아시아 최고의 사진영상분야 전시회로 손꼽히는 '2010 서울국제사진영상기자재전' (이하 P&I 2010)이 지난 4월 29일부터 5월 2일까지 나흘간 서울 코엑스 본관 1층 A홀에서 성황리에 펼쳐졌다. 올해로 19회째를 맞이한 이 전시회에는 삼성을 비롯한 캐논, 니콘, 소니, 올림푸스, 파나소닉 등 디지털 카메라 제조사와 관련 주변기기 및 액세서리 업체 등 총 112개 업체가 참가하여 527부스 규모로 전년대비 28%나 증가한 역대 최대 규모로 치러졌다. 특히 올해 전시회의 화두는 최첨단 디지털이미징 기술을 바탕으로 한 '하이브리드 디지털 카메라'로 사진인들로부터 뜨거운 관심을 받았다. 또한 새로운 기능의 출력장비를 비롯하여 다양한 사진 소프트웨어, 사진 액세서리, 사진 스튜디오 관련 장비 등을 한 자리에서 봄으로써 최신 기술동항의 흐름을 파악할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었다. 올해 전시기간동안 6만7052명의 참관객들이 발걸음을 해 사진영상분야에 대한 소비자들의 뜨거운 관심도를 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper presents an efficient design method of 2-D state-space digital filter based on an improved branch-and -bound algorithm. The resultant 2-D state-space digital filters whose coefficients are represented as the sum of two power-of-two terms, are attractive for high-speed operation and simple implementation. The feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated by several experiments. The results show that the approximation error and group delay characteristic of the resultant filters are similar to those of the digital filters which designed in the continuous coefficient space.

지연 고장 테스트는 디지털 회로의 정확한 동작을 보장하기 위해서 필수적이다. 그러나 순차 회로에는 상태 레지스터들이 존재하기 때문에, 지연 고장을 검출하는 것이 쉽지 않다. 이러한 난점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 역기능적 지정 방법을 좀 더 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 테스트 알고리듬을 제안한다. ISCAS89 벤치마크 회로에 대한 실험 결과, 테스트 가능한 경로의 수를 기존의 스캔 기법들에 비해 크게 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

현재 우리가 사용하고 있는 대부분의 시스템들은 대용량의 데이터를 송수신하고 있다. 대용량의 데이터를 전송하는 방법에는 여러방법이 있으나 한정되어 있는 대역폭을 사용하여 전송하기 위한 방법으로는 고속 전송을 사용한다. 많은 양의 데이터를 고속으로 전송을 하다 보면 여러가기 원인으로 인해 발생하는 지연에 대한 보정이 어려워 지게 된다. 이런 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법중에 한가지가 바로 FDE(Fractional Delay Element)이다. FDE 는 1Clock 이하의 지연을 주는 소자로써 클럭 단위의 보정의 문제점을 해결한 것이다. 시스템 클럭을 고속으로 동작시키기에는 소자의 문제점이 있으나 FDE를 사용하면 시스템 클럭을 변화 없이 지연 보정을 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 VHDL 코딩과 FPGA 를 사용하여 FDE 를 구현 하였다. FDE 의 중요한 역할을 하는 FDF(Fractional Delay Filter)를 VHDL로 코딩을 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the "map of mind" or subjectivity regarding consumption behaviors of consumers in the digital environment. This study investigated the values and psychological and behavioral characteristics that motivate consumption for each types of consumers in digital environment. 76 Statements were selected from literature review and popular press articles that introduced consumption related phenomena. A total of 33 participants included experts on digital consumption and lay person, The results indicated that there are 6 groups representing Korean consumption patterns in digital environment: Digital Modernist, Digital Boomer, Digital Chic, Digital Ludens, Digital Conservative, and Digital Renaissance. This research is meaningful in that it provides a framework to view the diverse consumption behaviors in a more holistic rather than independent perspective, considering psychological aspects such as personal values and lifestyles.

This paper has been proposed a structure composed of FIRs and IIR filters as digital interpolation filter to integrate the off-chip analog low-pass filter of audio DAC. The passband ripple (>$0.41{\times}fs$), passband attenuation(>at$0.41{\times}fs$) and stopband attenuation(<$0.59{\times}fs$) of the ${\Delta}{\Sigma}$ modulator output using the proposed digital interpolation filter had ${\pm}0.001[dB]$, -0.0025[dB] and -75[dB], respectively. Also the inband group delay was 30.07/fs[s] and the error of group delay was 0.1672%. Also, the attenuation of stopband has been increased -20[dB] approximately at 65[kHz], out-of-band. Therefore the RC products of analog low-pass filter on chip have been decreased compared with the conventional digital interpolation filter structure.

Digital Evidence Data in cyberspace is easy to modify or delete, and changes are reflected in real time, so it is necessary to acquire evidence data quickly. Collecting evidence on the client side is advantageous in that data can be acquired without time delay due to additional administrative procedures, but collection of large data is likewise vulnerable to collection time delay problem. Therefore, this paper proposes an automated evidence collection method on the client side, focusing on the major web-based services in cyberspace, and enables efficient evidence collection for large volumes of data. Furthermore, we propose a digital evidence collection system in cyberspace that guarantees the integrity of the collected digital evidence until the court submission.

소셜미디어 사용이 증가하면서 성 착취물, 불법 촬영물과 같은 디지털 성범죄 또한 확산되는 추세이다. 소셜미디어에서 검색어 차단 정책 등을 통해 디지털 성범죄를 제재하기 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있으나, 은어 및 다양한 변형어를 사용한 우회 검색을 모두 차단하는 것이 어려울 뿐 아니라, 단시간에도 방대한 양의 데이터가 생성되는 소셜미디어 특성상 범죄 관련 게시글을 모두 식별해 내는 것이 현실적으로 불가능하다. 따라서 능동적이고 고도화된 크롤링 기술 개발을 통해 소셜미디어상의 범죄를 실시간 탐지하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 성범죄 관련 데이터가 빈번하게 관찰되는 트위터를 대상으로 성 착취물 및 불법 촬영물 정보를 수집하기 위한 검색 키워드를 정의하고, 실제 트위터 크롤링을 수행하여 텔레그램, 디스코드, 라인 등과 같은 다른 소셜미디어에 성범죄물이 유포되는 정황을 URL, 코드, 해시태그 추출을 통해 확보하는 수사 기술을 개발한다.

다우존스 인터랙티브사가 정보 전문가들에게 독점 DJI 소프트웨어 사용을 중지하고 djinteractive.com의 DJI-Web 인터페이스를 사용하도록 권했을때, 정보 전문가들은 이렇게 대답했다. "하지만 우리는 응답시간이 빠른 소프트웨어가 좋습니다!" 논의 끝에 DJI사는 생각을 바꾸어 올해 초에 DJI-윈도우 소프트웨어 지원만을 계속할 것이 아니라 업그레이드하겠다고 발표했다. 몇 달 지연되기는 했지만 마침내 새로운 DJI-윈도우 소프트웨어가 지난 여름에 출시되었다.
