The major purpose of this study is to examine how the support for dance education of dance majors affects the instructor' trust and dance attachment. This research was executed as the subjects who are currently the student of dance majors of a college in Seoul, Kyonggi, Daejeon and Chungchungnam-do, one college were selected from each district. And by using purposive sampling method, total of 262 peoples that were used in final analysis was extracted. In this study, adequacy and reliability of the questionnaire were verified by factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and course analysis by using SPSS18.0. The conclusion is as follows. First, instructor's support for dance education influences on instructor' trust. Secondly, support for dance education partly influences on dance attachment. Thirdly, instructor' trust influences on dance attachment. Lastly, support for dance education influences dance attachment throughout instructor' trust. Especially, support for dance education' influence for dance attachment throughout instructor' trust is more influential than support for dance education' influence for dance attachment directly. Now it is obvious that instructor' trust is the important variable that intermediate support for dance education and dance attachment.

The purpose of the study was to critically explore the academic identity of dance education as a paradigm of practice-based education. Dance education is recognized as a school dance since the first curriculum was designed, which was announced by the Ministry of Education in 1955. Although Korea's dance education has 65 years of history, its academic identity as a dance education is not very strong. Traditional dance education was teacher-centered, skills-oriented, and exercise-oriented by following the practice-based paradigm. Recently, an initiative was taken to establish a new paradigm for dance education in schools, communities, and professional fields. This study followed the keyword network analysis and reviewed the main contents of each section of dance education research from a time-series perspective. The first section (1968-1979) is a practice of dance education based on physical education; the second section (1980-1989) is a creative-based movement education for primary education; the third section (1990-1999) is a systematization of dance education courses by class; the fourth section (2000-2009) is a paradigm for cultural and artistic education; the fifth section (2010-2019) consisted of various educational practices and institutions. Based on the research results, efforts are requested to establish an academic identity that can support dance education, interdisciplinary practice, and research.

본 연구의 목적은 인문학적 소양(liberal arts knowledge)과 연계한 무용교육의 전문적인 교수지식과 실행방법, 교육의 실천적 의미를 담는 무용교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. PBL(Problem-Based Learning)을 적용한 역사콘텐츠와 문화재를 활용한 주제 중심의 무용교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 그 결과 역사의 맥락을 접목한 12차시의 무용프로그램 개발, 내러티브 사고와 표현을 이끄는 교수 방법, 다양한 구성요소를 포함한 교육실행 모델을 제시할 수 있었다.

The educational trait that the arts and cultural education and dance strive for at a time when the ethical tasks of life is the experience for insight of life. The awareness of time entrusted with the intensity [depth] of artistic and aesthetic experience is to contain its implication with policy and system. In the policy territory, broad perception and strategy are combined and practiced to produce new implication. Therefore, on the basis of characteristics and spectrum persuaded at a time when the arts and cultural education and dance education are broadly expanded, the result of this study after taking a look at the role of dance education within the arts and cultural education is shown as follows. The value striving for by the culture and arts education and dance education is to structure the life form with the artistic experience through the art as the ultimate life description. This is attributable to the fact that the artistic trait structured with self-understanding and self-expression contains the directivity of life that is recorded and depicted in the process of life. The dance education in the culture and arts education has the trait to view the world with the dance structure as the comprehensive study as in other textbook or art genre under the awareness of time and education system category within the school system and it has diverse social issues combined as related to the frame of social growth and advancement outside of school. When taking a look at the practical characteristics (method) of dance based on the arts and cultural education business, it facilitates the practice strategy through dance, in dance, about dance, between dance with the artist for art [dance]. At this time, the approachability of dance is deployed in a program based on diverse artistry for technology, expression, understanding, symbolism and others and it has the participation of enjoyment and preference. In the policy project of the culture and arts education, the dance education works as the function of education project as an alternative model on the education system and it also sometimes works as the function for social improvement and development to promote the community awareness and cultural transformation through the involvement and intervention of social issues.

본 연구의 목적은 학교 무용교육의 교수평가를 위한 영역과 항목을 도출하고, 우선순위별 가중치를 도출하여 평가를 위한 프로토타입을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 델파이조사와 AHP분석을 실시하였다. 학교무용교육의 평가지표는 주체성, 창의성, 다양성, 관계성의 4개 영역과 총 16개의 항목이 도출되었으며, 영역을 포괄하는 모든 항목의 복합가중치에서는 전반적으로 주체성과 창의성을 중요하게 요구하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 학교문화예술교육 정책에 의해 최근 변화된 학교무용 교수환경에서 종래의 기법중심 무용수업과는 전혀 다른 학교무용의 교수전략을 요구하고 있으며, 실제적인 교수전략과 특성이 반영되어야 함을 강조한다.

