Mecenat is a company support to cultural and artistic activities. It has developed as not only a patronage of the arts but also a strategic method for a business performance and a company's influence. And mecenat has impacted on customers, interested parties, local communities, and corporate culture. This study analyzes how individual and organizational interests and participation on Mecenat activities affect organizational trust, commitment, and loyalty. As a result of surveys from 438 employees, there would be a pro rata increase in an employee's interest and participation in Mecenat, if organizational interest goes up. The interest also affects trust in organization, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty in a positive method. The result clearly indicates necessity of company's support for cultural and artistic activities and importance of changing company's perspectives. Hence companies would be recognized that supporting Mecenat activities would strengthen organizational culture.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the relationships between workplace spirituality, job turnover intentions, and job satisfaction in supporters for the disabled. The study was conducted with 134 OO supporters for the disabled. As an analysis method, SPSS software was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis of causal relationships between variables. The results of the study first found that vocational consciousness, a sub-factor of workplace spirituality in supporters for the disabled, had a significant negative (-) effect on turnover intentions. Second, as a result of examining the effects of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction in supporters for the disabled, other sub-factors of workplace spirituality (vocational consciousness and community consciousness) were found to have a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. This means that a higher vocational consciousness of workplace spirituality perceived by supporters for the disabled lessens turnover intentions. The implications of this study are considered to be basic data for the development of capacity-building programs to prepare measures to reduce the turnover intentions in supporters for the disabled.

This study examined the effects of childcare teachers' empathy, teaching commitment, and feelings of happiness. The subjects were 111 childcare teachers in U city. The frequency, reliability, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and regression analysis was performed on the causal relationship between the variables. First, the childcare teacher's cognitive empathy factor had a positive effect on the sense of happiness. On the other hand, the emotional empathy factor, a sub-factor of the empathy ability, did not affect the feeling of happiness. Second, the childcare teacher's teaching commitment had a significant positive effect on happiness. This means that a higher cognitive empathy factor, a sub-factor of the childcare teacher's empathy ability, resulted in a higher sense of happiness. Moreover, a higher instructional commitment factor indicated a higher sense of happiness. This study provides basic data for preparing measures to improve the sense of happiness of childcare teachers by grasping the relationship between childcare teachers' empathy ability, teaching commitment, and feelings of happiness.

This study examined the effects of preschool teachers' social support and mindfulness on job exhaustion. The study subjects were 138 preschool teachers in OO city. As an analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and multiple regression analysis was performed on the causal relationship between the variables. An examination of the effect of social support on preschool teachers on job exhaustion found that the material support factor, a sub-factor of social support, had a negative effect (-) on job exhaustion. Second, the sub-factors of mindfulness, decentered attention, and present awareness had a significant negative effect on job exhaustion. A higher the current awareness, the decentered attention of mindfulness, and the material support factor of social support perceived by preschool teachers indicated lower job exhaustion. These results provide the basic data for the preparation of measures for reducing job exhaustion of preschool teachers.

It is one of the representation technique very common to be used, such as visual communication, a variety of cultural content, anthropomorphic, is dependent on the anthropomorphic approach most content for children in particular. In addition, personification can see a variety of cases in the field of culture and art of many other operations, including literature and poetry. By analyzing the case of reverse personification and anthropomorphic when transmitting content and image of the language that was meant, of anthropomorphic elements, which can be reverse action and an equal effect between those non-human and human it is possible to confirm that. Therefore, in this paper, we redefine the concept and elements of anthropomorphic, it defines the concept of anthropomorphic station on the basis of this, and were analyzed for the case. The aim of this article is to consider the future of industrialization of Augmented Reality contents focusing on cinematic imagination of films that used Augmented Reality techniques and artistic imagination of Augmented Reality Arts in the 21st century. The film showing future technology through cinematic imagination plays an role in the presentation of future vision important. Augmented Reality Arts show the big picture of future arts, future aspect of society, and future culture by using technically possible present technology. I classified the researched films according to Augmented Reality technique. It is expected that Gesture Recognition will develop with transparent display device techniques, Hologram techniques will be changed into individualized communication styles, Biometrics will be able to evolve into multi-Biometrics, and Wearable Computer will develop in the aspect of physical body augmentation and then industrialize. In Augmented Reality Arts, it seems that the various utilization of avatar will be related to Hologram, the utilization of the physiological phenomenon of the human body will be related to Biometrics, the mixture of reality and virtual reality will utilize display devices through Gesture Recognition, and a new experiment of HMD(Head-Mounted Display) will industrialize with the diversification of Wearable Computer. Augmented Reality contents created through the imagination and representation in the films and arts take a role in helping human life, and, at the same time, show the future image industrialized in the way of combination between human and environment without a medium.

