  • The purposed of this study was to identify the factors that affect turnover intention in general hospital nurses. The study subjects were 110 general hospital nurses agreed to participate and understand the purpose of the study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The mean score of emotional intelligence was 3.51 points, and the mean score of job embeddedness was 3.09 points, and the mean score of turnover intention was 3.61 points. Emotional intelligence and turnover intention had a negative correlation, job embeddedness and turnover intention had a negative correlation and emotional intelligence and job embeddedness had positive correlation. The factor with the largest effect on turnover intention was job embeddedness (${\beta}$=-.298, p<.001). The explanatory power of job embeddedness on turnover intention was 21.0%. Therefore, we propose the implementation of a study to develop and apply nursing intervention programs to improve job embeddedness.

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how internal capability adjustments made by subsidiaries in response to local market adaption and market changes, together with the use of internal and external networks, have an impact on the investment performance of such subsidiaries. From the empirical results, it was proven that the larger the extent of internal capability adjustment made by subsidiaries, and the more quickly and flexibly it is implemented, the more positive the investment performance is. The empirical findings also showed that in this process, the use of internal/external network embeddedness has a positive mediating impact on the investment performance. Additionally, the results of statistical analysis support the research hypothesis that external embeddedness has a greater mediating influence on multinational manufacturing companies entering Chinese market than internal embeddedness. It implies to the top managers of subsidiaries that the subsidiary should actively utilize external embeddedness to create a new locational competitive advantage in the local region, as well as develop a strategy to reduce foreignness costs such as cost of adapting to the local system.

Methods: The data were collected from 233 nurses by means of self-reported questionnaires on August 23th to September 8th, 2017. Results: The model explained 49.7% of the total variance in job embeddedness scores. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that hospital nurses that had higher perceived nurse practice environment, higher organizational justice, and were older were more likely to have higher job embeddedness scores. Conclusion: To enhance nurses' job embeddedness, hospital and nurse leaders should improve nurse practice environment, particularly in relation to staffing and resource adequacy and collegial nurse-physician relations. Additionally, the nurse leaders can facilitate nurses' job embeddedness by creating and maintaining an organizational culture of fairness and justice.

The data were collected from questionnaires filled out by 206 nurses. Data collection was performed from March 4 to 22, 2019. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the research, the study model accounted for 66.0% of job embeddedness. The most powerful variable affecting job embeddedness was support system of nurse, among sub - variables of nursing work environment. Therefore, nursing managers should improve the nurse's job embeddedness by creating nursing work environment that supports nurses such as salary improvement, professional development and promotion opportunities. In addition, it suggests that improvement of hospital and nursing organization system is needed to maintain cooperative relationship with nursing team or other health care professionals.

  • This study was examined to confirm the effect of emotional labor and social support on Job embeddedness in clinical nurses. The subjects were working in general hospitals over 300 beds in Gwangju area. The 197 data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Deep acting(r=.290, p<.01) of emotional labor and supervisor support(r=.389, p<.01) and peer support (r=.160, p<.05) of social support were reported positively correlated with job embeddedness. Deep acting(${\beta}=.236$, p<.001) of emotional labor and supervisor support(${\beta}=.319$, p<.001) of social support were reported to have effect on job embeddedness. These findings suggest that in order to promote job embeddedness of clinical nurses, the strategies to improve deep acting of emotional labor and supervisor support of social support should be provided in clinical nursing field.

Self-report questionnaire was completed by 188 clinical nurse May 1st to May 30th, 2016. and date analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result, The mean score of trust in supervisor is 3.20 points, customer badness behavior is 2.66 points, job embeddedness is 3.05 points, turnover intention is 3.39 points(out of 5). There were significant positive correlations between job embeddedness and trust in supervisor(r=.57, p<.001) and turnover intention(r=.19, p=.011) and negative correlations between Sacrifice sub-cale of job embeddedness and customer badness behavior(r=-.15, p=.037). The convergence factors with the effect on job embeddedness, trust in supervisor(${\beta}=.471$, p<.001), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.226$, p<.001), turnover intention(${\beta}=-.196$, p<.001), nursing satisfaction(${\beta}=-.169$, p=.005) explained 48.9% of the job embeddedness. therefore, nursing managers have to strategy increasing nurse trust in supervisor and job satisfaction and nursing satisfaction for job embeddedness and plan to lower the turnover intention at the organization level.

  • This study aims to test the relationship between brand embeddedness and cross-selling intention, as well as how customer satisfaction affects as mediator its relationship. The data set includes 258 consumers using a specific smartphone brand and we gather the data by conducting a survey. We use structural equation modeling to verify hypotheses and do nonparametric bootstrap approach for additional analysis of the mediating role of customer satisfaction. The results of analysis are as follows. First, it has been shown that barnd embeddedness positively affects customer satisfaction and cross-buying intention. Second, customer satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on cross-buying. By combining these results and additional analysis, we confirm that the direct effect of brand embeddedness is more effective for cross-buying intention than the indirect effect of customer satisfaction. The results of this empirical analysis show the academic value that brand embeddedness as social capital can be a antecedent for cross-buying intention. In addition, this study suggests the need for brand practitioners to increase the embeddedness of customers related to the brand and consider the mediating role of customer satisfaction together in order to increase cross-buying.

The participants were 211 general hospital nurses; data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression. This study found that: hospital nurses showed higher score at job embeddedness, higher organization attachment, higher scores for intention to stay. The main factors influencing intention to stay were job embeddedness and organization attachment. They explained about 45% of the intention to stay. Thus, it is necessary to allocate tasks and evaluate appropriate to the nurse's ability and support individual and organizational activities that can enhance organizational attachment.
