Analysis of Factors Affecting on Mobile Video Services' Satisfaction (모바일 동영상 서비스 만족도 결정요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors that influence mobile video services' satisfaction. 362 users who use both DMB and mobile video services complete the questionnaires measuring 6 attribute level satisfactions and total satisfaction of mobile video services, TV contents broadcasting status in mobile video services. The data are analyzed by using frequency analysis, Chi-square test, t-test/F-test, multiple regression and moderated multiple regression. The results of the study are as follows: First, diverse contents, image quality, video streaming quality, user convenience, and data consumption volume affect total satisfaction of mobile video services. Second, TV contents broadcasting status in mobile video services doesn't show positive moderation effect on the relationship between attribute level satisfaction and total satisfaction. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

  • 생활수준이 높아지면서 단순히 먹고 사는 수준을 넘어서 삶의 만족도에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통계 정보를 살펴보더라도 근로여건 만족도, 녹지환경 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 소득만족도, 소비생활 만족도, 여가활동 만족도, 학생의 학교생활만족도 등 다양한 만족도 지표를 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 통합데이터베이스 및 e지방지표를 이용하여 지방자치단체에 속한 구성원들의 다양한 만족도 지표의 연관성을 분석하고자 한다.

Latent Profile Analysis Method Application in the Job Satisfaction Types and Predictive Factors of Social Welfare Institution Workers (잠재프로파일 분석방법 적용을 통한 사회복지시설 종사자의 직무만족도 유형과 예측요인)

  • 본 연구에서는 사회복지시설 종사사의 직무만족도 유형을 살펴보고 유형별 예측변인과의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 검증하기 위해 보건복지부의 '사회복지시설 실태조사'(2014년) 데이터에서 직무만족도 변인에 모두 응답한 11,660명을 최종 분석하였다. 잠재프로파일 분석결과, 사회복지사의 직무만족도 유형은 4집단으로 나타나 '최상 직무만족도집단', '중상 직무만족도집단', '중간 직무만족도집단', '최하 직무만족도집단'으로 명명하였다. 다항로지스틱 분석결과, CLASS4(최상 직무만족도집단)를 준거집단으로 하여 CLASS1(최하 직무만족도집단)과 비교해 노동강도대비 보수수준 평가, 타직종대비 보수수준 평가, 시설안전도, 인권보장도를 높게 인식할수록 CLASS4(최상 직무만족도집단)에 속할 확률이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 이직의사는 낮을수록 CLASS4(최상 직무만족도집단)에 속할 확률이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. CLASS4를 준거집단으로 하여 CLASS2집단, CLASS3집단도 비교분석 하였다.

A Study on the Influence of Educational Environment for Reemployment of Cooking Schools on Job Satisfaction (요리직업전문학교의 재취업 교육 환경이 취업 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the influence of educational satisfaction on job satisfaction. The sample consists of 243 students who took a re-vocational cooking class program at a cooking school. To accomplish the result, frequency analysis, factor and reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis were used. Based on the result, educational satisfaction is related to satisfaction with education time, satisfaction with facilities and satisfaction with contents. Also, job satisfaction is related to satisfaction with payment and satisfaction with performance. The result showed that gender and possession of a license are statistically significant on education time and educational contents; however, it didn't show the significance of educational facilities.

Life Satisfaction of Urban-to-Rural Migrants in South Korea - Income vs. Nature - (귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도 비교 분석)

  • 농촌인구의 급격한 감소와 고령화 속에서 농촌의 지속가능성을 위한 방안으로 귀농·귀촌의 확대가 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 귀농·귀촌인의 생활만족도 결정요인을 분석함으로써 도시민의 농촌 이주와 성공적인 정착을 촉진하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 특히 귀농·귀촌의 주요 동기가 소득이나 농촌의 자연환경이라는 점에서, 생활만족도를 자연환경만족도와 소득만족도로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석에는 순서형 로짓모형과 일반화 로짓모형을 사용하였고, 분석자료는 2016년 「귀농귀촌실태조사」 원자료이다. 분석결과, 귀농·귀촌인의 자연환경만족도는 상당히 높으나 소득만족도는 보통 수준에 미치지 못하였다. 귀농·귀촌의 이유가 자연환경이거나, 귀농·귀촌 시 가족의 지지가 있었거나, 귀농·귀촌 이후 주변 이웃들과 좋은 관계를 유지하거나, 지자체로부터 귀농·귀촌 지원을 받은 경우, 귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도가 모두 높았다. 이러한 공통적인 요인 이외에 귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 소득만족도는 현재 가구소득이나 귀농·귀촌 전·후 소득 변화와 같은 경제적 요인에 의해 영향을 받으나, 자연환경만족도는 귀농·귀촌 시 배우자의 동행 여부나 지역사회 참여와 같은 사회적 요인에 의해 주로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

