the need and importance of sign language translation for Deaf people to be the main bodies.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction in adolescent and influencing factor traits. In addition, the relationship between internet addiction and environmental coping strategies were examined. To examine the main purpose. analyzed as followed. According to the results of study. First, What have influencing factors on internet addiction? Second, How about were relationship between multidimensional factors correlation and multiregression analysis? Third, What about were prevention and coping strategies on internet addiction in adolescent period? According to the analysis with coping strategies researches, the results were presented as follows. Results showed that have positive correlation with internet use time, escape from reality, impulsivity, depression, anger control by examined results of Young addiction measure. Significant variables have influencing internet addiction with internet use time, escape from reality internet use, depression, anger control impulsivity. Based on these study results, This paper made a suggestion about prevention prescription and coping strategies of influencing factors on internet addiction in adolescent.

As the world population growth and economy develops, the importance of eco-friendly organic waste resource treatment and up-cycling increases. Black soldier fly (BSF) (Hermetia illucens) treats organic waste resources that allows it to be recycled as a feed resource. In this study, we analyzed the nutrients composition, amino acid, and fatty acids of BSF larvae fed three agricultural by-products, namely apple pomace, mandarin waste, and oriental melon waste (mainly generated in South Korea). The highest BSF larvae crude protein and amino acid content was obtained in those fed mandarin waste compared with the other two diets (apple pomace and oriental melon waste). BSF larvae fed apple pomace had the highest crude fat, fatty acid, and lauric acid content compared with the other BSF larvae. Furthermore, all crude protein and fat content of BSF larvae fed the three agricultural by-products exceed that of the original agricultural by-products.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities based on ecological theory, utilizing raw data from the 4th Disability and Life Dynamics Panel in 2021. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that individual factors such as 'gender,' 'type of disability,' 'severity of disability,' 'marital status,' 'education,' 'employment status,' 'depression,' 'self-esteem,' and 'overall health in the past six months,' interpersonal factors like 'emotional support and assistance,' and organizational and environmental factors including the 'level of difficulty in using disability-related services' and 'overall satisfaction with disability welfare services' were found to impact the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities. Based on these research findings, it is suggested that efforts in the community to enhance the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities should go beyond individual dimensions, increasing opportunities for social interactions and fostering a disability-friendly environment.
