베트남 참전군인의 외상 후 스트레스와 사회적 지지가 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Post-Traumatic Stress and Social Support on Depression of Vietnam Veterans)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the post-traumatic stress, social support, and depression of Vietnam veterans and the effects of post-traumatic stress and social support on depression. Methods : This study was carried out from June 2017 to September 2017 with the cooperation of the Korean Society of Veterans' Affairs and 250 Vietnamese veterans from D city were randomly sampled and collected. The collected data were used by SPSS 24.0 Statistics Program. Results : Social support was inversely correlated with post-traumatic stress (r=-.268, p<.001) and depression (r=-.333, p<.001), and post-traumatic stress and depression (r=.592, p<.001) were positively correlated. Post-traumatic stress and social support of veterans had a significant effect on depression, and post-traumatic stress and social support showed an explanatory power of 37.7% in depression. Conclusions : It is necessary to improve soldiers' mental health by mediating their post-traumatic stress and reducing their depression level by establishing a social support system.

한베 통계기계번역의 성능 향상을 위한 내포문 추출 및 복원 기법 (Embedded clause extraction and restoration for the performance enhancement in Korean-Vietnamese statistical machine translation)

  • 본 논문에서는 기호로 둘러싸인 내포문이 포함된 문장의 번역 성능을 높이는 방법을 제안한다. 입력 문장에서 내포문을 추출하여 여러 문장으로 나타내고, 각각의 문장들을 번역한다. 그리고 번역된 문장들을 복원정보를 활용하여 최종 번역 문장을 생성한다. 이러한 방법론은 입력 문장의 길이를 줄여주며, 그로 인하여 문장 구조가 단순해져 번역 품질이 향상된다. 본 논문에서는 한국어-베트남어 통계 기반 번역기에 대하여 제안한 방법론을 적용하고 실험하였다. 그 결과 BLEU 점수가 약 1.5 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

여성결혼이민자의 양육 스트레스 측정도구 개발: 베트남과 필리핀 여성결혼이민자 중심으로 (Developing Parenting Stress Scale for International Marriage Immigrant Women in South Korea: Focused on Vietnamese and Filipino Marriage Immigrant Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to evaluate parenting stress of international marriage immigrant women from Vietnam and the Philippines. Methods: The concept of parenting stress of international marriage immigrant women was analysed with a hybrid model. Data were collected from 273 international marriage immigrant women from Vietnam and the Philippines who were raising their children aged 1 to 6 years. These collected data were subjected to exploratory factor analysis, multitrait/multi-item matrix assessment, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and Cronbach's alpha internal consistency measurement. Results: The final instrument consisted of 28 items. The following six factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis: 'insufficiency of parenting support system', 'role burden of mothers', 'maladjustment of children', 'confusion of parenting methods due to cultural differences', 'unskilled Korean communication', and 'ordinary difficulties'. Construct validity (factor analysis, convergent validity, and discriminant validity) and criterion-related validity were confirmed. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of total items was .92(95% CI .91-.94). Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of values for these factors ranged from .76 to .85. Conclusion: The parenting stress scale for international marriage immigrant women is a valid and reliable tool.

베트남 가구 규모에 따른 가정간편식 소비행동 (Home Meal Replacement (HMR) Consumption Behavior of Vietnamese Consumers by Household Size)

  • This study was conducted to provide basic data for evolving a strategy for the development of Vietnam's customized HMR program and formulating a marketing strategy by analyzing the characteristics and variations of HMR consumption behavior by household size. The results of the analysis were as follows: The number of single households using HMR as a general meal at home was higher than multiple-person households. Moreover, there was a high preference for 'ready to heat' and 'ready to eat' products, which are relatively easy to cook and prepare. It was observed that single households preferred department stores, hypermarkets, and convenience stores for purchasing HMR when compared to multiple households, and that single households preferred to acquire information through TV/radio and internet advertisements. Among the HMR selection attributes, single households valued taste, quantity, price, preparation process, preparation time, and ease of storage as important. Reflecting on the results of this study, when developing HMR in Vietnam, it is necessary to develop a product that can nutritionally replace the general meal with a focus on convenience. In addition, there is a need for products that possess various attributes such as convenience, health, and eco-friendliness.

한국 기업의 베트남 유통시장 진출 전략에 관한 연구 (The Strategy of Korean Firms to Enter Vietnam Market)

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest strategies for Korean companies to overcome the limitation of the international trade structure between Korea and Vietnam. This study examined foreign multinational distribution companies, Korean distribution companies and domestic distribution companies in Vietnam. A SWOT analysis conducted to propose effective strategies revealed that Saigon Mart, Vietnam's largest regional mart company, needs an O/W strategy and to capture market opportunities quickly through strategic alliances with foreign distribution companies, in order to gradually complement their core competencies internally. Lotte mart in Vietnam, one of Korea's three largest marts, needs to establish a T/S strategy in order to overcome the crisis situation in Vietnam market and succeed in business. BIG C Mart has over 40,000 diverse products needs to use a T/S strategy in order to effectively overcome the crisis situation in the Vietnamese market and to increase the possibility of business success. From the study findings and conclusions, various implications are derived. Vietnam is still very strong in socialism and regional characteristics, so it needs to build up close cooperation such as joint venture with local partners in the region and strategic alliances to increase the possibility of investment success.

