Data and reliability evaluation in industry (산업체에서의 데이터와 신뢰성평가)

  • In the case of manufacturing companies, various types of data are collected. Many of these data can be used as useful information for product reliability evaluation. In this study, we first look at data that can be collected by a manufacturing company and related to products, technology, finance, and customers. Next, we will look at the company's business management system, scientific journals, test and marketing survey data, etc., as sources of data. Next, look at what kind of data is collected over the product life cycle to evaluate the reliability of the product. In the development stage of the product, reliability test is performed for each component, and reliability data is collected by performing reliability test at the subsystem and system level. On the other hand, at the manufacturing stage, data on the functional test and the design change test of the product are collected, and at the field stage, the problem of the product is detected in the field and collected in the form of data. Finally, let's look at what you need to do to make a reasonable analysis later in your data collection.

  • Muan Enterprise City is a mega-project that has an investment worth up to $3 billion only in the construction of infrastructure. The project's success will largely depend on the success of its construction management. This study sets out to establish a construction management plan for Muan Enterprise City by defining the core objectives and organizational structure and its supporting system. Project outline and core objectives were analyzed, and necessity of construction management and processes evaluated. Based on this analysis, implementation strategy for the achievement of project goals was defined and developed, and organizational structure and its support system to execute established. This study strives to support the project's construction management being carried out under proper planning and possibly set an example for construct ion management of mega-structures in the future.   • Recently, as high level of interest for the city regeneration, large-scale projects are planned or being performed such as reconstruction project. These mesa-projects have different characteristics from a single project in the design phase. It is a number of companies involved in design phase of mega-project and principal decision-making entity manage the project from the initial stage of an ongoing business by coordinating an opinions between design companies. The absence of a decision making support system reflected those characteristic causes a variety of problems such as a loss of cost and schedule. Therefore the final object of this paper is to propose a decision making support tool and system interface.

  • This paper proposed PTP(Precision Time Protocol) management node-based time synchronization error detection and recovery system. The proposed system is to maintain the preciseness of time synchronization under time synchronization error situations on IEEE 1588-based network environment. To demonstrate the proposed time synchronization error detection and recovery system, PTP implemented EVM(Evaluation Module)-based experiments were performed. As a results of the experiments, it is shown that the proposed system effectively maintains the preciseness of time synchronization under time synchronization error situations.

  • Internal cities such as gray level been enclosed to building forest are paying a lot of efforts and expenses to change to green city that park and street tree get put together. By the example, 'GREEN CITY of PUSAN 21' progress to decorate army facilities like the park, and to plant street trees in several places of city plan in Pusan. And urban environment that big cities of advanced nation are agreeable is making in the large park and road street trees at several places in downtown. Because price of tree for the park is very expensive, tree management system was all-important. In this paper, Motes deliver the sensor information in each tree through radio sensor network by server side. This information can use in state grasping of tree, harmful insects courtesy call etc and this system design was suggested to inform to mode of life administration scholars.

The Effects of online shopping mall Usage Motives in e-commerce on Repurchase Intention: Centered on international Chinese students (온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국 유학생을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the influence of online shopping motives on repurchase intentions with Chinese students studying in South Korea. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 255 Chinese students studying abroad. The SPSS 23.0 analysis clarified the structural relationship between the online shopping mall's motivation and customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. First, in the motivation of online shopping, product perception, customer service and shopping experience have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Second, in the motivation of use, product perception, customer service, and shopping experience have a positive impact on repurchase intentions. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intentions. The results show that the motivation of using online shopping for Chinese students in South Korea is an important factor affecting satisfaction and repurchase intentions. In future research, further research is needed according to the type of online shopping mall.

  • Organizational humor is generally perceived as a phenomenon that helps to develop happy feelings and positive workspace. While humor may affect organizational members in diverse ways, the ambiguous nature of humor may create uncertainty and unexpected outcomes. In particular, humor used by and between organizational members in diverse organizational situations (including physical office context and work hours) may influence individual's perception of space. Findings suggest that humor interaction acts as a form of deviant behavior that diverts from work. This momentary non-work event (humor) may serve as a ritual to influence individual's perception of space, from work to personal domain, and vice versa. The quality of interpersonal relationships between the communicators may also be influenced by humor. This shift in the nature of interaction (from work to non-work) may lead to blurring boundaries of work and work experiences. Therefore, organizational humor may provide insights into how workers interact, perceive, and manage work and personal space within organizational contexts.

User Authentication of a Smart City Management System (스마트시티 매니지먼트 시스템에서의 사용자인증보안관리)

  • In this paper, we introduce the UTOPIA Smart City Security Management System which manages a user authentication for smart cities. Because the smart city management system should take care of huge number of users and services, and various kinds of resources and facilities, and they should be carefully controlled, we need a specially designed security management system. UTOPIA is a smart city system based on ICT(Information and Communication Technology), and it has a three tier structure of UTOPIA portal system, UTOPIA processing system and UTOPIA infrastructure system. The UTOPIA processing system uses the smart city middleware named SmartUM. The UTOPIA Smart City Security Management System is implemented in the application security layer, which is the top layer of the SmartUM middleware, and the infrastructure security layer, which is the lowest layer. The UTOPIA Smart City security management system is built on the premise that it supports all existing user authentication technologies. This paper introduces the application security layer and describes the authentication management in the application security layer.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the productivity of elderly employees over 60 years old and to analyze factors that directly or indirectly affect the productivity of elderly employees, based on empirical facts of HR managers. As a result, the factors that have a positive effect on the productivity of elderly employees were attitude and professionalism. The decline in physical capacity due to aging was recognized as a key factor that negatively affected the productivity evaluation of elderly employees. Among the management strategies to improve the work performance, it has been shown that work placement or job redesign according to physical competency contributes to improving the productivity of elderly employees. Also, providing safety education and communication opportunities among workers has a positive effect on productivity improvement. The results of this study suggest that it is important to improve worker productivity by arranging older workers' work experience to be able to demonstrate their accumulated career and expertise and to create a working environment that takes into account physical competence.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine an organizational performance difference by individual utilization level of the smart work. The Smart work help minimizing business process and improving organization productivity based on information technology. This new technology provides a flexible way of the task through smart-work center, videoconferencing, telecommuting, mobile(remote control) and business-only messenger. This investment changes organizational culture, institutions and behavior by new technology applying. The organization system change due to smart work has trouble between alteration preferences and existing maintains a group. In response, the organization should make investment justification of smart work for institutional and culture stabilized by a new system in organization. I set up the analytical process of four stages for empirical research. It will analyze an operation difference of the smart work between pre and post investment in the first-step analysis. The two-step analysis will conduct a text mining analysis of smart work operations. The three-step analysis will identify organization performance differences among individual levels in smart work. The four-step analysis will identify a factor difference in organizational performance by individual utilization level on smart work. According to the study, It has been revealed a difference between the pre and post investment performance on smart work. The text mining analyses many appeared an improvement opinion of organizational culture. Next, there is a difference in organization performance among utilize groups of smart work. Furthermore, the factors of organizational performance among groups appeared differently. The theoretical contribution of this study provided to expand the organizational theory of organization change and resistance. The practical implications provided to require a strong guideline an organizational culture and institution for smart work.
