A Mediating Effect of Psychological Empowerment on the Relationship between Top Executives' Servant Leadership Level Perceived by Social Workers and Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) (사회복지사가 인식한 최고관리자의 서번트 리더십 수준과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine a mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between top executives' servant leadership level perceived by social workers and OCB. The subjects of this study were 375 social workers at 67 social welfare organizations in Young-nam area. The three variables: top executives' servant leadership, psychological empowerment, and OCB were measured by self-report questionnaires. In addition, this study adopted structural equation model analysis to examine the relationships among the variables. Main results are as follows: First, top executives' servant leadership level perceived by social workers has positive effected on OCB and psychological empowerment. Second, psychological empowerment has positive effected on OCB. Finally, psychological empowerment on the relationship between top executives' servant leadership level perceived by social workers and OCB has played a partial mediating role. The results of this study suggest that administrators of social welfare organizations need to exert servant leadership to generate OCB of social welfare organizations.

Effect of Nurse's Self-Leadership, and Self-Efficacy on Job Involvement (간호사의 셀프리더십, 자기효능감이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the clinical nurse's self-leadership and self-efficacy on job involvement. The survey was conducted from October 20 to December 15, 2017 for 205 nurses working at hospitals located in D city and K province of Korea. Analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Scheffe's post-hoc test, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of the study were as follows. Average score for self-leadership was 3.58, for self-efficacy was 3.56, and for job involvement was 3.36. This study showed positive correlations between self-leadership, self-efficacy and job involvement. Self-leadership, marital status, self-efficacy, and job position were significant influences on job involvement. The explanatory power of influence factors was 43.7%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary for nursing organizations and hospitals to actively support programs that enhance self-leadership and self-efficacy, which will be used to increase nurses' job involvement and improve productivity and efficiency of nursing work.

  • This paper analyzed leadership behavior and employee performance through empirical analysis method based on AMO theory. In this study, the ability of the leader (A), task motivation (M), and opportunity (O) were chosen as factors to analyze the relationship between transformative leadership and job performance of the subordinate staff, and the self-efficiency (O) and intrinsic motivation (M) were selected at the individual level and team atmosphere (O) at the organizational level to build a research model. 507 valid data were obtained from the survey and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS23. Studies have shown that transformative leaders have a significant impact on employee performance. This study provides research results of empirical theory to understand the behavior of the leader in the performance of the employees and also suggests implications for the management of the company's human resources.

  • The objectives of this study are to investigate whether individual characteristics lead to significant differences in job satisfaction among tax accounting firm employees, to analyze how human-oriented management and positive leadership affect job satisfaction, and to examine if trust in supervisor moderates the effects of human-oriented management and positive leadership on job satisfaction. To accomplish these objectives, we surveyed employees of tax accounting firms and conducted statistical analyses using the SPSS and AMOS. The results are as follows. First, there were significant differences in job satisfaction depending on job position, salary, education level, and job performance of individual employees. Second, human-oriented management and positive leadership had a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, trust in supervisor moderated the effect of positive leadership on job satisfaction. The findings provides practical implications for the efficient operation of tax accounting firms.

The Effects of Transformational Leadership on Helping Behavior and Deviant Behavior - Focuse on the moderating effect of value congruence - (변혁적 리더십이 조직원의 도움행동과 일탈행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 가치일치성의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the transformational leadership on helping behaviors and deviant behaviors of organizational members and to verify the control effect of value consistency and to suggest a process for effective business management and human resource management. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to employees working in office management, area marketing, and manufacturing industries in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces, and the final 334 copies were used for empirical analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0, and reliability analysis, factor analysis for validity, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted to verify the research hypothesis. The results of the empirical analysis based on the questionnaire based on the object are as follows. First, charisma of transformational leadership showed negative impact on helping behavior, and intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership and individual care showed positive influence on helping behavior. Second, charisma of transformational leadership showed negative influence on deviant behavior, whereas intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership and sub - constitutional factor of individual care did not show significant influence on deviant behavior. Third, as a result of confirming the moderating role of transformational leadership and helping behavior on the level of value consistency, it showed moderating effects on charisma and individual consideration of transformational leadership. Through this study, we proved the effectiveness of transformative leadership which increases the helping behaviors of the members and reduces the deviant behavior. Based on this, we proposed the necessity of developing managers' transformational leadership improvement program to enhance the sustainability of the organization. And we confirmed the partial influence relationship on the adjustment effect of value consistency. In addition, negative influence of charisma suggests a significant point in the management process design.

