Analysis of causal factors in the relationship marketing for optical stores (안경원의 관계마케팅 영향요인)

  • On entering new millenium, there has been an important switchover in the divergent View and its cases on commercial marketing. This study is to focus on the related influence factors of the optician's marketing. Aiming to improve the relationship of the manager and the manager and the clients, this study tried to find out the influences of the marketing. We defined quality of relation as three element, trust, satisfaction, absorption. We investigated how it influenced optician's characters, goods, service, price, physical convenience and communication to the quality of relation. Moreover, we investigated how it influenced optician characters like knowledge information, good impression, contact and relation marketing of dissatisfaction solution, also quality of relation could or not influence about repurchase intension and Big Mouth marketing. Optician's characters affect on affirmative effect to trust and absorption, but little affirmative effect to satisfaction. Since optician's characters are trust and absorption rather than satisfaction influence, they actively should improve customer-oriented variety of goods, service, physical convenience, communication. As price and communication structure of optician was formed so not modernized, we realized these have not influenced their trust, satisfaction, absorption to customer. Optician's characters influenced more affirmative effect to satisfaction than thrust and absorption. quality of relations mostly provided affirmative effect to the result of relation. The opticians should make efforts to influence on customer satisfied with goods and service, also to have trust and absorption for customer, should maintain good partnership with customer.

A Study on the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Organization Commitment (조직후원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In general, there are three factors which compel employees to leave their position at a company: duties in organization, perception related to organization, and attitude built through the previous factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the factors on the turnover intention and the decreasing achievement affected by the turnover. For this study, the perceived organizational support and organization commitment were chosen as worker's attitude variables which affects turnover intention. The results through the actual analysis are as follows: 1. Worker's emotional commitment is on the increase when the organization values their increased efforts as precious and makes efforts to improve welfare system. 2. Worker's turnover intention decreases as the stronger emotional commitment enables them to gain more consciousness to stay longer at the company. 3. The worker who possesses stronger lasting commitment tends to have some inclination to leave his current position if other organization offers compensation enough to make up for the current investment. 4. Worker's turnover intention decreases when they perceive that the organization acknowledges employees' value and supports them. 5. Worker's turnover intention at the small-middle sized companies is higher than at major companies. In this study, four out of five hypotheses, which are based on theoretical examinations and backgrounds, gain verified results. In the end, it is showed that the perceived organization support can increase the emotional commitment which makes it possible to decrease turnover intention. Consequently, it can be said that the appropriate human resources management is to explore the ways to decrease worker's turnover intention by improving labor environment and searching for the way to promote worker's commitment to their organization through the perceived organization supports.

  • To lead the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of organizational member's, It needs to change the psychological attitude of organizations through perception of organizational members who recognize the organization's support in the convergence age. Therefore, this study establishes the Perceived Organizational Support as an independent variable, and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an dependent variable. Also, we want to analyze the effects of psychological impowerment and organizational engagement, explaining the psychological conversion process of individuals. The result is following ; First, Perceived Organizational Support has significant effects of Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment. Second, Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment have shown significant implications for Organized Citizenship Behavior. In addition, Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment have been shown to be partial mediation effect between Perceived Organizational Support and Organized Citizenship Behavior. These findings reveal the specific process of Organized Citizenship Behavior. It is expected to contribute to various measures that can cause to the extra-role behavior of the organizational member's.

  • This study defined the types of barrier and conducted the impact of barrier in adventurous sports. There are many research on adventurous sports, but these researches have several limitations. First, these studies have overlooked important role of barrier in adventurous sports. Also, previous studies on barriers haven't showed the moderating effects of personality on barriers. So, this study attempts to complement the lack of existing research and this purposes of the study is as follows. First, it is to show the positive impacts of barriers on absorbing experience that had been overlooked in the previous researches. Second, it is to propose the moderating effects of personality-arousal seeking, reactance tendency- on the relationship between barriers and absorbing experience. Survey research is employed to test these hypotheses. Previous researches, such as marketing, adventure sports, hedonic research, have been referenced to measure constructs. We collected data involving various adventure sports, and used 171 respondents to analyze these data using moderating regression. In the final section, we discussed several limitations of our study and suggested directions for future research. We concluded with a discussion of managerial implications, including the potential to advance understanding adventure sports and implying an enhanced ability to satisfy target consumers of it.

