The appearance of Web has brought an substantial revolution to all fields of society such knowledge management and business transaction as well as traditional information retrieval. In this paper, we propose an EFASIT(Extended Fuzzy AHP and SImilarity Technology) model considering the emotion analysis. And we combine the Extended Fuzzy AHP Method(EFAM) with SImilarity Technology(SIT) based on the domain corpus information in order to efficiently retrieve the document on the Web. The proposed the EFASIT model can generate the more definite rule according to integration of fuzzy knowledge of various decision-maker, and can give a help to decision-making, and confirms through the experiment.

Since educating digital convergence is to unite various sciences and technologies with computer as the central figure, it has different range and methods of education. Therefore, it has problems with recommending limited conceptual information because of difficulties to standardize education plan and teaching strategies. In this paper, I propose education plan and teaching strategy system by using Spearman correlation coefficients. This system is to find a solution against disadvantage of recommending limited conceptual information by ranking relations of teaching strategies from the information based on the demand of industrial and academic fields, and then provides lists of teaching strategy information suitable for user's atmosphere and characteristics. Performance test is to compare effects of precision and recall with existing service systems. The test shows 90.4% of precision and 77.6% of recall.

본 논문은 디지털 방송을 수신하고 TV 를 통한 인터넷의 연결이 가능한 IP STB(Set Top Box)가 디지털 방송을 통해 전송되는 프로그램의 서비스 정보(Service Information)을 자동으로 분석하여, 시청자의 휴대 정보 단말 기기로 전송해 줌으로써, 시청자는 개인 휴대 정보 단말 기기를 통해 여러 매체을 통해 전송되는 프로그램의 시간표와 가이드를 볼 수 있으며, 해당 프로그램으로의 채널 변경을 휴대 정보 단말 기기를 통해 수행할 수 있다. 또한 본 논문은 시청자 개개인의 방송 시청 성향을 STB에서 분석하여, 개별 사용자가 전자 프로그램 가이드를 보기 위해 휴대 정보 단말 기기를 통해 STB에 연결되었을 때, 시청자의 성향분석에 기반을 한 추천 프로그램 목록을 제시함으로써, 다채널 다매체의 방송 환경에서 시청자가 원하는 프로그램을 놓치지 않고 시청 할 수 있도록 하며, 집 밖에서도 집안의 STB에 접속하여 자신이 원하는 프로그램을 휴대 정보 단말기기를 통해 예약 시청 또는 녹화가 가능하게 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present state of the enriched contents of OPACs of public libraries in Korea. Examined are the OPACs of 125 public libraries which hold Jeon Du-hwan Hoegorok, and 260 public libraries which hold Banil Jongjokjuui retrieved from KOLIS-NET of the National Library of Korea from Sept. through Oct. 2019. The enriched contents of these controversial books are mostly provided by Naver, Daum, and Aladin Internet Bookstore, and their so-called summaries, reviews, etc. are actually only excerpts supplied by publishers. They are given only as a link to external sources or the whole or partial display in a bibliographic record. Since these enriched contents contain only publishers' promotional statements, but not any objective and professional review, they are not much useful for library users. Therefore, more active participation of librarians in creating or evaluating the enriched contents are proposed, especially for such controversial books.

If you can not pinpoint the location of a desired item through union catalogs and online databases, the next best thing is to identify a special collection that is likely to have it. Many libraries have many items that are recorded only on their own premises as special collections. This paper describes the value of special collections as important information sources and the guides for determining the existence and location of special collections. Women's collection development by KWIC is introduced as a case study of special collection building in the university libraries in Korea.

This study suggests that the model of electronic document delivery service be carried out by academic libraries step by step, based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign status. The model consists of the user's request step, electronic document building step, electronic document transferring step. Academic libraries should perform the electronic document delivery service step by step that satisfies user's information need.

본 논문은 초고속 인터넷 시대에 자주 출몰하는 컴퓨터 바이러스 및 악성코드의 특징을 분석하고, 이에 대응하는 국내외 사용 백신 프로그램들의 성능을 비교 분석하여 미래에 출현할 악성 바이러스에 대한 최상의 대처법을 제안하였다. 국내외에서 가장 많이 사용되는 상용 백신 프로그램의 특정 바이러스 및 악성코드를 침투시켜 대응 여부를 조사하고, 백신 프로그램의 DB(데이터베이스) 업데이트 주기, 대응 바이러스 목록 분석 등을 시행하여 특정 바이러스 및 악성코드에 대한 효율적인 대응책을 제시하였다.

The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the estabilishment project of Internet-based School Library Information System for prepares a foundation of resource sharing and inter-school library loan, to improvement of DB construction's efficiency and to reduces a maintenance's burden of local information system. This system adapted the Dublin Core based DLS-I metadata to accommodate teh network resources and conventional MARC, it will be able to use easily. But this system does not consider metadata for reading instruction that the important element of school library service. Thus, this study is review to the necessity of description on the reading and reading instruction beside of bibliographic data, extracts a metadata elements of reading and reading school library information system(DLS-I metadata)

With the advancement of Internet technology, traditional libraries are going through a new metamorphosis into digital libraries. Digital libraries substitute digital files for papers, metadata for catalogues, world wide users on the network for localized patrons, while offering limitless possibilities for easy downloading of information. The aim of the study is to present a model for our digital library based on the knowledge acquired from the analysis of the state of the art technology employed in building and managing digital libraries. It is our belief that the national information infrastructure for digital libraries are mandatory for an open information society.
