A Reflection Study on the Teachers' Accreditation Examination in China (중국 교사 자격증 취득 시험에 대한 반성적 성찰)

  • This study aims to summarize characteristics of teacher certification system in China and identify its problems and improvement directions through the analysis of examination contents and examination conditions and so on. The teacher certification examination in China, including written examination and interview, is dominated by Ministry of Education. And all districts and departments put into practice according to their own characteristics and practical situations. Without distinction between normal university students and non-normal university students, only when all specific conditions are met could candidates sit for the examination. Problems of teacher certification examination are as following. The limitation of examination conditions focus on educational requirements and some basic conditions, the negligence of educational experience and practical ability, and interview tends to become apparent and formalistic.

  • 한국해기사의 취약점으로 영어구사능력에 대한 지적이 끊임없이 제기되고 있다. 선상에서의 원활한 의사소통을 위해서는 해기사의 영어구사 능력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 해기사의 선상 의사소통능력 향상을 위하여 현재 시행되고 있는 해사영어 시험제도을 분석하였고, 이를 통하여 현 제도의 문제점을 식별하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 식별된 문제점으로는 불충분한 면접시간, 세부지침의 부재, 지나친 전문지식 위주의 질문, 교육기관의 해사영어 커리큘럼과 선사의 요구사항의 불일치 등이며, 개선방향으로는 전문시험위원제도(가칭) 도입, 해사영어 교육콘텐츠 개발, 충분한 면접시간 확보 등이다.

  • 대한민국에서의 채용과정은 각 기업마다 절차가 상이하지만 대부분 서류심사, 필기시험, 면접 단계를 걸쳐 선발하게 된다. 서류심사와 필기시험은 개별의 노력으로 내용을 개선할 수 있지만, 면접의 경우에는 준비단계에서의 철저한 준비가 필요하다. 이러한 면접의 준비 과정에서의 어려움을 덜어내고자 딥러닝을 활용하여 면접 프로그램을 개발하게 되었다.

  • This study has to improve the recruitment of Private Police Guards. Secure fairness on recruitment of Private Police Guards has secure excellent Private Police Guards. Under the request of requesting entity, private police guards perform police tasks at the relevant area. Recruitment takes a pivotal role because they take unusual characteristics as they perform police duties at key national institutions, unlike private security. However, problems have continuously arouse due to issues like closed recruitment, interview-based recruitment, and composition of interviewers. Accordingly, this research suggested arranging mandatory regulation to recruit publically, adaptation of physical or written exams in view of characteristics of guarding facilities, and obligating external members when consisting interviewers as solutions.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among dialect, anxiety and career barrier for flight attendant applicants at interview. A Survey was conducted on female applicants who had attended interview at least once. As a result, dialect speakers were more anxious than non-dialect speakers. And a dialect affects the anxiety, the anxiety also affects the career barrier. The findings of this study offer several managerial implications for directors in teaching positions. The results of the evaluation can be used as a background for promoting effective interview method.

  • 본 논문에서는 기능장 등급의 자격검정시 산업현장의 직무수행 능력을 평가하기 적합한 검정방법을 마련하는데 목적으로 대표적인 4개 종목을 선정하여 기능장 검정방법들로 모의평가하여 검정방법 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과 2차 실기시험방법과 3차 면접으로 하는 1안을 단일안으로 선정하였고, 이에 따른 영향성을 분석하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 면접을 추가하여 3차 면접의 단일안의 결과를 얻었지만 사회적인 기능장의 사회적 법적 위상 제고는 반듯이 고려해야 할 것이다.

  • Fire fighting officials perform their works in the field and in most cases, undergo circular appointments for their service period. If they don't gain experience in field works, they have difficulty in performing faithful planning or administrative works. So they surely have to gain experiences in field works. Like this, fire fighting officials' works comprise a lot of fields, comparing with other job workers. So they need a strict body condition. The aim of this inquiry is to scrutinize body standards and important roles concretely which are necessary to fire fighting officials, to analyze written examination, physical test, physical strength test, and interview examination, and to establish the proposal which is necessary to improvement.

Exploring Ways to Improve Science Education Area Exam in Secondary School Teacher Employment Test (중등 과학과 교사임용시험의 교과교육학 시험 개선 방안 탐색)

  • This study explores the characteristics and ways to improve the area of science education in secondary teacher employment test (hereafter, TET). We investigated ways to differentiate second-phase science education tests from those of the first phase in the TET, and ways to improve practical tests such as designing instructional plans, teaching demonstrations, in-depth interviews, and science experiment tests. Major findings of the study include increasing the proportion of teaching demonstration while maintaining the test of designing instructional plans, which have a different focus from the paper-based exam in the first phase of the TET. Teaching demonstration tests, applying the credit of student-teaching to the TET, assessing teaching expertise in real classroom contexts focusing on subject teaching expertise, etc. along with science experiment tests, making the science experiment test compulsory for all municipal offices of education, and the necessity of evaluating the experimental design and teaching of scientific inquiry. Based on these results, developing and implementing tests such as teaching demonstrations, in-depth interviews, etc. at the local municipal education offices, introducing the apprentice teacher system, and introducing graduate schools of education were suggested.

  • The Maritime High School's Two plus One Onboard Training system is introduced to increase amount of graduate students to board on a ship for improvement of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs' policy. Students with this system study in school for two years and complete practices in ship for one year so that graduate students from this system can get officer license with only interview exam. This program Iud been developed to attract more graduate students to board on ships longer according to the fact that students now are avoiding life on ships. Four years after the system had been introduced, this research aims to find out problems of the system by questionnaire regarding practices on ships to current students from which to introduce methods of leading longer lie on ships of students.

  • 기술경쟁력에 의한 신제품 개발과 더불어 제품의 외형적인 포장 및 포장디자인도 기업의 경쟁요소로 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 포장기술의 지속적인 개발을 통해 해당상품의 특성을 충분히 살림으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 상품의 품질과 구매력을 높일 수 있도록 하기 위해 전문지식과 실무경험을 갖춘 기술인력 양성이 요구되어 포장기술사 자격제도가 제정되었다. 국내 포장산업의 최고 전문가인 포장기술사는 한국산업인력공단이 주관하고 있으며 1974년 생산관리기술사(디자인 및 포장)로 신설되어 1983년 생산관리기술사(포장)로 변경된 후, 1991년 현재의 포장기술사로 자리잡게 됐다. 포장기술사는 포장기술분야에 관한 고도의 전문지식과 실무경험에 입각하여 포장을 개발하거나 개발된 포장을 진단하며, 물류부문과 연계성을 갖추기 위해 포장 표준화 업무 및 신규사업을 조사하는 등 기술업무를 수행한다. 포장기술사 자격시험은 단답형 및 주관식 논술형인 필기시험과 구술형 면접을 통해 시험이 이뤄진다. 2013년도에는 총 10명의 포장기술사가 합격했다. 본 고에서 2013년도 포장 기술사 최종합격자들을 소개한다.
