This study examines the actual operation status of the Korean children's library cultural program and analyzes the service type and operation status. Through this, it seeks the direction of cultural programs that can accommodate the needs of the users and establish the identity of the library. This study analyzes 856 kinds of cultural programs found on the homepage of 48 children's libraries in Korea. It was found that the lecture type programs for elementary school students were operated the most. In addition, most of the students participated one to three times during the lower grades of elementary school by their parents' recommendation. The satisfaction level of experiential cultural programs was the highest.

This study used semantic network analysis to understand the academic identity and characteristics of the society of korean performance art and culture and to grasp the trend of the research. For this purpose, this study analyze the research trend of korean performance art and culture related papers based on 455 whole articles in the Journal of The Society of Korean Performance Art and Culture by the Korean Performance Art and Culture Association from 2000 to 2017. Through this research, the trends of The Society of Korean Performance Art and Culture in the period of time were identified, and the phenomenon of the performance culture field and the future development direction were suggested.

In modern society, efforts to improve quality of life and happiness are emphasized compared to the past when economic growth was emphasized. The government has been implementing various policies to realize the happiness of the people through culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Cultural Arts on the improvement of the happiness index of Seoul citizens by dividing them into demand (enjoyment) and supply side by setting Cultural Arts as independent variable, unlike existing limited surveys or literature surveys, under the control of change, the temporal range was set for more than 10 years and then analyzed quantitatively by panel analysis. The results showed that the demand for cultural arts affects positively on the improvement of happiness index of Seoul citizens, but the supply of cultural arts had a meaningless effect. In order to improve the happiness index of the citizens of Seoul through supply, it is necessary to supplement the existing space and to promote cultural demand through differentiated cultural arts programs aimed at diverse classes but also the policy implication that cultural indifference groups and active participation of cultural underprivileged groups should be increased.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of parent-rearing attitudes on intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent and the mediating effect of biculture acceptance between two variables. For the purpose, 1,323 subjects selected from the sixth year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MCAPS) were analyzed. The data was verified by using technical statistics, correlation, and path analysis. The results showed that first, the positive parenting attitude and biculture acceptance decreased the intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent, while negative parenting attitude increased it. Second, biculture acceptance had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between positive parenting attitude and intention of school dropout. Third, attitude the effect of negative parenting attitudes on intention of school dropout was partly mediated by biculture acceptance. On the basis of above findings, the practical engagements to enhance biculture acceptance and prevent the intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent were suggested.

이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원들의 조직문화와 임파워먼트 및 조직애착도의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2012년 수도권소재(서울) 민간경비회사에서 재직하고 있는 민간경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례수는 총 280명이다. 분석방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .690이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 조직문화는 임파워먼트에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 조직문화는 조직애착도에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비원들의 임파워먼트는 조직애착도에 영향을 미친다.

기존 가시권 분석에 있어서는 주거지 개발, 도로, 송전선 설치 등에 따른 시각적 영향을 분석하는 연구가 많이 이뤄졌다. 이들은 개발에 따른 시각적 영향을 분석하고 부정적 영향을 최소화시킴을 목표로 하고 있다. 경관이 안공요소의 침입을 수용할 수 있는 정도를 고려하여 각 경관의 수용능력에 따른 개발을 유도함으로써 시각적 환경의 질을 높이고자 하는 것이다. 또한 도심지의 개발로 인하여 중요 문화ㆍ관광자원의 훼손으로 오랫동안 잘 보존되어야할 관광자원에 대한 시각적 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 많은 문화ㆍ관광자원을 보유하고 있는 경주시 지역에 대하여 가시권역을 시각화하고 분석하여 보았다. 우선 경주시 지역에 대한 1:25,000 수치지형도 9장을 중첩하여 Arcview 프로그램을 이용하여 등고선만을 추출하였으며, 추출된 등고선도를 가지고 DEM을 생성한 후 Arc/GIS의 Workstation Arc/Info를 이용하여 가시권역을 나타내어 보았다. 이렇게 나타난 가시권역과 문화ㆍ관광지역과의 중첩을 통하여 가시지역의 범위를 분석하여 본 결과 관측점에서의 가시범위가 약 70%정도로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study purpose was to analyze the structural model of variables such as experiences and personal- and professional- beliefs of cultural diversity, and the culturally responsive teaching efficacy of early childhood preservice teachers including identifying the beliefs as mediating variables. Another purpose was finding the different structural relations among the research variables according to the stages of a teacher education program. The participants were 273 students who enrolled in K grade teacher education programs in the southwest areas of the U.S. The research variables were measured with the items used by Schroeder (2008), Pohan and Aguilar (2001), and Siwatu (2007). The structural equation model analysis showed that the direct effects were found between the paths from the cultural diversity experiences and personal beliefs to the culturally responsive teaching efficacy, from the experiences to personal beliefs, from the personal to professional beliefs. The personal beliefs were identified as a mediator of the path from the experiences to professional beliefs. By multi-group analysis, the path from professional beliefs to the culturally teaching efficacy showed a meaningful difference between the initial and final stage groups of a teacher education program. Suggestions for future research and early childhood teacher education programs were presented based on the results.

