Flow Experiences in Goal-Directed and Experiential Activities (목표지향적 행위와 경험지향적 행위 시의 플로우(Flow) 경험에 대한 연구)

  • The focus of this study was to investigate whether flow occurs during both goal-directed and experiential activities, if experiential and foal-directed flow states differ in terms of various measures and dimensions. Fifty male and eighteen female subjects were participated in controlled, comparative experiment between goal-directed and experiential activities in problem-solving tasks. The findings indicate that subjects experience more curiosity and involvement(focus) in problem solving tasks with experiential activities. However, the results showed subjects experience more enjoyment in tasks with goal-directed activities. Findings of this study suggested that more sophisticated and quantitative measures in various dimensions should be constructed and verified in order to apply flow theory to human-computer interaction.

A Goal Oriented Action Planning and Replanning method of Computer Generated Forces in Wargame (워게임에서 가상군의 목표지향행위계획 및 재 계획 방법)

  • This paper proposes a goal oriented action planning method that plans the behaviors of computer generated forces and a replanning method that replans new actions when the situations are changed in war game. This new method provides good expression because it is flexible and can do more realized description unlike the conventional finite state machines. As a result, proposed method has an advantage that it can describe the behaviors of computer generated forces as those of real soldier. However, since it is not deterministic it has some difficulties in analysing the decision processing of behaviors and making the computer generated forces do some specific actions. We employed combat plane models of air forces in order to verify the feasibility of our method. Finally, we could find that our method produced very similar behaviors to those of a real soldier. This paper describes our planning method, experimental results, and future works.

  • 본 논문에서는 동적인 환경에서 동작하는 에이전트들을 위한 범용의 에이전트 구조에 대해 설명한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 CM 는 에이전트의 모든 부분을 하나의 객체 지향 언어로 구현할 수 있는 순수 Java 기반의 범용 에이전트 구조이며, 긴 수행시간을 필요로 하는 복잡한 행위들을 효과적으로 표현하고 수행할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이를 위해 환경 연화에 따라 수행 중이던 행위를 즉각적으로 중단하거나 다른 행위로 전환할 수 있는 높은 정황 -민감성을 제공한다. 또 CAA는 상황에 따른 가변적인 목표를 암시하는 행동 모드를 내부에 저장, 관리함으로써 BDI 구조와 유사한 목표- 지향성을 가진다.

'A Posthuman Psychology' and the Fate of Autonomous Subjects ('탈인간의 심리학'과 자율적 주체의 운명)

  • The posthumanism, as it is discussed in several areas of the humanities, calls the modern humanist concept of autonomous subject into question. The scientific psychology has been since its birth as independent discipline at the 19th century a 'posthuman psychology' in the sense that there has been always humanistic approaches to humans as autonomous beings on the one hand, and natural-scientific approaches to humans as determined beings on the other hand. I have argued that the concept of autonomous subject makes still sense as a regulating principle of everyday life of purposive agents and as a conceptual framework for interpreting causal knowledges about humans. And I have argued that culture and cultural education should play an important role in reflecting on the meaning and rationality of sciences and technologies.

The development and effect of a health behavior motivational program based on metamotivational states of college students (대학생들의 메타동기상태에 기반한 건강행위동기화 프로그램 개발 및 효과)

  • This study is a study to understand the effects after developing a health behavior synchronization program for college students. The study subjects were 122 subjects, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the types of meta-motive states experienced during the health behavior of diet and exercise therapy. The data collection period was from July to December 2018. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, goal-oriented and pleasure-oriented states were predominantly higher in diet and exercise therapy. After the program, there were significant differences in diet, 5.28, and exercise therapy 5.11. The health behavior synchronization program of this study was confirmed as an effective nursing intervention program in maintaining the healthy behavior of diet and exercise therapy among college students. Therefore, this program is considered to be able to derive effective results for the motivation of college students' health behavior.

  • Agent acts for specification purpose, which is common element of CGF (Computer Generated Forces). When basic agent acts as planned, the advanced intelligence agent can do more than this. It can follow predefined actions along appointed script to achieve purpose or lay another plans when it is difficult to achieve. In other words, it can amend plan again or make new plan in order to achieve goals. When plan fails, agent amends oneself, possibly decreases target level to achieve easily. In doing so, the agent calculates a quantitative value for changing plans in realtime, and choose appropriate alternative plans when the threshold value reaches an limit. In this paper, we propose an military system in which the planned action can be modified according to the level of achievement and alternative plans can be generated accordingly.