A Study Concerning of Servant Leadership of Radiotechnologist (방사선사의 서번트 리더십에 관한 고찰)

  • This study aimed to look at servant leadership that general radiotechnologist perceive from the servant leadership perspective and based on this to suggest ways to improve not only organizational effects of radiotechnologist who work clinically but also their working conditions. A population of 290 radiotechnologist who work at hospital in Pusan was the subject of this study and a survey was conducted to them. The analysis for the collected data used SPSS/PC+Win13 version and one-way, ANOVA was carried out to verify differences between groups. Servant leadership according to background factors showed relatively higher values among unmarried than married, twenties or more in terms of age, and nuclear medicine department in terms of the work department than other groups. Regular positions in terms of work types and university hospitals in terms of hospital types showed high scores, and as the motive for being a radiotechnologist, many considered job prospects. Hospitals should improve the organization's ability and performance by managing human resources efficiently. According to this study, servant leadership that radiotechnologist serve the community based on true prestige with basic honesty and trust as a member of fair community is a new model of true leadership that the future society requires.

  • 본 연구는 효율적인 공급사슬관리(SCM)을 위한 전략 정보시스템 구축에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 효율적 공급사슬관리를 위한 전략정보시스템 구축에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 파악하고 이를 실증 연구를 통해 보다 효율적인 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략의 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 효율적 운영에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 영향요인들에 관한 기존 연구와 함께 파워 프로세스의 요소와의 연계를 통해 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략 유형을 제시하고 이의 특징을 연구의 범위로 설정하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적과 연구범위를 위해, 먼저 선행 연구된 파워 프로세스의 권력 주체가 권력요소, 가치 욕구, 환경, 관계성이라는 기본적인 다섯가지 권력 결정변수들간의 동적 상호작용을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정을 살펴보며, 이러한 파워프로세스에 의한 전략이 권력 결정변수에 대한 가중치에 의해 전략의 유형이 결정되며, 이 유형에 따르는 전략 효과는 그 가중치와 결정 변수들간의 상호작용에 크게 의존되고 있음을 밝혀내고자 한다. 또한, 공급기업과 공급받는 기업들간의 이러한 관계는 기업이 사용하고 있는 전략적 정보시스템(SIS)으로서의 SCM 전략 유형과 일반적으로 높은 상호작용을 하고 있는 것으로 판단되어지며, 더욱이 기업의 정보가치에 대한 높은 인식으로 인한 디지털 경제하에서의 상호간 전략적 형성을 위해서는 더욱 파워프로세스적 관점하에서 SCM 전략 유형과 전략적 정보시스템간의 통합적으로 고찰함으로써 그 유용성을 살펴볼 수 있고 그러한 결과는 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 주고 있음을 본 논문에서 밝히고 있다.더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한

Relationships among Emotional Leadership, Commitment, Patient Orientation, and Job Performance in Dental Hygienists (치과위생사의 감성리더십, 몰입도, 환자지향성과 직무성과의 관련성)

  • This study intended to search for measures to effectively improve and manage the job performance and personality of dental hygienists. In this study, the effects on job performance of the following variables were analyzed: emotional leadership, commitment, and patient-orientation. The subjects of the study were 328 dental hygienists who were working in a dental clinic and the assessment was made based on a self-administered questionnaire. T-test, one-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression were performed for analysis. The average of emotional leadership was 3.48 points, and commitment was 3.30 points. Also, the average of patient-orientation was 3.95 points and that of job performance was 3.39 points. Emotional leadership and commitment, as well as patient-orientation and job performance, showed positive correlation (p<0.001). The factor with the highest correlation with job performance was patient-orientation (${\beta}=0.306$), followed by the following: relationship management (${\beta}=0.209$); age (${\beta}=0.162$); self-awareness (${\beta}=0.139$); social-awareness (${\beta}=0.123$); and clinic type (${\beta}=0.101$). Based from the results of the study, there is a need to recognize the relationship among emotional leadership, commitment, and patient-orientation in connection with job performance.

  • A Korean Retail Company 'Homeplus' has accomplished great growth in a short period. The main factor behind it, which is Hexagon leadership, is based on the manager's experience and management philosophy. It focuses on leaders and the ability to build basic traits of leaders. The main points are organization managing foundations such as people, work, performance, management, facilitation, training and growth. It also includes specific analysis that are applicable right away on success, failure, efficiency and effectiveness of management. The important factor for hexagon leadership is that it focuses on traits of leaders than the skills. Through training, the members of the organization can internalize the six fundamentals, which create a synergy when performed together. Positive results can be found from 'Viewpoint', which is the evaluation method of the Homeplus.

  • 현재 항공기 운항 승무원의 효율적 관리를 위하여 CRM과 LOFT 교육 프로그램이 개발되었다. 이는 Blake & Mouton에 의한 리더십의 유형을 과업과 사람에 대한 관심 정도로 구분하여 5가지 유형으로 나누어 분석하고, 이를 훈련에 적용하고 있다. 그러나 사람의 성격 유형은 보다 복잡하고, 이에 대한 깊은 연구가 요구됨에 따라 본 연구에서 Enneagram에 의한 성격 유형을 고찰하고 민항공사 조종사들의 성격 유형과 성격별 선호 성격 그리고 과업 성과를 높이기 위한 성격간 상호 작용을 규명하여 항공기 운항 승무원 관리에 적용 할 수 있도록 하였다.