  • In this paper, the factors that affect the festival satisfaction level were investigated by using the visitors of the 2016 Seoul Rose Festival as study subjects, and by understanding the factors that have high satisfaction levels, the satisfaction levels were evaluated and analyzed through data mining so as to allow an assessment of future festival satisfaction levels. Surveys were conducted on the visitors of the festival and a regression analysis was performed in order to test the goodness of fit of the collected data. Afterwards, data mining was used to analyze the assessment. As a result of the regression data, amenities were identified as affecting the festival satisfaction levels the most; and the data mining analysis results, as well, showed that the most important category affecting the festival satisfaction level was amenity, similar to the regression analysis.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyse the factors influencing satisfaction, reliance, and loyalty to the life insurance companies. The factors are divided into two categories: the characteristics of life insurance companies and sellers. Factor analysis and multiple regression is employed. Two factors are found in the analysis of the characteristics of life insurance companies. Those are quality and social liability of life insurance companies. One factor are extracted from the analysis of the characteristics of sellers. We also find each one factor in the factor analysis of satisfaction, reliance, and loyalty. The findings are summarized as follows. Firstly, the role of sellers are very important for the three performance variables, namely satisfaction, reliance, and loyalty. Secondly, the factor for social liability of life insurance companies is statistically significant to the satisfaction performance. Finally, The three explaining variables are statistically significant to the reliance and loyalty performance.

A Study on the Relationship among Expenditure for Customer Satisfaction, Level of Customer Satisfaction, and Fi nancial Performance (고객만족을 위한 지출, 고객만족수준, 재무적 성과간의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether customer satisfaction is affected by the expenditure for the customer satisfaction such as advertising, promotion, and training. This study also investigate whether the financial performance of the firm is affected by the customer satisfaction. The major findings are summarized as following. First, the customer satisfaction is affected by the expenditure for the customer satisfaction such as promotion, training. But customer satisfaction is not affected by advertising cost. Second, considering the time-lag and incremental valiables, the relationship between customer satisfaction and expenditure for the customer satisfaction is not founded. Third, the customer satisfaction affects positively on the corporate financial performance, such as ratio of operating income to sales, ratio of net income to sales, return on total assets, and return on equity. Finally, considering the time-lag the relationship between customer satisfaction and financial performance is not founded. Considering the incremental valiables, the relationship between customer satisfaction and financial performance is founded when ratio of operating income to sales and return on total assets are used financial performance. These findings imply that the expenditure for promotiom and training is needed to increase the customer satisfaction. Also improvement customer satisfaction is needed to increase the financial performance. The limitations of this study are as following. First, this study could not consider the other variables that would affect on the relationship among expenditure for customer satisfaction, level of customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Second, the results of this study are difficult to generalize because this study is focused on the service industry.

Effect of the Facility Satisfaction, Anxiety, Self-esteem, Stress, and Depression of the Elderly in Care Facilities on Their Life Satisfaction (요양시설 입소노인의 시설 만족도, 불안, 자아존중감, 스트레스, 우울이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined how the facility satisfaction, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and depression of the elderly in care facilities affect their life satisfaction. The objects of the study were 271 elderly in 8 care facilities located in Seoul and associated areas. The results of a questionnaire, which was carried out from the 10th March to 25th August 2013, were analyzed. For data analysis, a t-test, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and proof analysis on the SPSSWIN 18.0 program was conducted at the significance level of 5%. The analysis revealed the following. First, there were differences in the life satisfaction depending on age, sex, education level, and marital status. Second, life satisfaction was related to service satisfaction, medical service satisfaction, facility environment satisfaction, and self-esteem. Third, life satisfaction was higher if self-esteem, service satisfaction and facility environment satisfaction were higher, and if the family relationship stress was lower. Overall, self-esteem, service satisfaction, and facility environment satisfaction of the admitted elderly were positive influential factors of life satisfaction.
