Hub Facilities in Vehicle Movement Network between Livestock Facilities (사회연결망 분석을 통한 축산시설 차량이동 네크워크의 허브시설 도출)

  • The purpose of this study was to derive and analyze the hub facilities that occupy major positions in the vehicle movement networks of livestock facilities. For this purpose, this study used the KAHIS data provided by Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency. The hub facilities were derived from the degree centrality & betweenness centrality. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, in a livestock facility's vehicle movement network, there are a small number of hub facilities with very high centrality indicator values compared to other facilities. Second, the hub facilities based on the degree centrality are the feed factory, the milk collecting center, slaughterhouse, slaughterhouse for chicken, and livestock markets. Third, the hub facilities based on the betweenness centrality are the livestock markets, the feed factory, and slaughterhouse. Fourth, hub facilities based on the degree centrality are concentrated in a particular area, but the hub facilities based on betweenness centrality are distributed relatively evenly.

Effect of Relational Aggression on Depression of Nursing Home Residents -Focusing on Low-income Elderly- (시설거주 노인의 관계적 공격성이 우울감에 미치는 영향 -기초생활수급권자 입소노인을 중심으로-)

  • This study analyzes the effect on depression of mutual relational aggression experienced by elderly residents at charity nursing home. It also verifies the mediated effect of adaption by the residents to the nursing home. For this end, the researchers conduct a survey for 182 elderly residents in 7 charity nursing homes in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. The statistical methods for the analysis were SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS 7.0program. Following are the findings. First, there turns out to be no statistical significant effect between mutual relational aggression and depression. Second, elderly residents' adaption to the nursing home is proved to serve as a mediated effect between mutual relational aggression and depression. In other words, the more the relational aggression, the more difficult it is for residents to be adapted to the nursing home, and the more depressed the residents are prone to be. Following are suggestions based on the findings. First, nursing home staffs need to establish a system in consideration both of relational aggression and of resident's adaption, to reduce its elderly residents' consequential depression. Second, nursing home staffs need to take measures to help adaption of new residents to prevent or reduce their depression. For example, new residents can be allowed to bring their belongings to the nursing home as much as they want and the nursing home can stand. Third, nursing homes also need to develop programs to prevent or reduce any negative relation, including bullying or casting out, among peer residents in the nursing home.

  • This research as an obstacle -free living environment certification mandatory school facilities based on studies of BF accreditation indicators of school facilities, BF Survey and Analysis amenities installation status of school facilities based on the certified assessment indicators and school facilities improvement of the accreditation indicators for BF was to explore. Excellent facilities via one of the surveyed schools selected as school facilities, the comparison analyzing the current status and BF certification evaluation indicators within the facility, the intermediate facility entry access, handicapped parking areas, main entrance item BF was to meet the minimum standards of accreditation indicators. For internal facilities BF accreditation indicators have applied the same criteria to all buildings less than that is not reflected in layout and space planning, environmental planning of school facilities was analyzed that showed the limits conflict with installation.

The Effect of Social Support on Service Quality of Youth Training Facility Employees in Internet of Thing Environment: The Mediating Effect of Empowerment (사물인터넷 환경에서 청소년수련시설 종사자의 사회적 지지가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • This study was intended to verify the parameter effects of empowerment in the effect of social support of the employees of youth training facilities on the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for improving the service quality of youth training facility workers. As a result of this study, first, social support and empowerment had a positive effect on service quality. Second, the partial mediating effect of empowerment can be confirmed. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions were made. First, for the social support of the employees, the middle managers and facility managers of youth training facilities should use the Internet environment such as the Internet and smart phones. Second, in order to improve empowerment, support for information related to work, material support related to compensation, and evaluation support related to business processing should be provided. Third, to improve the empowerment of workers, it is necessary to augmented reality(AR), virtual reality(VR), and flip learning program using the Internet of Things environment.

