The department has established a variety of studies and training courses and has tried to nurture talented people for security companies. However, the research is marginal, and each university department of security guard education, curriculum falling due after graduating students. Moreover, even if students are occupied an employment exceptional adaptability has occurred. Therefore, each university of private security department will need to collaborate with competitive private security company for reinforce and employment rate in center of experienced field. Then, the security's society will be placed in professional occupation, elevate the phase and will decrease the turnover rate. Qualification system of private security have been indicated in distrust, moreover the system have to be adjusted because not enough effort, control system, cooperation system with training center, one-sided emphasis and private inquiry by adding in private security law.

This study aims to suggest the method for an effective conflict management to private security workers by investigating the impact of complicit management that recognized by private security, guard on trust for leader and turnover intention according to the complicit management type of private security, guard. The subjects was sampled by using purposive sampling method after selecting security, guard who work in private guard company registered in the Police Department in Seoul in 2010. Respondents of this study was sampled a total of 250 people and collected the sample of 234 people, and the number of cases used in the final analysis was 210 people. The entered data was processed by using SPSSWIN 17.0 Version to apply factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result of reliability analysis of the questionnaire was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of 0.838~0.859. First, combination, compromise, and grace the sub factors of the conflict management of private security, guard affect on trust for leader. Second, compromise, grace, and rule the sub factors of the conflict management of private security, guard has a negative effect on turnover intention. Third, the trust to leader has a negative effect on turnover intention.

Today, the importance of social capital is emphasized in modern industry as the third capital. Social capital involves "trust and norms for members" and "social network" related to effective human resource management, which is being investigated actively by many researchers. However, It is difficult to see the report on the social capital of private security industry employees. So, this report suggests effective management practices of employees through the empirical analysis on the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction with a focus on the role of mediation for job characteristics. For the most, this research through analysis on relationship between social capital and job satisfaction shows that of the components of social capital, trust and networks influence effect on job satisfaction significantly. Secondly, as result of analysis on role of mediation for job satisfaction, importance of job involved in job characteristics has an effect of mediation. This result of empirical analysis menas that the pressure of private security industry employees is reduced and cooperation which is based on social capital is need through members' trust and social network. Therefore, the strategy of management about private security industry employees should be considered for both activation of social capital and maintenance.

Investigation about training of Private Security in Korea has managed status of training and understanding of issue mostly, systematic analysis about transfer effect as well as learning and determinant of training is insufficient. Consequently this investigation research to examine the effect of training program for newly appointed private security guards to learning and transfer then, to analyze factor through incumbent private security guard-oriented hypothesis testing under article 13, section 1 of the security guard law. To grasp effect factors of learning and transfer, this dissertation establishes research model and research hypothesis through domestic and foreign studies and then theoretical as well as positive literatures consideration in the first place. Conclusion of this investigation through techniques mentioned above and data analysis is as follows. First of all, the personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, difference of transfer as well as learning are verified in accordance with Sociodemographic characterist of Private Security Guard. After then, there is a difference of great import. Secondly, the effect of personal characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. As a result, there is a difference of significance statistical. Thirdly, the effect of training characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. Consequently, there is a difference of import statistical. The following thing, subsequent to inspection about the effect of work environment of Private Security Guard to transfer, statistical difference of import is.

When the primary function of private security is to protect lives and property of clients, emergency management should be included in the security service and many countermeasure services should be carried out for that purpose. In theses contexts, private security should develop and maintain a educational program to meet their responsibilities to provide the protection and safety of the clients. Conclusionally, private security industry employers in Korea has not concerned with the importance of training and education by lack of recognition and has been passive about qualified guards. And the authorities supervising and the administrating the guards has not recognized the importance of private security and has neglected the training of the guards. In theses contexts, private security should develop and maintain a educational program of emergency management to meet their responsibilities to provide the protection and safety of the clients.

Conclusion is like below. First, as a private security area's mutual relationship and development device, it is necessary to bring up corresponding-terror expert. Second, a privatized corresponding-terror research center is necessary. Third, the importance of privatization's role for the corresponding-terror prevention law establishment. It is considered that a diversified examination research that can minimize a violation of human rights by bringing up various corresponding-terror expert, paradigm shift of workers related security area, and construct corresponding- terror education equipment as well as education content, it is not a special group's authority, should be continued by a following research. Academical area of terrorism's construction is necessary. You need to approach by private initiatively boldly with the academic world as an active mutual cooperation politically, culturally, socially, internationally, etc, rather than developing national institute initiatively. Also, in a following research, an academical research about a correlation of crime, war, terror should be done deeply, variously. It is necessary to establish an academic foundation of terror study.