The Impact of Entrepreneurship of Franchisees on Their Business Performance : Mediation Effects of Market Orientation and Relationship Commitment (프랜차이즈 가맹점의 창업정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 본사의 시장지향성과 가맹점 관계몰입의 매개효과)

  • This research suggests an ideal role between franchisee and franchisee for survival and development of the Korean franchise business by identifying causal relationships between entrepreneurship of franchisees and their business performance. Besides, when considering multi-dimensional features of a franchise system, this study aims to show that the market orientation of the franchisee and the relationship commitment between franchisee and franchisee will play an important mediating role to achieve a better business performance. Thus specific causal relationships among sub-dimensional constructs of entrepreneurship and market orientations were investigated. They are innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, pro-activeness, information creation, intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, response design, response implementation. The results demonstrate that pro-activeness of franchisee plays a crucial role for franchisee's business performance. It was noted that franchisor's market orientation and innovativeness is also important for high market orientation of franchisor. The higher the market orientation of franchisor was, the higher relationship commitment of franchisee was formed. By identifying the mediation effect of relationship commitment and market orientation of franchisor, this paper showed that relationship commitment positively affect the improvement of franchisee's business performance. Above all, it should be noted that this research empirically identified the relationship between franchisee's entrepreneurship and business performance that most of the previous researchers have ignored. Furthermore, the analysis was conducted at sub-dimensional construct level. It is expected that empirical results from this study will be able to provide a meaningful framework and theoretical basis for future research on franchise, entrepreneurship and market orientation.

The Impact of the Work-Life Balance (WLB) of Flight Attendants on Organizational Commitment, Subjective Career Success, and Turnover Intention (항공사 객실승무원의 일-삶 균형(WLB)이 조직몰입, 주관적 경력성공, 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study is to identify the structural equation modeling among work-life balance(WLB), organizational commitment, subjective career success, and turnover intentions. The study data came from 199 respondents, as flight attendants working for large domestic airlines. The research tested structural equation modeling by utilizing the SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 statistical program. As the results, the study found that WLB would have a negative impact on organizational immersion, and secondly, the hypothesis that WLB has a positive impact on the subjective career success of the flight attendants. Third, the hypothesis that the organization immersion of the flight attendants would have a positive impact on subjective career success, and fourth, the hypothesis that organizational immersion has a negative impact on the turnover. However, fifth, the hypothesis that subjective career success would have a negative impact on turnover was dismissed. Finally, the hypothesis that WLB would have a positive impact on turnover was adopted. Based on the results of this analysis, the research presents highly significant theoretical and practical implications.

  • Nicht nur in Philosophie sondern auch im Bereich der meinsten Geisteswissenschaften $best{\ddot{a}}rkt$ sich die Gewichtigkeit des Spielbegriffs immer mehr. Aus diesem Grund wird 'Spiel' in den $vielf{\ddot{a}}ltigen$ Wissenschaftsbereichen, in $vielf{\ddot{a}}ltiger$ Weise definiert, und diese Definitionen sind im Gebrauch auch in $vielf{\ddot{a}}ltiger$ Weise. Aber trotz dieser mit Spiel $zusammenh{\ddot{a}}ngenden$ '$Vielf{\ddot{a}}ltigkeiten$' liegt immer eine identische Voraussetzung am Boden der Definitionen oder Theorien des Spiels, und das ist nichts anderes als, dass Spiel ausnahmslos eine Vertieftsein-$T{\ddot{a}}tigkeit$ ist. Anders gesagt, dass es kein Spiel gibt, in dem man sich nicht $v{\ddot{o}}llig$ aufgeht. Aber diese Ansicht ist vorwiegend nur im Abendland in Geltung, und deswegen ist es sehr bedenklich, ob man das auch auf dem Morgenland gleichfalls zutreffen $k{\ddot{o}}nnte$. Grund $daf{\ddot{u}}r$ ist, dass, weil das traditionelle $Lebensgef{\ddot{u}}hl$ nicht in einem Tage gebildet worden ist, $l{\ddot{a}}sst$ sich es nicht vermeiden, dass dieses $Lebensgef{\ddot{u}}hl$ auf alles, was mit dem Leben Zusammenhang steht, einen unmittelbaren Einfluss $aus{\ddot{u}}bt$. Aus diesem Urteil wird man in dieser Arbeit den Vertieftseinsbegriff und den Verfremdungsbegriff gegeneinander stellen, und folglich, wenn man die 'Verfremdung' $f{\ddot{u}}r$ einen sonstigen Charakter des Spiels erachten kann, muss man sie auch in Rechnung ziehen, falls man Spielbegriff studieren will.

