오늘날 경영환경은 운송수단의 발달과 정보통신 혁명 등으로 기업들의 급격한 글로벌화가 진행되고 있다. 글로벌한 환경속에서 다양한 고객의 요구를 대응하기 위해 다양한 상품과 서비스를 원하는 시간에 정확하고 합리적인 비용으로 고객에게 전달하기 위하여 많은 물류기업들이 끊임없는 노력을 경주하고 있다. 물류기업은 물류경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 여러 화주의 물량을 공동으로 보관 및 운송 서비스를 수행하는 물류공동화를 수행하거나 관련 물류기업간의 전문화를 통한 다양한 협업 모델을 도입하여 적용하고 있다. 그러나 IT부문의 관점에서 보면 일부 국제물류 등의 수출입 EDI 시스템을 공동으로 활용하거나 운송시스템을 대기업의 서비스사업자를 중심으로 시스템을 공유하는 것을 제외하며 IT시스템 관점에서의 협업 또는 IT공동화 체계는 거의 없는 실정이며, 오히려 물류기업간의 경쟁이 심화되면서 물류기업간의 상호 정보유출 등을 우려하여 매우 폐쇄적으로 운영하고 있는 실정이나 상대적으로 중소물류기업의 입장에서 보면 기업의 영세성 등으로 인해 거의 IT부문에 대한 투자나 활용이 거의 진행되지 못하는 문제점 또한 발생하고 있다. IT시스템을 공동으로 구축 및 활용함으로써 상호간의 비용 절감하고 IT시스템의 전략적 활용을 극대화 하기 위한 방안으로서 물류기업에서 IT공동화의 도입 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 금융권의 IT공동화 사례 및 국내외 물류관련 사례를 살펴보고, 물류IT공동화의 유사개념인 제4자 물류와 소프트웨어를 필요한 만큼을 필요한 시점에 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 모델인 ASP, SaaS, 클라우드 서비스 등을 비교함으로써 물류IT공동화의 도입 방안과 활용 방안을 제시 하였다.

In this paper, the key performance index for advanced logistics is analyzed, and the specific requirements for the material flow IT services are proposed to improve the world competitiveness of the material flow industries and to implement the advanced logistics in Korea by survey research. The key performance index is classified into three types of efficiency, sustainability and economics, and two classes of enterprise and public for IT services are proposed. In addition to, for case studies, the survey analysis for the Pyeongtaek Port is performed to diagnose the material flow enterprise and to analyze the priorities of the IT services for Port's employee, trade enterprise, public service personnel, and local resident. From the results, to improve the productivity and efficiency of the enterprise, the secure the professional man-power and standardization are needed, and the automation, u-Port, green technology and material flow security for the IT services are required.

The Purpose of this study is to determine whether the fitness between the formalization of logistics organization and information technology(IT) activities enhances the logistics performance. Successful participation in the global marketplace demands the formalization of the logistics organization and the integration of a firm's logistics activities, which can be enhanced by electronic linkage. The electronic linkage is improved by IT activities, which are divided into three subcontracts. Those are hardware system developments, software developments and system operation. Specifically this study tries to answer the following questions: First, relationship of the formalization of logistics organization iud logistics performance, second, relationship of IT activities and logistics performance.

This study analyzed overseas market performance factors, focusing on the use of smart logistics platforms by companies entering overseas markets. Research design, data, methodology : Nine hypotheses were established among four potential variables, including the use of a smart logistics platform. An empirical analysis was carried out targeting 175 companies entering the overseas market, and hypothesis testing was performed using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the mediating effect of the use of the smart logistics platform, and the effect of the supply chain orientation and the logistics service network was confirmed. In this study, it was confirmed that the use of a smart logistics platform mediates the effect of supply chain orientation on the logistics service network. In this regard, it was pointed out that it is necessary to increase the ability to utilize the smart logistics platform.

