경기 침체와 더불어 고용 불안, 그에 따른 사회의 혼란 속에서 국가의 성장 동력의 대안 중 하나로 창업 활성화의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 국가에서 창업 활성화를 중장기 목표로 설정하고 다방면으로 노력하고 있다. 이에 따라 창업의도를 높일 수 있는 요인에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔고, 특히 자기효능감과 창업기회인식 등의 개인적 역량 요소가 창업의도를 높인다는 연구 결과들이 지속적으로 제시되고 있다. 이러한 창업의도를 높일 수 있는 자기효능감, 창업기회인식을 고취시키기 위해 학계의 연구활동 뿐 아니라 정부의 정책적 접근 또한 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 창업교육 활성화부터 사회적 환경 조성을 위한 창업 롤모델 활용, 미디어를 통한 창업 활동 홍보 등 긍정적인 창업 경험을 공유하도록 하기 위한 연구 역시 계속되고 있다. 그러나 개인적 역량 요소와 사회적 환경 조성 외에 문화적 특성이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 본 연구는 문화적 특성이 창업의도를 높일 수 있는 요인으로 개인적 역량 요소와 사회적 환경 조성과 함께 의미가 있을 것이라는 물음에서 시작하였다. 가설 검증을 위하여 SPSS 26버전을 활용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석 하였고 GEM KOREA의 2017년 데이터를 분석하였으며, 자기효능감과 창업기회인식은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 기존 연구 동일한 결과가 나왔다. 본 연구의 특징은 문화적 특성을 집단주의와 관계주의로 구분하여 자기효능감, 창업기회인식과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서의 조절효과를 검증하였다는 것이다. 문화적 특성 중 집단주의 특성은 유의하지 않았으나 관계주의 특성이 유의하여 조절효과를 가진다는 결과를 얻어냈다. 이는 국가에 새로운 성장 동력이 필요한 상황에서 창업의도가 없거나 낮은 개인들도 관계주의 특성을 활용하여 창업의도를 높일 수 있다는 연구 결론으로 이어진다. 지금까지 알려진 바와 달리 한국은 집단주의 보다 관계주의가 강하기 때문에 관계주의 문화 특성을 고려하여 선배 창업가 또는 로컬 창업가들과의 관계를 만들고 유지할 수 있도록 하는 등의 정책을 수립할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다. 하지만 이미 설계된 GEM 데이터를 활용하였다는 점, 문화적 특성이 각기 다른 국가들과의 비교연구가 필요하다는 점 등은 본 연구의 한계라고 할 수 있다.

This study intended to identify the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, and to evaluate how creativity mediate this relationship. Participants were 123 university students in Busan, the collected data was analyzed using Model 6 of SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated as follows. First, cooperative learning competency, creative ability, creative disposition, and personality all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that cooperative learning competency had a significant effect on personality. Third, the mediating effect of creative ability wasn't found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fourth, the mediating effect of creative disposition was found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fifth, in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, the sequential mediating effect of creative ability and creative disposition was confirmed.

This case study analyzed the effect of capstone design on students' competence and class satisfaction. Three subjects developed in S university were analyzed, and 92 students participated. Results show that the lesson structure of the capstone design was developed to provide students with problem solving competence and practical business skills through hands-on experience. In addition, the students' competence was enhanced, and their satisfaction in class was very high. Statistical results show that, compared to the existing classes, class satisfaction in capstone design improved significantly. Considering the foregoing results, this study suggested that for the capstone design, the lesson structure and method need to be diversified to provide more opportunities for students to participate and become active. The assessment procedure and method also have to be more objective to lessen subjectivity and to increase class satisfaction in capstone design.

This study aims to develop a training program to strengthen the competency of peer tutors at A University and to establish a sustainable system. It was conducted in the process of developing, operating, evaluating, modifying, and supplementing the curriculum for about two years from January 2019 to February 2022. In-depth interviews, surveys, literature reviews, and expert surveys were used as research methods. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, by combining in-depth interviews and ranking of educational needs of peer tutors' competencies, the researchers designed peer tutors training curriculum and certification system, and these were certified by conducting expert surveys. Second, from March 2020 to the end of February 2022, peer tutor training and certification system were operated, and as a result of a satisfaction survey of students, 4.33 points on average in 2020 and 4.61 points on average in 21, indicating high satisfaction. Finally, the implications were discussed for establishing peer tutor training programs and system in universities.

