Comparison between Cournot-Nash and Stackelberg Game in Bi-level Program (Bi-level program에서 Cournot-Nash게임과 Stackelberg게임의 비교연구)

  • This paper presents some comparisons between Cournot-Nash and Stackelberg game in bi-level program, composed of both upper level program and lower level one. The upper level can be formulated to optimize a specific objective function, while the lower formulated to express travelers' behavior patterns corresponding to the design parameter of upper level problem. This kind of hi-level program is to determine a design parameter, which leads the road network to an optimal state. Bi-level program includes traffic signal control, traffic information provision, congestion charge and new transportation mode introduction as well as road expansion. From the view point of game theory, many existing algorithms for bi-level program such as IOA (Iterative Optimization Assignment) or IEA (Iterative Estimation Assignment) belong to Cournot-Nash game. But sensitivity-based algorithms belongs to Stackelberg one because they consider the reaction of the lower level program. These two game models would be compared by using an example network and show some results that there is no superiority between the models in deterministic case, but in stochastic case Stackelberg approach is better than that of Cournot-Nash one as we expect.

Topology Design Optimization of Plate Buckling Problems Considering Buckling Performance (좌굴성능을 고려한 평판 좌굴문제의 위상설계최적화)

  • In this paper we perform a linearized buckling analysis using the Kirchhoff plate theory and the von Karman nonlinear strain-displacement relation. Design sensitivity analysis(DSA) expressions for plane elasticity and buckling problems are derived with respect to Young's modulus and thickness. Using the design sensitivity, we can formulate the topology optimization method for minimizing the compliance and maximizing eigenvalues. We develop a topology optimization method applicable to plate buckling problems using the prestress for buckling analysis. Since the prestress is needed to assemble the stress matrix for buckling problem using the von Karman nonlinear strain, we introduced out-of-plane motion. The design variables are parameterized into normalized bulk material densities. The objective functions are the minimum compliance and the maximum eigenvalues and the constraint is the allowable volume. Through several numerical examples, the developed DSA method is verified to yield very accurate sensitivity results compared with the finite difference ones and the topology optimization yields physically meaningful results.

The Analysis of Forest Successional Trend by Species Replacement Model in the Natural Forest (천연림의 수종 대치 작용 모델에 의한 산림천이 경향 분석)

  • The successional status and potential natural vegetation were examined in the natural deciduous forest in Mt. Chombong area. The examination was based on the subsequent process of generation replacement by understory saplings for the dominant canopy trees within 106 20mx20m square sample plots. The transition matrix model, which was modified from mathematical theory of Markov chain, was employed to analyze the successional status of the study forest. The model suggests that study forest is still seral, and it is considered to be more than 500 years away from the steady state or climax in terms of species composition. The simulations predict a remarkable decrease in the proportion of species composition of the present dominant Quercus mongolica and Kalopanax pictus from current 42.6% and 8.1% to less than 13.3% and 0.5%, respectively, at the steady state. On the contrary, the proportions of Abies holophylla, Acer mono, Fraxinus mandshurica, Tilia amurensis, and Acer pseudo-sieboldianum will increase at the steady state. The change of predicted composition ratio was generally coincide with the result of tolerance index to be compared with the study model. The hypothesis and sensitivity of the model were also discussed to evaluate the applicability to the real situation. The overall results indicated that the present dynamics of the forest must reflect the seral state due to previous disturbance mainly by human related interference.

Rotor Hub Vibration Reduction Analysis Applying Individual Blade Control (개별 블레이드 조종을 통한 로터 허브 진동 저감 해석)

  • Through analytical method based on S-76 model, the level of rotor hub vibration reduction was analyzed according to higher harmonic actuating by individual blade control. The higher harmonic actuating method for individual blades was divided into a method of generating an additional actuating force from the pitch-link in the rotating part and generating actuating force through the active trailing edge flap control of the blade. In the 100kts forward flight conditions, the hub load analysis was performed by changing the phase angle of 15 degree for the 2P/3P/4P/5P harmonic actuation for individual blades. Through the harmonic actuation results, the sensitivity of the rotor system according to the actuating conditions was analyzed, and the T-matrix representing the characteristics of the rotor system was derived based on this analysis result. And through this T-matrix, optimal higher harmonic actuating condition was derived to minimize hub vibration level for flight condition. In addition, the effect on the performance of the rotor system and the pitch-link load under minimum hub vibration condition, as well as the noise influence through the noise analysis were confirmed.

