In this study was groped a plan for an idea and method of design as the alternative of cure of cocial defect. Ailo, it was referred how an idea and method of design could be used for a cure of social defect and it was considered that an educational form that to actualize the idea and method of design is the basic structure of a cure or improvement of social defect. This educational form actualities exactly the 'media'which the idea and method of design pursue. In the end, an effect of media could probably make social change be practical.

Social Skills are one of the most important competency for student who live in the future Society. The purpose of this study is to propose a Forum Theatre Instruction utilizing smart devices as an alternative teaching and learning methods for enhancing the social skills of students, and to examine the effect of this instruction on the improvement of it. In order to achieve the purpose, the class was designed based on the 'Procedural Instructional Model for FTI using Digital Media', and the effectiveness of it was verified using 'SSIS'. FTI can be composed of six classes, and results of paired t-test showed that it was effective in enhancing students' social skills. Reflecting the interview results of the participant, the further requirements for improvement and efficient use of FTI were suggested.

The purpose of this study is deriving proper plan which is improving functionality of three-way intersection in two-way road by using shoulder. Alternatives of this study were considered as installation of yield lane and application of TWLTLs (Two-Way Left-Turn Lanes). Case studies to utilize alternatives were limited to national and local roadways which is wider than 11 meters due to be required 3 lanes. Under various traffic conditions such as traffic volume of each direction and left-turn, alternatives were analyzed by simulation. As a results, application of TWLTLs was better than installation of yield lane in terms of improving rate (8.0% vs. 3.7%). Application of TWLTLs is supposed to better alternative, however enough driver education is required to improving safety because it is different with existing driving pattern and/or behaviors. Some limitations and future research agenda have also been discussed by on-site inspections.

Purpose: This study proposes a Metaverse-based police education and training model that can efficiently improve the performance of various police activities according to changes in the environment of the times. Method: The structure of this system can generate Avatar Controller expressed using HMD and haptic technology, access the Network Interface, and educate and train individually or on a team basis through the command control module, education and training content module, and analysis module. Result: In the proposed model of this study, the command and control module was incorporated into individual or team-based education and training, enabling organic collaborative training among team members by monitoring the overall situation of terrorism or crime in real time. Conclusion: Metaverses-based individual or team-based police education and training can provide a more efficient and safe education and training environment based on immersion, interaction, and rapid judgment in various situations.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the alternative strategies for teaching mensuration of parallelogram raised by Max Wertheimer, a gestalt psychologist who was particularly concerned with mathematics learning and teaching. For this, 77 student teachers were paper and pencil tested and we could get the 7 interesting and useful ideas from their datas in spite of the fact that not many student teachers correctly responsed. Analysing the datas, it turned out all the 7 ideas are related to equivalent transformation and can make children more easily to see the structure of area of Wertheimer's parallelogram than traditional approach.

Recently, the Korean government develops a variety of policies for the improvement of school education. Among the policies, convergence education is considered as essential. Moreover, as the policies declare that mathematics is expected to play a central role in the convergence education, mathematics educators are required to seek for ways of how to approach convergence education in mathematics. In this context, this paper reviewed diverse viewpoints on what kind of contribution convergence education make to the improvement of school mathematics. While the argument constructed around the issue of national competitiveness is the most prevalent in the political discourse, this paper recommends to introduce the epistemological norms raised by the knowledge integration through history. In addition, this paper presents both domestic and international programs to discuss how to develop educational program for convergence education in mathematics.

We have found out that the value of multimedia production from this points of view that the elementary information gifted children is still in a development stage and the goal of the gifted program is development of creative problem solving ability. So, the following study suggests multimedia production education as an alternative plan to the current education of elementary Information gifted children which is becoming problematic. Its goal is to produce an educational system which included process-product model which is one of the educational program for gifted children. Especially, an aspect in technical education, common skill of multimedia software and skill of product was tried in due consideration of the property of information gifted children, it was applied for information gifted education institute by a form of remote-education and weekend education. Through this study, multimedia production education was proposed for elementary school IT genius education. By incorporating gifted education model, we tried to work out IT genius education from the gifted program's point of view.

The purpose of this study is to find out how career education has been positioned in secondary school home economics education, and to clarify the identity of career education as one part of home economics education. Furthermore, this study tries to give alternative teaching-learning strategies for life career education across the life span. It deals with home economics curricular and journals. It also analyses the 21 sorts of home economics textbooks and one career and vocation textbook in secondary school, which are supposed to be based on the newly revised 2007 curriculum. As a research method this study takes a qualitative approach. As follows are the results of this study. First, career education has been positioned as one part of home economics education. Second, both career and vocation education and home economics education have dealt with the contents related to career such as self-understanding, career-exploring, deciding-making related to career, career-designing. However, career and vocation education has focused on 'vacational career', whereas home economics education has focused on 'life career' across the life span. Third, this study proposed three alternative teaching-learning strategies for life career education across the life span.

There are some studies on tangram a kind of jigsaw(silhouette or dissection) puzzle. And Korean national curriculums mention about tangram. But the past studies and the textbooks are not so related to curriculums. So this study is focused on some problems and limitations of tangram activities related to curriculum. This study gives some educational suggestions using tangram: (1) alternate drawing of tangram (2) making mathematical figures instead of shapes (3) proper activities related to the national curriculum (especially, polygons and angles) and mathematical thinking (4) examples of exploring mathematical figures and angles coming in and out of national curriculum In addition to, this study suggests some mathematical activities of using similar tangrams (especially sphinx puzzle).