Jinju City has been often called as the largest agglomeration of the silk industry in Korea. However Jinju's silk industry has experienced a continuous decline in employment and to production outputs after the late 1980s. This paper aims to explore innovation capacities of Jinju's silk industry and evaluate the government policy to promote the competitiveness of the silk industry in Jinju. The main findings are as follows. First, the survey shows that the major sources of innovation tend to come from customer firms in the Capital area and the innovation supporting agency and universities in Jinju City. Second, local silk production firms tend to by and large evaluate that the industrial policy projects to promote the competitiveness of Jinju's silk industry have been successful, particularly in terms of a joint branding project and the marketing support program.

Purpose: This study applied simulation practice to nursing university students to see if they are related to teamwork capability, perceived interactions. Methods: This study single-group experimental study for 36 students who take a fourth-grade simulation course for nursing college students located in G city and the effects after the practical application. The analysis of the research was done using the SPSS 19.0 program to perform frequency analysis and technical statistical analysis of general characteristics and to identify paired t-test of Teamwork competence and perceived interactions between measurement variables. Results: After the simulation practical application, it was shown that Teamwork competence were improved. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the required teaming capabilities of the clinical site can be verified through simulation practical application, and the detailed design of the module that can develop the Teamwork competence in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify research trends related to nursing informatics competency and to present further directions. This study was scoping review designed and used methodological framework by Arksey and O'Mally. The reviewed study were found through electronic databases and published from January 2000 to December 2021. There were a total of 18 studies that were included in the analysis. The framework is comprised of evaluating the characteristics and the topic of research conducted. Research in regards to nursing informatics competency has increased after 2010, and quantitative research and research with nurses as the primary subject accounted for the majority of the studies performed. Factors that influenced the outcome for the nursing informatics competency were education, position, and key variables were work performance, self-leadership, job satisfaction, nursing work achievements, nursing organizational culture, and working environment. This research is significant that it systematically reviewed the nursing informatics competency and set a direction for further studies. In the further study, it is necessary to reflect changes in the health care system and nursing work environment and it is suggested to develop educational programs to improve nursing informatis competency for nurses and nursing students.

This study was undertaken to investigate the influence of teamwork skill and decision making competency on nursing work performance. A total of 170 nurses more than one years working experience were recruited from two university hospitals. Data were collected during March, 16 to 25, 2016 using a structured self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Teamwork skill and decision making competency for nursing work performance showed significant positive correlation. The significant predictors of nursing work performance among nurses were total clinical experience (${\beta}=.23$, p<.001), teamwork skill (${\beta}=.61$, p<.001) and decision making competency (${\beta}=.13$, p=.015). These variables explained 66% of the variance in nursing work performance among nurses. The results indicate that nurses' teamwork skill and decision making competency are factors positively influencing on nursing work performance.

Universities are increasing every year, supporting the university's teaching and learning center, among subjects which recently retake a good teaching or the most memorable teaching through an essay competitions. This contributed to the development of students' academic skills taught a good teaching know-how to identify and spread the 'good teaching' what has provided opportunity to look back. This study analyzed the characteristics of good teaching, as perceived by Junior College students. We did content analysis to elicit the characteristics of professor from qualitative comments of 75 college essay competitions. According to the content analysis, the most essential characteristics of good teaching as perceived by Junior College students are the following: 1. the professor's enthusiasm for teaching; 2. students' interest for teaching; 3. providing clear explanation; 4. caring professors; 5. good communication with students; 6. sharing professor's experiences.

This study aims to identify the characteristics of the regional innovation system(RIS) and the determinants of innovation performance of SMEs. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey on 64 SMEs in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions to uncover the relationship between capabilities, regional innovation capacities and innovation performance. The moderating effects of regional innovation capacities on the relationship between firms' innovation capabilities and performance were also tested. Empirical results revealed that R&D, marketing and entrepreneurial orientation had positive effects. The moderating effect of regional innovation capabilities on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (risk taking) and performance was also confirmed.