The Mediating Effect of Empowerment between the Distributive Justice and the Burnout of Personnel in Community Rehabilitation Facilities (장애인지역사회재활시설 종사자의 분배공정성과 소진의 관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과)

  • This study verified the influence of distributive justice on burnout and inspected the mediating effect of empowerment of personnel in rehabilitation facilities. We surveyed 321 personnel in facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam areas. The main methods are structural equation model analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The important analysis result is that distributive justice influenced burnout negatively and mdiating effect of empowerment was identified. According to analysis results, some measurements were proposed to reduce personnels' burnout. For increasing distribution fairness, compensation by objective evaluation of ability and workload, establishment of transparent compensation system, improvement of working conditions of irregular workers are required. In order to improve empowerment, leadership education for managers and operation of related programs, voluntary participation of employees in programs, provision of supervision and education of empowerment are needed.

The Study on Mediating Effects Validation of Involvement between Service Quality and Satisfaction in Children's Pool in Convergence era (융복합 시대 어린이 전용 수영장의 서비스 품질과 만족의 관계에서 관여도가 갖는 매개효과 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to validate the mediating effects involvement between service quality and satisfaction in children's pool. For the purpose, survey was conducted. 450 samples were collected, and 430 data were used for final analysis. Data processing was made factor analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation model analysis via SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 7.0 programs. Study findings are as follows: First, among the factors of service quality, only the facilities factor was effective to involvement. Second, among the factors of children's pool service quality, program and facilities factors were effective to satisfaction. Third, involvement of children's pool was effective to satisfaction. Fourth, involvement had a mediating effect on the effect of facilities factor on satisfaction.

  • 도시유역 물순환 해석 모형(Catchment hydrologic cycle Analysis Tool, CAT)은 기존의 개념적 매개변수 기반의 집중형 수문모형과 물리적 매개변수 기반의 분포형 수문모형의 장점을 최대한 집약하여, 도시유역 개발 전/후의 장/단기적 물순환 변화특성을 정량적으로 평가하고 물순환 개선시설의 효과적인 설계를 지원하기 위한 물순환 해석 모형이다. 이 모형은 수문학적으로 균일하게 판단되는 범위를 소유역으로 분할하여 지형학적 요인에 의한 유출 특성을 객관적으로 반영할 수 있으며, 개발 공간 단위별로 침투, 증발, 지하수 흐름 등의 모의가 가능하도록 하는 링크-노드 방식으로 개발되었다. 모형의 UI(User Interface)는 사용자가 손쉽게 모형을 적용/관리하고, 여러 시나리오를 동시에 효과적으로 모의하여 분석할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한, 모든 입/출력 자료를 엑셀이나 텍스트 형식과 연동되도록 하여 프로젝트별 매개변수 관리가 용이하도록 개발하였다. 특히 본 모형에서는 사용자의 목적에 맞는 다양한 물순환 개선시설(침투시설, 저류지, 습지, 빗물저장시설, 리사이클 및 외부급수 등)의 구현 및 모의가 가능하도록 개발하였다. 여기서, 물순환 개선시설이란 빗물을 흡수하고 저류할 수 있는 도시녹지시설 혹은 구조물로서 도심 내의 불투수면을 저감시키고 유출수를 줄이면서 동시에 녹지를 확보하여 효과적인 물순환 기능에 영향을 미치는 시설들이다. 이러한 물순환 개선시설은 신도시 및 지역 혁신도시 개발 등의 대규모 토지이용변화가 예상되는 개발지역에 대한 평가 및 개선 기술을 제공하여 물순환 건전화를 위한 설계에 직접적으로 활용될 수 있는 큰 장점을 지니고 있다. 먼저 침투 시설은 계획침투량을 반영하며 토양으로의 침투량과 지하수로의 이동을 모의한다. 저류시설은 하도 내에 위치한 online 저류지와 하도 외에 위치한 offline 저류지로 구분하고 저류지 수면의 증발량과 취수량을 고려하며, 방류구를 통한 방류량을 반영하였다. offline 저류지의 경우는 하도 내의 흐름의 규모에 따라서 일정량을 넘는 경우만 offline 저류지로 유입될 수 있는 양을 산정하도록 하였으며 하류 하천으로의 방류를 반영하여 홍수 후에 저류지가 비워지도록 하였다. 유역 내의 습지는 식생과 수면에서의 증발산을 반영하였다. 습지의 저류능력을 넘는 양은 월류되어 하류로 유출되며, 방류구를 통한 방류량을 반영하였다. 빗물저장시설의 경우는 초기우수와 같은 일정량 이하의 유입량과 시설용량을 초과하는 양은 방류하도록 하였고, 물 사용량을 반영하였다. 또한, 본 모형에서는 하천 내에서 취수하여 유역으로 공급할 수 있도록 리사이클 처리노드를 계획하였다. 리사이클은 용수 이용 목적에 따라 필요지역으로 공급되는 것으로 하였으며, 하천유지용수의 목적으로 취수되어 상류 혹은 하류의 임의 지역으로 공급되는 것을 포함하였다. 또한, 유역외부에 광역으로 급수되는 공급량도 반영하도록 하였다.