본 연구는 강지혜의 '고등학교 무용전공 지도자의 지도유형과 지도자 신뢰 및 만족의 관계 연구'를 바탕으로 한 무용지도유형과 지도자 신뢰도의 관계에 대한 논의이다. 기존의 연구는 2010년 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 무용전공생과 무용지도자의 관계를 논의를 통해 탐색하고 분석함으로써 실기 수업에 있어 무용수행 효율성을 높이고 무용지도자 역할을 강화하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의의가 있다. 본 연구의 논의에 따르면 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있는 융복합 사회 속에서 교육을 받는 학생들에게 무용지도자의 신뢰를 높이며 교육이 획일적인 지도자 중심의 지도보다는 학생들의 의견을 수용하여야 하는 무용지도자야하며, 학생들에 대한 세심한 배려와 상호작용하는 것은 무용전공생에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 무용지도자의 지도효율성과 무용수행도 높아질 수 있음과 동시에 무용지도자의 역할이 강화될 것이다.

The objective of this study is to suggest problems and complementation of Korean curriculum by comparatively analyzing curriculums of domestic/foreign musical-related departments. In order to compare differences in domestic/foreign curriculums, selecting musical-related departments of domestic colleges with four-year course and 2 or 3-year course, and also five musical-related schools in the US and another five schools in France, the actual lesson status of dance curriculum was researched. In the results, for the development of Korean musical, it would be necessary to reorganize its curriculum. First, the systematic dance curriculum suitable for musical site would be needed. Second, the dance technique lesson suitable for diversified musical expressions should be strengthened. Third, teaching methods for the characterized musical dance would be necessary. Above all, we need effective education method concerned with performance venues. Musical students are facing difficulties in performing acting, singing, and dancing at the same time. In reality, it is even tough to learn a single area among them. For the original Korean-style musical that could be imitated by no one, the systematic curriculum of college is very important.

This study aims to reveal the educational effect and healing action of senior dance by approaching the experiential awareness of the social workers in phenomenological ways. The social workers who participated in the study are 7 social workers at Institute of Social Welfare of the Elderly Welfare in 2014 selected from ARTE Culture and Arts Culture and Arts Education Support Project as beneficiary organizations in the field of dance education. The materials and data of this study have been collected through 1 to 1 in-dept interviews with them. As a result, social welfare workers were recognizing senior dance education as emotional, recognizable, mental, social art activities rather than simple physical activities. And the senior citizens stimulate individual positive emotions and cognitive and have given feedback on and on. So, snowball effect that satisfactory feel of our lives get increased occurs. Finally, senior dance education provided at welfare institutions can be considered healing art activity to improve quality of life gradually through continuous interaction among individuals and communities.

청년실업 문제가 심각한 현대에 특히 무용부분의 사회진출과 취업은 매우 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 각 대학과 정부차원에서 대학 평가 등을 통해 취업을 장려하고 있는 실정이지만 예능계의 특수한 상황으로 전문적이지만 취업을 하기 위한 발판이나 환경에는 제도적, 환경적인 문제들이 있음을 문제 의식화하여 본 연구는 무용수 직업능력에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 무용 교수자, 학습자, 전문무용수를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 각 40명씩 총 120명을 대상으로 이들의 직업 관련 인식도와 직업 관련 요구도를 조사하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계를 실시하였고, 빈도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 취업 어려움에 대한 체감도가 교육가와 무용수는 높았으나 예비무용수들은 낮게 나타났다. 교육가들과 무용수들은 취업을 위해 전공 능력을 발휘하여야 하며, 인턴십 제도의 정착이 중요하다고 응답하였다. 그러나 예비무용수들은 무용 외에도 다양한 능력 개발의 필요성을 느낀다고 응답하였다.

이 연구는 대학 무용전공자를 위한 역량기반 교육과정의 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서는 창의융합형 인재를 요구하는 시대적 요청을 반영하여, 무용전공자들의 미래사회 대비 핵심역량 함양을 목적으로 하는 진로개발과 교과영역의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 이 연구는 무용전공자들이 사회의 다양한 영역에서 도전하고 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 대학 교육의 체질개선을 위한 기초연구로서의 의의를 갖는다.
