디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 미치는 영향 분석

  • 본 연구는 디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 디지털 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기술 특성(디지털 기술역량), 조직 특성(디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성), 제도적 압력(강제적 압력, 모방적 압력, 규범적 압력)으로 설정하였다. 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였고, 국내 104개 기업의 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 디지털 기술역량, 디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성, 제도적 압력은 디지털 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 기업가정신은 디지털 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 4차 산업혁명과 디지털 전환 시대에 디지털 기업가정신을 통해 디지털 혁신을 이룰 수 있는 기업의 전략적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

학습지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 디지털리터러시의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 논문은 스마트 사회에 요구되는 핵심역량으로서 디지털리터러시를 제안하고 선행연구에서 다루었던 학습지향성을 자원기반관점의 핵심역량으로 채택하여 기업성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업창업지원법상의 기술기반 창업기업 200개 업체를 표본으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습지향성이 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 디지털리터러시가 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 디지털리터러시가 높을수록 기업성과에 대한 학습지향성의 영향력이 커질 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 본 논문의 이론적 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 사회의 등장으로 창업 및 기업성과에 대한 디지털리터러시의 영향이 중요해지고 있음에도 불구하고 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구가 많이 부족하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 사회의 창업성공요인으로 디지털리터러시를 제안하여 학습지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 디지털리터러시의 조절효과 및 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 디지털리터러시 관련 연구의 확산에 기여하고 있다. 둘째, 자원기반관점과 핵심역량이론에 따라 창업기업의 핵심역량으로서 학습지향성과 디지털리터러시를 채택하고 기업성과와의 관련성을 도출함으로써 두 가지 변수 모두 혁신형 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 스마트 사회의 핵심역량임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 연구방법론 측면에서 본 연구는 기업성과의 하위변수로 재무성과와 비재무성과 이외에 지적재산권의 출원이나 등록 등을 통해 측정되는 연구개발성과를 추가함으로써 기술기반 창업기업의 성장성 및 미래관점을 반영하고 있다.

Development of a Digital Literacy Scale for College Students and Comparative Analysis Based on Learner Variables (대학생의 디지털 리터러시 역량 진단 도구 개발 및 학습자 변인에 따른 영향력 분석)

  • This study aims to develop and validate a diagnostic tool capable of objectively measuring the digital literacy competencies of college students and also to analyze how learners' personal characteristics and perceptions are related to these competencies. Through literature review and surveys, a diagnostic tool comprising 6 major factors and 38 items was developed. The findings of the relationships between digital literacy and learners' personal characteristics and perceptions revealed that personal characteristics such as gender, age, education level, and college affiliation as well as grades did not significantly affect on digital literacy competencies. However, learners' perceptions towards satisfaction with major, overall academic satisfaction, ability to utilize digital devices for learning, usefulness of digital devices for learning, and frequency of digital device use for learning positively impacted digital literacy competencies. Based on the results, implications are suggested to facilitate self-regulation, participation, utilization, and evaluation competencies in digital literacy.

A Study on Factors Influencing Digital Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation: Moderating Effect of Technology Absorptive Capacity (디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 미치는 영향 요인 연구: 기술흡수역량의 조절효과 분석)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting digital entrepreneurship and digital innovation and the moderating effect of technology absorptive capacity. To achieve the research purpose, the contributing factors are set as technical characteristic (digital technology capability), organizational characteristics (digital learning capability and financial readiness), and institutional pressures (coercive pressure, mimetic pressure, and normative pressure). The research model and hypothesis are established based on the theoretical background of digital entrepreneurship, digital innovation, institutional pressure, and technology absorptive capacity. The proposed model is analyzed by targeting 104 companies. Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 is utilized for deriving the study results. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: First, digital technology capability, digital learning capability, financial readiness, and institutional pressure have a positive influence on digital entrepreneurship. Second, digital entrepreneurship has a positive impact on digital innovation. Finally, technology absorptive capacity has a moderating effect in influencing digital entrepreneurship on digital innovation. The results of this study emphasize the need for digital entrepreneurship in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, and may provide strategic implications for companies that desire to achieve digital innovation through digital entrepreneurship.

Analysis of Learner Competencies through Digital Textbooks and Smart-Learning (디지털교과서 및 스마트교육을 통한 학습자 역량 분석)

  • In this study, we research an analysis of learner competency with students in 16 smart education research schools. The result of analysis, 2-year students showed a highly regarded competences which are the learner competencies in all areas than 1-year students. And the urban students was higher than rural students. This means that urban students have higher awareness of the learner competencies than rural students. Lastly, in a comprehensive analysis of each school year, the statistical differences between elementary and middle school did not appear. However, in the elementary, middle and high school between the difference was statistically.