This study The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of relationship factors and technical factors on the logistics performance of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis, information sharing, mutual trust, and mutual benefit of the inter-organizational relationship factors as factors affecting the logistics performance were analyzed as the factors that positively influence the logistics performance. In the technology factor, IT infrastructure and technology reliability are analyzed as factors that positively influence logistics performance, but system operation capacity is analyzed as a factor that does not positively affect logistics performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be confirmed that logistics companies can maximize the logistics performance by mutual sharing of information, mutual benefit and trust, and it is also confirmed that technical reliability is also an important factor.

This paper proposed several activation strategies at both the government and company parts for the development of domestic third party logistics(TPL) to pull electronic trade era much earlier. In the government side, it must need to arrange and integrate complex regulation rules on the Logistics for more smooth access and use the TPL market. Also, it has to provide multiple support policies such as tax reduction, technical and financial service providing, and logistics information system to TPL. Finally, it should construct the government levels education system to train and forster a competent man who is well qualified as a electronic and logiscic expert. The TPL company must build up a total logistics information system concerned with an innovative operation system such as SCM, JIT etc. which can provide logistic services on demand to the electronic trade customers to maximize consumer satisfaction. In the shipper company level, it try to join a long-term strategic alliance with TPL to reduce logistic cost and increase logistic service to its electronic trade consumers.

There are more problems in distributing agricultural and special products than industrial products because they have such restrictions as seasonal fluctuation in the quantity, indeterminate and diverse shapes, many farm households, a small amount of shipment, and mandatory guide and maintenance. However, with social atmosphere called well-being, there are increasing concerns about inorganic agricultural products and direct trade with farmers. It is therefore urgent to stabilize the price of agricultural and special products and to correctly grasp and improve logistics activities for those dealing with agricultural and special products in order to supply fresh ones. This study aimed at examining logistics activities and the information technology level for agricultural and special products, determining how these factors affect logistics performance, and eventually suggesting a scheme to improve the logistics achievements for agricultural and special products. For this purpose, it selected information technology and logistics activity levels as independent variables and logistics performance as a dependent variable. The information technology level was measured for utility, holding level, and concern, respectively, and the logistics activity level was tested for the level of using the logistics information system in those companies concerned. From the above-mentioned findings, it is urgent to enhance distribution technology and its level immediately since distribution of agricultural and special products is poor in Korea and good distribution can contribute to a reduction of logistics costs or improvement of customer service.

국내 가전업체 경쟁 심화에 따라 물류 품질 등 비가격 경쟁력이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 특히 고객의 수/배송 및 배달설치 만족도 관련 요구 증가와 물류 운임 상승 등은 고도화된 물류 대응 역량을 기업에게 요구하고 있다. 따라서 기업들도 기본적인 업무처리 중심의 물류 운영에서 기능이 고도화된 물류 체계 및 시스템의 도입을 위한 혁신을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 물류업무 혁신의 일환으로 진행된 물류 거점 간 최적운송 체계 도입과 고객을 대상으로 제품 구매 시점에 배달/설치 가능한 정확한 납기약속을 제시할 수 있는 납기약속 체계를 도입한 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 특히 물류 현장에 새로운 개념을 도입/적용하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈에 중점을 두어 살펴 봄으로써 유사한 프로세스 흑은 시스템을 도입할 때 시행착오를 최소화하여 조기 안정화에 도움을 주고자 한다.

The logistics collaboration is begun in the transport part and introducing it in all fields of the distribution including delivery and the storage in these days. The effectiveness by the logistics collaboration is proved in many forms and adopted in many parts positively. However, logistics collaboration are enforced around road transport now. In this paper, it is examined for logistics collaboration introduction plan in the railroad part which is outstanding in environmental. The logistics collaboration are examined for transport and storage in not only the Railway main line transport but also the railroad station.

This study attempted to analyze the trade in goods effect of the Korea-ASEAN FTA by using logistics performance index, which are evaluation indicators of logistics industry workers on the logistics environment and logistics system in international trade. The World Bank's logistics performance index are six indicators: customs clearance, logistics infra, ease of shipment, logistics services, goods tracking abilities, and on-time transportation. The purpose of this study was to examine how it affects commodity trade between Korea and ASEAN states using the gravity model using panel data. Through this, it was confirmed that logistics performance index affect the increase in commodity trade.
