The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of anger expression styles on the relationship between school stress and interpersonal problem in adolescent. A total 300 students of middle and high school located in Chungcheongbuk-do completed the questionnaires to assess school stress, anger expression styles, and interpersonal problem during September to October, 2015 and 261 data were used in this report. Using multiple and hierarchical regression analysis, the results indicated that school stress, anger-in and anger-out significantly contributed to interpersonal problem. The interaction effect of school stress and anger expression styles were not significant. But anger-out significantly moderated the impact of school stress on domineering/controlling of interpersonal problem. These findings suggest that the intervention for preventing and relieving interpersonal problem in adolescent should focus on reducing school stress and maladaptive anger expression. Limitations and futre directions were discussed.

We identified the mediating role of interpersonal issues in the relationship between adult attachment type and emotional expression ambivalence. The subjects of the study were 327 emotional workers who lived in five cities. As the scale, ECR-R, AEQ-K, and IIP were used. Sobel verification was performed after multiple regression analysis. The results show that the interpersonal problem partially mediates between the attachment and emotional expression ambivalence. This suggests that the characteristics of interpersonal relationships affect emotional emotions in forming close attachment relationships of emotional workers. Subsequent research will expand the scope of research by supplementing the shortcomings of existing research.

This study identifies the relationship between the anger expression and interpersonal problems of college students, and then confirms the influence on emotion regulation difficulties as a mediating effect. And, it was conducted to understand college students who complain of interpersonal problems and to provide basic data for developing programs that can solve their problems. As a result of the study, anger expression showed a positive correlation in interpersonal relations problem and emotion regulation difficulty, and interpersonal relations problem showed somewhat high positive correlation with emotion regulation difficulty. In addition, it was found that emotion control difficulties were partially mediated in the anger expression among college students and interpersonal relationships. In conclusion, we could see the need for future research to develop educational programs that reduce the difficulty of emotion control and lead to positive anger expression among college students, and intervention programs that can improve interpersonal relationships.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of the fear of compassion and the difficulties of emotional regulation on the relationship between attachment trauma and interpersonal problems. The participants in this study were 296 Korean university students. The participants completed self-report questionnaires that assessed their attachment trauma, fear of compassion, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal problems. Those with high attachment trauma had significantly more interpersonal problems, fear of compassion from others, fear of self-compassion, and emotional regulation difficulties than those with low attachment trauma. Further, fear of compassion and difficulties in emotional regulation were shown to fully mediate and fully dual-mediate the relationship between attachment trauma and interpersonal problems. These findings suggest that attachment trauma affects the degree to which university students experience interpersonal problems and that fear of compassion and emotional regulation difficulties may be the mechanism underlying that relationship. This paper discusses several limitations of this study and areas for future research.

The purpose of this study was to understand path of internal narcissism toward SNS addiction tendency of middle school students. The study intended to test the hypothesis that internal narcissism personality would lead to the SNS addiction tendency through interpersonal problems and that the internal narcissism effect on the interpersonal problems can depend on Gender difference The subjects of the study were 240 middle school students (95 male and 145 female students) in Gwangju area. The descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and SPSS Macro PROCESS Model were used. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive interpersonal problems mediation efffect between inner narcissism and SNS addiction tendency of middle school students. Second, as a result of examining Gender difference moderatiing effect between internal narcissism, and interpersonal problems relationship. according to gender difference statistically significant. Third, Moderated mediation effect of gender difference and interpersonal problems between internal narcissism personality and SNS addiction tendency relationship is statistically significant. Recently, social networking has become a serious problem in our society and it shows the highest rate of addiction in early middle school students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of psychological factors of inner narcissism and interpersonal problems on the SNS addiction tendency, focusing on the gender differences in middle school students, and to provide basic data to prevent adolescent SNS addiction problems have.

This study was performed to identify the relationship between the SNS addiction tendency, self-assertiveness and interpersonal problems in college students. The subjects consisted of 198 students in Korea. The data were collected using a self-report questionnaire from September 10 to 12, 2013. The data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation using SPSS for Windows version 22. The SNS addiction tendency was significantly negatively correlated with self-assertiveness(r=-.148, p<.05) and significantly positively correlated with interpersonal problems (r=.434, p<.001). Self-assertiveness was significantly negatively correlated with interpersonal problems (r=-.459, p<.001). The higher the SNS addiction tendency, the lower the self-assertiveness and the higher the interpersonal problems. The lower the self-assertiveness, the higher the interpersonal problems. Therefore, to decrease the SNS addiction tendency, increase the self-assertiveness and decrease the interpersonal problems, it is necessary to develop and test program.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between interpersonal problem, stress coping strategies and mental health for university students at risk of smartphone addiction using a structural equation modeling. Key results of the analysis were as follows. The interpersonal problem increased the severity of mental health. Stress coping strategies had partial mediating effects in the relationship between interpersonal problem and mental health. Passive coping strategy was risk factor and Active coping strategy was protective factor. Based on these results, various interventions for improving mental health for university students at risk of smartphone addiction were suggested.

Purpose: This study is a structural model study to grasp the moderating effect of online and offline social support in interpersonal and depressive relationships of nursing students. Methods: This study surveyed 264 nursing students. The collected data is analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and PLS-SEM(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model) using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. Results: Interpersonal relationship problems and online social support had a significant effect on increasing depression, and offline social support had a significant effect on reducing depression. In addition, in the relationship between interpersonal problems and depression, only offline social support was found to be significant in the moderating effect. Conclusion: To reduce depression due to interpersonal problems of nursing college students, offline social support should be actively provided, and to investigate the moderating effect of online social support, a repetitive study is proposed that includes relevant variables such as social relationship types through SNS.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of self-compassion on the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism, internalized shame, and interpersonal problems among university students. For this purpose, survey data of 327 domestic university students were obtained, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Macro 3.4 programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that internalized shame partially mediates the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and interpersonal problems. Second, it was found that self-compassion moderate the relationship between internalized shame and interpersonal problems. Third, it was found that there was a moderated mediating effect of self-compassion mediating the effect of socially prescribed perfectionism on interpersonal problems through internalized shame. Finally, the significance of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of interpersonal problem on the relationship between ADHD tendency and depression in college students. Data collection started from October to November in 2020 and the duration of data collection was about 1 month. College students were administered questionnaires of ADHD tendency, depression, and interpersonal problem scales. Data from 201 college students were analyzed with structural equation model using SPSS and AMOS program. The results indicated that there were significant positive correlations among ADHD tendency, depression, and interpersonal problem in college students. And there was a full mediation effect of interpersonal problem on the relationship between ADHD tendency and depression in college students. The result suggests ADHD tendency do not directly influence on depression but ADHD tendency influence on depression through interpersonal problem in college students. Current findings can contribute to the counseling and clinical field by providing the strategy of reducing interpersonal problem to prevent the depression and enhance the psychological health of those who have ADHD tendency in college students.