  • This study analyze whether the organizational learning culture affects the firm's dynamic capacity and whether the dynamic capacity mediates the relationship between organizational learning culture and management performance. Respectively. First, "The more organizational structure is organic, the higher the integrated relocation capacity and learning capacity. Organizations with organic organizational structures were found to have the ability to successfully adapt to external changes because there is a practice that is not tied to formal processing or procedures. Second, it can be seen that there is a positive (+) influence on the relocation capacity among the dynamic competence of the learning culture of the corporate organization. Third, both sub-factors of dynamic competence have positive (+) influence on business performance. Also, there was no mediating effect of dynamic competence related to learning culture.

The educational contents recommendation system using the competency ontology (역량 온톨로지 기반 교육 콘텐츠 검색 시스템)

  • One of the major issues in the field of corporate training and formal education is the support of personalized learning. Successful personalized learning needs the availability of the relevant learning contents at just-in-time for learners each. The competency is one of personal characteristics. So competency-based learning is one of the methods that fulfill the above need. Successful competency-based learning needs the method that recommends the relevant contents for the user's deficient competency based on the user's current competency and objectives. We assume that there exists a student information system that provides each user's competences and objectives as fields of a LIP/ePortfolio-compliant student information. This paper proposes an ontology-based system that, given the user's competences and objectives from the above student informaton system, recommends the relevant contents among a large number of educational contents using competency ontology and domain ontology. The advantage of this system can easily handle the change of competency map and terms related with competences in student information and education contents.

The Effect of Computer Literacy on Learner's Cognitive Aspects Learning Ability (학습자의 정보 활용 능력이 인지적 측면의 학습역량에 미치는 영향)

  • In this paper, According to researches on the effectiveness analysis of digital textbooks for the last three years, it was turned out in digital textbook research school that learners' computer literacy is the most effective factor and the basic ability required to use digital textbooks. Therefore, in this paper, the effects of computer literacy on various factors were analyzed. For this purpose, after the level of learner's computer literacy was divided into upper, middle, and lower, and the effects of each level on cognitive aspects ability(problem solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and critical thinking ability) were analyzed. As a result, It turned out that the learner 's computer literacy has a close correlation with cognitive aspects ability(problem solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and critical thinking ability), and has a significant effect on cognitive aspects ability. In particular, the group with lower level of computer literacy had the greatest influence on the cognitive aspects ability, and the group with upper level had the greatest influence on the cognitive aspects ability in score improvement. Therefore, this paper suggests that various types of computer literacy education are needed to use effective digital textbooks.

Development of Middle School Home Economics Teaching-Learning Plans for Digital Literacy Cultivation: Focusing on the 'Prevention of Sexual Violence' (디지털 리터러시 함양을 위한 중학교 가정과 '성폭력 예방' 교수-학습과정안 개발)

  • The aim of this study was to develop a comprehensive home economics teaching-learning plan, following the stages of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The focus was on the 2015 revised home economics curriculum, specifically the 'prevention of sexual violence,' to enhance students' digital literacy competencies. In the analysis stage, the necessity of developing digital literacy competencies was confirmed by analyzing the 2022 revised national curriculum. Extracting elements from the 2015 revised home economics curriculum and textbooks, a digital tool utilization plan was designed in the subsequent design stage, aligning with learning goals, content composition, and digital literacy competency for each class. The development stage involved creating teaching-learning materials and digital tools for six sessions, centered around the topic of 'prevention of sexual violence.' In the evaluation stage, six content experts assessed the teaching-learning plans using a 5-point Likert scale and open-ended questions. The validity evaluation confirmed the effectiveness of the teaching-learning plans in improving middle school students' digital literacy competencies. Based on feedback from the experts, the plans for the six sessions were revised, with an additional session added, resulting in a total of seven sessions. It is envisioned that the home economics teaching and learning plans developed in this study can be implemented in home economics classes to foster students' digital literacy capabilities.

A study on the effectiveness of core competency courses according to facilitating strategy of learning transfer focusing H Corporation (학습전이 촉진 전략에 따른 핵심역량교육의 효과성 연구 -H사 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of core competency courses by scrutinizing H Corporation case. The primary data survey was taken from direct and indirect participants of H Corporation core competency courses. The findings from the study are as follow. Firstly, before-and-after average differences were significant in inspecting core competency courses. Secondly, participants' own expected core competency was comparatively lower than how observers evaluated the participants. Thirdly, Core competency courses directly and indirectly influenced on the business performance. Therefore, the conclusions of the study are firstly, core competency courses may work effectively for the goal of the company in changing employees' organizational behavior. Secondly, for the better result of the core competency courses, customized and integrated learning transfer model for the particular company should be designed from the beginning of the education.