This study found the strategies for activating the security industry to utilize social network services based on the platform business model. This research was utilized for in-depth interview and IPA analysis. And use it was to check the contents and strategic improvement projects that can actually materialize and direction of the strategy. First, run a priority need area is a private center of community policing related portal development and operation, universal social networking service(SNS) utilizing expanded, professional training, IT-based security content management and operation of IT infrastructure security guards and security professionals up educational content development, online security guards and security professionals-up refresher training program development. Second, the area over the inventory capabilities increase the effectiveness of the security guards was constructed open-type comprehensive public information system. Third, the area needed to be reviewed are the individual security industry experts workers operating information channels, dedicated customer service and expanding the event of a private security guard & security service providers up. For the quality improvement on private security industry, the quality of personnel in private security should be advanced through the systematic training. If the personnel in private security provide an advanced service in applying knowledge and technique to the field when in training, they can obtain the reliability from people. With the point of this side, practical and systematic training is essential to the restoration on the private security industry. The personnel of private security face many people in the field. So they must work with an active concept that can prevent additional crime from behavior suspicions through scientific observation method and systematic inquiry method rather than negative work with providing a friendly service in the field. For conducting this concept, therefore, this study suggested the improvement training program of "Question and Research Guides" from new employee training on existing private security. The scientific observation standard is specifically suggested from the study 'people watching' of Professor Morris, D. and an act contact question from lead technique that US FBI, police, and inspection institute are taking through the feature of human act and 'METT' that is the program for emotion capture training through human minute look is going to be applied on "Question and Research Guides" training. This will provide the educational mood for students with the training content that is available for the practical training program and the real work, and will help to restore the private security industry with obtaining people's reliability through the scientific work and advanced field treatment.

This study focuses on analyzing the problems of the Korean standard classification of occupations(KSCO), which is a formal and institutional implementation method that affects the occupational identity and Occupational Prestige of Private Security, and suggests ways to improve it. The following should be supplemented. (1) It is necessary to unify occupations related to private security that are classified into simple labor workers. (2) Delete the Technical Security Guards(4123) and create a Security Guard(4123) instead. (3) Facility Security Guards(41230), Convoy Security Guards, Technical Security Guards(41232), Security monitoring and control personnel(41233), and Special Security Guards(National important facility security guard)(41234) will be newly established. (4) Change the name of subclassification and subclassification in simple labor worker of Major Class 9(Code 9), and adjust Security Guards(9421) to the Surveillance Personnel(9421).

Objectives of this study is develop security services through determinants analysis on the efficiency of security works regarding security and guarding business in Korea because nowadays the modern society like Korea let alone all over the world faces the increase of dangerous factors in every security field of the human societies, and also it is the very present situation that an individual's life even the national security itself can be at the risk without guaranteeing the efficiency of the security services. For this purpose, this study reviewed related documents, surveyed and interviewed security personnels to identify what the potentially influential factors are in both the public and private security organizations regarding the efficiency of present security services and organizations, and what differences are. Also, comparing the public and private security sectors, this study intended to suggest policy agendas how to enhance the efficiency of security services in the future. This study surveyed the 177 agents and former agents of the Presidential Security Service(PSS) for the public security sector, and also surveyed, interviewed, and internet-based polled 821 randomly selected personnels for the private security sector. This research showed that regarding the efficiency of the security services number of independent variables which had positive responses in the public security sector was more than that in the private security sector. Among the 21 questions regarding this issue, there were all of 21 positive responses in the public security sector while there were 18 negative responses in the private security sector. As a result of synthesizing all the answers of the both sides, it is possible to understand that mostly the ratio of the positive response was much higher. In the public security service, statistically significant variables were budget support for events, prior access of information, an integrated teamwork training, organizational atmosphere, morale of organization personnel. However, practical training of the security service and mutual communication showed unexpectedly negative(-) signs. In the private security service, statistically significant variables were budget support for events, integrated teamwork training, socially friendly atmosphere, compensation for the personnels, bullet-proof equipments and vehicles, mood of organization, personnel recruit and disposition, unexpected incidents and basic attitude for security services. In sum, while organizational personnel variables and organizational management variables were significant in the public security service, some organizational management variables and all socio-environment variables were statistically significant at 5% significance level.
