  • 전 세계적으로 9.11로 대표되는 자살테러, 비행기테러, 화학가스 테러 등에 의한 인명피해가 늘고 있다. 1986년 김포공항 폭발사고, 1995년 음진리교 지하철 사린가스 사건, 2001년 9.11 사건, 2003년 필리핀 공항 폭탄테러 사건 등의 큰 테러 외에도 작은 사건은 무수히 많다. 이러한 테러 사태를 미연에 방지하기 위한 지능형 영상 보안 감시 시스템이 사회적으로 연구되어왔고 도입되어 왔다. 기존의 지능형 영상 보안 시스템은 모션 디렉션 기반으로 금지구역의 침입자로 판단되는 사람을 찾는 기능 중심으로 발전해왔다. 또한 보안요원의 관찰 모니터를 통해 화면을 계속 주시하는 한계 시간의 존재와 모니터 증가에 따른 한계 시간은 더 급감하게 되는 것으로 판단되었다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 유기물 탐지의 자동화를 추구하고, 보안 요원의 감시 업무를 도와 국가 주요 시설물의 유기물 자동 탐지를 통해 테러로부터 안전하게 보호하고자 한다.

Enhancing industrial security of casino business by developing criminal profiling of deviant behaviors in casino (범죄 프로파일링 기법을 활용한 카지노 위반 행동 분석과 카지노 산업보안 증대 방안 연구)

  • Criminal profiling is a effective and efficient measure for enhancing industrial security of casino business. Particularly, developing criminal profiling of deviant behaviors in casino will help security management to become more effective and efficient in practical ways. Unfortunately, however, there is lack of empirical profiling study in this regard. To fill the vacuum of literature on this topic, this study was purported to create offender profiles of different types of deviant behaviors in casino based on various theories and techniques in criminal profiling literature, such as investigative psychology, linkage analysis, and behavioral evidence analysis. To fulfill the purposes, this study collected behavioral evidence from 90 casino security officers in South Korea. Offenders' behavioral evidence was analyzed to develop offender profiles of seven different types of deviant behaviors, and then the profiles were compared with each profiles that security officers focus on to identify offenders during their work hours. Results showed that, first, there were unique profiles of each type of seven different categories of deviant behaviors in terms of offenders' ways of speaking and acting, their appearance and attitudes. In addition, this study found that there were some amount of gaps between actual offenders' profiles and profiles that security officers have in mind. Based on the results, this study provided policy implications in terms of managing casino industrial security, education and training for security officers, and future study on casino security.

A Study on the Relation Between Martial Arts Training and Job Performance of Security Personnel (보안요원의 무도수련과 직무수행 관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation of security officers' martial arts training and job performance. To this end, we conducted surveys on security practitioners. The questionnaire consisted of three variables, "necessity of martial arts training, application to practical security work, improvement of job satisfaction". In this study for reliability analysis, Chronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated. In order to verify the validity of the measured variables, exploratory factors were analyzed using the Berimax method. Both AVE and CR values of the measured variables were above the reference value of 0.5, indicating that the convergence validity was good. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardization coefficient is 0.636 for "need for training in martial arts training${\Rightarrow}$practical security work", 0.986 for "practical security work${\Rightarrow}$job satisfaction improving", and the relationship between the two hypotheses is positive(+). In order to improve the job satisfaction of security-related practitioners, it seems necessary to raise the need for martial arts training.

The Effects of Security Agents' Job Stresses on Coping Strategy: Focussing on Moderating Effects of Five Personality Factors (시큐리티 요원의 직무스트레스가 대처행동에 미치는 영향 -성격5요인의 조절효과-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress factors on Coping Strategy' turnover intention, and to analyze the moderating effects of five personality factors between each job stress factor and turnover intention. To achieve this purpose, this study surveyed users of the Seoul and Gyeonggi in based on cluster sampling method. A total of 262 samples were used for this study, except 18 erroneous samples dropped. For the data process of the questionnaire, each answer content was coded and an element analysis, credibility analysis, frequency analysis, co-relationship analysis and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS version 18.0 of Angel for Windows. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows: First, thejob stress of the security personnel affect coping behavior. Second, in the effects of Security Agents Job Stress on Coping Strategy, Five Personality Factors showed moderating effects.