  • 현재 우리생활은 언제 어디서나 네트워크에 접속하여 통신할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경화 되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 상황인식 서비스는 의료, 여행, 가정, 교육 등 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 응용될 수 있어 사회 전반에 걸쳐 영향을 주고 있다. 기존의 대부분의 상황인식 시스템의 연구들은 센서로부터 입력된 주변 환경 정보를 기반으로 사용자에게 적합한 서비스 제공에 중점을 두고 있다. 이로써 환경정보와 별개로 사용자가 궁극적으로 원하는 분야에 상황인식 시스템을 적용하기 위해서는 서비스 부합되지 않은 여러 요소가 존재하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요소를 착안하여 사용자의 의도를 포함한 상황인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 지능형 홈 도메인 환경에서 시간에 따라 변화하는 사용자의 행위 정보를 기반하여 사용자가 향후 궁극적으로 원하는 의도를 예측 할 수 있는 시스템으로 되어있다. 또한 여러개의 작은 행위에 따른 사용자의 의도가 모여 보다 큰 사용자의 의도를 파악하는 기법을 정의하였다.

Understanding and expertise in outdoor education and education-oriented (야외교육의 전문성 이해와 교육적 지향)

  • Outdoor education emphasizes diverse experiences from the internal growth which is expected from the learners, to the ecological and environmental experiences. It is also the needs of this time and reflected in the education system of Korea. However the goal of outdoor education is not well defined and philosophical efforts to clarify it is also not enough. In this respect, we tried to define the goal and investigated professionalism of outdoor education. Specifically, we investigated the professionalism of teachers and instructors of physical education. The goal was investigated in two areas 1) holistic experience and problem solving skill and 2) aiming self-reflective practitioner. The idea was that educators must not aim simple educational efficiencies but have to become self-reflective practitioners through everyday life. The conclusions of this study are firstly, a safety manual is required to avoid possible injuries and to give first aid in an unfortunate occasion, secondly, an education program is required to train outdoor professionals and lastly, outdoor education should not remain in the boundary of formal education but should be included in non-formal education.

Relationship of Goal Orientation, Flow Experience and Self-Accomplishment among College Students Receiving Lifeguard Education (수상인명구조 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향, 몰입경험 및 자아성취감에 관계된 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of goal orientation, flow experience and self-accomplishment among students who received lifeguard education. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, had an impact on cognitive flow and behavioral flow, and ego-involvement affected cognitive flow. Second, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, exercised an influence on their self-realization, display of ability and development of ability, which were the task-involvement of self-accomplishment. Besides, ego-involvement impacted on self-realization. Third, the cognitive flow and behavioral flow of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which were the sub-variables of flow experience, exerted an influence on self-realization, display of ability and development of display, which were the sub-variables of self-accomplishment. Fourth, the goal orientation of the college students receiving lifeguard education had a firsthand relationship to flow experience and self-accomplishment, and that had a secondhand causal relationship to self-accomplishment through flow experience as well.

교육정책의 굿 거버넌스 모색

  • 이 연구는 한국 현실에 맞는 교육정책의 굿 거버넌스는 궁극적으로 어떤 가치를 지향할 것인지를 모색하기 위해 논란이 되었던 세 가지 교육정책 사례를 중심으로 현 정부의 교육정책 거버넌스의 특징적 실태를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 현실적으로 민주성과 효율성을 동시에 제고해야 하는 바람직한 거버넌스 체제를 구축하기 위해 교육정책 분야에서 정부와 시민사회는 어떤 관계를 맺어야 좋은지를 여섯 가지 평가요소를 근거로 살펴보았다. 분석결과 민주성 측면에서 보면 세 가지 정책사례 간 정도의 차이가 있지만 모든 분야에서 시민단체들의 참여는 활발하였다. 그러나 이런 활발한 참여에 비해 상호 간 정보의 공유나 의사소통 그리고 반응성은 취약했다고 볼 수 있다. 효율성 측면에서는 더 심각한 문제가 발견되었다. 시민단체 간 연대가 활발하였던 점은 효율적 거버넌스의 긍정적 측면으로 볼 수 있으나 이런 연대는 유사한 의견을 가진 단체들 간에만 이루어졌다. 또한 효율적 정책결정에 반드시 필요한 전문가 집단의 자문과 참여도 제한적으로 이루어졌다. 이런 상황에서 이견을 가진 행위자 간 갈등이 첨예하게 대립되었지만 이를 관리하고 조정할 매커니즘이 존재하지 않았다는 점은 가장 시급히 해결되어야 할 문제이다. 따라서 세 가지 교육정책 사례에 대한 평가결과를 보면 한국처럼 국민적 관심이 높고 참여가 활발한 교육정책 분야에서는 보다 좋은 거버넌스를 지향하기 위해서 정부의 반응성과 갈등 조정력이 중요한 요인으로 고려되어져야 할 것이다. 또한 향후 교육정책결정에 있어서 좋은 거버넌스의 목표를 달성하기 위해 생각이 다른 전문가 집단 간 의사소통이 수평적이고 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다고 본다.