Recently, Japanese cultural contents are being evaluated as a worldwide content. Among them, the animation takes an overwhelming place in the world market as a Japanese representative content. We need to understand that Japanese animation is being recognized world wide, because Japanese culture was grafted in to and it's very important to apply that to our situation. Cultural content to dominate the world has a fundamentally characteristics derived from regional culture. Cultural content includes elements of particular culture prototype. To investigate into cultural content that has globally used and is valuable, in-depth and systematic research for local (country) culture prototype showed be carried out. Our research aim to provide basic data so Korean animation can be developed as axis of Korean Wave. This compares and analyzes the Culture prototype from Korea and Japanese modern civilized media animation. Specifically for the animation shown in the culture prototype, we aim to - Analyze the content of culture prototype shown in Korea's animation: 'Hopi and Chadol Bawi', 'Heung-Bu and Nol-Bu', 'A Admiral's Diary', and 'Oseam'. - Analyze the content of culture prototype shown in Japan's animation: 'Genji', 'The Spiriting away of Sen and Chihiro', 'The Princess Mononoke', and 'Raccoon War Pom Poko'. - Compare and analyze the content of culture prototype depending on classifying criteria shown between Korea and Japan. We finally want to provide the basic data to develop the creation material for the global animation content based on these two countries throughout this research.

This study examined how German newspapers and magazines report Korean mass culture, specifically what content on Hallyu (Korean wave) was present and what news frames were used. External characteristics, the content attributes, report trend, and news frames on Hallyu in the German media were analyzed. According to the results, German media from 2009 to 2014 reported the least about Korean wave with only a total of 78 articles. The greatest amount of articles occurred in 2012 when by PSY was a global success. The most common Korean wave articles focused on film and K-pop, but not drama. Hallyu news showed mostly a positive trend. Additionally, a thematic frame was used. Content revealed that a culturally interesting frame was most common. In order to improve the Korea image in Germany, it is proposed that 'the mediated Culture PR' be adapted to German media.

This study begins with the question of how culture-based communities can form a community culture and become a community of sustainable development. Based on the concept of community, community development factors and stage of development, cultural activities, and policy implementation theory, policy execution analysis models suitable for culture-based community projects were derived. A qualitative case study method was adopted as a research method, and success stories of culture-based village communities were selected as the 'Gamgol Community' in Sadong, Ansan, 'Sangdong Community' in Daebu-dong, Ansan, and 'Grimae Village' in Sinse-dong, Andong. Through in-depth interviews, literature analysis, and direct observation, the research analysis used pattern matching, explanation, chronicle analysis, and case integration analysis methods presented by Yin (2009). As a result of the study, first, the characteristics of the policy implementation strategy were taking place in the process of step-by-step development. The main factors in the community development phase were the improvement of community consciousness through the emotional change of participants and the change of capacity within the community. Second, it was understood that cultural activities played a major role in strengthening community consciousness and community capacity, and could be understood as various creative activities. Based on the ecological approach study on culture-based community, this study derived the policy execution analysis model, analyzed the case of culture-based village community, presented the direction of development of community and presented practical implications.