최근 들어 3D에 관한 관심이 높아지면서 각종 기술적인 이슈는 물론 3D 콘텐츠의 제작 방향에 대한 논의가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 흔히들 3D 콘텐츠라고 부르는 것은 현재로선 어떤 특정한 장르나 엄정한 정의를 가진 용어라기보다는 일종의 새로운 매체기술을 위한, 매체 기준적인 콘텐츠의 분류 형태라고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 3D 콘텐츠라는 용어를 새로이 썼다고 해서 좋은 콘텐츠가 지녀야 할 근본적인 요소가 달라지는 것은 아니다. 물론 매체의 발전과 변화에 따라 대중들의 가치관, 예술적 시대적 패러다임, 근본적인 인간의 생활방식까지 바뀔 수 있다는 것은 자명한 사실이다. 이는 회화 문화에서 사진의 등장으로, 사진에서 동영상으로, 영화에서 TV와 비디오로, 그리고 아날로그에서 디지털로의 중심 이동이 인간의 삶에 얼마나 큰 변화를 초래했는지만 상기해봐도 쉽게 알 수 있다. 그러므로 3D기술이 가진 파급효과와 영향력이 어디까지인지 쉽게 단정할 수는 없는 것이다. 그러나 언급했듯이 어떤 콘텐츠라도 결국엔 인간이 향유하리란 점은 분명한 사실이다. 현재는 3D 콘텐츠의 제작 방향에 대해서 지나치게 매체 중심적으로 접근하려는 경향이 있는데, 역사적으로 언제나 인간에게 매력적이었던 콘텐츠의 기본은 변함이 없었다. 변하는 것은 오히려 매체나 기술, 하드웨어 쪽이었다. 따라서 콘텐츠를 매체에 이식하는 가변적인 내용물쯤으로 이해하는 기술중심의 사고에서, 인간이 근본적으로 원하는 이야기 콘텐츠를 구현하기 위해 매체가 변해왔다는 점을 이해해야 하는 콘텐츠 중심 사고도 할 필요가 있는 것이다. 본고에서는 과거 많은 매체들의 역사를 통해 새로운 매체 기반에서의 콘텐츠의 모습이 어떻게 변해왔는지를 되짚어 보려고 하며, 이를 통해 앞으로 3D 콘텐츠의 향방을 유추해 볼 기회를 마련하고자 한다.

Performing arts is an intangible arts that disappears immediately at the moment it is presented and remains only in the memory of the performer's body and audience. The same repetition, restoration and reproduction of the disappeared performance is impossible, but artists of all times and places have tried various recording methodology to leave their performances in the tangible form. The performing arts archive is where performing arts are recorded, preserved, and utilized. In the fourth industrial Revolution era, library institutions in developed countries are turning into institutions that support creative activity by not only artists but also the general public. Korea's performing arts archives should also shift from the role of an old archive to a platform to create new cultural contents. This paper summarizes the changes in the Korean performing arts archive and presents the creative application of the performing arts archive in response to the fourth industrial revolution.