  • 소형화된 기계가공시스템은 사용재료의 다양화와 에너지 및 공간의 감소와 같은 장점을 가지고 작고 정밀한 부품을 가공할 수 있는 시스템으로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 시스템이 비록 그 크기가 일반적인 가공시스템에 비해 작지만 정렬 및 조립공정, 기계요소의 불완정성에 의한 기하학적 오차는 여전히 존재한다. 기하학적 오차 평가는 기계시스템의 정밀도를 효과적으로 적은 비용으로 향상시킬 수 있는 오차보정기술을 적용할 수 있는 토대가 된다. 일반적으로, 3 축의 직선축으로 이루어진 공작기계는 21 개의 오차요소를 가진다. 레이져간섭계는 이러한 오차요소를 평가하는데 널리 사용되고 있지만 광학계를 정렬하고 설치하는 데 많은 어려움이 있으며 한번의 설치로 한 개의 오차요소만이 측정 가능하다. 또한, 소형공작기계의 경우, 그 크기로 인해 기존의 레이져 간섭계를 직접적으로 적용할 수 없다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소형공작기계를 포함한 소형가공시스템의 기하학적 오차 평가를 위한 새로운 다자유도 측정시스템을 제안하였다. 5 개의 정전용량변위센서를 사용하는 이 시스템을 통해 한 축의 움직임에 따른 5 개의 오차요소를 동시에 측정 가능하다. 균질 변환행렬을 이용한 측정알고리듬을 구성하고 이를 모의시험을 통해 평가하였다. 수학적 모델링을 통해 각 센서의 출력값을 유도하고 이를 이용하여 각 오차요소를 계산하기 위한 식을 유도하였다. 여기서, 단순화된 식을 적용한 경우, 임의의 오차에 대한 측정 알고리듬의 정확도를 평가하였다. 또한, 측정 시스템의 설치시 발생하는 셋업오차에 대한 측정 알고리듬의 민감도 분석을 행하였다. 제안하는 측정 시스템은 구조가 간단하고 고가의 부가장비가 필요치 않다. 또한, 적은 비용으로 구성할 수 있으며 높은 측정 정밀도를 가지고 소형가공시스템에 필요한 오차 평가를 행할 수 있다.가 함유된 계란을 생산하고 섭취하였을 때 특정항체들의 결합을 통해 병원성 미생물의 성장이나 군체를 형성하는 것을 무력화시켜 결과적으로 병원균을 감소시키거나 억제시킨다는 점이다. 오늘날 약물에 내성을 지닌 박테리아의 출현으로 질병감염을 막는데 항생제의 사용효과가 점차 감소하고 있기 때문에 이러한 항생제를 대체할 수 있는 방안으로 계란항체를 이용할 수 있다.한 중공 플랜지 형상의 단조 방법 중 보다 적절한 단조방법인 압조 단조에 있어서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 SM10C에 대한 유한요소 해석을 수행하였으며, 제품의 형상비에 따라 폴딩 결함의 발생 유무를 검토하고, 폴딩 결함 없이 단조하기 위한 중공 플랜지의 형상한계 비를 제시하였다.도 경미하게 나타났으나, 경련이 나타난 쥐에서는 KA만을 투여한 흰쥐와 구별되지 않았다. 이상의 APT의 항산화 효과는 KA로 인한 뇌세포 변성 개선에 중요한 인자로 작용할 것으로 사료되나, 보다 명확한 APT의 기전을 검색하고 직접 임상에 응응하기 위하여는 보다 다양한 실험 조건이 보완되어야 찰 것으로 생각된다. 항우울약들의 항혈소판작용은 PKC-기질인 41-43 kD와 20 kD의 인산화를 억제함에 기인되는 것으로 사료된다.다. 것으로 사료된다.다.바와 같이 MCl에서 작은 Dv 값을 갖는데, 이것은 CdCl$_{4}$$^{2-}$ 착이온을 형성하거나 ZnCl$_{4}$$^{2-}$ , ZnCl$_{3}$$^{-}$같은 이온과 MgCl$^{+}$, MgCl$_{2}$같은 이온종을 형성하기 때문인것 같다. 한편 어떠한 용리액에서던지 NH$_{4}$$^{+}$의 경