대전시 여성과 베트남 이주여성의 단축형 사상체질진단 설문지(KS-15) 응답 비교 (A Comparative Study of Response of KS-15 Questionnaire between Migrant Vietnam and Daejeon Women)

  • Objectives The aim of this study was to reveal the difference of body shape, personality, physiological characteristics between migrant Vietnam and Daejeon women using propensity matching. Methods The number of 274 Vietnamese migrant women and Daejeon city women participate in this study. We surveyed Sasang Constitution (SC) expressive factor, such Body Mass Index (BMI) using Korea Sasang Constitutional Diagnostic Questionnaire (KS-15). A Chi-square test and a T-test were used. Significant p was .05. Results The height, weight and BMI of Daejeon women was bigger than those of Vietnam(p<.001). There was significant difference in personality characteristics in 'broad mind-narrow mind'(p<.001), 'Active-Passive'(p<.001), 'Masculine-Feminine'(p=.002). There was significant differentce in physio-pathological symptom in 'digestion'(p<.001), 'urine time'(p<.001), 'feeling cold/heat'(p=.006). There was significant differentce in distribution of SC between Vietnam and Daejeon women(p=.025). Conclusions This study reveals that there is differentce in body shape, personality, physiological characteristics between Vietnam and Daejeon women. These factors might influence on SC distribution between Vietnam and Dajeon women

ODA, FDI 및 교육비 지출이 경제성장에 미치는 영향: Doi Moi 이후의 베트남 (The Effects of ODA, FDI and Education Expenditure on Economic Growth: Vietnam After Doi Moi)

  • Vietnam's economic growth has progressed rapidly since Doi Moi. Vietnam is a key driving force for global economic growth on behalf of China. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors of Vietnam's economic growth by using time series variables after Doi Moi. Study results show that educational expenditures affect ODA in the short term. In the long run, GDP and FDI are causally related to ODA. Based on the above findings, it can be seen that FDI and ODA played a significant role in Vietnam's economic growth. This finding suggests that in order for Vietnam's economy to grow further, the capital market should be more open to foreigners so that FDI and ODA can flow more smoothly. Since the inflow of FDI is also linked to educational expenditure, it is important to understand that the workforce is being upgraded in the Vietnamese labor market.

한국 전통 음료의 소비자 기호도 분석 - 한국·중국·베트남 어린이 대상 - (Drivers for Liking Korean Traditional Drinks - By Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese Children -)

  • The purpose of this research was to examine the preferences of five traditional Korean drinks and analyze the factors affecting the preferences of children aged 7-12 in Korea, Vietnam, and China. The samples used in a sensory test were omija-cha, yuza-cha, sujeonggwa, sikhye and misutgaru. The test was performed to examine the overall, appearance (color), odor, taste and mouth-feeling and a sweetness intensity using 5 point hedonic scale (1=dislike extremely, 5=like extremely) and, check-all-that-apply (CATA) method was performed to determine preference and non-preferences factors. The preference of all samples except sujeonggwa showed significant differences in all items of the preferences (p<0.001). Almost items of the preference was rated more than 4 points in Chinese and Korea children. The sweetness intensity showed also significant differences in all items of the preferences except sujeonggwa (p<0.001), and evaluated as not sweet-appropriate with the score between 2 and 3 points. Sweetness, color, mouth-feeling, familiar flavor and healthy feeling was selected for the factors affecting the preferences. In conclusion, the result of this study determine the preferences and the affecting factors for the traditional Korean drinks in children of Korea, Vietnam, and China.

베트남 투자 중소기업의 기업가정신 지향성이 후속투자에 미치는 영향 : 국제시장 지향성과 투자성과의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation of Korean SME's Sequential Investment in Vietnam : Focusing on the mediating roles of international market orientation and investment performance)

  • This paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, international market orientation, and investment performance of Korean SMEs in Vietnam on sequential investment. As a result of analyzing the research model using PLS SEM, it was found that Korean SMEs make sequential investments based on investment performance rather than entrepreneurial orientation or international market orientation. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation increased internationa market orientation and had a positive effect on investment performance, which was found to have a positive effect on sequential investment. Through this study, it was clarified that there is a difference between the determinants of initial investment and sequential investment, and it was confirmed that Korean companies show stable and strategic sequential investment tendency rather than proactive and bold investment in Vietnam. In addition, the mediating effect of international market orientation and investment performance in sequential investment was confirmed. In addition, it was confirmed that entrepreneurial orientation was a valid factor in the indirect effect of sequential investment. In the future, for high entrepreneurial orientation Korean companies entered the Vietnamese market, there will be a need for policy support to provide information on Global Value Chain in Vietnam and establish networks on the country.

K 패션 착용경험에 관한 연구 -20~30대 네팔, 베트남, 몽골 외국인을 중심으로- (A Study on Foreigners' Experience ofWearingK Fashion -Focusing on Nepalese, Vietnamese, and Mongolian Foreigners in 20s and 30s-)

  • This study aimed to investigate the perceptions and preferences of foreigners residing in Korea towards K-fashion. It sought to provide suggestions for the future development of K-fashion targeting this growing demographic. The results revealed that the longer foreigners had lived in Korea, the more positively they rated Korean fashion, shopping, and culture. The majority of foreigners purchased K-fashion items online, with popular choices including T-shirts, jackets, shirts, and jeans. Both men and women identified shoulders as a common problematic area when wearing clothing, with some issues also reported in the lumbar region. In terms of preferences, younger males (teens and twenties) were more inclined towards fads and celebrity wear compared to older males (thirties and forties). Similarly, younger females (teens and twenties) showed a higher preference for functionality and celebrity wear compared to older females (thirties and forties). These findings suggest that men tend to prioritize aesthetic factors when choosing K-fashion, while women prioritize practical considerations. To better cater to foreign consumers, suggestions for the development of K-fashion include promoting it through K-pop stars, considering dimensions related to foreigners' shoulders when designing top items, diversifying colors, sizes, and patterns, and providing English versions of online shopping platforms.