A Study on the Relation between the Number of First Aid Training and the Performance of Facilities Security Personnel (시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 직무수행 관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the number of first aid training and safety performance. The researcher's questionnaire consisted of three variables: necessity of first aid education, application to security practice, and improvement of job satisfaction. In this study, Chronbach's Alpha coefficients were calculated to measure the internal validity for the reliability of the questionnaire. In order to verify the validity of the measured variables, exploratory factor analysis was carried out using the Berimax rotation method. The mean variance extracted AVE and the conceptual reliability CR value of the measurement result variables were both above the allowable reference value of 0.5 and it was judged to be a good test in terms of intensive validity. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardization coefficient was 1.106 for 'necessity of first aid education ⇒ applied to security practice work', and 'applied to security work practice ⇒ improvement of job satisfaction' was 1.063 and the relationship of hypothesis 1 hypothesis 2 was significant (+), Respectively. Therefore, in order to increase the job satisfaction of security related workers, it is necessary to support first aid education and to receive first aid education.

  • 현재 각 나라의 항만관련 부서는 자국의 항만을 국제항으로 발돋움시키기 위하여 항만보안 시스템을 구축하고 있는 실정이다. 최근 인천항에서도 감시체제가 인력경비에 의존하던 방식에서 벗어나 영상보안 시스템을 활용하는 중앙감시체제로 바뀔 전망이다. 이러한 인천항의 항만보안 시스템은 각 출입문과 인천항 보안 울타리에 CCTV 카메라를 설치하여 영상보안 시스템을 구축하여 인력과 비용을 크게 줄이며, 감시체제의 효율화를 꽤하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 IP카메라를 활용한 PDA 기반의 영상보안시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 중앙통제실을 벗어난 요원도 PDA를 통하여 어떤 장소, 어떤 시간에서도 실시간 영상모니터링이 가능하기 때문에 기존의 시스템에 비해 비상체계 운영에서 효율을 극대화 할 수 있으며, 인력과 비용에 있어서도 큰 장점을 가지고 있다.

Correlation between Customer Orientation and Job Stress due to Degree of Emotional Labor on Security Agents (시큐리티 요원의 감정노동 수준에 따른 직무스트레스와 고객지향성의 관계)

  • This study aims to verify the relationship between customer orientation and job stress due to the degree of emotional labor on security agents. Objects of study are from 10 security companies, randomly selected from those registered on the Regional Police Agencies in Daejeon and Chungnam, from November 10th to 20th, 2013; thirty agents from each company, or three-hundred in total, were selected as research subjects by random sampling method. Twenty-five subjects were excluded for poor response contents and/or low reliability. Thus, only 275 subjects were included in actual analysis. The research tool was the questionnaire which was re-composed on the basis of domestic/overseas preliminary studies, while the data was processed through the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis, using SPSS version 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistics package. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows. First, as job stress of security agents decreased, customer orientation increased. Second, the group of security agents with lower level of emotional labor positively affected job stress and customer orientation.

  • 본 연구는 항공보안업무 종사자의 조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 항공보안검색요원 300명을 대상으로 집락표본추출법(cluster sampling method)을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집된 설문지 중 표기오류, 누락, 전체 항목의 동일 표기 등을 분류하여 최종적으로 272부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 조직문화는 조직유효성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화의 하위요인인 합리문화, 합의문화, 발전문화는 조직유효성의 하위요인인 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 위계문화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 합의문화, 위계문화, 발전문화 순으로 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤으나 합리문화는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 3차원 GIS연계를 통한 보안 플랫폼개발은 3차원 공간정보가 가진 융합의 특성을 잘 활용하여 개별적인 IT기반 물리 보안시스템을 통합관리 하고 미래의 기술변동 흐름을 잘 반영할 뿐만 아니라 보안요원의 개입을 줄이는 것을 목적으로 시스템 자체가 판단하고 관리할 수 있는 능동형 보안 플랫폼 기술이다. 개발 플랫폼은 IP카메라 기반 영상데이터 위에 GIS 기반 좌표 값이 부여된 형태의 기술로, 증강현실 기반의 보안관제 서비스 제공 기반을 마련하는데 효과가 기대된다.
