This study was conducted to investigate the utilization and satisfaction of meal-kits according to food-related lifestyle among total 357 adults who had experience in using meal-kits. This study can provide basic data for effective menu composition and directions toward improvement. The participants of the study were classified into 5 groups 'health-type group', 'economic-type group', 'safety-type group', 'tasty-type group' and 'convenience-type group'. The 'tastye-type group' were found to spend more on purchasing meal-kits than other groups with the higher proportion(36.66%) of spending '30,000-50,000'won(p<0.05), which is the highest price category. The important factors that contributed to purchasing a meal-kits were 'taste'(50.98%), and 'economic-type group' showed the highest tendency of considering taste (58.46%). About half(49.02%) of the respondents preferred 'Korean-food' for meal-kits as for the type of food. All groups highly preferred 'meat'(42.58%) as the main ingredient, particularly the 'tasty-type group'(53.33%)(p<0.001). The 'tasty-type group' showed the highest satisfaction on 'convenience of cooking'(4.05), and 'convenience-type group' showed the lowest satisfaction on the 'origin of ingredient'(2.98) among groups (p<0.01). The overall response indicated that most respondents are willing to use meal-kits in the future (97.20%); and 93.28% of respondents would recommend the purchase of meal-kits to others, where 'convenience of cooking/purchase' was the factor contributing most for recommending(67.23%). Taken together, 'taste' was the most important factor for all groups. And 'Convenience of cooking' was the factor contributing to satisfaction most while 'origin of ingredient' contributing the least. It is recommended for the growth of meal-kits industry, to improve the quality of the meal-kits products and develop various menus.
Purpose: This study was conducted to segment the delivery food market and to develop customized products and services. Methods: This study analyzed 636 responses collected from customers who ordered delivery food. Statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS program (ver. 25.0) for frequency analysis, χ2-test, one-way analysis of variance, factor analysis, and cluster analysis. Results: Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis (safety-orientation, convenience-orientation, taste-orientation, and economy-orientation) to explain the consumers' food-related lifestyles. The results of cluster analysis indicated that the 'low-interest group', 'convenience and economy-oriented group', and 'gourmet and economy-oriented group' should be regarded as the target segments. Characteristic analysis of each cluster showed that lowinterest group had higher rates of married (67.1%) and living with family (85.4%) than other clusters. The convenience and the economy-oriented group had higher rates of living alone (28.9%) than others. The gourmet and the economy-oriented group had a higher percentage of unmarried (62.0%) than the others. In addition, the average age of convenience and economy-oriented group (32.3 years) and gourmet and economy-oriented group (32.5 years) were significantly lower than the safety seeker (40.0 years) (p < 0.001). Difference analysis of the consumption practice according to the cluster, revealed significant differences in the order frequency (p < 0.001), main day to order (p < 0.05), source of information about delivery food (p < 0.001), order method (p < 0.001), and co-consumer (p < 0.01). In addition, the convenience and the economy-oriented group had significantly higher overall satisfaction than the others (p < 0.001). Conclusion: These findings suggest that customer segmentation based on a food-related lifestyle can be used to build a successful marketing strategy. Therefore, restaurant managers and delivery platform operators should consider developing products and services according to the segmentation to maximize customer satisfaction.
This study examined the key factors that significantly improved the demand of multi-habitation. It determined the factors at the macroscopic level (or push factors) and the microscopic level (or pull factors). Focusing on a microscopic viewpoint, this study looked at the process of settlement through investigating 78 MH residents in the Seoul metropolitan area. The survey included the questions, such as who they are, how they prepared for moving, and how much they enjoyed their rural lives. In addition, any differences in this process were analyzed depending on respondents' characteristics. Major findings are as follows: First, general macro-level circumstances seemed supportive for the MH lifestyles. Second, six keywords were determined to represent the recent MH trends. They are "semi-sedentism, clustering, young people, female, money, and policy". Third, the distances between the original towns for native residents and new second-home towns for MH residents affected the interactions among them. However, these two groups had better relationships when the second-home towns were apart from the original towns. I then considered the need of a buffer zone between the two residential areas for MH residents. The conceptual difference between MH residents (i.e., semi-sedentism) and original rural residents (i.e., sedentism) might require certain types of buffer zones to continue good relationships among them.

In addition, three variables (demographic, media utilization status, values and lifestyle) were selected among the items of the Korea Media Panel Survey. First, general characteristics were analyzed fo 6,734 people, then, Chi-square test and t-test were performed for comparative analysis between each variable according to the use of overseas direct purchase. Finally, logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the factors affecting overseas direct purchase. As a result of the analysis, 4 out of 5 demographic variables, 2 out of 3 media utilization variables, and 3 out of 7 values and lifestyle variables were derived as decisive factors for using overseas direct purchase. These results can be used to establish marketing strategies that can increase the use of consumers through domestic shopping malls, such as providing differentiated services for the sale of overseas direct shopping products on domestic shopping sites.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors on the breast self-examination performance among nursing students. The data collection period was from April 12 to April 26, 2021. Data was gathered from 240 nursing students by using a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and a stepwise regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. As the result of this study, the factors influencing breast self-examination perfomance were found to be breast self-examination and dietary habits with the explanatory power of these variables being 14.2%(F=19.53, 𝜌<.001). Based on this study, further study may be needed to evaluate the dietary habits of nursing students so that they can practice proper eating behavior. In addition, to maximize the educational effect, there may need to be a development of programs aimed to prevent breast cancer among nursing students.

Current study literary supported by previous studies that conducted to concepts such as selection attributes, customer behavioral intention, and based on research result, devised theoretical model combining each relation. For the empirical study, in addition, data were collected from customers who have been visited at bakery cafe located in Seoul, Busan, Gwangju, and Daegu. Total of 312 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed to achieve the study objective. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, cross analysis, cluster analysis and ANOVA test were employed for statistical examination. Results show that bakery cafe marketers need to allocate resources of cafe by considering different attributes selection factors. Present study will be contributed to develop strategical implications to determine which selection attributes should be emphasized to attract more customers and to satisfy bakery cafe visitors.
Korea's aging population is rapidly increasing, but there has been little research into senior-friendly foods. Therefore, this study aimed to provide basic data for the development of senior-friendly Home Meal Replacement(HMR) foods by conducting a survey among elderly and middle-aged persons highly likely to purchase senior-friendly foods in the near future. Study findings showed that the level of HMR purchase was higher among the middle-aged, many subjects preferred products requiring simple cooking, and a higher proportion of subjects purchased them offline. Five HMR selection attributes were identified, and dietary lifestyles were classified into four categories. Through a cluster analysis, 3 groups based on level of involvement were identified: high-level, mid-level, and low-level. Napping® analysis showed that subjects classified food products into HMR and meal kits, and into products with a clear broth and products with a thicker broth. The study findings are expected to help suggest a differentiating approach in developing senior-friendly HMR foods.