Calibration and Estimation of Parameter for Storage Function Model (저류함수모형의 매개변수 보정 및 추정)

  • Flood forecasting is a very important tool as one of nonstructural measures for reduction of flood damages in life and property and its accuracy is also an important factor. However, when we apply the Storage Function Model(SFM) which is mainly used for the flood forecasting system in Korea, the determination of the parameters is very important but it is difficult. So, the parameters have been calibrated by using an empirical formulas and judgement of hydrologist. Hence, in this study we perform the sensitivity analysis to understand the parameter characteristics and establish the ranges of parameters of the SFM. Also we do the parameter calibration by using the optimization techniques and objective functions, and evaluate their performances. Especially, we suggest a method to determine proper parameters by using a objective function which can be obtained from flood events. So, we use the suggested method for parameter estimation and compare the estimated parameters with the previously reported parameters. As a result of the application, the estimated parameters by the suggested method showed better than them from the previously reported parameters.

Comparison of the pollination activities among honeybee, Apis mellifera, and bumblebees, Bombus ignitus and B. terrestris in the watermelon houses on summer season (꿀벌과 호박벌 그리고 서양뒤영벌의 여름철 시설수박 화분매개활동 비교)

  • This study was examined the characteristics on the pollinating activities of Apis mellifera, Bombus ignitus and B. terrestris as pollinators on the watermelon flowers(Citrullus vulgaris Schrad), and the effects of the pollination by pollinators compared to the artificial pollination in the watermelon green houses in Nonsan City on summer season in 2005. As a result, B. ignitus and B. terrestris could not be used for summer season, because the bumblebees were not pollinated effectively indeed even two days after hives were released at watermelon green houses during the summer cultivating period. It could not be controlled a poor watermelon house conditions; high temperature and low humidity on summer season which were the bad environment for pollinating activities of bumblebees. But this study was showed that A. mellifera could be used comparatively good pollinator instead of artificial pollination in spite of the bad environment for bee within the watermelon green houses on summer season.

A Study on the Impact of Caregivers' Job Characteristics on Organizational Contextual Performance in Long-Term Care Facilities for the Elderly (노인장기요양시설 요양보호사의 직무특성이 조직의 맥락적 성과에 미치는 영향: 직무태도와 조직풍토의 이중매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of job characteristics and organizational contextual performance of care workers. This is an empirical analysis of the dual mediating effect of job attitude and organizational climate. A total of 274 caregivers were recruited. SASS process macro was used for data analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between job characteristics, job attitude, organizational climate, and contextual performance. Second, job attitude and organizational climate had a double mediating effect between job characteristics and contextual performance. Third, job attitude and organizational climate had a significant mediating effect between job characteristics and contextual performance. Based on this, psychological voluntary job competency improvement methods and follow-up studies were suggested to improve the job performance of care workers.
