The purpose of this study was to examine to identify factors affecting wellness of fire officials. This study collected questionnaire data from 219 fire officials working in Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, Sobel test and multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS statistics 24.0 program. Wellness of fire officials was correlated with job stress(r=.-49, p<.001) and positive psychological capital(r=.70, p<.001). In addition, job stress showed a significant negative correlation with positive psychological capital (r=-.56, p<.001). As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between job stress and wellness of fire officials, positive psychological capital showed a significant mediating effect. Based on the finding, it is necessary to develop an intervention program that strengthens positive psychological capital in order to improve the wellness of fire officials and reduce job stress.

Beyond the technological behaviorism-oriented notion of prosumers, the current study explores the question of digital creative labour of the youth in the interrelated context of post-capitalist crisis and neoliberal ethos of selfhood. This analysis is situated particularly in the social conflicts and struggles in Korea, where the problems related to the precarization of the younger generation have been increasingly aggravated (in the realm of embodied reality) whereas their digital activities have been highly expressive (in the realm of mediated reality). The contradictions embedded in the question of the labour of the youth are delineated in the respect of the subjectivities of young free labour, or 'digital creative labour' in proposed terms: the precarious young free labour in Korea is the compound of social fragmentation, economic polarization, expansion of cognitive and emotion labour, boom of hedonistic consumerism, economic-cultural celebration of creativity and self-entrepreneurship, technological saturation of digital media, subjective/collective affects around excitement and ambition but also of anxiety and fear. The ambivalence and complexity of the young free labour is converged at the emergence of homo-economicus (Michel Foucault) through the subjectivation of the social (con)fusion of post-capitalist crisis and neoliberal governmentality of selfhood.

In the era of neoliberalism with high rate of youth unemployment, young college students are forced to believe that the only way to enter the job market is by accepting and participating temporary off-campus apprenticeship, which often disguised as an internship for the creative culture and knowledge. This article discusses that the mode of off-campus apprenticeship, which is supposed to voluntary and participatory, bears in fact a strong resemblance with digital labor. Based on a series of in-depth interviews with college students, this study argues that the apprentice-typed labor denotes a process by which immaterial labor or free labor coincides with self-directed job training. Throughout the digital labor processes young college students are in a constant oscillation between precarity and hope, negotiating their autonomy and social conditions in the neoliberal work environment. The digital labor accumulates students' knowledge and information as a form of commodity, which in turn supports communicative capitalism.

The purpose of this study is to research whether organizational culture affected job satisfaction and whether there was the mediating effect of communication in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study analyzed the mediating effect with SEM using data of the HCCP in 2015. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that innovative, relationship, rational culture significantly influenced the job satisfaction of the employees. Second, the effect of innovative, relationship, hierarchical, rational culture on job satisfaction was mediated through communication. Therefore, this study suggested creating an innovative and relationship-oriented organizational culture and a working environment that could facilitate smooth communication in the enterprises.

Changes in political and economic environments require a new concept of 'culture' and a paradigm shift in cultural policies. Especially, broadcasting is needed to construct a productive infra-structure in order to play its role as culture industry in multi-channel environments caused by the progress of digital technology. In addition, Korea-USA FTA Agreement and a subsequently expected open policy of broadcasting market raise issues of a flow of foreign capital and a compatibility of cultural diversities and cultural identities. From this perspective, this study attempts to suggest alternatives for cultural diversity of program contents in new global media environments. More specifically, these alternatives examine the meaning and achievements of co-production of broadcasting programs as an active and direct method to preserve cultural identities and universalities of cultural contents at the same time. Details of this study are as follows: thorough review of internation co-production and program format industries and their possibilities to overcome cultural harriers and to provide local alternatives.

The purpose of this study is to consider the effect of the volunteer participation motivation of the elderly on the convergence formation of the social capital. This study is based on the quantitative research of 390 older adults who have participated on the volunteer programs run by welfare center and culture center for the elderly at Incheon area. The results are as follows. First, social responsibility and self-realization (independent variables) have effect on social trust(dependent variable). Second, self-realization(independent variable) has effect on social participation(dependent variable). Third, but social activity(independent variables) have not effect on social trust and social participation(dependent variable). This study can be use to propose policies related to the social activity for the elder's good life.

Although several studies show close relationships between social capitals and their performances, a little is known about specific social capitals and their effects on organizational culture and behaviour leading to their innovative outcomes within small and medium sized enterprises(: SMEs). This study examines some dimensions of social capitals and their influences on creating innovative culture and employees' behaviour. The importance of these are regarded as an imperative for SMEs to overcome the inequality of financial leverage and competitive power over resources. For the empirical analysis, survey data were collected from 51 domestic SMEs and analyzed by partial least squares(: PLS) that is one of popular structural modeling and multi-variate projection techniques to latent variables. The findings confirm a positive support of social capitals and their influences on the innovative culture and bahaviour. This result implies that managing the capability of social capitals is important for SMEs to develop the innovative culture and bahaviour and create a competitive advantage.

Recently, the cinema industry faced a crisis on the rise of various media platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, IPTV, and Kakao Page. The rate of film release in the theater has become ever shorter, and the secondary consumption of film through IPTV, tablet, PC, or mobile has seen a drastic increase. In the midst of this new media-geography, the most significant change in recent years would be the rise of the 'fantasy film' genre. This paper explores the conditions and characteristics of fantasy films in the way in which the genre has been constituted, and delves into particular aspects that its contents contain. This is an attempt to understand the sociology of the birth of a new genre. In this process, this paper will ask two frequently raised questions in regard to this genre. The first is to ask whether we can discern fantasy from reality, and the second is to examine whether the fantasy genre implicates certain social subversion. These two questions aim to discover how fantasy forms a relationship with reality and what this means. To do so, this paper will trace the genealogy of the fantasy film genre in Korea and analyze recent big hits such as the series as the model case of digital fantasy film. Through this exploration, this paper will be able to provide a new sociology of the fantasy film production and consumption in the 21^st century Korea.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between grit, self-determination, self-determination, positive psychological capital, and relational support of adolescents participating in physical education classes, and to determine whether the positive influence of teachers' autonomy support and enthusiasm for them is confirmed. In this study, the results of the subjects based on the judgment sampling method of 541 adolescents were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. It was found that grit had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on autonomy support. Relationship support was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on autonomy support. Support for autonomy was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on teachers' enthusiasm.
