A Study on the Influence Factors of ChatGPT Intention to Use by Extended Technology Acceptance Model (기술수용모델의 확장을 통한 ChatGPT 이용의도 영향요인 탐색연구)

  • This study explored the factors affecting the intention to use ChatGPT for adult men and women. The results are summarized and presented based on the hypothesis as follows. First, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Second, information reliability did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Third, information quickness had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Fourth, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fifth, perceived usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Sixth, information reliability did not have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Seventh, information quickness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, user satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to use.

A Study on the Effect on the Satisfaction of Pet Hospital (반려동물병원의 이용만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 )

  • This study was conducted to determine the effect on the satisfaction of pet hospital. For this research, the study was conducted on customers who raise dogs and cats nationwide and use pet hospital. Specialties, human factors, efficiency, physical factors, and pet satisfaction were derived from factors that affect pet hospital use satisfaction. Human factors included three factors as veterinarian, staff, and pet hairdressers, and regression analysis was performed. Research shows that professional, efficiency, and physical factors have a positive (+) effect on user satisfaction, veterinarians and staff, which are detailed factors of human factors, have a positive (+) effect on user satisfaction, and pet hairdressers do not. Overall, it was analyzed that it affects the satisfaction of use in the order of efficiency, professionalism, staff, veterinarian, pet satisfaction, and physical factors. This study is meaningful in that it divided human factors into occupational groups and developed and analyzed pet satisfaction factors as factors that affect pet hospital use satisfaction, and it is expected that pet hospital can help establish strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

  • In this research, the object is to analysis the impact of the four dimensions of on-line game attributes, challenge, social interaction, entertainment and actuality, on customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time as mediating factors of relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, switching barriers, such as switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives are also analyzed. The results show that the challenge, social interaction, entertainment have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also effects customer loyalty. Another important result is, switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives take an intermediation role between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the organizational effectiveness of uniersity libraries in Korea. This study models emphasized the situational factors, fundamental factors and types of organiz tional effectiveness. environment, technology, size, strategy, and power were taken as situational factors of organizational structure ; fundamental factors were complexity, formalization, and centralization ; organizational structures were diveded into simple organization, functional organization, departmental organization, subject divisional organization(I), (II). Efficiency, flexibility, information service and satisfaction were taken as effectiveness factors and satisfaction was subdivided into organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this study, situational factors, fundamental factors and types of organizational structures influence one another, ultimately affect the level of organizational effectiveness. Organizational effectiveness represents no organization of high organizational effectiveness on all levels.

  • Importance of online community has been increased and also online community has been used as an important marketing tool. The purposes of this study are to construct an instrument to evaluate service quality of online community service and have a further discussion of the relationship between service quality dimensions, customer satisfaction, intention to move. According to our findings, among the determinants of service quality, empathy strongly influences both of consumer satisfaction and intention to move. The determinants of service quality which positively influences consumer satisfaction are empathy, tangibles and responsiveness. Empathy and assurance negatively influence intention to move. This means that the service quality of online community affects customer retention. Also, understanding and reflecting customer needs are more important.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between the dean's distributed leadership, the professor's organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness perceived by Chinese university professors, and the mediating effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. For the experiment, a survey was conducted on 383 professors at three universities in Hebei, China. The results of this study are as follows. First, Deans' distributed leadership had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of professors. Second, Dean's distributed leadership showed a significant direct effects on organizational effectiveness. Third, organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a mediating effect in the relationship between distributed leadership and organizational effectiveness. Therefore, in order to increase the organizational effectiveness of Chinese universities, it is necessary to activate deans' distributed leadership and to improve the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of professors.

Factors Influencing Students' Choice of Learning Space: Recommendations of Effective Space Arrangement for University Libraries (대학생의 학습공간 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 대학도서관의 효과적인 공간 구성을 위한 제언)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of learning space Servicescape on the user satisfaction level and continuance intention and to identify moderating effect of the learning activity. The six Servicescape factors are selected after literature review and in-depth interviews; cleanliness, comfort, convenience, aesthetics, accessibility, and flexibility. The online survey is given to the university students at four-year private universities in Seoul metropolitan area. The result shows that among the learning space Servicescape factors, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and accessibility have a significant impact on the user's satisfaction and the user's satisfaction response determines the continuance intention to the learning space. It is also found that the factors of cleanliness and comfort have a negative moderating effect on user satisfaction. This study implies that the result provides methods to develop the space arrangement for university libraries that provide the better-support to students' learning experience.

  • 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 대한 중요한 변수들이 내재적 동기인 몰입과 만족이 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 지금까지의 온라인 게임 연구들은 내재적 동기인 Flow가 만족과 충성도에 미치는 연구들이 주를 이루어 왔을 뿐, Flow에 미치는 영향변수에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 내재적 동기에 영향을 주는 요인들을 연구한 자기결정성 이론을 바탕으로, 자기결정성의 요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성이 몰입과 만족, 충성도에 미치는 인과관계를 연구하고자 한다.

  • 출산율이 낮아지면서 대학에 진학하는 학령인구도 점차 줄어들고 있다. 본 연구는 항공서비스를 전공하는 대학생의 학업지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴봄으로써 전공만족, 진로성숙도, 학업지속의향의 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 자료 수집은 전국의 4년제 항공서비스학을 전공하는 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 받았으며, 이를 통해 결과를 분석하였다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 통하여 전산 처리하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요만족은 진로성숙도의 하위변수인 결정성, 목적성, 확실성, 준비성, 독립성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공만족이 학업지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로성숙도는 학업지속의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 하위변수별 결정성, 준비도, 독립성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Effect of Selection Attributes of Agrifood Platform on Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Supplier Trust (농식품 플랫폼의 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 공급자신뢰의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • In this study, the effect of platform selection attributes on customer satisfaction by mediating supplier trust for agrifood platform users was analyzed. The sub-variables of the selection attribute were classified into diversity, convenience, information, commerciality, and interactivity. The collected 190 questionnaires, SPSS v24.0 and Process macro 4.0 were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that information, commerciality, and interactivity affect supplier trust in a positive direction, and diversity and convenience do not affect supplier trust. Second, it was confirmed that supplier trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, convenience, information, commerciality, and interactivity were found to affect customer satisfaction in a positive direction, and diversity did not affect customer satisfaction. It was tested to mediate between informational, commercial, interactivity and customer satisfaction. These results suggest that the platform's informativeness, commerciality, and interactivity can increase customer satisfaction by increasing supplier trust. As a follow-up study, it is recommended that the analysis of moderated mediating effects by the conditional process model including moderating variables or research to discover third mediator(s) other than the supplier trust used in the study is needed.