Analysis of Relationship between Emotional Labor and Organizational Commitment in Hospital Workers (병원 근로자의 감정노동과 조직몰입간의 관계 분석: 국·공립과 민간종합병원의 비교를 중심으로)

  • This study examined the perceptions of emotional labor among the National General Hospital and Private General Hospital in Chungcheong area. The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions difference of public and private general hospitals. In addition, we tried to analyze the effect of emotional labor on organizational commitment by distinguishing between workers in National and Private General Hospitals. The purpose of this study is to provide the theoretical base data for mitigating emotional labor of hospital workers in the future. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, In the case of employees working at the National General Hospital, the influence of the emotional labor of the hospital workers on the organizational commitment of the hospital workers increased as the frequency of emotional expression increased. However, it was found that as attentiveness of emotional expression and emotive dissonance deepened, the degree of organizational commitment of hospital workers decreased. On the other hand, the influence of emotional labor of the hospital workers on the organizational commitment of the hospital workers in the Private General Hospital was found to be better in the organizational commitment as they pay more attention to emotional expression. However, in the case of emotive dissonance, The more deeply emotive dissonance, the less the organizational commitment of Private General Hospital workers. Second, the frequency of emotional expression in the hospital workers' perception difference of emotional labor was higher than that of the National General Hospitals. However, in the variety of emotional expression, it was confirmed that the employees of the Private General Hospitals had more varied expressions of emotions than those of the National General hospitals. In addition, it was found that the difference of recognition of the organizational commitment of the hospital workers according to the type of hospital work was higher in the organizational commitment of the employees of the National General Hospital than those of the Private General Hospitals.

  • 게임의 룰은 게임의 메커니즘을 구현하는데 필요한 모든 것을 포함하는 것이다. 또한, 게임의 스토리를 이끌며 지탱하는 중요한 요소이기도 하다. 본고에서는 동서양 모두에서 성공하고 있는 대표적 MMORPG 온라인 게임인 월드오브워크래프트를 중심으로 게임 스토리텔링에서의 룰이 지닌 중요한 요소와 특징, 또한, 이것이 지닌 창조적이며 재미와 몰입, 덧붙여 게임 스토리 전개상에서 만들어내는 생산적인 요소들을 찾아서 특성을 찾고자 한다. 이는 게임 개방시 게임 내의 룰 생성과 스토리 전개에 중요한 요건으로서 연구되어질 수 있으며, 온라인 게임 스토리텔링 창작 및 개발에 적용하는데 연구의 의의가 있다 하겠다. 본고의 논의가 이뤄지기 전, 먼저 게임에 대한 룰의 정의에 대해 지금까지의 논의들을 살펴보고, 이들 속에서 발견되고 논의될 요소들을 얻고자 한다. 이론적 요소를 바탕으로 본고의 연구대상인 월드오브워크래프트의 서사에 나타난 룰과 스토리텔링과의 상호작용을 분석할 것이다. 본고에서 논의 되는 MMORPG게임의 룰과 스토리텔링의 연구는 아직 체계적이지 못하고, 이론적으로 미흡한 게임 스토리텔링 및 룰 연구에 기반 연구가 되고자 한다.
