This study aims to explore a set of indicators to be used for purification management. by estimating the total quantity of depositied waste in coastal waters, Through 3 rounds of Delphi technique, this study sorts out the following 5 variables to be used as major indicators determining priorities for purification in coastal areas: the ratio of re-deposition after collection, the area where fishing gear are lost, the total quantity of depositied waste of each coastal water, the total quantity of deposited waste in the past, and the quantity of depositied waste by unit area. Although the fact that the delphi surveys were done only on 27 specialists limits its external validity, this study will serve as a base for in-depth studies with more expanded panels that will provide better indicators for purification management in coastal waters of Korea.

Recently, many companies and organizations have interests in 'Business Process Management Systems (BPMS)'. In this research, we surveyed and analyzed the objects and the required functions of BPMS for companies to implement BPMS. The Delphi Method was employed for this research. As a result, the categorization of the objectives and required functions, and weights representing the importance of functions are established. Finally, discussions on the framework to evaluate and select the effective BPMS solutions for each company or organization are proved.

This study aimed to develop the standardized contents and methods for preventing sexual harassment for hight school students preparing for employment after graduation. Delphi methodology was used with 30 experts. Three-round Delphi surveys were analyzed using Kendall's coefficient of concordance W analysis, appropriateness for reliability of consensus opinion. Data were analyzed respectively by descriptive statistics using SPSS Win version 20.0. Results of this study showed that standardized contents were classified with 3 domains and 83 contents, then 46 contents were selected from Kendall's W analysis and weight rank. Finally, 37 contents have taken as standards contents for prevention education. If high school students are educated with systematic standardized education before employment, it will be prevented sexual harassment in the workplace after graduation.

Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.

The purpose of this study is to develop core competencies for gifted education by utilizing Delphi survey methods and to present behavioral element selection and scale questions based on the definition of competencies. First, the core competence for gifted education was selected through literature analysis, and the first Delphi survey was conducted to verify that the definition of each competency is suitable for the competency name. Subsequently, through a second Delphi survey, detailed questions were developed and verified by expressing the capabilities required to develop core competencies as behavior elements. Through two rounds of Delphi surveys, eight key competencies were finally selected: attitude and practice willingness, communication and collaboration, information processing and tool utilization, creative problem solving, convergence and application, higher-order inference, community spirit, and learning achievement orientation. This study is meaningful in that it selects core competencies and behavior elements for gifted education that are necessary to pursue goals that meet social needs and it presents tools to measure the degree of competency improvement for gifted education.

Creativity is a fine ability among major values of human resource in knowledge-based society. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of the informatics creativity based on domain-specificity and confluence theory. To explore these components, a three-round, classical Delphi process was administered with an expert panel of 31 individuals. All members of the expert panel initially responded to open-ended questions, and the qualitative results were analyzed. The subsequent two rounds of the Delphi required quantitative responses in which the expert panel was asked to indicate the level of importance using a five point Likert scale associated with specific items. As a result of the Delphi survey, total of 32 items were selected as three core areas such as congnitive, affective and environmental components of informatics creativity.

The purpose of this study was to develope a high school level physics curriculum for the gifted in science. The research method for this study was Delphi Survey, which is appropriate for social agreement of experts in a certain area. For the Delphi survey, 11 experts of gifted education in physics field, who consist of 4 physics professors, 3 physics education professors, and 2 science high school teachers, and 2 experts in other institutes, were sampled intendedly. In first survey, free description questions about objectives, contents, teaching methods, and achievement test methods were asked, and their answers were analyzed by frequency. And then, frequent answers were adopted and elaborated. In second survey, they were asked to write numbers according to priority(degree of agreement) for the adopted and elaborated answers in each area. Finally, by analyzing the results of second survey, the physics curriculum for the gifted was developed.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation model to measure the core competences of actual play workers by exploring what competences are necessary for them to provide quality play. Based on literature review, we selected five core competences : knowledge of play, program development, understanding play culture, creativity, and information sharing & applying. In order to achieve the research purpose end, a two-round Delphi survey was conducted on 10 play and education experts. The findings drew scholarly consensus on the competences of play workers to have and proposed basic data by developing competences evaluation model to measure them. Each of the key competences has three sub-conpetences, each of which included two behavior elements. Furthermore, this study presented future research directions so that play can be voluntarily planned and supported in a social and cultural context.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate mathematics gifted educational methods based on STEAM education by Delphi study. As a result by total 3 round Delphi method, the concept of STEAM education for mathematics gifted students was education of developing capacity of Holistic Growth that can communicate diverse people through self-monitoring study as they can find and solve problems with integrative thinking and creative thinking. Thus this elicited the consensual agreements of experts about mathematics gifted educational goals, methods, contents, and evaluations etc. As a follow-up research will be developed mathematics gifted educational model based on STEAM education.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate science gifted educational methods based on creativity and character by Delphi study. As a result by a total 3 round Delphi method, the concept of creativity and character education for science gifted students was to promote character development through the effectively interactive communications in the process of creative problem finding and solving. Thus this elicited the consensual agreements of experts about science gifted educational aims, methods, contents, and evaluations etc. As a follow-up research will be developed science gifted educational model based on creativity and character.