A Nonlinear Analysis of Cable Stayed Bridge including Sway Vibrational Effects using Multiple Cable Elements (다수 케이블요소를 사용한 사장교의 횡방향진동을 포함한 비선형 해석)

  • To investigate the characteristics of the dynamic response of long-span cable-stayed bridges due to various dynamic loadings likes moving traffic loads, two different 3-D cable-stayed bridge models are considered in this study. Two models are exactly the same in structural configurations but different in finite element discretization. Modal analysis is conducted using the deformed dead-load tangent stiffness matrix. A new concept was presented by using divided a cable into several elements in order to study the effect of the cable vibration (both in-plane and swinging) on the overall bridge dynamics. Futhermore case of asymmetric traffic loading clustered in one direction are also considered to study the torsional response of the bridge. The result of this study demonstrates the importance of cable vibration on the overall bridge dynamics.

  • The objective of GPS control surveying is ultimately to determine coordinate sets of control points within targeted accuracy through a series of observations and network adjustments. To this end, it is of equivalent importance for the accuracy of these coordinates to be realistically represented by using an appropriate method. The accuracy representation can be quantitively made by the variance-covariance matrices of the estimates, of which features are sensitive to the mathematical models used in the adjustment. This paper deals with impact of functional and stochastic modeling techniques into the accuracy representation of the GPS control surveying with a view of gaining background for its standardization. In order to achieve this goal, mathematical theory and procedure of the single-baseline based multi-session adjustment has been rigorously reviewed together with numerical analysis through processing real world data. Based on this study, it was possible to draw a conclusion that weighted-constrained adjustment with the empirical stochastic model was among the best scheme to more realistically describe both of the absolute and relative accuracies of the GPS surveying results.

  • This paper propose the robust stability algorithm for controlling a hybrid magnetic bearing system. The control object in the magnetic bearing system enables the rotor to rotate without any physical contact by using magnetic force. Generally, the system dynamics of the magnetic bearing system has severe nonlinearity and uncertainty so that it is not easy to obtain the control objective. For solving these problems, we propose the fuzzy modelling and robust control algorithm for hybrind magnetic bearing system. The sufficient conditions for robust controller are obtained in terms of solutions to linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Simulation results for HMB are demonstrated to visualize the feasibility of the proposed method.

  • Recently, there has been considerable interest in micro gyroscopes made of silicon chips. It can be applied to many micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS): devices for stabilization, general rate control, directional pointing, autopilot systems, and missile control. This paper shows how the mechanical design of the gyroscope can be done using axiomatic design, followed by the application of the Taguchi robust design method to determine the dimensions of the parts so as to accommodate the dimensional variations introduced during manufacturing. Functional requirements are defined twofold. One is that the natural frequencies should have fixed values, and the other is that the system should be robust to large tolerances. According to the Independence Axiom, design parameters are classified into a few groups. Then, the detailed design process is performed fellowing the sequence indicated by the design matrix. The dimensions of the structure are determined to have constant values fur the difference of frequencies without consideration of the tolerances. It is noted that the Taguchi concept is utilized as a unit process of the entire axiomatic approach.

Forensic Image Classification using Data Mining Decision Tree (데이터 마이닝 결정나무를 이용한 포렌식 영상의 분류)

  • In digital forensic images, there is a serious problem that is distributed with various image types. For the problem solution, this paper proposes a classification algorithm of the forensic image types. The proposed algorithm extracts the 21-dim. feature vector with the contrast and energy from GLCM (Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix), and the entropy of each image type. The classification test of the forensic images is performed with an exhaustive combination of the image types. Through the experiments, TP (True Positive) and FN (False Negative) is detected respectively. While it is confirmed that performed class evaluation of the proposed algorithm is rated as 'Excellent(A)' because of the AUROC (Area Under Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve) is 0.9980 by the sensitivity and the 1-specificity. Also, the minimum average decision error is 0.1349. Also, at the minimum average decision error is 0.0179, the whole forensic image types which are involved then, our classification effectiveness is high.
