This paper reports on three Delphi surveys based on draft evaluation items with the aim of deriving evaluation items prior to developing a BF certification index for school facilities in order to make the index safe and convenient. To this end, problems were formulated using content analysis and follow-up evaluation of existing BF certification indicators. Draft BF certification evaluation items for school facilities were proposed. The adequacy of each evaluation item was verified using a Delphi survey. Experts and working-level groups, such as university professors, architects, public officials, certification agencies, and organizations for disabled persons, provided feedback for all evaluation items for school facility BF, which was incorporated in the final evaluation items. As a result of the Delphi surveys, in addition to the existing 8 evaluation items, a total of 75 evaluation items were proposed as maintenance items, 12 as improvement review items, and 15 as new evaluation items.

This study derived the success factors of youth enterprises by applying the Delphi Method to start-up experts. Through this, it aims to improve understanding of youth enterprises in entrepreneurship education and start-up support projects and contribute to the development of education and support programs suitable for youth enterprises. Also The purpose of this study is to help youth entrepreneurs solve their curiosity about the success factors of youth enterprises, identify the factors that youth entrepreneurs should first secure or perform among the factors they need to consider during start-ups, and use limited resources efficiently and effectively to succeed. In this study, the Delphi Survey was conducted twice in total. The first Delphi Survey utilized the Modified Delphi Method using structured closed-ended questions, and a pilot test was conducted on youth entrepreneurs and start-up experts to compensate for the problem of the Modified Delphi Method. In the first Delphi Survey, IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and Microsoft Office Excel 2016 were used to calculate the mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, and content validity ratio. In the Delphi 2nd survey, the same statistical values in the 1st survey and additionally cronbach's alpha were calculated. As a result of the Delphi Survey, four factors, such as the entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial preparation, entrepreneurial strategy, and entrepreneurial environment, and 22 sub-factors were derived as success factors for youth enterprises.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 접어 들어 불확실성이 높아지고 변동성의 상시화로 세계 경제가 급변하면서, 기업가정신 교육의 중요성은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 따라 최근 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 확산되었다. 지속가능한 청소년 기업가정신 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 시대의 변화와 함께 부모들의 인식과 태도도 함께 변화해야 한다. 부모는 새로운 지식과 그 시대가 요구하는 바람직한 자녀관을 형성해야 하며, 사회 전반적인 변화에 따른 학교에서의 기업가정신 교육이 가정에서도 일관성 있게 유지되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 부모교육의 중요성을 확인하고, 교육을 통해 부모의 인식을 변화시키기 위해 필요한 역량 도출하기 위해 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 기업가정신 교육 전문가와 청소년 교육 전문가로 구성된 전문가 패널들을 대상으로 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과, 부모 인식 전환을 위해 필요한 최종 8가지 역량(환경의 변화, 도전정신, 주체성/자울성, 창업에 대한 이해, 직업의 다양성, 기업가정신에 대한 이해, 개인의 다양성, 팀/협업에 대한 가치)을 도출하였다. 향후 후속 연구를 통해 도출된 역량을 함양할 수 있는 부모 기업가정신 교육 모델 및 프로그램을 설계하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop core competencies for gifted education by utilizing Delphi survey methods and to present behavioral element selection and scale questions based on the definition of competencies. First, the core competence for gifted education was selected through literature analysis, and the first Delphi survey was conducted to verify that the definition of each competency is suitable for the competency name. Subsequently, through a second Delphi survey, detailed questions were developed and verified by expressing the capabilities required to develop core competencies as behavior elements. Through two rounds of Delphi surveys, eight key competencies were finally selected: attitude and practice willingness, communication and collaboration, information processing and tool utilization, creative problem solving, convergence and application, higher-order inference, community spirit, and learning achievement orientation. This study is meaningful in that it selects core competencies and behavior elements for gifted education that are necessary to pursue goals that meet social needs and it presents tools to measure the degree of competency improvement for gifted education.

This study is to consider varying factors of jnternal/external informational and operational environments in libraries, and develop a new evaluation indicators for university libraries in digital environments. The main research results are as follows. First, the results through the Delphi method that was to adopted to verify evaluation items and indicators determined by the literature review show that the repressed values for each evaluation category is greater than 3.00, overall average is 4.02, and standard deviation is ranged from 0.40 to 0.62 for each category. This means that the evaluation indicators are valid. Second, the factor analysis was performed to verify .the construct validity of evaluation indicators. As a result, the cumulative variance of evaluation indicators consisting of 11 dimensions per factor is 72.733%. In turn, this result shows that the validity of these indicators is very reliable. Third, t-test and one-way ANOVA are performed within significance probability 0.05 in order to verify differences in each librarians point of views for the degree of importance in evaluation indicators. Based on the Delphi study and our own analysis, we developed a new evaluation indicators that consists of 7 evaluation categories, 35 evaluation items, and 92 evaluation indicators.

The goal of this research paper is to respond to changing paradigms in urban planning and derive requirements needed for urban archiving for the purpose of urban growth. In this research, the Delphi research method was used twice on experts on urban archiving in order to derive areas and required elements of urban archiving. Moreover, each area and elements were formalized and categorized. The results of this research is as follows. In the 1st Delphi research, 6 areas (natural environment, liberal arts environment, historical and cultural environments, social and educational environment, industrial and economic environment, transportation and communication environment), a total of 62 elements. In the 2nd Delphi research, six areas, a total of 32 elements.

This research is try to find what kind of LBS service & advertising methods are needed and demanded based on LBS technology by Delphi research method. The professional 50 panels are selected and questioned 3 times for what kind LBS service & advertising methods are needed and demanded. Through first questionnaire six category and detail kinds of LBS service & advertising method are found. and through second & third questionnaire degree of need & demand for detail LBS service & advertising methods are found. The result of this research will help to develope LBS industry & advertising industry by making them prepare for demanded LBS service.

Recently, many companies and organizations have interests in 'Business Process Management Systems (BPMS)'. In this research, we surveyed and analyzed the objects and the required functions of BPMS for companies to implement BPMS. The Delphi Method was employed for this research. As a result, the categorization of the objectives and required functions, and weights representing the importance of functions are established. Finally, discussions on the framework to evaluate and select the effective BPMS solutions for each company or organization are proved.

Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.

This study aims to explore a set of indicators to be used for purification management. by estimating the total quantity of depositied waste in coastal waters, Through 3 rounds of Delphi technique, this study sorts out the following 5 variables to be used as major indicators determining priorities for purification in coastal areas: the ratio of re-deposition after collection, the area where fishing gear are lost, the total quantity of depositied waste of each coastal water, the total quantity of deposited waste in the past, and the quantity of depositied waste by unit area. Although the fact that the delphi surveys were done only on 27 specialists limits its external validity, this study will serve as a base for in-depth studies with more expanded panels that will provide better indicators for purification management in coastal waters of Korea.
